Rough Days

Black Shadow's (POV)

"Rainbow, you don't know all the things I have done. If you knew you couldn't love me." I said, looking down with tears beginning to form. "I never wanted to be this way, but a person can only take so much before they break. Dash, I am broken and there is no way for me to be whole again." A few tears now falling from my eyes. I could feel Rainbow's hands on the side of my face brushing of the few tears that fell.

"You know, you may not be totally awesome, but with me around you could be and... maybe.. I could help put you back together." I looked into her eyes and saw the gently concern and the determination practically glowing in them. I raised my hands and grabbed her hand from my face and held them gently, as if trying not to break them.

"Rainbow." I whispered, as my leaned in for another kiss, this time I could see her close her eyes and start to lean in as well. As our lips got closer I could feel her warm breath and her light perfume filled my nose with strawberry's. When our lips connected I started it slow, my hands working their way to the small of her back bringing her deeper into the kiss. I could feel her tongue on my lips asking for entrance, so the tongue battle started. I started to hear her moan slightly. My left hand roamed over her left butt cheek, she jumped slightly before she started kissing even more feverously. Suddenly I heard someone yell.

"GET AWAY FROM HER, YOU!!!" I didn't have time to react and someone pull us apart and slap me. When I saw who it was, I wasn't really surprised, it was Twilight the egghead. "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND I DONT WANT YOU NEAR MY FRIENDS!!!" I looked down and turned away from the two of them and then slowly walked away."Man how lucky can I get this will speed up my plans a bit., now to seal the deal." As I walked away, I stopped one last time and looked back at Rainbow and said,

"See, I can't find love, everyone only sees the monster." I then turned my head and walked way, down the hall. I walked down the hall and saw a janitor closet and walked in and slumped down to the ground. "Well, that should have done it, now I just sit back and wait." I sat there for a few minutes till i heard Rainbow yell, something and storm off. I could then hear someone stomp their way past the janitor's closet. I got up and walked back down the hallway where a stunned Twilight was at. I looked at her and give her a small smirk, I could tell this confused her, I guess logic really does rule her brain if this stumps her. I then walked out of the school and started my way down the road that I was told that Sweet Apple Acers was on.

It took almost 30 minutes to walk to the gate that lead even further down a dirt road with apple trees on both sides stretching as far as the eye could see. It may have taken me about another 5 minutes to reach a small cabin looking house. I walked up to the front porch and knocked three times and waited. I could hear slow footsteps making their way to the door and when it opened up I saw on old lady with gray hair standing there. I said, "I was told by Mr. Macintosh, that I could work her as a hand, ma'am." I could see her nodded her head and point  to the barn and said.

"You'll find him in their getting ready, just remember that if ya don't work hard we won't let you work here no more. Got it." I nodded my head. "Good, now get on and do your best ya hear." I nodded once more and made my why to the barn."Now to see of I cant win some points with the farmer chick, her name was Applejack, right?" I said to myself, when I got the barn door I could see the it was already open and he was in their working on an old tractor that looked like it hadn't run for some time. I decided to make my presence known by saying.

"Sir, I am Shadow, you said I work here." I saw him turn around and he gave me a smile and waved my over to where he was. As I made my way over to the tractor I thought,"Okay, now how do I go about this? I guess working hard around here will give my some favor in her eyes. I guess I could try and fix this old thing, because honestly it doesn't look like he knows what he is doing." When I made it to him he stuck out his hand and said,

"Nice to have ya around, I was just trying to get this blasted thing her to work. I got all the parts I think I needed, but darn blast its i don't know how to install none of it." I looked it over and saw that it was fairly simple, I was amazed he didn't figure it out, then I guess that someone people just don't understand some things. I grabbed the tools and got to work, I replaced some of the hydraulic hoses with the newer ones and replaced the oil filter, and the air filter was filthy unfortunately they didn't have one so I had to clean it with a rag to the best of my ability. I looked over it once and realized that was all I could do and looked back at him and said,

"Give it a shoot now." He shrugged his shoulders and climbed up on the tractor and turned the ignition and the engine sputtered for a minute and finally turned over. I could see him smile and I just shrugged my shoulder. "Looks like it works fairly good, you really should have taken it to a mechanic." He was about to say something when for a second time someone yelled at me.

"WHAT ARE YA DOING HERE, YOU VARMIT!!!" I just pointed at the tractor.

"I work here, now. Hope we can get along." I said with a smirk. "Is that enough for today boss", I saw Macintosh nod yes. So I left the barn leaving a stunned Applejack behind.
