Inside Twilight's castle, Fluttershy was told by Twilight of taking care of Spike while she's in Canterlot. Spike, not feeling tired as Fluttershy is about to tuck him in bed, asks Fluttershy a bedtime story, more specifically, how Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Fluttershy met Spike.

In the bedtime story: Rarity has been kidnapped by Queen Chrysalis and Rainbow Dash is gone missing too. With Fluttershy the only one not captured, it's up to her to save them and stop Queen Chrysalis along with her new little dragon baby. Can she stop her and rescue her friends before feeding this baby dragon some food and put it to bed?
