Remember, the Authority has dealt with much freakier shit than colorful ponies. Before you say anything on it, take Mutants into consideration. Fucking Mutants. Also, as you can probably tell, the way I write it is somewhat 'similar' to that of My Little Dashie.
~ About the Authority for Beginners ~
The Authority is a highly organized and weaponized military force that controls and shapes the Wasteland how they see fit. Unlike the mutants and bandits that wander the Wasteland, the Authority knows what it's doing. They use personal energy shields, recharging stations that refill their energy meters, and utilize cover and tactics.
Led by General Martin Cross, also known as the Visionary, the Authority's main purpose is to restore order to the world by any means necessary, including killing unmutated humans. The Authority seems to have an agenda against Ark Survivors, ruthlessly seeking them out wherever they are found and taking them back to Capital Prime for unknown reasons. However, it is speculated (through the novel and a trailer) that the reason for this is the fact that all Ark Survivors have had Nanotrites implanted before going into deep cryo hibernation.
It is discovered that they have their origins within the United States military. On the night that 99942 Apophis hit, the last of the Arks, a "Super Ark" capable of holding hundreds of people, was taken over by a select team of soldiers led by General Martin Cross and Colonel James Casey. With its original residents left for dead, Cross altered its programming so that it would emerge in 2105, and so be the first of the Arks to emerge in the Wasteland by many years. This set up Cross and his men so that they might shape the new world in his vision.
- *'Some' info about the Ark Program / Arks.** -*
The Arks were small technologically advanced shelters meant to protect a small part of humanity, its brightest and greatest, from the destruction brought by 99942 Apophis. When they opened after at least a hundred years underground, they would provide humanity with the hope of beginning again after the destruction that inevitably would result from the Apophis' strike.
Only a select few of the Earth's nations had Ark projects executed with the utmost secrecy, with many people not knowing about them until it was already too late and the Arks were long buried underground. Each Ark site was provided with a high level of security, with armed soldiers lining every corridor and tanks emplaced on their perimeters, their supervisors fully expecting attacks from those who hadn't been amongst the chosen few to be selected to survive.
The Ark residents came from all walks of life. Scientists from every field were the mainstay of those chosen, so that there would be no problem in the new world that couldn't be dissected and a solution created, but also amongst these great minds were to be military men. In each Ark a soldier was placed. Destined to act as the leaders of each group of Ark Survivors, many of them had experienced the escalating brutality of the wars of the 21st century and were expected to conduct themselves in similar evenhanded manners in whatever world was left after Apophis struck.
Each Ark was created to be fully automated, with a computer A.I. controlling all of the Ark's primary functions, including the date in which the Ark resurfaced. This program, although it seemed to be not a true A.I., only emulating one, was meant to provide a basic interface between an Ark survivor and the vast amounts of scientific and practical information contained within each Ark. A female voice was apparently chosen as it would be perceived as more comforting to Ark survivors upon reanimation.
- *Back to the Authority information...** -*
The Authority enjoys an overwhelming edge in technology over any other faction in the game (RAGE) including but not limited to: dropships, jetpacks, energy shields, advanced firearms, powered exoskeletons, - and appear to be constantly developing new tech to give them the edge over their foes.
The Authority tends to watch over towns that have no specific interest for it, and only makes an approach if it's required. All surveying is performed by the Authority Drones while the soldiers are only found around (or inside) the Authority installations and in the places of interest, like the settlements that possibly shelter Ark Survivors.
~ Let us begin the story... *Enjoy.* ~
You lean against one of the walls in the prison, as you and your teammates stand guard. Your shotgun is slung over your shoulder, the extender making a great deal of efficiency; more bullets for less reload time.
The quiet is almost unbearable. Boredom and silence wreak the room, unless the sound of Muties growling is considered boredom.
Suddenly, one of your teammates, Private Johanson, perk up. "I think I heard something..."
"Go check it out." orders the Squad Leader.
So, the teammate who heard the noise cautiously moved towards a grate along the worn walls of the prison, which blocked off a tunnel. He listens closely to the grate. You hear it too as you approach. Someone is heard faintly crying. "I'll watch your back." you say, approaching the grate.
"The grate's too thick to shoot down. Someone hand me an explosive charge." Johanson says after inspecting the thick iron grate.
You do just as told, and give him an explosive charge from your tool belt. "Step back." Johanson orders as he plants the charge.
You and your teammates step back a good bit, when the explosive goes off, there is nothing left of the grate aside very few but twisted metal pieces. "Move in." you say, as you and Johanson move into the tunnel, your weapon at the ready.
The crying began to slowly grow louder as the two of you moved along the damp, narrow tunnel, but the source was nearby. That much was obvious.
Suddenly, the Squad Leader calls back. "Head office just called in, and a breach was detected in that specific area. Check that out first."
"Got it." you reply over the built-in walkie.
The tunnel suddenly leads into a large, dark and water-filled cavern. The crying is loud now. "I'll go check on the breach. You check out the crying." private Johanson says, going in the direction of said breach.
You comply, walking towards the source of the crying. You can hear multiple of your squad-members marching towards the breach, but you're more concerned about the crying.
As you scan the damp, dark and rocky ground, you see nothing. You flick on the flashlight attachment on your shotgun, and then you see a yellow blob, no bigger than a five-month old puppy, curled up in a corner. "Huh?" you wonder as to why it got here, what it is, but you save your questions, as you cautiously approach the crying being.
You kneel down in front of it, and the crying quadruped looks up to you, shivering from the cold and teary-eyed. The quadruped looks ready to scream, as you finally pick up on its features; hooves, wings, large eyes, and a mane.
I will not shoot this creature. You decide, putting your gun on your back.
You call over to one of your teammates, "I found something!" afterwards, you begin hearing one of your fellow members of your squad approach you.
"What is it?" he asks, before you point to the crying yellow quadruped on the ground. "What the hell is that?"
You notice that the quadruped is beginning to backpedal against the wall of the cave, and is muttering something out. "P-please d-d-don't h-h-hurt m-me..." is the only thing you can understand as the four-legged creature cries.
You look to your teammate for confirmation, even through the armor on your head, your teammate knew that below that armor, you had a look of surprise on your face. He nods. Next, you had a look of sympathy on your face. He nods again, and you reach your arm out to the quadruped, putting your shotgun on the ground. "Hey, it's alright. I won't hurt you." you say, petting the scared... Equine... On its head. Out of sympathy, you scoop the small yellow equine into your arm. "From my judgement, it's some sort of equine. What were those horses with wings called again?" you attempt searching your memory.
"Pegasus. Now come on, we gotta go check on the breach." your teammate orders, going up to check on the breach.
You hardly notice the yellow Pegasus shivering and squirming violently in your armored arms, but you attempt to calm it down as you pick up your shotgun and turn on the flashlight again. "It's alright." you say through your robotized voice-filter.
The equine appeared to be a filly, due to her more feminine and small appearance, and she suddenly shoves her face into your armored shoulder, letting her tears run down your armor.
You pat the filly on the back, before going up the separate pathway that lead to the room with the breach. When you enter, your teammates are in place, all looking at the door ahead of them. You spy an open crate, and you get an idea. "Sorry, but you have to stay safe." you tell the filly, putting her in the crate and punching out a hole for air with your fist through the weak wood, before closing the lid. The yellow Pegasus squeaked, before you assumed she complied.
Suddenly, the door burst open, revealing a crimson-armored Ark Survivor holding an Assault Rifle. Within ten seconds and a hail of hellfire, four of the five of you are dead. You're the only one left, and you're just anxiously waiting for that fucker to come around the corner...
As soon as you see him do so, you open fire on him, taking him by surprise as five close-range spreads of Buckshots send the Ark Survivor sprawling into a bloody unconsciousness. Knowing about the Ark program, you remember he has a defibrillator, so you quickly grab the filly from the crate, and get the hell out of there.
From the room you just entered, you hear a loud *ZAP!*, indicating that the Ark is back on his feet, but you press on.
You rush past the grate that blocked off the tunnel leading to the small cavern and the pathway, and up the stairs, through a security gate, and you find the exit to the prison past a door. "Time to make sure he doesn't get out." you say evilly, putting two explosive charges at the bottom and top of the door. You press the detonator button on your wrist, and exit the prison quickly, followed by a large explosion being heard from the inside.
Outside, the Wasteland's sun shone brightly. You spy the Ark's buggy a good mile away from the prison, before looking up to see limp bodies of your comrades hanging over their guard post edges, their sniper rifles on the ground. "Damn," with no time for mourning the deceased, you get into one of the Predators that are parked outside, and you put the terrified yellow Pegasus filly in the passenger seat of the heavily-armored vehicle, and stomp on the gas, turning on the Boost so you can get out of the area quicker.
You remember where the cabin you call home was, and you head for it.
"This is gonna be a long drive, kid." you say to the shivering filly, as you round a bend quickly, throwing the handbrake on. The Predator's massive weight disagreed with the turn, but you made it, just barely scraping a rock face.
As you are driving, you can hear multiple engines of Bandit cars rev up. "Oh God. We got Bandits. Hang on, kid." you say, pulling a full 180° turn, and raining hell upon one of the unlucky Bandit's buggies with the mini-guns attached to the Predator.
A small chase and about 153 bullets pumped into the Bandit car, before it went up in flame. All the while, the Predator's heavy armor had been shrugging off Bandit missiles and mini-gun rounds. You whip the vehicle around, then punch the shield button, the blue semi-circle coming around the vehicle as the shield instantly shrugs off multiple bullets, missiles and other weapons.
You switch to the Predator's Homing Rockets, and you step on the gas, and smash into an oncoming Bandit car, sending it flying as you mercilessly fire off a Homing Rocket in its direction, followed by an explosion. Without further ado, you deal with the last Bandit car.
... But where was it?
Your guard was down.
Oh f-
The Predator rocked, as the armor fell to pieces from five consecutive, accurate Homing Missile shots. "Shit!" you curse, as you see the smoke and fire pouring out of the engine. You immediately grab an Authority Jet-pack, machine gun, and the yellow filly, and you leap from the Predator, dodging bullets as the Jet-pack whirred to life, sending you high into the air safely.
You open fire on the Bandit car below, sometimes dodging your bullets, but most of them hitting the rugged vehicle. It took only two clips, before the engine blew up.
Without a second thought, you use the Jet-pack to get as far as you could.
Once at your shack, you land on the ground, disengaging your Jet-pack from your back. The filly had been shaking all the way. You open the door, and let out a robotic sigh as you remove your helmet, turning into the end of a human sigh. The filly is on your bed, with a quizzical, confused and scared expression.
"Are you alright?" you ask the filly.
You notice the filly is starting to look more scared by the second.
"It's alright, I won't hurt you." you say, sitting next to her on the bed. Even though she's unfamiliar and foreign to these lands, there's something about her that calms you down. There appeared to be a trio of butterflies on her flanks. "So I'll ask you again, are you alright?"
The filly was becoming a tad more comfortable, but this was only in very subtle amounts. "Y-yes..." she stuttered out.
You're surprised that you got a vocal reply from the small filly, but you contain your surprise. "Where are you from?"
The filly looks up to you, then responds nonchalantly, "Ponyville."
You couldn't help but crack-up laughing on the inside at the name of the town she originated from. How cheesy! You think, but then again, her features were otherworldly, and mostly equine. She was a pony, but still a filly. "Oh? What part of the Wasteland is that?" you question her.
"Oh no, it's not a wasteland. It's full of life and nice ponies! But I... I don't know how I got here..." she explains to the best of her ability, from your perspective, looking around the room with a somewhat confused look on her face.
"What's your name?" you ask curiously.
The filly began to look shy, but she answered. "F-Fluttershy."
You pet her on the head as soft as you can, and you say with a smile that the Authority couldn't give you, "I think it's best if you get some sleep. You look awful tired, young lady." tucking her easily underneath the covers, you slowly give her a hug. "Fluttershy, I... I need you to listen. The world you were in before is not the one you are in now. This is Earth. But sweetheart, I'll see what I can do to get you back. Alright?" that's when you notice a gem necklace around her neck. You eye it curiously. "What's this?"
"Huh..?" Fluttershy wonders, the young filly looking down, her chin bumping into a necklace in the shape of a butterfly. "I'm not sure... Wait... I-it looks like my cutie mark." she pops out of the covers, and compares the mark on her flank to the necklace. The designs match perfectly.
"You mind if I take this? I have an old friend who can analyze it." you ask kindly, thinking of your old pal, Kvasir. "He may be able to tell us what it is."
"Oh, not at all." Fluttershy says, removing the necklace with her maw, and holding it out to you. You take it into your hand, and stuff it in your pocket. "Mr... Who are you?" she speaks up.
Damn, where are my manners? Goddamn future is cruel... You scold yourself for not appropriately addressing yourself. "I'm Leonard. Just call me-"
That's when you hear the screeching and growling of Muties, almost right outside of your cabin.
Fluttershy yelps in fear, and shivers as she cowers underneath the covers. "Wh-wh-wh-wh-what was th-th-th-that?!" she panics, almost dropping dead from being startled by the shriek of Mutants.
"Shh." you order, shutting off the light in the cabin so that it wouldn't be seen by the Mutants. You grab your shotgun from your back, and you cock it, slipping in a new clip. You take a peak outside into the cold night of the Wasteland, and you see a group of four - no -, five Muties, pass right by your cabin.
An idea hits you, as you walk to the back of your cabin to get out your old crossbow, and you quietly open the door, lining up a perfect shot.
It didn't make a sound.
A pull of the finger,
WHOOSH!
A screech,
A thud.
You repeat this process, until every Mutant has dropped dead, arrows sticking out of their deformed skulls. You reload your crossbow, and walk back inside.
Fluttershy saw the entire occurrence, and was shivering uncontrollably. "What were t-t-those things?" she was clearly afraid.
"Listen, Fluttershy, those were Mutants. Sweetheart, I want you to promise me something." you kneel down beside Fluttershy, who looks up to you. You put a hand on her right shoulder, and look her in the eyes. "I want you never to leave this cabin unless I'm with you. As long as you're with me, you're safe. The Wasteland is a dangerous place. Never go out alone and unarmed." you tell her sternly.
Fluttershy yawns, but you know she's only tired. "Fluttershy, when you wake up, I'll be at work. Now remember sweetheart, if you ever need me, use this. You speak into it, and your voice will come to me." you hand her a voice-activated walkie, and you stand up. "Okay?" you ask for her confirmation.
"Okay." she nods, before hopping up on the bed, and snuggling up in the covers, dozing into a nice, cute sleep.
Another idea strikes you, and you look around your work desk, finding a pen and an old piece of paper.
You write a note down, before quietly putting a tack in it, securing it to a wall of your cabin. You put on your helmet, and almost silently open the door to your cabin, and shut it, after turning on a small lamp for Fluttershy.
Outside, you spy your old ATV, and you hop on your ATV, revving up the engine. You make for the Authority Prison again, to meet up with your Squad to go to the recently-escaped Ark's criostasis chamber to retrieve his Data drive. After that, you are retiring. You won't care what they say. God has given you a chance, and you'll take it. But after that, you have to go to Old Man Kvasir to analyze the unknown necklace.
Fluttershy softly awakes, to see nobody but her in the cabin. The fillies' eyes slowly fluttered open again, and she hops out of bed, doing a couple of stretches. She spots a note pinned to a wall, and she flutters her wings, giving her enough altitude to read it. The note read;
'Fluttershy:
I've gone to work. I'll be back at 7 PM.
Please don't go outside!
Food is in the kitchen to your right, bathroom
to your left.
-Leo'
Fluttershy landed on the bed, and her stomach growled. "Oh... My..." she says, before trotting into the kitchen, which was cleaner than the rest of the cabin. Flying up onto a counter, she found bread, water, very few vegetables, canned... Meat... The thought of meat made Fluttershy recoil in disgust, but she ignored it, grabbing a slice of bread from the bag with her mouth, and eating it in small, satisfying bites over the course of five minutes.
She walked back into the main room, and heard an engine of a 'buggy', Leo called it, stopping in front of the cabin.
Fluttershy peered through the window, and looked to see two of the two-legged creatures, only with ghastly pale-white skin and tribal markings about their bodies hop out of the buggy. She heard one of them, that spoke in a raspy voice; "Look what we have here. Heh heh, nobody's home! Let's break in and ransack the place!"
There was something awfully familiar about the buggy that made Fluttershy concerned...
A flashback struck Fluttershy, even though it was short.
"Oh God. We got Bandits. Hang on, kid."
Oh no, BANDITS! Fluttershy panicked, remembering what the Bandit buggies looked like on their way here.
Paralyzed with fear almost, Fluttershy remembered what Leo had told her, and raced for the walkie.
"Leo! Leo! HELP! THERE'S B-B-BANDITS!"
"Dammit!" you curse, stomping on the ground. "The damn Ark Survivor got away." you scold yourself, again, being the last surviving member of your team. You walk to your Predator, but a panicked screaming comes over the private walkie you gave to Fluttershy.
"Leo! Leo! HELP! THERE'S B-B-BANDITS!" Fluttershy's voice was full of panic and fear.
How did she know what Bandits look like!? Fuck it, I need to go save her! Concern and worry hit you hard. "FUCK! I'M COMING FLUTTERSHY, RUN, HIDE! HIDE!" you order over the walkie. Over the walkie, you hear the banging of the door, and a gasp, before you hear Fluttershy gallop off faintly.
You rip open the door to the Predator, and leap inside, punching the gas and stomping on the Boost, rocketing the large vehicle uphill as the rubber and the ground collided, making a screeching sound. You whip the vehicle into a 90° turn, and turning on the Boost again, you speed down the dusty road, heading for your cabin.
You go slack-jawed at the damage the Bandits have done. It was too late. The damage was done. Your cabin was vandalized and ransacked.
Angrily, you rip the door from its hinges, and storm inside. "Fluttershy? Fluttershy!?" you call to her, but every inch of your cabin has been littered with your own belongings, most of them missing. "Fucking Bandits!" you stomp on the ground, looking through every nook and cranny you can find.
They didn't take her... They didn't. You tell yourself, until you realize that you've searched the entire cabin without a single clue of Fluttershy. But, you spy something.
A yellow feather.
You pick it up, and put it on your desk, after standing it back up. The goddamn Ghost Tribe came through here, that's for certain. You easily tell out who did this, due to the ruthlessness of the ransacking of your home.
Your blood goes hot, as the feeling of worry and the need for revenge clouds your common sense. You pick up every last thing you can find. Bandages, ammo, grenades...
In pure determination, you rush outside, and jump in the Predator. You already know where the Ghost Hideout is, so you punch the gas.
"Those motherfuckers are going to pay..."
... And I'm going to save Fluttershy.
"Why did you take the animal!?" tribe leader Korroth scolds his tribe-mates for bringing a talking, winged filly into their domain. "The owner will barge in here and force us to give the fucking thing back! You dumb shits!" he pistol-whips Cets, another one of his tribe-mates who brought back the filly, with his accomplice, Takra.
Takra interrupts, "You said to ransack any place we found. You didn't specify-"
"I DON'T NEED TO SPECIFY BULL. *SHIT!!!***" Korroth yells in Takra's face, making him backpedal one step. "Either you take care of it, or leave it to die!" he kicks Takra to the ground, and slams a fist in his face, making his nose bleed. He looks back to the now crying filly. His ghastly appearance is scaring the life out of the poor thing, but Korroth shows no sympathy. "You talked earlier! Well, spit out your fucking name!" he demands cruelly, staring harshly at the filly.
The filly only curled up into a ball, and cried much more in response.
Korroth sighs. "Takra, keep a fucking eye on the animal. Don't fucking kill it, I'm not going to have some bastard march in here and kill us because we stole his fucking pet!" he snapped Takra to his feet, who held his nose, growling at his leader in disapproval. "You will do it, or I will rip your fucking nose clean off! Do you understand me?!" he hisses. Takra nods, before shoving Korroth out of his way, taking a seat next to the crying filly.
After wrapping his nose in gauze, Takra began to feel a little bit bad for taking the defenseless thing. I mean, he killed people, but a defenseless filly... That's like killing a baby. "Hey," he called to the filly. Tear-glazed turquoise eyes looked up to him, bloodshot and reddened from crying. Takra put a hand on the fillies' head, softly petting her. "Stop crying. Korroth is gone." he said, taking the filly into his lap, which was fortunately just enough to hold her.
"B-b-b-but th-they... H-him... Y-y-you... S-s-scary..." she whimpered, before stuffing her face helplessly into Takra's gut.
This is going to go on for a while... Takra sighed, still petting the fillies' mane.
Then, he heard one of his tribe-mates faintly announce, "There he is-AGH!" followed by a hail of gunfire.
"Stay here!" Takra ordered, placing the filly down on the couch, taking out his blade and running to confront the intruder. He had one Grenade on him...
He planned to use it.
You now stood over the lifeless, bullet-barraged body of a Ghost Bandit, reloading your Enforcer-Grade Machine Gun. Instead, you pull out your Buckshot, and reload it quickly, just whipping around in time to do a flip, and kick a charging Bandit in the face, sending him sprawling to the ground. You aim the barrel of your shotgun at his face intimidatingly, your helmet hiding your expression of pure anger. "Where is she?!" you demand.
Without responding for more than two seconds, you kick the Bandit in the gut. "I asked you a question." you hiss, cocking your shotgun.
"Where's... Who..?" the Bandit asks, picking up his blade with a smirk on his face. Before he could send it barreling at you, you fire a shot into his gut, spilling blood as he screamed, his organs spilling out from the close-range shot. You mercilessly grab the top of his head, and snap his neck, putting an end to the screaming.
That's when a bullet shot you in your back. You recoil, and look over, almost unscathed due to your Enforcer Armor. You rip off the pin of a HE Grenade, and toss it towards the source of the fire. "SHIT!" you hear a Bandit yell, before he stood up, but it was far too late. The grenade was cooked long enough to make the explosion unavoidable. Blood spattered somewhat on your crimson armor, which made no difference as it was the same color. You press forward, bringing out your Enforcer Machine Gun, switching on the flashlight due to the sudden decrease in light.
"Ragh!" a Bandit cries, before two feet slam into your side, knocking you onto your back. "Authority scum!"
You roll to your feet, barely being missed by a Wingstick as it planted itself into the wall behind your head. You charge the Bandit, pummeling into him, and smashing him into a wall. Weakened, the Bandit's skinny arms fell to his sides. "Where is she!?" you demand again, holding him strongly by his throat.
The Bandit coughs, "Who!?"
"Fluttershy." you growl at him. "Where is she!?"
"Th-th-the animal..?"
You smash a fist into his chest for calling her such a thing. "She is my..." dare you say it, but fuck it, you will. "... Family."
The Bandit was now gasping for air, as your grip tightened on his throat. You release him, but knee him in the chest very hard, knocking him out. You peer into the room ahead of you. "Fluttershy?!" you call out.
Another Bandit leaps out at you. "There he is-AGH!" he yells in agony, sprawling to the ground as your Machine Gun discharges, barraging him with bullets.
"Eat this!" you hear a Bandit call, before you see a Grenade thrown through the air.
You time it just right, kicking the Grenade back, and hearing the Bandit chuckle, before screaming in terror, jumping up, and being blown into a wall. Luckily, none of his limbs departed his body. He was still alive and conscious, but hurt badly.
You storm over to him. "Where is Fluttershy?" you demand the Bandit, who looked up at you angrily.
"Who... Is..." the Bandit was cut off, as you kick him in the leg, making him grunt.
"You fucking took her, didn't you!? You bastard!" you lift him up by his throat, pulling out your pistol for an execution...
"L-Leo!" Fluttershy's distressed voice calls, making you drop the Bandit, and run over to her.
"Fluttershy!" you hug the yellow filly, taking your helmet off. "I'm glad you're alright." you say, relieved that she is okay... She looked to have a few cuts and bruises, but nothing too serious that a bandage or three couldn't fix up.
"Oh. So touching." a raspy male voice says behind you, before you feel the barrel of a gun being pointed to the back of your head. "You're the one who owns the fucking animal?"
"She's not an animal." you stand up, looking the Bandit leader in the eyes. "Your men took her. You're lucky I didn't bring a squad of us marching through here. She, Fluttershy, is a part of my family." you reason, even though there is a barrel of a gun being stuck in your face.
"You killed my brothers." the Ghost Leader says. "Give me a good reason why a bullet isn't in your head right now."
"Because of her." you point to Fluttershy, who is nuzzled-up against your leg.
The Ghost Leader shakes his head, and cocks his gun. "Sorry, but I'm not just going to be letting you go." he smirks. You just sigh, and in under two seconds, he is disarmed, and his elbow is broken.
Holding Fluttershy in your right arm, you make your way through the hideout, and you find a zipline. "Hang on." you tell Fluttershy, who complies, and wraps her tiny hooves around your shoulder. You grab hold of the handle, and walk from the edge, letting the zipline carry you and Fluttershy down. She squeaks, but you make it down before she could open her eyes. "It's fine. We're on the ground now." you tell her, lifting your leg up and kicking-out a weakened wall, which lead out to your Predator.
You hop in your Predator after a short walk, and slowly drive. "I know a place we could go." you say, making a right, heading towards Kvasir's settlement.
"So, would you like to come with me?" you ask the filly as you park outside of Kvasir's lab entrance. The filly nods, letting you take her into your arms as you get out of the vehicle, approaching the drive-thru styled communicator.
"Who is it?" an old voice asks from the other side.
"Kvasir, it's Leonard Polke. Remember me?" you ask.
There was a short pause.
"Leo? Oh my, it has been far too long. I'll let you in."
"Thank you. And Kvasir?"
"Yes?"
"I have something that you should see."
