BRIMMMM! (shriek)

My eyes flutter open from the sudden noise.

Daylight was seeping in through the windows while my eyes slowly adjusted to the scenery.

The shriek was still echoing in my head with additional more noise. But soon enough it stopped.

"You can't go all out on sleeping after break is over dim-wit", said anonymous.

That was my sister, Carla.

"Why would you scream like that?!", I muffled while burying my head into my pillow.

She didn't understand what I said.

Carla, my sister, was a annoying dip shit. She was a short girl with curly blonde hair and wore a wrist watch where ever she went. Carla was a popular 7th grader though the only reason would be because she's apparently "pretty" and I'll admit has a lot natural talents. Cooking, fishing, studying, baking, sports, and god damn even gaming. Last year, every single week I would see at least one kid come to our house and leave little gifts for HER. None for me I guess. About 50% of her grade is hitting puberty so testosterone levels are higher than mount everest. Now it's calming down and I've only seen one kid come to give gifts for her.  And though people think she's sweet, she's just a sadist who likes punishing me.

Oh you're wondering about me? I'm not better than she is. I've got curvy brown hair with golden eyes. I used to be the same as her when I was her age. Always receiving gifts and what not that I thought was nothing. I can basically do almost everything Carla can do but just knitting.

"It's the second week of school and you haven't even gotten to the point where you've got a routine. Pathetic.", says the one who just got up 20 minutes late than she planned.

"Gimme a break already and get out.", I said.

I grab my clean pair of clothes and leaded my sister out of my room.

As I get dressed and prepared I scurry over to the bathroom to brush my teeth. As I brush my teeth, I see a figure in the mirror. It wasn't in color but just a big outline and it had a figure of a horse but smaller. I looked behind me to find that there was no horse figure behind me and I looked back to the mirror but it was gone.

"That's pretty weird. It was like there was a ghost there. Creepy like that shriek I heard this morning", I thought as I shiver.

I soon forget what I saw when my sister told me to hurry up when she was preparing breakfeast.

My parents were on a honey moon and wouldn't be back in a month or two so it was just me and my sister who took care of ourselves and each other.

My friend were always perverts and when I answered their question where my parents were, they got all creepy. They kept saying things like, "Bro, if her age is on the clock she can't get that cock you know" and "I should come here often to make sure their isn't anything scandalous going on in this incest smelling house".

Obviously they were joking and teasing me but when thinking about the situation, it was pretty scandalous.

I was left alone with a 12 year old for a month and horomones can come blasting in any moment from her now.

But I really doubt it since I'm her brother. Though there is that anime shit she's been watching recently so I'm 50/50 about it. (Do not send weeaboo army after me plz)

I head downstairs to eat a quick breakfeast and head out. Walking down the street in the city was surprisngly pleasing. Being able to see all those cars zoom by and the people walk is oddly satisfying. And also looking at the tall and erect buildings (heh) was fascinating. Though it was noisy a lot of the times and there was always commotion going on, you get used to it in a couple days.

I headed down to the bus stop and patiently waited.

Time passed very quickly when I soon realized in just a moment that my bus had come.

"Hm? How did it come so fast?", I thought while I was confused.

Getting on the bus I saw many people of many different skin tones, variety, and ethnicity. There were more men then women and I saw that few children and people my age were on the bus too. I sat down next to and old person. She looked very weary and was mending her ankle. I finally ignored her when she looked at me. I slipped out my book and began reading it.

"What the hell?" I said when the bus driver called out my stop.

"Hmmm. I have all recollection of what I had just done but I don't think I noticed the time. It was like I was flying through pages but at the same time I already knew what was read before I flipped to the next one." I murmed to myself as I began walking to school.

"Whatever, It's probaly just me being sleep deprived." I convinced myself of.

Though later on I would know that it wasn't me. And it wasn't anyone else. But what was changing was the world itself. A world that me and other's would come to know as an alien planet. A world where humanity and pony kind were on a knife's edge.

Sirens would sound, many explosions would befall Earth, and war would then start throughout Earth's history.

Time would start ticking at the first bang.
