Chapters What The Nether Happened To "Love Is Blind"?
I imbed the pickaxe one more time, and sigh. I'd woken up in the morning to go mining, to get a new pick, since my old iron one was almost broken. But I'd gotten carried away, and now I had thirty-two diamonds, two stacks of coal, and one stack of iron. Wiping my brow, I check the time on my watch. I shriek, "Shoot! I lost track of the time!" It was almost night, and the mobs were going to be out soon. I hear the call of my friend Twilight, and pack up, taking out an apple I had stored for something like this, and began walking up to the surface. Along the way, I couldn't help but noticing some redstone ore beside a patch of lava, and take out a stack of dirt. I build across the lava, and surround the redstone. Then I mine it and continue out of the cave.
It's dark already when I come out, and Twilght Sparkle is there waiting for me, frowning."You've been out too long. Your mom's been sending me emails for the last three hours. I roll my eyes and follow her out of the mine.
"Um... I'll be back." I say. Twilight growls and grinds her teeth.
"You go out too often." She says, but turns to leave.
I walk to the forest we stopped by, and hear a clatter of bones. Skeleton... I think. I draw my bow, with Infinity on it, and turn just as the skeleton drops to the ground before me. It straightens out and glares at me with empty eyes, before opening my hooves with its scaly hands and drops a letter tied with a cyan ribbon into my hoof. Then he shoots an arrow into the tree above me and vanishes between the leaves. I draw my bow and breath out harshly, leaving the arrow nocked and release the bowstring. I hear a shriek and a poof, and two bones drop to my feet. Bone Meal, I think. Then I turn to leave. I unroll the letter, curiosity getting the best of me.
The letter says:
EET ME AT THE LARGE OAK TREE BESIDE YOUR HOUSE. TWO NIGHTS.
ALSO, BRING NOTHING.
~H
Weird., but I stuff the letter into my bag and continue walking. Out of the corner of my eye I see a flash of white. I can't be him, right? I shake my head and walk out of the forest. Being out here for too long probably gave me a headache or something.
I meet Twilight back at home, and we walk into the little three floor house we built, and close the iron door. A bark interrupts my thoughts and I turn. Spike jumps on me and welcomes me. Then Twilght smirks and I push Spike off. I barge past her and into the kitchen, furiously levitating steak into the furnace to cook. I was hungry.
I finish eating quickly, and storm into my room, slamming the door. Spike whimpers outside, and I quickly let him in, and also pin up the letter to a wall with a dagger. Then I slip into the stiff bed, Spike climbing into his bed, and fall asleep, thinking about "H" and who he could be.

OK: Chapter 1! Like if you well... duh... and i'm sorry for any grammatical mistakes. I will fix them. Just notify me. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IS WELCOME, BUT CONSTRUCTIVE ONLY. Spike is Twilight's pet dragon. And yes, I know that Minecraft doesn't have internet, just roll with me. There is actually a mod that does that, but whatever.

First Meetings Are Overrated
The next morning, I wake up, to find Spike licking my face, and the sun high up in the sky already. Twilight's left a note on my door, saying, CraftyEndergirl, I left already. There's breakfast on the table... or lunch, whatever. So I swing my legs out of bed and walk down to the kitchen. Sure enough, there are eggs there, and of course, chicken. I sigh. Why always chicken? But I suppose it is lunch already. So I eat quickly. Then I walk out the door, supplies already on my back. I run into the forest, to the large oak tree.
I'd discovered this oak tree when I was 5, first allowed to explore beyond the reaches of my village. I touch the age-old bark, that crumbles beneath my touch. I know that the oak tree is hollow on the inside, so I take great care to, when climbing it, avoid the middle. So even if I fall, I will have space to turn and land to minimize the damage. I grip the first frail branch, which creaks underneath my weight. I launch myself up the branch, almost cracking it. Then I reach for the second, and then the third branch.
When I am three quarters up the tree, I sigh, and lie down on the branch, looking at the view. This oak tree is about the tallest tree in this forest, and from the top, I can see my house, Spike is scratching his ear... or um... frill... I roll my eyes and begin fly back down. I'm running low on food, particularly chicken, so then I wander out of the forest and into a plain, trying to find chickens. I shoot 5 chickens before the sun is halfway across the sky. I begin to walk to a mine, preferably the one I found a few days ago. I sense something following me, so I turn, and shoot an arrow into the trees. A *thunk* and a screech tells me I found my mark. I walk to the arrow. Damn. Broken. I think. The thing I shot turns out to be a dead skeleton, with a piece of parchment in its scaly hand. I grimace and pry open the skeleton's hand, snatching the dry, crumbling paper. Nether parchment. The paper is made from dried netherack and other ingredients. It is very rare. Definitely from someone who's been to the Nether and is experienced.
HELLO. IT'S ME AGAIN. REMINDERS. 1: TWO NIGHTS. 2: THE OAK TREE. DON'T BRING ANYTHING WITH YOU, OR YOU DIE.
~H
Another note from H. Could it really be Herobrine? The legendary glitch and god of Minecraftia was rarely seen, but when he was seen, death and destruction followed him. Always, players or spawns would be found with diamond swords sticking out of their chests, blood spewing on the floor, messages written with blood, both by the god and by the victim. I'd seen messages that said, Please... he's killed my family... and also, by the god, You will never win. I will triumph every time. This didn't seem like something Herobrine would say. I curse myself, Don't say the name. Every time someone said the name, they would end up dead. But eventually I shake it off and keep hunting.
When I return, I have a good haul. 36 steak, and 14 porkchops. I thought I'd get more porkchops, but surprise, Minecraftia is random. Just like the pseudo-randomly generated terrain.
That night, I'm beginning to wonder. If H really is Herobrine, then I will completely have to move, and get a different name and- I trail off as sleep grabs hold of me and drugs me, lulling me to sleep.
The next day passes even faster than the former. Just a few hours of mining, and night is falling. I go home, and unpack, taking with me only a small diamond dagger, just in case something happens. The oak tree is just a few minutes away. I shove the dagger into my belt, and run.
Sprinting to the tree takes about 3 minutes, while running takes 5. I sprint. If H is Herobrine, then it will do me no good to be late.
When I arrive, there is no one there. I sort of sigh, wondering if Jenna has pulled a prank on me. That girl can write like anyone... although she's never seen his writing. Just as I am about to turn around and leave, I decide to take one last look around the tree. As I am approaching the back of the tree, I slam into a pair of arms, and then a chest. I stop cold. The stranger is about 6.5 feet, about half a foot taller than me. I look up, not daring to take my eyes off the dagger on my belt, but finally looking straight.
I am faced with two glowing eyes.
I take a sharp breath, showing no signs of fear, and instead, press my back against the tree, slowly manuvering my hand towards my belt. I whip the dagger out, slash it, and grimace in satisfaction as I hear a pained gasp, the hands going off my back. I turn quickly, and run. I hear a faint bzztt, and once again run into his chest.
"Hello, CraftyEndergirl"
"Hello, glitch." I snarl. "How do you know my name?" I continue to stare at him, unwilling to show any sign of weakness, lest he take the hint, that I am afraid, and then proceed to kill me. I draw the dagger, slicing my hoof open. Shit. Didn't want to do that- I think.
I hear Herobrine laughing, and I snarl again, I don't want to give him any satisfaction that I like him, or will ever like him. But I flinch, not being able to help myself. His laugh is like a bass tone, deep. So is his sexy voice.
Damn it... don't think... I have heard stories that the white-eyed demon can read minds, and I don't want to bring across the wrong impression. The chuckle I hear is proof enough that the suspicions are correct.
"Really?" I breathe in sharply, causing Herobrine to look at me in concern. His eyes are dimmed, dim enough that I can see the pale blue irises and pupils.
"I didn't think you had eyes." I spit, hoping to prod a reaction. He doesn't reply. I smile and slightly turn. He takes me by the shoulders, sighing as he does so, and turns me around to face him. The pale glowing blue eyes stare at me.
"I'm sorry. I have to do this." His voice is shaking. He leans down, cups my face, and kisses me. I try to break free, but his hands are like iron. So instead, I reach for the dagger, which is still on the floor, and frantically feel for his chest. When I feel where his lung would be, I stab the dagger in, and blood bursts into my mouth. I break off the kiss, spitting blood. Then I twist the dagger, which is still stuck in his chest, which is heaving, while blood pours out. I wrench it out, flesh giving way. I watch in grim satisfaction as he doubles over and looks at me, his eyes glowing bright.
"I hate you." I say. Then I shove the dagger into my bag, coating my hands in blood, then turn, and sprint away from the demon, tears leaking out of my eyes as I do so. I don't care where I'm running, just towards the general direction of my house. I hear a cry, and a yell, and think Ah. I'm home. Then I slump onto the ground, fainting. The last thing I hear is Twilight muttering,
"What have you done now?"

OK: CraftyEndergirl is my MC username, but feel free to change it to your own MC username or your actual name. Also, I think I spelled Pesudo-randomly generated right??? And also, i don't know wether Spike's green thing is an ear or a frill. Please comment if you know. I also didn't think Herobrine had eyes, but then I went like: How does he see?

I Have Such Good Friends (NOT!)
~RECAP!~~ The last thing I hear is Twilight muttering: "What have you done now?"
When I wake up in the morning, I find myself in bed, with fresh clothes on. Dinnerbone is currently licking the tear tracks off my face. So it was a dream. I think. I yawn and sit up. The blanket covers are twisted around my hooves, and my pillow is on the floor. My hoof slices across something, and pain bursts into reality jerking me from my half-asleep state. The dagger... I remember last night. I look at the dagger. Besides my crimson fresh blood on the blade, there is also corroded dark-red blood matting the dagger. My eyes dilate without me knowing, and I grit my teeth. So it wasn't a dream... I think. Something moves of its own accord, and reaches for the bandages I always keep on my nightstand. Wrapping my hoof, I stand and stretch.
Changing into suitable for traveling, I slip downstairs, where Twilight is eating breakfast. I levitate a piece of bread and walk out the door. I promised my friend Rhonda that I would go over to her house to tell her what happened over the week. We haven't met in a few months. I walk out, and almost trip over the tripwire she has installed. It's to fool zombies, although I told her the iron door would keep them out.
Walking to Rhonda's house is a long way because she lives right past a dungeon. I have to go through that thing every time, and it's like a maze. So even though I think I've destroyed all the spawners, there's a new area spewing out zombies. But this time is quicker. The dungeon has apparently despawned, so this shortens my journey by 15 minutes.
By the time I arrive at Rhonda's house, the sun is high up in the sky, and I am carefully navigating the tripwires and Redstone pressure plates that line her house. I accidentally step on one, and that raises obsidian around me and TNT falls down. Luckily, I am wearing my enchanted diamond gear, so it doesn't hurt me much. Rhonda looks in through the obsidian glass lining the trap and cracks a smile when she sees that it is me. Quickly, using her efficiency 2 pickaxes, she breaks me out and lets me into her house.
"So... first: I'm sorry for almost blowing you up... and if I'd gotten your armor, I totally would have saved it for you. And the rest of your stuff too."
The smile on her face makes me think that she would not have saved my stuff, but would instead have kept it for herself. I narrow my eyes and smile.
"How are you?" I ask.
"Oh the usual, exploding creepers, disappearing blocks, glitches, mining, eating, sleeping... Just like a normal minecraftian."
"Sounds like you had a better week than me, anyways."
"What do you mean? I thought you were perfectly fine, as you always say when you come over."
"Not exactly. Have you ever heard of sarcasm, girl?"
"No. What is this sarcasm you speak of?"
"Whatever." I roll my eyes. Rhonda. Sarcastic as always. But my distracted look sends Rhonda into 'Person-Who-Notices-Everything' mode.
"Sooo, got any invitations from any creepy guys? Or got blown up by a creeper?" I blanched. How had Rhonda hit the answer so close?
"Did you send me that note...?" I ask suspiciously.
"So you admit there was a creepy note!" Rhonda exclaims, apparently excited.
"Did you send it?"
"Nope"
"Are you sure about that?" I ask.
"Yep." Rhonda says.
"Remember, I recognize your writing," I say.
"I do know that, but if it was my writing, you would have told me to cut it out already. Straight to the point, always." Rhonda points out."I also know that you have a few different styles of handwriting."
But you know what they look like, so then... it doesn't make much of a difference.:
"But you could have developed a new style... I never know..."
"That's true... but seriously, who sent it?"
"So you promise you didn't send it?"
"Yes. What do I have to say to make you believe me?"
"Fine." I heave a sigh and sit at a table, and Rhonda slides into the chair next to me.
"Just... out with it already. Tell me what happened. I deserve to know, OK?" Rhonda sits, looking at me.
"OK, OK, OK. Fine. So I got this letter from a person who signed his name "H". They told me to meet them at that oak tree in the back of my house, you know, the one we found when we were five?" I say, glancing over at me. Rhonda nods. (A/N OK. Rhonda, the character, is an actual person in the human world, and she is also my friend, and yes, she does have a photographic memory.)
"So then, I got another note, which told me not to bring any weapons, and some reminders. So I went that night and saw no one. So I thought it was you who'd pulled a prank on me because you can write like anyone. Then I ran straight into his arms, which was followed by screaming, extricating, stabbing, kissing, and running. So yeah. You can imagine how that went. But I can't imagine anyone surviving for long with a punctured lung." I shudder, thinking what would happen to me if I went around with a punctured lung. I'd probably bleed to dead from the inside, and then the lung would have collapsed... and then.... I'd... die.
"OK. You know that guy won't be hindered by a punctured lung, and he'll probably never stop stalking you like a creepy guy. So... I'd say this is a good time to leave, like, run away, right?" Rhonda pushes for more information, although I do not give it to her.
"Nah." He's going to find me wherever I go." I spit bitterly. My life has been just fine before the freak swooped in and ruined it. And now I was probably going to have to go into hiding for the rest of my life, and then have him find me and I dunno, capture me?
"I mean, you could stay here if you wanted," Rhonda says, sort of unsure.
"I don't want to put you in danger, I'd better go." I have to go restock on coal anyways."
" Alright. If anything worthwhile happens, come straight here. I'll get Lavina and Christy to come
over too."
"I'll bring Rina."
"See you around, then." Rhonda shoves me out the door, and I roll my eyes.
"Yeah. See you around." I sigh. I turn to leave, when something drops to the ground in front of me, tied up with spider's string. I open the note. Nether parchment again. Herobrine... I think.
Hello, Y/N. It's me again. I hope you don't hold grudges, because I am asking you to meet me again, and if you do not go, then I will personally come find you.
-Hero
This isn't weird at all. I mean, it's happened before. I tuck the note into my backpack, and make a mental reminder. I sprint home, and Twilight is standing in front of the door, her hands crossed.
"You've been out for three hours. You said you'd only be out for one."
"You never told me anything!" I protest.
"Shush. Get in the house." Twilight pushes me into the house, and then turns and whispers, "Did you get a note?"
"Yes."
"Was it from him ?" Twilight asks. She looks around carefully.
"Yes," I mutter.
"Did you go?"
"Yes."
"Fine. Keep going. I don't want anything bad to happen to either of us, or Notch help you, you will not survive the night." Twilight looks me in the eye.
"Fine. I will." I turn around and start walking up the oak stairs. "I got another one today." I slam the door to my room and hear Twilight swearing to Notch.
Nothing really eventful happens after that, and so I spend my time in my room practicing my targeting skills. I eventually hear my internal clock going U gotta leave, Rena. So I pick up my bag and walk out. The dagger is still in it.
