Ashes and Flames

Sunset Shimmer was finally having a normal life.

It was shortly after the events of the Friendship Games, where Sunset had demonstrated a large amount of power.

Pinkie Pie insisted on having a slumber party. "Truth or dare... Sunset." Pinkie pie asked.

"Truth." Sunset answered.

"Do you have a thing for Twilight?" Pinkie asked.

"No..." Sunset trailed off cautiously. "Riiight." Pinkie said, clearly not believing her.

"What i dont!" Sunset exclaimed starting to get some what annoyed.

The girls were giving her a comical grin. Sunset was starting to get more and more angery with them.

Little did she know her eyes were glowing yellow and red.

"Come on Sunset just admit-" Rainbow was cut off.

"I'M NOT!!" Sunset screamed and the window behind her shattered.

She fainted.

Flames surrounded her, she could feel the emense heat licking at her. "You have avoided it for too long." a booming voice called out to her.

"No..." was all she thought while she looked wildly around. "It must be fulfilled!" the voice screamed.

"NO!!!"

And Sunset Shimmer awoke with a start.
