Night Meeting

RainbowStrike was running for her life.

"Leave me alone!!"

She called over her withers.

"YOU CAN NOT ESCAPE THE FUTURE, RAINBOW STRIKE!"

Luna. Talking in her Rule Canterlot voice. She was on the storm cloud that was chasing her.

Late the next morning, RainbowStrike and Burning Axe were a little away from the castle, asleep together inside a hay burn.

BurningAxe was awake, watching her sleep. Both were smiling, bodies against one another.

"Are you alright?"

Rain opened her eyes, and smiled. She nodded, slightly.

"Yes," She said,

"I enjoyed last night with you, I did, and I wish every night would be like last night,"

She suddenly looked very serious, and smiled to herself.

"And it will be."

She spread her wings. She flew off without a word.
