Based off of the Infinite Loops fan fictions. The MLP group of Loops can be found on this site. It's just called MLP Time Loops. Also, good to note, this is not an official Loops story. This is just some guy writing about something he liked.

Weathered Field, after three years of discovering, befriending, and recording the Multiverse, he decides to take a break. So, of course, when your job is to keep the Multiverse in check, vacation isn't the easiest thing to achieve. He concludes that the only way to take a break from the Multiverse is to leave it altogether. He finds himself in another Multiverse, but with a twist: Every single Universe here is stuck in a 'Groundhog Day' style time loop. Weathered has hit the jackpot when it comes to vacations.
