The power of a Saiyajin

'Everfree forest'

It was getting dark in the land of Equestria, the sun set, the ponies went to sleep and everything was peaceful and resting. Except a very curious alicorn who was wandering in the dark woods of the Everfree forest. She had her assistant with her, as well as some notebooks and quills in case she found anything worth writing down. Twilight was her name but you all knew that already.

She came across multiple mutilated corpses of critters and beasts.
Twilight Sparkle could only wonder what this strange 'thing' that she had found could be. It certainly did NOT look like a stereotype meteor.
She looked at it several times but couldn't identify it as anything she has ever seen, yet. It had to be from somewhere meteorites were not this fancy with shiny buttons all over the place. And it was surprisingly soft inside as she herself decided to test the material.

"Did this come from some kind of lab? It sure looks weird." Twilight said while trying to squeeze herself inside the drop pod,
quickly finding out that all of the pod's devices and other interactive 'things' were all in a foreign language she couldn't understand.

"The question is," Twilight said to her still present little dragon, which was leaning against a tree "where did it come from?"

She tried to study it for another couple of hours, trying to find some kind of equestrian language but again was met with the results of nothing and nothing but some foreign alien stuff/thing.
But then an idea came to mind.
"Spike take a note." The little dragon did as told and got his scroll and quill, knowing her he had of course taken the needed scrolls and quill.
Twilight began to speak when Spike was ready with a little red quill in his hand.

"Dear princess Celestia..."

Meanwhile in Garon's cave...

Our young saiyan slept for some time on the huge mountain of treasures and gems. Fighting that dragon thing wasn't as easy as you may think, (cause all it took was one hit) that blast he did took an enormous amount of ki and stamina and thus he was quite beat. That infamous technique which he used was non other than one created by prince Vegeta himself, the mighty Gallick gun a move so powerful, it could destroy a planet when used correctly.
Garon however was nowhere near the level of power that Vegeta had and so creating this move was really draining for his energy.

He was out for quite a while now 7 hours to be exact, the sun was slowly rising, the dawn came soon enough and the critters were waking up by now.
Although he was slowly getting his strength back, he still needed rest.

'6 Hours later Garon's cave'

Garon felt the sunray's tickle his face through the opening of the cave entrance, a quite uncomfortable feeling, which was also waking him up after his long nap. He yawned, sat up and stretched for a few minutes "Boy that sure knocked the wind out of me..." he commented as he stood up. He took the first step after falling unconscious and suddenly noticed the horrid smell that came from the burnt dragon corpse, it was stinging in his nose and that was making him quite uncomfortable, he flared his nostrils in disgust... "Ugh that smell is horrid, i think i'm going to leave.."

Not able to take that stank anymore, he walked out of the cave, regretting nothing of the things that happened in there. Due to his near 'death' experience his power got a pretty big boost and was now around 7.500 in normal state that is quite amazing for a lower tier warrior of the saiyans (considering Nappa only has 4.000) Garon felt that boost of power and grew more and more confident.

"I'm going to go get the rest of my stuff from the drop pod and then I think I will destroy that village i saw yesterday." Said Garon with an evil grin right before taking off into the skies and flying directly to his crash site, it was clear weather so he could see it from a mile away.
after a few seconds of flying he got there and landed in the bushes. He spotted two tents build up beside it, probably set up the past day, "Damn it someone found it." He cursed under his breath, quickly searching the area around him with his scouter. He saw two power levels approaching from the forest.

A purple equine with a horn and wings stepped forth accompanied by a relatively big lizard.
'Oh good just two animals, and here i thought there were- "Hey Spike do you think we should take take that thing back with us?" 'did it just talk?' Garon thought that this was strange, seeing an animal shaped being talk like a sentient lifeform. "Naaah Twilight it would probably cause an uproar back home." 'Ok those things can talk and communicate like people, hmm i should approach them.'
He stepped out of the bushes.

"Hey there, would you mind explaining what you are doing with my stuff?" Garon said a little angry.

"AH!" Twilight was startled by the sudden approach of the unknown creature.
"What are you? And where did you come from?" She quickly asked not knowing how to react exactly the way this (probably) alien looked.
"You're not fitting the description of mistery creatures and I'm sure I've never seen something like you before, so please...." She was trembling with fear actually, such a huge and talking thing that was menacingly glaring at her.

"We just found this... thing and we did a little research,..... he he sorry, we actually didn't take anything." Twilight said still shaking.

Garon was actually quite surprised, seeing this creature tremble just because of his looks, he maybe he was super scary to them, Interesting. First he decided to answer her.

"Well to answer your first question I'm a Saiyan, one of the greatest warriors of the Universe. And 2nd I come from planet Vegeta which was destroyed about 15 years ago, does that answer your questions?"
he said bluntly, due to his pride he wasn't fond of lying and there really was no reason why he should do so, why don't just tell her the truth?

Twilight's jaw dropped 'an alien here? oh my god!' "Are you really from another planet? I can't believe it! You must tell me everything about you, how you live, how your anatomy works, about your HISTORY!!! I NEED TO KNOW!!" she screamed at him out of excitement.

"Would you 'please' not try to burst my ear drums with your SHOUTING! I did not sleep well last night." He snapped at her quite furiously.

Twilight was taken aback by the sudden outburst of rage coming from the male alien in front of her.

"*ahem* Sorry about that I just got a little excited. My name is Princess Twilight Sparkle and I'm in charge of Ponyville over there." she pointed.

"Princess huh? Do you mean that village beyond the forest is your home?" he asked.

"Yes, yes it is!" Twilight said proudly, not knowing what would happen next.

"Well, I'll be sure to send them your regards." He said wearing an evil grin.

"Wha-?" Was all Twilight got out before Garon smacked her into a tree, creating a dust wave. She was obviously unconscious after that, with having only a power level of 535 and being so widely open to any attack coming. The little dragon beside her suddenly spoke up "TWILIGHT!!" He screamed in horror, rage flared up in the little being. "I will destroy you!" He spat out in anger towards the guy that just knocked Twilight out cold.
"Just who do you THINK. YOU. AREEEEEE!!!!" He fired his strongest flame at Garon while roaring, the flame shot with deadly speed towards him, burning down any plants in its path.

"I'M SUPERIOR TO YOU!!! Don't even try to RESIST" Garon answered with a quick beam from his hand that quickly cut through the fire and hit spike in the chest, knocking him out of the forest and flying towards the settlement. He crushed into an open field of grass and flowers, creating a crater where his body hit the floor.
The little lizard was still alive, though in a bad condition, blood coming out of his mouth and bruises across his chest.

The earth quaked and the sky was darkening, Garon was charging up his energy while screaming loudly, the trees were bending as massive gusts of wind shot through the air like hurricanes and tornadoes combined. The earth gave away to the massive shock waves of Garon's
immense Power, his level rose over 9.000 as he stopped charging, feeling that he was at his limit with immense power "First i will tear this village down, then destroy these pathetic ponies!" Garon flew with stunning speed and hovered in front of the village.

He called out to the inhabitants with power behind his voice "CITIZENS OF PONYVILLE!"
'I cant believe I'm saying this name out loud.'

"SURRENDER AND BOW DOWN TO ME, AND I WILL NOT HARM ANYONE INSIDE THIS VILLAGE!"
He was a menacing presence over this meek town, he stayed there for a couple of seconds, the winds still roaring and the skies still darkened but against his expectations a pony came flying to him, a blue coat, rainbow hair and she was fast, well for a equine.
She stopped right in front of him, glaring and looked at him from bottom to top then spoke up.

"HAH! WHAT are you talking about!? Me, Rainbow 'Danger' Dash aka the most awesome pony in all of Equestria, bowing down to some weird ape thing? Dream On punk!" She laughed at him. "Besides, what are you gonna do, hmm? Talk me to surrender, I don't think so-" she got ready for a punch directed to his gut "YOU better SHUT UP!" Her fist collided with his abdomen with quite a bit of force.

The moment of the impact you could hear a crunch and a crack afterwards...

Rainbow Dash realised she had just broken her hoof while punching the ugly apes gut. The pain finally getting to her she let out a scream, tears welling in her eyes afterwards " You bastard! Wha- what are you? " she coughed mid sentence due to the pain. Dead silence was all she got...
finally after 10 seconds of silence, Garon responded "I'm your new King-" then he whispered "weakling-" he then shoved his fist into her rib cage, completely shattering it in the process. The multicoloured pony let out a gasp for air before falling unconscious due to the pain and quickly falling towards the ground

"IS THERE ANOTHER THAT DARES TO OPPOSE ME!??" He again roared over his victory, a small crowd of ponies has already gathered around the town square, watching the creature that darkens the sky and bends the wind destroy Rainbow dash in a single blow.
Several of them were enraged while others screamed in terror and ran for their lives.
Someone named River already gathered a group of unicorns and led them towards the edge of town. They stood before the self proclaimed monarch until one of them with a dark blue coat spoke up

"LISTEN! We don't want trouble, we will take Rainbow back with us, excuse her bad behaviour, we saw that she punched you first. Please just leave this place alone, we have done nothing wrong to anyone, WE don't deserve this... AND we will fight back, we have one of the most powerful magic users in all of Equestria Princess-" Garon cut him off
"Twilight?" He said darkly
"Twi- yes.... how did you know!" He hysterically said while trying to keep a straight face. Before he answered Garon flew like a bullet back to the Everfree. He returned after a couple of seconds with something, no! Someone in his grasp.

"You mean her?" Garon said flatly as he hurled her to the ground towards the group, which was speechless having their beloved princess defeated and in such bad shape, rage came over them, pure rage "Everyone attack this monster!" River shouted before firing a blue blast out of his horn, everyone of the little horses followed and shot beams and blasts, balls of magic or elemental stuff at the Intruder.

The attacks hit, cause said Intruder did nothing to dodge, absolutely no effect on his body or armour. Garon was bored out of his mind and yawned while the attacks hit him, he decided to mock the little ponies "THAT ALL YOU GOT?.... you're worthless"

"ITS SHOWING NO EFFECT! Keep on everypony!" River said wile giving it his all.
Garon has had quite enough now and grew tired of these puny attacks.
Meanwhile he was preparing for a stronger ki blast. "I WILL SHOW YOU POWEEER!" He shouted as he drew back one of his arms and gathered a lot of ki energy. In his hand formed an orange ball with red and blue mixed into it, Garon's best technique designed and named by himself, that would easily bring him victory and crush anyone in his way.

After he was done charging up, he cleared the building smoke from the incoming attack with a hand swipe and then
"TAKE THIIIIIIIIIIIS!" he brought his arm back forth, "NOVA FLASH!" releasing a big orange blast, that enveloped the streets and devoured everything in its path.....

It was over..
The defenders were scrambled, wounded or dead, the houses were destroyed and the wills were broken after this most powerful of displays of might and power, this truly was the power of a saiya-jin

And Ponyville was burning....
