It's been years since Sweetie Belle, and Button mash knew each other as friends. Ever since they were 7, they always were friends to tough times, to... Emotional lets say... The two are now 22 years old, and Just gotten out of college about 2 weeks ago. Sweetie Belle found herself a job at the Boutique at ponyville, Despise the fact that she knew little of fashion, She would still be an assistant to Rarity, Her big sister. Button on the other hand, got a job at the Arcade. Mostly Concessions, and fixing the games when they're not working.
Buttons P.O.V:
"Quick! Go for the point!" I shouted when Sweetie Belle Was a spy, and was waiting for the right moment to Back cap. She Uncloaked, but the second-to-last point was being capped by a scout. I was hoping for Her to win, so they can level up in Comp. My heart was pumping with intensity, and I bet Sweeties was as well. At the last second: She capped the point, having our team win the game. While waiting for the next round to start, Sweetie Belle got a call from her ex-boyfriend: Big Coat; Only the most athletic, but very rude at Sweetie belle's college. She would think to herself "Does he know how to move on?" Only declining the call. "Big Coat?" Button said from the door after grabbing a juice box (He's never too old for that). "Yea..." Sweetie belle said. "It's so annoying how he keeps calling me..." She said while deleting all call logs from...What? 2 other Ex-Boyfriends??? Wow... That's a handfull. "Not to mention what he did to you during Prom..." Sweetie belle added. Button remembered Him dancing with Sweetie Belle, eventually turning romantic, making Big Coat jealous, and pretty much gave him a black eye. In pay-back.... Sweetie belle dumped him... "Yea..." She said with a blush again. It was pretty obvious that Sweetie Belle had a crush on him. If you guessed it, than Have a cookie! The problem was, Button mash liked her when he was 9, but stopped liking her at 15.
Button went downstairs, looking for the mail. Normally it was Derpy who would pretty much deliver the wrong mail. She pretty much only gave ONE letter that belonged to him. If you think that's it, Then take a look back in 4 years, when Button was waiting for the letter from his college if they could accept him in or not. He was working very hard to get in the same college Sweetie Belle was in. He later found out that Derpy, went to college. She was going to need it anyways. (Dont worry, he still went there). He checked ALL the wrong letters, only finding the one to him. He was shocked. At first glance the letter was from the Biggest Gaming company: Neightendo.
Chapter 2: The Letter.
Sweetie Belle's P.O.V:
"Ha, HA! I have the 'Awper' Hand now! (No Pun Intended)" I screamed excitedly after trying to craft it. I wanted to show this to Button, because He's been trying to craft it, but didn't get much luck lately. "I love that...Geeky...Nerdy...Cute...Caring.." She thought to herself while being blushed to death.
Suddenly, I heard fast-paced trotting from Downstairs. Button came Running across the room. Like sonic... About to throw himself in the window, But luckily, this wasn't that first time that happened. He bumped into a mattress that I quickly set up. Whenever his running from downstairs to up, He'd always find himself in the hospital with a head-injury. "What is it now Button? Why are you excited?" "Ahh the wonders of friendship for many years. I could actually could tell how is he feeling." Sweetie though smart of herself. He got up and started bouncing on all Fours.
"SWEETIE! REMEMBER WHEN I SENT THE LETTER TO NEIGHTENDO AND WAS HOPING THEY'D RESPOND BACK?!" He shouted happily. I nodded, a bit scared on what he would say next..."WELL THEY RESPONDED...AND THEIR HAPPY TO HAVE ME WORK THERE!!!!" He shouted so loud. Louder that when I sung opera for the first time...I found myself celebrating with him, jumping up and down, like when Pinkie Pie has Sugar rush. "I’m so Proud of you Button!" I said when I stopped him from Jumping. We were Hugging....Ahhhh I was feeling the fanfics of the other Cmc wrote when they realized I had a crush on Button...It does feel good though.
All of a sudden His ears drooped, his head was low to the ground. I was confused... Why is he sad all of a sudden. Right when I opened my mouth, He said "the problem is...." Me waiting for the bad news, Hoping I was Bold enough to take it. Though he just stood there.

I utterly had no choice.. But I NEEDED TO KNOW! "Oh, Button Mash, Darling...." I know that looking cute would tell me his secrets. Button had his eyes wide Open. "Would you be a...Dear... And tell me... I promise You won't....Regret it." I said Seductively. (OH CELESTIA JUST END MY LIFE ALREADY!) Button was holding the secret was about to come loose, At the edge where a simple little blow, Would Make him tell me. Instead I rubbed him with my soft mane, through his whole body. Button Sighed, then he looked at Sweetie Belle. "Though, I could decline the invite, and stay...If it means so much to you." He smiled at Her.
"No, No, No! This can't Be happening! I haven't even told him how I feel!" Sweetie though to herself while biting her Lip Worried. "Good thing is, Starting today, I have 2 days to get ready." Sweetie sighed. Knowing that Two days would be enough for him wanting to know. "GREAT! Let's get started RIGHT in the morning, 5 AM!" She said putting all her plans for the next two days. "Sweetie..." Button said in despair. Sweetie Belle Ignored, and continued on her plans.

"I ONLY HAVE ONE DAY BECAUSE..." he calmed down after finally getting her attention. "At the second day, I'll Be packing. And the train to ManeHattan would be in 11:00 in the morning... Finding an apartment, Finding the corporation, Unpacking. Would take me the whole day to do so.." Sweetie Belle stood there frozen. "Though i'm glad to spend the first day with you... Maybe at the second you could help me pack up?" "S-s-s-sure...." She said unhappily. "I think... I gotta go!" She ran out of the house. Tears falling from her eyes. It was only one day to spend the day with his Crush... One...single...day. She went into the Boutique, Ignoring Rarity's Welcome message, going straight to her room, and Crying A bucket-full of tears into her pillow. "Sweetie belle? Darling, is everything alright?" She said worried. "I'm fine..." she said "You're crying. You're NOT fine!" Rarity countered. "I SAID I'M FINE RARITY! NOW...leave me alone... Please." Sweetie belle calming down. With a shocked expression, Rarity said "Alright Sweetie. I'll leave a sandwich in case you get hungry, And you're welcome to talk to me any time Darling." She said as she walked back downstairs.
Sweetie Belle. Heart Broken. Laying down Just like Rarity at times. She thinked... Staring at the ceiling, without anything to say. Then she said to herself "No... Don't be like Rarity... Be a STRONG, INDEPENDENT Mare you were Sweetie Belle!" "It's one day, So it's best if I Tell Him... I'm gonna Tell him... I LOVE HI-" she stopped when Rarity was standing at the door. She eventually Awkwardly, and slowly closed it, leaving Rarity with: "I wasn't here" face. Sweetie Belle Thought it was enough shouting. Instead, she did something that has she'd never been done in years.

Sweetie Belle walked into the Cafe. It seemed very busy at this afternoon (keep in mind that this is the SAME day when Button told Sweetie about the job.) A waiter went up to Sweetie Belle saying "You must be Sweetie Belle! Come. We have a spot reserved for you." "Thanks." said Sweetie Belle as she followed her through the busy cafe. It seemed pretty weird to be back here in YEARS. She got an invite to meet them there. (message by text). After the Tree house was destroyed during a hostile storm. It wasn't rebuilt, because Apple Bloom said it was "A memory." It was nice that she was growing up as she granted.
Finally, after walking, led to the corner table of the cafe, showed a Orange Pony, With a purple mane, and a Pink bow. Instantly she trotted over to them, happily seeing them. "Sweetie Belle!" Shouted Scootaloo as they hugged each other. Then Apple Bloom Tackled her in Excitement. "Ah' Knew we would be back together After all that!" Giving Sweetie Belle a bear hug. Eventually they sat down, telling their stories after they were separated by College. Because of the Strong Friendship aura from Princess Twilight, everyone got along, and people could remember their old friends.
"You're dating WHO?!" Sweetie Belle almost shouting as her cup of coffee came in. "Yes... Pip and Ah' Have been dating since we were 17..." Apple Bloom Admitted. "You're not the only one who got a colt." Scootaloo bragged. Apple Bloom Rolled her eyes. Same old Scootaloo. Never changed. "Rumble and I have bee-" Apple bloom stopped her right there and added "Lots of things, and reasons why Ah'm never trying THAT to pip...." Sweetie Giggled.
"Anyways..." Scootaloo said as she eyed Apple Bloom "Enough about us... How about you? How's Slash? (Sweeties 2nd Boyfriend). Sweetie sighed "Over him." She said as she checked her phone, and saw another missed call from Slash. "Soo... Ya Single?" Apple bloom said. "Dated another pony... Dumped him..." Sweetie belle said. Then she looked at a couple nearby their table. Trying to replace their faces with Button and hers. "Which is why I wanted to call you two..." The two Mares Listened as she explained what's going on. They listened, and figured out a plan, and some advice.

Button was a bit sad about leaving PonyVille. He'd gotten even sadder once he'd bring up "Sweetie Belle" to his thoughts. Button's Mom just came home from her new job after the Divorce, of her and Buttons Dad. "Button, Sweetie I got you some new clothes while I came back from work. I was hoping you-" "Maybe not right now." Button said as he layed down on his bed. "Is there something wrong," Buttons Mom said. Without hesitation, he showed her the letter of the acceptance of Button Working at NeighTendo.
After she read it, She felt proud, and hugged him. Yet he still wasn't Happy. She didn't realize what, and why made him sad. She looked at the letter saying that he'd be moving to ManeHattin for the job. Then she Realized. "It's your friends isn't it?" She said with a serious face." "Yes.." Button muffled with his face on the pillow. "Well. Sweetie. I remember your father. He'd always be looking for a job. A job that would take care of Gibson, You, and I. I never knew you'd be like him one day." She said shedding a tear for seeing his favorite son grow up. Button turned around to see His mom's Face. "Why did you break up with him?" Button asked. It was about time for an explanation of why. His mom Sighed. Then she came clear. "Your father was a very nice man. Despise the fact that we move a lot because of him. I still knew it was for us since I needed to take care of you. Until years before we came here, He'd decide to move one more... I refused to do so because of you... You had friends here at Ponyville. I didn't want to see it die. So... He moved out by himself. I never saw him..." She started to cry after that. Button comforted his Mom. "Sweetie, it's up to you if you want to stay, work in the arcade, with Sweetie Belle." Buttons Moms said. "Goodnight sweetie. I think that's enough for today." She kissed his forehead and went to sleep. No matter how old Button was, His mom would always treat him the same. "Mom?" Button Said. "She turned around, still wiping the tears. "I love you Mom." "I love you too sweetie." She said with a smile, and closed the door.
Chapter 5: The Date?
Sweetie’s P.O.V:
It was 5:15 am in the morning. I wanted to get much time with Button As possible. Rushing towards his house already knowing that i'm wasting time.
Buttons P.O.V:
I quickly got breakfast, brushed my teeth, and ran to Sweetie Belle's house. On my way there, I saw Rumble, having his morning flight in order to stay in shape for the wonderbolts. "Rumble!" I screamed. I saw him look at me a second, then turned around and flew really fast. How rude... Without saying "Hello" made Me looking at him. Just as I ignored him, a figure smashed into Button.

Sweetie Belle's P.O.V:
"Button!" She said as she got up and tried to help him out. "Great. I smashed into him

Just like the first time we met." she thought to herself.
Just then, I realized a red spot on his cheek. I gasped "It was horn first!" I started panicked inside, knowing that my horn jagged his cheek. "Am I... Bleeding?" Button said weakly. I nodded. "Your cheek.." Button rubbed his cheek, finding nothing but a blood-stain on his hoof. (It wasn't really bad, it was more like a taking a scar from a sword. Battle scars :D).
Just before Button said anything, I pulled out some wrap to cover up his cheek. Later looked good enough for it to be left alone. "Thanks..." Button said. "No prob." Funny to mention this, But this was a bit accurate to when Button and I met when we were young... But I gave him a bruise, instead of a Horn to the cheek.
I realized he was bleeding a bit more, so I grabbed some more wrap.
Buttons P.O.V:
I'm guaranteed that i'm bleeding even more. I was sitting there waiting for more to come. All of a sudden, a Big gust of wind Pushed Sweetie Belle and I down to the ground. After that, I found myself with Sweetie Belle on top of me, and her face was on a very close to mine. Both of us Blushed. "Uhh.....This is new" I said nervously. She just stared at me. "Can you... Um...." "Or right! Sorry, how stupid of me." Sweetie Belle apologized.
Sweetie Belle's P.O.V
"Thanks Scootaloo, and Rumble!" Knowing that the two had strong wings to make wind blow hard.
Narrator:
Already starting the day, the two decided to take a walk in the park. Talking about: Games, Friends... And relationships, which didn't interest Button. Eventually the two played Pokemon OR, and AS (You would know if you're a pokemon fan.)
"Rayquaza used Dragon Ascent" the game read, as the snake-like dragon when from far into space, and coming down, Head first into Mega Lucario. "Ha! I win" Sweetie Belle shouted triumphantly. "Focus Band activated!" The game Read. "You little Sneaky Colt.." Sweetie Mocked, while Button snickered. Using aura sphere to finish Rayquaza off. "You Like second. Don't You?" Button mocked. She had 1 pokemon left, and Button had 2. She later sent out Primal Groudon, finishing off Lucario. She snickered, as Button said "LET THE CLASH OF AGES BEGIN!!" He shouted as he sent out Primal Kyogre. As the battle field went straight into a Raging storm.
Just as Button knew what move he would pick, a Hooded figure, walked in and took Sweetie Belle's Joy Boy "HEY!" She screamed at the thief who took her JoyBoy (Knowing it was Apple Bloom in the cloak. This was going to show how much Button cared). Button dropped his, and ran After the thief. He did feel tired, but he wasn't coming back empty handed. The thief later threw her joy boy, and went to the opposite direction. Button went for the Joy Boy, as he remembered it was a special gift from him. Sweetie Belle finally caught up to him, seeing him as he went after the JoyBoy. It was going to land at the Park fountain. But Button Jumped, Caught the Joy Boy, knowing he would be hurt after the fall. When he was close to the ground, he placed the joyboy to the ground carefully. The joyboy, Was fine. Button his his right leg on the edge of the fountain. "Oh My Gosh! Button Are you okay?!" As she went over to him. "Is the Joyboy Okay?" he tried to look at the screen. "I'm not worried about that, i'm worried you!" Sweetie said. Button Blushed abit. She looked, and the JoyBoy was okay. "Are you insane?!" Sweetie belle beamed at Button. "I just... Ahh." The pain stung as he tried to stand up. "I just wanted you to keep it safe, so that you could use that to think of me when i'm gone..." Button said. Sweetie Belle was shocked. Her crush would literally do something that could hurt him, just to make... Her happy. She bent over and kissed his cheek. "You are insane." She smiled. Button fell back on the ground again
Chapter 6: Karaoke night.
The two had already spent half their day. They went to see romantic movie, when Button pretty much slept the whole time, while Sweetie Belle was crying, from the sad scenes. They found themselves at the Ponyville Arcade, which the two were hooked up by Buttons Manager, and found themselves playing unlimited, without coins to play.
After most of that, Sweetie Belle wanted to go in sugar cube corner, remembering when they had their first date. They walked in as Pinkie pie hooked the two up with the usual: Vanilla, and chocolate Milkshake.
Sweetie belle got her eye caught in a karaoke machine, and stage.
Buttons P.O.V
Oh no.... Not this again... Whenever Sweetie Belle always finds a karaoke machine, and/or a stage included, The Pony she brings always ends up singing... Im next. "When did you have that?" She pointed to the Karaoke machine, occupied by a pony with dark green, and black hair Singing "Beat it". He was pretty good after all. "Oh, that? She went up stage. Button had no choice but to watch her sing. When he did so, He also spotted Apple Bloom, Pip, Scootaloo, and Rumble, all sitting in one table.
Sweetie belle's voice was like food from the hungry from the Heavens above. Button was released with her voice through the speaker, Accidentally knocking over his Chocolate Sundae. It didn't matter if it costed him Bits. It only mattered if was his best last-day of Ponyville. She didn't get her Cutie Mark in singing, Which would thought that Sweetie Belle would have, But only having a similar one, of a shield, with a heart, and a music note.
When she was done, Button clapped, and so did everyone else. She looked at Button. "Oh Celestia..." He mumbled to himself. Knowing what was coming at him.

I had to giggle from His expression. He being nervous was the cutest thing I have ever seen from a Colt. He stayed There seated. Eventually I rolled my eyes, grabbed his hoof, and putting him on stage with... Me. I blushed a little, While Button feel scared. I didn't find a problem of him singing, ever since I caught him Rapping. It was that day when I realized he too had a desire to sing.
Eventually I had comforted him to be more relaxed. Then we found a song to sing. I Listened to it before. Beautiful. It's just... I hope Button Does well. A song by Some ponies named: Scratch21, and ElieMonty... Have I heard of her? I shook my head and started singing. As a Colt his age, He seemed like eligible enough for a boy band.. A band I'd listen to... Everyday...At the Duet Part, I was blushing the whole time. The Lyrics made me think he Really loved me. He looked at me straight into my eyes. While singing, He got closer. And closer. HE'S GOING FOR IT! HES GOING FOR IT! AHH I'M GOING TO DIE IN FRONT OF EVERYPONY! At the last word, he was REALLY close, and kissed me for a second. The crowd Sat there Shocked. Button was as well noticing what he just did. Then the whole SugarCube Corner cheered, As the cheered for us. I looked at him happily, and he looked at me back.

Sweetie Belle's P.O.V
I was standing at the other side of the house, When the boys talked in the other side. I was bored. But also very desperate of telling him how I feel. I should wait 1 min- Oh, it's already gone. Best if I tell him now. As soon as I went over the corner, I heard Buttons Voice saying "I'm not staying... I'm taking the chance." I hid behind the corner. "What about your friends?" Rumble said. "And Sweetie Belle?" Pip added. Curious of how he didn't consider me as a friend. Did he have feelings for me, "They can live without me." Button sighed "Your crush? Sweetie Belle? The Filly from.. I don't know... Years? And you're still a coward to say it?" Rumble countered. "She's just my friend. I've already gotten over her. Besides.. I'll see..

After talking to the Boys, we split for the last time until tomorrow. "Hey Sweetie, Sorry for the long wait. How bout we-" I saw her looking down, under a Lamp Post. "Are you.. Oka-" Suddenly I got Replied with the hardest punch on my cheek where she stabbed her horn with. I was down. Weak. Bruised. Hurt. I saw her face, Blocking the Lamp Post. As I finally Got up. She pushed me. "Sweetie, Stop it, Why are you.." She didn't need to say anything. That's where the sounds of Crying came from... Buck! "S-sweetie, I could explain!" Sweetie belle was on her bed. Frustrated. Sad. Rarity had comforted her. Then again she didn't want to talk about. Again, leaving a little snack on the table for her to eat when she hungry. Its best if she ate Breakfast in the morning anyways.
Tomorrow was a new day anyways.
Morning. Button started to Pack all of his stuff for ManeHattan. He decided to pack up at 5 am. With his mother helping him, he was able to pack up in a nick of time He looked at his empty Room. Recreating Memories of best Gaming achievements, and memories with... Sweetie Belle.
"Oh my boy has finally grown up!" Button's Mom said in excitement as she hugged him before he went out the door. "Mom, stop it. I'm no longer a little.' Button said "You're right." Buttons Mom sighed. "Just like your father." She smiled. "I love you Mom." Button said one last time. "I love you too." They both hugged, and Button went out. "DON'T FORGET TO TEXT ME WHEN YOU'RE THERE!" She shouted, and was waving at Button while Button was slowly walking at Ponyville.
Darn. He sure was gonna miss this place. Still though. The one thing he couldn't get his mind off was his first friend: Sweetie Belle. He later stopped by: Ponyville Elementary. His train wouldn't be leaving soon anyways, so he was good. He went to the playground there. Remembering the first day of school. Him sitting at the right place. Wanting someone to play with. Until the CMC lended them a hoof. He still thought about Sweetie Belle. Replaying last night gave him Regret. Even plans of suicide... He wanted to make things right. He later took out a piece of loose-Hoof-paper, and was writing a letter to Sweetie Belle.
Later on. He stopped by the boutique, afraid to confront her sister. So instead, he left it at their mailbox, and headed straight to the train station.
5 Minutes earlier
Sweetie Belle decided to get some fresh air after all the depression she's going through. She looked at the weather. The pegasi were making a stormy day. Wasn't good timing either. She got the Mail, and retreated back inside, before getting her mane wet. Finally, Derpy took a vacation, and got the RIGHT mail this time. She went over the insurance stuff, ads, her issue of: Eq monthly. Then came Buttons Letter. She didn't know if she would throw it away, or read it. She still didn't want to think of him anyways. If he wanted to apologize, he should have done it IN PONY, face-to-face, having a conversation. So she threw the letter in the trash.
Button had arrived at the train. With The CMC (except Sweetie Belle), Rumble, Pip, and even Mrs Cheerilee (which recently got married to Big Mac). They said their Goodbyes, once the they saw the train. He hopped on aboard, and saw his friends waving as the train went forward. To Manehattan.
Button Mash sighed and pulled out his JoyBoy. There was another colt who just sat next to him. He seemed interested on Button While Button didn't care. "Hey kid, Where ya heading?" the Colt said. "ManeHattan" Button said confused. "Why do you wanna know?" Button added. "So I can get off my seat when the train arrives there." the Colt said. Then he looked at Button "You seem pretty sad. That Joyboy isn't cheering you up isn't it?" "I guess not." Button sighed as he shut down his Joyboy. "Tell me everything" The colt said, turning to him.
Button told everything about it. The cold responded most sentences with a nod. "Now... I don't think she'll ever think the same of her..." Button finished, with a another sigh. "Gee, those bruises hurt don't they?" Button nodded. "Well... I guess I should tell you now... But.." He explained everything of his past. Button was shocked, as he realized he'd gone through the same Pain he did.
"Look kid, If she means so much to you, then why didn't you stay?" The colt said. "I afraid. I just.... Never knew the whole time.. And how I treated it... How I.... 'Burnt' it" Button said with his head down. "Kid. You're 22 years old." Shocked as he knew his age. "Out of college, already have a Job. Though Reality wouldn't let you slide well" He said as he closed his eyes. "They are times when a Colt needs to toughen up. And take on the world head-on. No matter how hard it is." He said when looking back at Button. "I Haven't seen my Two sons, and My wife, because of what I did. I don't want you to make the wrong choice."
Button thought about it.
"You're right. I need to make things right." He said as the Colt made him room to exit. Button ran to the emergency break, Until the Colt stopped him. "Hey kid, What's your name?" "Button Mash." Button said. The colt was shocked. "Button... It's... You...." the Colt said shocked Button was confused. "Uhh.." "My boy... Has already grown up!" He said as he trotted over to him and hugged him. "Wait... Dad?!" Button said shocked. "You... I thought... You said you died from an accident!" Button said really confused. "Thats for later Button. You must go. Sweetie Belle needs you." Buttons dad briefly said. "And... Tell your mother that... I missed her.." Buttons dad added. "I won't let you down. Thanks dad." The two Colt-Hugged, and Button Hit the emergency handle, and ran out the door with his saddle bags. He ran.
Though he couldn't believe it was his Father who would Turn things around.

Things started getting interesting. The cop just busted the Serial Killer, and Sent him to Jail. Yay! A happy ending... Wish that would end up for me... No. Never mind. I'm fine. Just watching Tv, and Doing my mane. Nothing Relationship-related stuff going on.
I kept switching Channels. Luna's sake! Couldn't there be Less Romantic Shows going on? Their all so cheesy, and... Very sweet of the colt to do that.... "AAAHHH!" I didn't sent the message. Yet the reason why I said That I'm happy to see her again, was because she was the only pony there. And this Morning, I sent a message dumping her. We're friends now. But I had a feeling a long-distance-relationship, for 3 years, would end up.

Long enough, making Rarity leaving her Ice-Cream tub, and a scoop, at the door
Button Trotted hard. No where CLOSE to the pony ville station. He was tired. It was raining hard. Thunderstruck,

Button fell, and couldn't get up. It was no use. He later took out a Mountain Dew, and monster, mixed them together (Or ratherly drinking both of them at the same time). As soon as he did so, He gotten energy to troted hard even more. Drinking the drink every time he got tired. He found himself in the pony Ville station, then Ponyville. He trotted to the Boutique about to pass out.
Soaking, And tired, he laid down beside the boutique. Thinking on what he should say, before he does it.
When Button had the strength to do so, He knocked on the door. Knowing it was close due to weather. He felt like turning back, but he came all the way here for no reason.
Rarity looked at the door, seeing a soggy Button mash Looking at the door. She went upstairs, to Sweetie Belle's room. "Sweetie. There's someone here for you." Rarity said, as she already found an empty tub of the ice cream. "If it's another Tub of ice cream Delivered, then I'll come." Sweetie Belle said looking at the wall, the opposite side of where Rarity was looking. "Trust me. You won't need it after this." Rarity said as she smiled. Sweetie Belle ended up wiping her tears and going down stairs. Before opening it, she let a deep Sigh. And opened the door.
Button was right there, looking really nervous. The two just stared at eachother for 15 seconds, waiting for someone to talk. Finally Sweetie Belle said with a depressed version of Fluttershy. "Hey..." Button replied with the same, but a bit more quiet. "I just... Wanted to say....." Sweetie Belle still sad, and Unenthusiastic, waiting for Button. "I thought it be right, if I came here.... And say...." Button said nervously... "Sorry, and Goodbye." He said as he picked up his saddle Bag, and went back into the rain. Looking down, and depressed.
Sweetie Belle was about to close the door. But all of a sudden, a light shined on her cutie mark. Though the only part was shining, was the heart. Just the heart was shining. She later had a feeling. Then she thought to herself "There's Button. Nows my chance to kill the feeling I had for years. And Give birth to a new one." She thought feeling much more confident than she ever did in her life. "Wait! Button..." She said with care. Button turned around, about to listen if she wanted to say.
She wanted to get close to him. And tell him her feelings. Though her mane was beautifully done, she kinda didn't want to get it wet from the rain. Button turned around, and continued walking. She had no choice, But to run after him. She stepped outside the boutique, and ran after Button, Tagging him with her hoof. "Button...I...Im so Bucking Sorry!" She yelled as she sheds tears from her eyes
"Everything...It would've gone well if I just... Asked you.... Not with hospitality!" She yelled again, shedding even more tears "All im saying is... I LOVE you button!" she yelled dramatically, fully crying. She eventually fell on the ground, and covering her eyes. Not wanting to show Button mash this way. "You... You probably hate me..." She peaked at the scar on Buttons face. It was still bleeding. Thanks to her.
"Sweetie Belle." Button said bellow her, as he went down with her. "Stupid... Hostile...And desperate Filly" Button said sternly (He didn't mean all of that). Sweetie Belle thought he still hated him. "But Smart. Cute. Caring. Even beyond what every Colt wants." Button said with a grin. As he used his hooves to remove hers, that were covering her face, Looking deeply into her eyes, and smiling. The two got up, Blushing more than ever. Sweetie Belle, wiping her tears was very flattered about all the compliments She recovered from Button. "Wait" Sweetie Belle realized why he was here, "What about the train?" Sweetie Belle was worried. "That... Well, after what I said, You'll think I'll be staying there? You wish." Button Smiled, as Sweetie Belle was excited that he was staying Here in Ponyville.
She hugged Button really hard, But Button pulled her away from him. "Button, is there something wro-" Sweetie Belle was interrupted by Button, With his muzzle pressing against hers. Kissing her. An overdue kiss long. Over due. Sweetie Belle kissed back, and it lasted about 15 seconds. When they stopped, Sweetie Belle whispered "I love You Button." "I love you too" Button whispered back. The rain cleared. Sweetie Belle Looked at Button, blushing. "Cmon. Lets get clean." She smiled, as the happy two went over to the Boutique, and got cleaned.
After a Afternoon, The two had FINALLY Started dating. Everyone was happy for the two. Eventually, Button had to send a Letter to NeighTendo, saying that he doesn't want to take the job. NeighTendo responded with a nice response. Fortunately, He wasn't the first to reject their offer. Button Moved back to his house, and Explained everything to his mother. Especially he talked about how he saw Dad. Button did eventually tell Sweetie Belle what he gone through. Still sore from running. Yet Sweetie Bell kissed him for being so sweet.
Buttons life was going great. His manager of the arcade has retired, and Button Proudfully took the position. He moved into a new house, this time he lived with Sweetie Belle. His bruises, and scars were healed, which was a good thing, But still had that sick “battle scar.”
Sweetie Belle on the other hand still worked on the Boutique, but became a Chorus Director for the Ponyville schools.
After all that happy things that went on, Sweetie Belle, thought they were the happiest couple in the world.
But in 4 years. She'll only become more happier... In the sequel.

Sweetie Belle had just came home from a long day of work. "Button, Honey, I'm home!" She said, tired as she went inside their house. No Pony responded. She checked every room, Still no traces of Button mash anywhere. She was about to call him, Until he found a note on their bedroom Cabinet.
She read the letter. "Go to The Sugar cube corner, As soon as possible. I'll explain everything there.

She trotted over to Sugarcube corner, confused of what she was going to see. When she entered, The whole place was decorated, as if it was someone's Birthday. She later saw the Cmc and their dates sitting on the table. Sweetie Belle greeted them, and Sat with them. She later realized, that Pip, and Apple Bloom were married, (She forgotten) And Rumble, and Scoot were getting married in the next month.
"Wow, Congrats Guys." Sweetie Belle said happily as her and Scootaloo hugged. "Thanks for being my friend. Even though we're all going to the next step of love, Doesn't mean we'll be by our side." Then Sweetie Belle looked at Rumble and Pip. She just realized, "Have you guys seen Button anywhere? He told me to meet me here..." Rumble responded "Nope, haven't seen him." "Should we go look for him?" Pip Questioned. "No it's fine..." She said sadly while putting her head on the table. "Sorry Guys, I'm just jealous that you guys are getting married.... Button and I... Well..." Sweetie Belle said sadly.
"Ah, that's Alright Sweets. Im Guaranteed he'll ask you someday." Apple Bloom said, as Scootaloo nodded. "If yer want to get cheered up, there's that Karaoke machine there." Apple Bloom Reminded her. Sweetie Belle got her hopes up, as she trotted over the Stage with the Karaoke machine. The crowd almost instantly turned attention to her. Just as she found a song to sing, Something went... Wrong..
"Uhh... Pinkie Pie?" (Oh no. Not her again). "There's something wrong with the machine..." Sweetie Belle said with a Concerned look on her face. "Weird, That Old boi, has been working since the last hours.... Lemmie just..." Pinkie Pie smashed the machine with a Microphone she stole from.... Wait... AW COME ON! It wasn’t the music she picked it was a slow, calming, and romantic song. She was so confused. Then, the audience brought out a Candle, and Placed it in front of them. The spotlights turned Pink, and some of the audience made a Walking path. At the end of that path, was a Brown-Coated Pony. Button. He was dressed in a tux, looking Good for a Colt. As he nervously, and slowly, walked up to Sweetie Belle, Sweetie Belle said "Button! There you were I was so worried, What's going On? I thou-" Sweetie Belle was Cut off, By Button. Holding her hooves.
"Thats for later... What's important is that... I'm here with the Beautiful, Smart, Caring Mare in the world." Button said. Sweetie Belle Started to Blush. She started to have a clue on what was going on, and when she did, a Tear fell down. Butto. Holding her hooves, In front of the audience. She took a quick glance at the audience, everyone smiling. And almost everyone in Ponyville was there. Rarity, Applejack, (Whole Mane 6), Mrs Cheerilee and Big Mac, Spike, and almost every Pony was there. Even Princess Luna, Princess Celestia, Princess Cadence, and Shining Armor. The whole place was filled with love. She turned back to Button, Only seeing a Grin on his face.
He started to talk: "Sweetie Belle. I Remember how we met. All those years. And how we got together. These last 4 years, I couldn't have asked more. Even When we gone through the toughest times, I will still be There for you. Like a Knight in Shining armor, Saving a Princess. Like you. I've been with you for years, and Im Blessing to have Happiness, and Love for more Years to come." Button said, While Sweetie Belle was tearing from all that.

He pulled a small box, and opened up a Ring, with a Emerald, surrounded by Diamonds. He looked up and said "Sweetie Lorena Belle..." (I just made that Middle name up). "Will you marry me?" Button said, showing the ring to her. She looked speechless. Later, after seconds of suspense, she Cried out "YES! YES! A HUNDRED TIMES!" She said Crying as she Hugged Button Mash, and he Hugged him back as well. Everyone in the Audience Cheered, As the two Showed their Love. They stopped Hugging. And he Put the ring on her horn. He later finished it off with a kiss in her Muzzle. The Crowd cheered even more, as the two Ponies kissing in the stage. Once they were done, Both wiped the tears, and Sweetie Belle rested her head On Button, as the two looked at the Whole Audience.
Hours later, after that proposal, Everyone Congratulated the happy couple, and spent the whole day Partying. Button thanked every pony for Acting, and helping him proposing. He went through a lot of trouble, But it was so worth it. Rarity, and Buttons Mom, was crying tears of joy after seeing that Love bloom.
The whole party ended in Hours. Button's Mom went up to Him "Oh My sweet Boy Is getting Married! I'm so proud of you! And I think your father would be too." She said as she smiled, and Hugged Button. Which Brought up the surprise for Her. "About that.." Button said Looking at Sweetie Belle Nodding. "There's somepony In years you need to see." Both, and Sweetie Belle, and Button trotted away from each other. Behind them was another Brown-Coated pony. His dad. Her mother gasped in shock. "Love tap.." His father said. His mother, ran into him, and Hugged him. "Welcome back Honey." She whispered in his ear. "Welcome back." As the two happily Hugged each other, the Crowd cheered, and Button and Sweetie Belle saw their love. It was about time when He repaid his father for helping him be a Pony.
The two, later happily Trotted home, Talking about all the plans for the wedding. When got home, Button surprised Sweetie Belle By carrying her, on his back to the Bedroom. She was blushing, and Impressed by her strength. He Let her laid down in the bed, And kissed her head. "I love You Sweetie." Button whispered to her ear. "I love you too Button." She said back and smiling. Later on, they were sleeping peacefully in the bed. Enjoying their company together.

Best day ever. That's all I can say... My parents re-united, and I'm getting married soon. Sigh... I love my life. And Sweetie Belle.... Wait.... What?... I'M GETTING MARRIED?! Holy Bucking Celestia, I wasn't ready for this kind of stuff! I'm worried if something might go wrong! AHHH I'M PANICKING!! "Button. Is there anything wrong?" Sweetie Belle said quietly as she felt the body twitches when getting close to me. Her voice, and her face calmed me down right there. "Yea, I'm fine." I said. "Alright Honey." She said as she went back to sleep. "Honey." I'm not used to this...
