2 Bats and 6 ponies

Gotham city GCPD headquarters.

It was a regular night in Gotham or so it seems, police commissioner Gordon was waiting near the the bat signal as it shined into the night sky.

"Commissioner" came a deep voice.

Turning around with a start Gordon saw the person he was calling, the batman. Standing 6'2" he was build like an Olympic athlete, he wore a grey body armored suit, around his waist was a yellow utility belt. Concealing most of his face was a black mask, where the eyes are were white slits, and on his head were long pointy ears giving him a rather frightening look. He wore black gauntlets that reached just below the elbows and had three bladed fins on the sides, on his feet he wore black steel toed boots. Cloaking him in the dark sky was his long black leather cape that dragged behind him, it also doubled as a glider. And in the center of his chest was a bat symbol. ( a cartoon style of the arkham knight suit.)

"Is there anyway you can show up without raising my blood pressure?" Gordon asked as Batman appeared form the shadows

"What's the problem?"

"Catwoman is loose and Deathstroke is back in town. He was last seen near the east docks"

"Selena won't be a problem I'll handel Slade first."

"Good luck."

With that Batman pulled out his grapple gun and took off, heading east. Arriving at the docks Batman landed on on of the crates and saw Slade and he wasn't alone. Bronze tiger was beside him, scowling at this, Batman now had to face two seasoned mercenary that wasn't going to be easy. Before he could think of a plan of attack a portal opened and sucked him in within seconds.

The batcave 2043

Sitting there the batcomputer was an elderly Bruce Wayne and laying beside was his dog Ace. "How's the evening going?"

Flying in the batmobile, Terry the new Batman was enjoying the quiet evening, no jokers, no super villians no nothing. "Great except that I'm missing mine and Dana's fourth anniversary today."

"She'll get over it"

"Right. Oh and I've been meaning to ask what's with the purple feather?"

Turning to face his trophie cases, one of them held a purple feather in it and the engraving read TWILIGHT_SPARKLE. Smiling at the memories he had with her and her friends and family. "It's quite the story."

"Oh?" Before Terry could say anything else a portal was sucking him in. "Bruce we got a problem."

"Eject now" Bruce shouted.

Listening to his mentor Terry pulled on the top leavers and he dropped out of the car but he and the car went through the the portal.

" TERRY!!!" Bruce shouted but he only received static on the other end.

Ponyville modern days. Two months has past since Tireks reign and today was Nyx's birthday and nearly all of Ponyville was at Twilight's castle. The CMC where on their way when they heard two loud booms that caught their attention, turning to face where the booms where and they saw two giant bats coming through and going into the everfree forest. The three fillies screamed and ran towards the castle and continued to scream once they went inside. Hearing the screaming from the ballroom, Twilight,Rainbow dash, Applejack, and Rarity went to go intersect with the filllies and once they were found Twilight used her magic to leviate them.

"What's wrong?" Twilight asked with concern in her voice.

"Two giant bats coming through portals and going into the everfree forest." Sweetybell answered

The four mares looked at each other then back to the fillies. " Ya Sure ya weren't just seeing things?" Applejack asked

" No We actually saw two giant bats." Applebloom replied.

" OK Rainbow dash after the party I want you and the wonderbolts looking for these bats. If you spot them do not engage them we don't know what they are capable of doing."

Rainbow dash saluted Twilight then they headed back to the party. Over in the everfree forest Batman was slowly getting up, his suit sustained minor cuts and so did he. Looking around his surroundings there was nothing but trees, scary looking trees. Picking a direction, Batman  started walking hoping to find any signs of life and within a few moments he heard a voice, it was a males voice and it sounded like a teenager and it was calling out his real name.

" Bruce can you read me?"

"I don't you know who you are but I suggest you quiet calling my name."

Turning around with a start Terry saw his mentor standing before him. "My name is Terry McGinnis the batman of the future and you will an older version of you is my mentor."

"Alright fly over the treelines and call out what you see." Nodding Terry used his thrusters and took to the sky and turned in every direction and facing Northwest something was shining in the sunlight. "We got something Northwest from our location." Terry shouted. Bruce nodded and started walking in that general direction while Terry spread his wings and glided over him. After an hour walk and flight the bats came to the outskirts of the forest and they saw a brightly colored village, using the zoom in his cowl and pulling out binoculars from his belt the two bats saw colorful ponies and it looked like the we're....talking?

"So what now since there are no humans around?" Terry asked

Bruce was quite for a moment before answering. "We go to the castle and tell them that we mean no harm."

"Agreed."

Inside the castle no pony heard the gasping and screaming outside but Pinkie Pies "pinkie sense" was off the wall, literally she was vibrating and bouncing off every wall and it took Twilight and Nyx to get a hold of the pink earth pony. "Oh we got some out of this world guests." And she some how got through the two princesses magic bubble and took off in the direction towards the front doors. Looking at each other then back in the direction of Pinkie then followed her to the front doors. Hoping it's nothing serious Twilight used her magic to open the doors only for her jaw to hit the floor as 2 bats stood before her. While Twilight was in complete shock Pinkie and Nyx were in awe at the sight.

"Um...hi could we talk to who ever owns this castle?" Terry asked

"I'm princess Nyx but you can call me Nyx this is Pinkie Pie and this is my mom Princess Twilight and you two are...?"

"Our real names are classified but you can call us batman and batman beyond." Bruce answered.

"Um OK then.... We are celebrating my 9th birthday so if you want to join us you are welcome to."

Terry looked at Bruce who nodded. "OK thank you." Snapping her mom out of her shocked state the group headed back to the party.  Once back at the party Twilight announced that their new guests aren't going to Harm anyone. It took some time to warm up to their new guests  but eventually the did and even got Terry to join in on some games. But Bruce was standing near the food table not wanting to be distributed, until Twilight came near him.

"What is it?"

"How's did you know that...."

"I heard you walking near."

"Uumm OK how come your not parting?"

"I'm not one for parties"

Every pony gasped after Batman  said that. "What!? No parties? Only a fillies parents would be mean enough to not let their kids have a party." Pinkie said and when she looked at Batman her mane flattened. Batman's eyes narrowed into white slits, his scowl deepen, his body ready to attack at the slightest movement, Pinkie was now staring at the bat glare.
