It is starry, beautiful, and clear night at Ponyville. Fluttershy was told by Twilight to take care of Spike cause she had to do an assignment by Princess Celestia. And now Fluttershy has to tuck Spike to bed cause its bedtime.
"Oh do I have to go to bed so soon?" Spike asked.
"Oh like Applejack said, Early to bed, early to get some apples. Or is it the pie?" said Fluttershy as she puts Spike on bed.
Spike licks his lips cause he loves to eat those along with gems.
"Mmmm. Apples are good." he said.
Spike realizes that every night he never goes to sleep without a bedtime story which Twilight did so he asked to Fluttershy.
"Hey Fluttershy, tell me a bedtime story now please? Tell me how you find me and I rescued Rarity."
Fluttershy would love to cause she always tells bedtime stories to her animal friends including Angel. "Okay okay Spike. Once upon a time, Rainbow, Rarity and I came to Dragon Land for a vacation."
She and Spike started to imagine Rarity, Rainbow, and herself walking around in Dragon Land.
"It was after we defeated Queen Chrysalis at the wedding in Canterlot but she found a way to return to Dragon Land and when we got to the city, the place was deserted." Fluttershy narrated the story to Spike.
Rainbow pointed Fluttershy to go the right path to look for Chrysalis while Rainbow Dash goes the left path to find her too. But suddenly, one of Chrysalis's army starts to attack. But not only their changelings, she has completely new ones.
"Changeling football players grabbed Rarity"
2 changeling football players charged towards Rarity and carried causing her to say "HELP!!".
"Rainbow was attack by the changeling wizard and a magnum bill." (Sorry I couldn't figure out a name of a changeling version of a magnum bill)
The changeling wizard shoots a beam from his wand at Rainbow Dash but she dodged it and starts flying. Suddenly a magnum bill starts to aim and charge at Rainbow causing her to fly fast and far away from it.
"And I found myself face to face with a fiery sumo changeling."
As Fluttershy sees a sumo changeling it started to shake the ground by stomping its strong hooves on the ground causing Fluttershy to tumble. As a result the ground split up and Fluttershy fell in the split up ground because of the shaking ground and screamed.
"I fell for hours." she said.
"Oh hours means long time" Spike said during the story.
"Well it seem like hours. Anyway I was falling with nothing below but fiery hot lava. But I good thing i found a magic balloon."
Fluttershy lands on a yellow magic balloon with a P icon and turns into a balloon shaped pony causing her to fall slow. But she turned back to normal after a few seconds and continues to fall faster.
"Luckily a skull raft came by." Fluttershy said and in the story she landed on a skull raft and the raft carries her through the lava like a boat.
"Skulls?! Skulls mean bad medicine." Spike said again during the story.
"These skulls were good medicine to me" said Fluttershy.
But she sees a lava waterfall causing her to panic in fear.
"Unfortunately they were heading straight to a lava waterfall!!"
Fluttershy is a Pegasus pony so she jumped of the raft, and flies to the block ledge.
"I flied of and landed on a block ledge."
As Fluttershy landed on a block ledge and sees blocks floating in the air and Spike said during the story.
"Oh. Fluttershy bashes blocks now"
Fluttershy bashes the blocks with her hooves by jumping and starts to recieve bits.
"Okay wise guy. So what happened next?" She asked Spike during the story and Spike answered,
"Fluttershy found a purple dragon egg."
"How did you know?"
An egg came out of a block that's purple and Fluttershy catches it. As soon as she did the egg hatches already and a baby dragon woke up and said to Fluttershy like a baby,
"Papa?"
Fluttershy was suprised and confused.
"Huh?"
Spike started to laugh. "Hahahahaha. Spike thinks Fluttershy papa."
Fluttershy got a little embarrassed.
"Yeah well I didn't think it was so funny. Anyway lets get back to the story."
As Fluttershy needs to get back to Dragon Land and find Rainbow Dash and Rarity, she carries the baby dragon like a baby. But as she starts doing it, it started crying.
"Wahhhhhh".
"Aww. Whats the matter baby dragon? You hungry?" Fluttershy asked.
It continued to cry but suddenly two big mean dragons approach to Fluttershy and the baby dragon. Fluttershy might know it must be the baby dragon's parents. But while she's about to ask, she starts to shake cause she's afraid of dragons.
"Uh H-hi. L-l-looking for your baby? Here fed and burped and ready to go." She said to them and puts the baby dragon in front of them.
As she starts to leave, the baby dragon grabs Fluttershys leg and keeps shouting
"PAPA FLUTTERSHY! PAPA FLUTTERSHY!"
The two dragons take a look at the baby dragon and starts to smell it and they lick their lips. It looks like they're about to eat it for lunch.
"Mmmmm, spikey son. Smells good." said one of the two dragons.
As they about to bite it, Fluttershy yanks it away from them.
"Get back you mean dragons. Your dealing with a Pegasus pony!!" Fluttershy shouted nervously at them causing the two to be really angry and starts to try to bite Fluttershy.
But she starts to run on hooves really fast from them and fly over the lava pit and went inside the pipe while holding the baby dragon. The pipe that they went in lead them to the ocean and Fluttershy splashed in the ocean while holding the baby dragon. The baby dragon starts to get scared as they go really deep but Fluttershy tries to calm it down and said
"Hold on spikey son im gonna take you to the surface by swimming."
So Fluttershy starts to find the surface by swimming and Spikey son holds on to her. But suddenly, as they swim past the the purple fish who is sleeping, it woke up and started to chase Fluttershy and Spikey son. Fluttershy swims faster and dodges the puffball creatures known as Urchins. As she swam far away from it, the purple fish started to fall asleep again. As Fluttershy swims out of a cave, Spikey son notices and tells Fluttershy to watch out for a piranha. Luckily Fluttershy stomped on it and the piranha disappeared.
"See Spikey son? There's nothing to be scared underwater."
But soon as she said it to Spikey son, she notices a torpedo with a evil grin charging into them.
*gasp* "Except that!!"
Fluttershy starts to swim out underwater.
"Hang on. We're outta here."
As she got to the surface, the torpedo is still chasing them. Fluttershy tries to swim faster but the torpedo is getting closer.
"We're not gonna make!" Fluttershy shouted as she starts to get scared that she's gonna get hit by the torpedo.
Suddenly, something carried Fluttershy from below. It was a dolphin, and as the dolphin jumped high in the air, the torpedo misses.
"Whoa. A dolphin." said Fluttershy who is surprised that she got saved.
The dolphin sees land and landed on a sand making Fluttershy to get off.
"Oh. Thanks for the air lift sweet dolphin." She said and waves good bye to a dolphin as it jumped and dive away.
Fluttershy and Spikey son may have made it back on land but they need still need to find Rainbow Dash and Rarity.
"We still gotta find Rainbow Dash and Rarity. But first, stay here while I wring out my tail and mane with hooves."
As she starts wringing out her mane and tail with her hooves, Spikey son starts to wander around in the forest and Fluttershy didn't seem to notice him. When Fluttershy is now finished, she turns to Spikey son to carry him again but she notices he's not here.
"Huh? Where did he go?"
Fluttershy starts to look around by shouting its name.
"Come back here you scamp!! Its dangerous in there!!"
Spikey son looks at a pretty flower but didn't notices a big red angry caterpillar that's going toward him. Fluttershy sees Spikey son,jumps on the caterpillar, and runs towards to Spikey son.
"Heads up Spikes!" She shouted and manages to carry him again.
"Look Spikey. When I tell you to stay, You stay." She said to Spikey without noticing a caterpillar got back up and continues to walk towards them. "
Look caterpillar papa Fluttershy." He said to her.
Fluttershy starts to get annoyed of that name.
"Im not your-"
But when she turned, a caterpillar roared at her making Fluttershy scared.
"Um is it something that I said?" She asked to the caterpillar.
But even worse, more big red angry caterpillars came to join up and about to attack Fluttershy and Spikey. Fluttershy starts to panic and really needs Rainbow Dash's help.
"Rainbow Dash wherever you are. HELLLLLLLLP MEEEEEE!!!"
Back at the castle,
"Mmmmm. I love to eat caterpillars." Spike said to Fluttershy before she continues.
Fluttershy was going to say that to the story but until Spike said that.
"Hey who's telling the story. Anyway lets continue."
Back to the bedtime story, Spikey's tummy starts to grumble and he's hungry and starts to whine to Fluttershy.
"Ohhhh Spike is hungry!!"
Fluttershy can't do it right now they are surrounded by big caterpillars.
"You'll have to wait. Those caterpillars are even hungrier." Fluttershy said to Spike but he becomes more impatient.
"Ohhhh. Spike no wait!! Spike even hungrier!!" he shouted.
Suddenly, Spike open his mouth and his tongue came out and grabs, and eats the whole caterpillar like a lizard and a chameleon. Fluttershy was surprised and doesn't believe it. Spike begins to get happy and laugh
"Mmmm. Hahaha mooore."
"Oh dear. This baby dragon makes Rainbow Dash on a diet." said Fluttershy.
So she puts Spike down on the ground tells him to eat more of the caterpillars.
"Chow down Spike." She cheered to him.
And so Spike did the same thing he did to the first caterpillar over and over again. After Spike ate all the big red caterpillars, there was no more caterpillars to be seen and they were saved thanks to Spike. Spike's tummy got full and lays down cause he got full and burped.
"I'm coming Fluttershy." Said someone going towards them.
It's Rainbow Dash and she is glad that Fluttershy is okay.
"Rainbow Dash, thank goodness your here." She said as she finally sees Rainbow Dash again.
As Rainbow approach to Fluttershy, she notices and looks at Spike.
"Hey. Is that little dragon scaring you Fluttershy? I'll protect you and make it get away from you."
That hurts Spikes feelings and he ate Rainbow Dash. Fluttershy got surprised that how could he ate a pony.
"Noo Spike. That's my friend Rainbow Dash."
Rainbow Dash looks around in Spike's belly. It's too dark in there and Rainbow Dash is getting grossed out.
"Ugh. Now I know how meatball feels."
When Spike heard what she said in his belly, he spit her back out and she's covered in saliva.
"Eghh. Spike don't like meatballs." He said to himself.
Fluttershy helps Rainbow Dash clean all of the saliva off of her.
"Eeyuck. I've been slobbered." said Rainbow Dash cause she never been eaten by a baby dragon before.
"That'll teach you to mess with my cute little dragon buddy Spike. He's friendly" She said to Rainbow Dash as Fluttershy carries Spike and cuddles it like she does to Angel.
"Papa Fluttershy." said Spike again and Rainbow Dash hears that name.
"OH. How many times I said to you, i'm not your-"
"Papa?!" Interrupted Rainbow Dash.
"Papa Fluttershy?!"
She began to burst out of laughter and Fluttershy got really annoyed. As Rainbow Dash stops laughing she starts to tell Fluttershy what happened to Rarity.
"Fluttershy. Queen Chrysalis has Rarity locked up in her Cony Island Disco Castle. But I found a way out and I've been looking for you ever since and we gotta go back and rescue her."
Fluttershy got shocked.
"Oh no! Then we better go get her now before I start to get scared by thinking about."
Spike gets scared.
"Papa Fluttershy don't leave Spike." he said.
Fluttershy tells Spike to calm down like the other animals that she said to them.
"No. I won't leave you Spikey. But you have to promise me to behave and stop calling me Papa."
"Papa Fluttershy." Spike giggled.
Fluttershy groaned and she'll probably get use to that name.
"And so we find ourselves overlooking Queen Chrysalis's neon castle." Fluttershy narrates continues.
The castle is covered in lights and keeps flashing on and off. So does the sign that says "Chrysalis".
"Luckliy Rainbow Dash was able to get us in by going the same way she got out and that's when the real fun starts."
Rainbow Dash leads Fluttershy and Spike to the pipe that she got out and all three of them hopped in. As they got out of the pipe, they're in the castle but its too dark and wont be able to see.
"Yikes! Its too dark! Where's the light switch?!" Fluttershy shouted.
Rainbow Dash looks around for a light switch, then she sees it on the ceiling.
"Fluttershy its on the ceiling. You see that block? You go bash it Fluttershy you can fly."
Right before she does Fluttershy notices shes still holding Spike, so she puts him down and tells him to stay.
As Rainbow Dash watches her bash it, none of them notices Spike ditching them and wandering around the castle by himself.
KACHUNK!
It worked. The light is on and they can see through the whole castle. As Fluttershy lands back on the ground and to carry Spike he's not here.
"Uh oh! Where's Spike?!" She shouted.
Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash starts to look for Spike and in the green room, they see Spike standing by the statue of Queen Chrysalis. As they're about to catch him the statue shot a two beams at them from her horn but Spike grabbed them his tongue and breath fire at the statue and the wall opened. Spike goes in as Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash chase after it.
Spike was hopping through giant spikes that will squish him but he avoided them. Rainbow Dash dashed towards him cause he was just sending there. But the giant spike squashed her making her flat. Fluttershy picked her up and rolled her up and goes though the giant spikes. As she got through, she uses a magic balloon that she saw by the door and Rainbow Dash is back to normal.
Spike continues to hop and goes though a chain link fence and as he opens the door a changeling football player appears. Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash sees it and gasped. So they climbed up the chain link fence to get before he gets grabbed. As they got here In time, Rainbow Dash stomps on the the Changling football player but when she did, it split into three and all charged. Rainbow Dash tries to stomp on them again, but they knocked her back. As the football players charge even faster at them, Spike uses his tongue and grabs and ate and spits all three of them out. Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are relieved that he saved them and they continue chasing Spike.
As they look for Spike in Chrysalis's throne room, he's no where to be seen. So they go find him in the other room. But they didn't notice Spike is hiding under Chrysalis's chair. As he got out, he started to eat the whole throne room.
Meanwhile, while Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash continue their search for Spike, Queen Chrysalis is hiding behind the pillars and she sends out her toy versions of the changelings. As Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash hears the clicking sound, they turned and notices that they are being chased by them so they run away back to throne room and sees that everything in the throne room is gone. They were suprised and realized that Spike was the one who ate it all and he burped. Queen Chrysalis comes in to attack Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy but as she turned, she is shocked that her throne room is completely eaten by Spike.
"MY THRONE!! MY THRONE ROOM!! YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS PONIES!!" She shouted cause she's really angry about what happened to her room.
She calls in more toy versions of the changelings to get them. More toy versions of the changelings start to charge into them. They're going to be done for.
Spike sees that they're going to attack Rainbow Dash & Fluttershy and he needs to save them
"Hey!! Robots no eat Fluttershy, Spike eat robots!!" He shouted.
So he once again uses his tongue from his mouth, grabs the robot changelings, and swallowed them. Queen Chrysalis I shocked that he needs only be ate her throne room, but her army.
"Impossible! That Dragon twerp is eating my army."
Rainbow Dash turns to Fluttershy.
"You didn't tell me you brought your secret weapon Fluttershy."
Fluttershy smiled.
"That's Papa Fluttershy to you Rainbow Dash." She said.
She's probably starting to love that nickkname.
"Alright Queen Chrysalis, free Rarity or Spike here is gonna eat your castle piece by piece." said Rainbow Dash as she told her to free thier friend.
"Okay. But I can build another castle but you cant build another Rarity without this key. And you'll never get it. Hahahaha." said Chrysalis laughing.
Luckily Spike snagged I with his tongue and ate it. Queen Chrysalis is enraged.
"Aughh!! I'll be back!! And when I do that monster of yours is going on a cracked diet!!"
So she flies away from castle. Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash may make Queen Chrysalis leave they still need to find Rarity.
"Good job Spike. Um you didn't swallow the key didn't you?" Fluttershy asked cause they don't want to lose the key forever.
In response, he spit out the key and the key hits the keyhole on the wall. The room started to glow making Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Spike cover their eyes. As they uncovered their eyes, they see stones made of building and the sky is blue. They're back in Dragon Land and Rarity is here too.
Fluttershy starts to end story.
"And so we found ourselves back to Dragon Land and rescued Rarity thanks to Spike."
Rarity approaches to Spike, carries him and hugs him. Spike starts to fall in love with her.
"The End."
Back at the castle, Spike falls asleep. Fluttershy felt great that she told Spike a story. So she tuck him in and said,
"Good night Spike."
"Goodnight Papa Fluttershy." he said to her went back to sleep.
Fluttershy starts to giggle at herself a little.
