Burning Darkness

There was a full minute of silence while everyone was trying to comprehend what had just happened. Flare had just obtained this new form and a major power up, even Ozore showed some form of fear during the big transformation. But soon enough that fear was replaced by his smug look.

" Impressive light show you put on, but if you honestly think that little power up is going to enough to take me down, then you're more foolish then your fa-", Ozore was cut off by a strong punch to the muzzle from Flare. The punch was so strong that it even knocked Ozore back enough that he broke through the throne chair and hit his back against the wall. Before Ozore could regain his footing, a more powerful punch with large flames surrounding the hoof hit Ozore straight in the face again and back into the wall, making giant cracks all over the wall. The girls let out a loud gasp at what they just saw. Ozore then let out a lound yell of anger and let out a magic repulse to send Flare back, Flare made a back flip and landed back on his hooves. Ozore let out a growl of frustration, until he felt something wet run down his muzzle. Ozore put his hoof against his muzzle, when he looked back at his hoof he saw blood, that's when he realized that his nose was bleeding, and quite a good amount of blood at that.

Ozore was left in shock, no one had ever left this much damage on him in these 3 months, he had finally met his challenge, but he wasn't happy about it, he was furious. Ozore wasn't going to let Flare beat him, and let all the work he did to conquer Equestria go to waste. Ozore fired a power dark blast from his horn at Flare, Flare countered by firing a beam of fire from his horn. The two blasts collided and then the beam struggle began, Flare then added more power to his beam, and the fire overwhelmed the dark blast and hit Ozore. The amount of force made Ozore hit the wall again, only this time he went through the wall and outside the Canterlot castle. Ozore was flying back until he used his wings to sustain himself in the air, he took a look at his body and found numerous burn wounds around himself. Fortunately for Ozore his healing factor started to kick in and those wounds were as good as gone. But this didn't calm down Ozore's anger, he now was determined to end Flare's life as brutally as possible. Flare then used his magic to levitate himself up to the air where Ozore was at. The two said no words, charged at each other, and clashed.

They dashed every where across the city of Canterlot, flying at top speeds while simultaneously clashing with each other. Ozore managed to land a hit on Flare, but Flare quickly landed a punch in Ozore's gut. The two then punched each other at the same time, and then locked heads with each other. Then the two bolted out of Canterlot and began fighting all over Equestria, each dealing a more powerful blow then the last. Then Flare used his magic and teleported the two of them some where else. They ended up somewhere in a grass plain, but they didn't pay attention to where they were at, they still were battling. Flare managed to slam Ozore in the ground, but Ozore then grabbed Flare and did the same thing. Flare then managed to kick Ozore off him, then the two landed on the ground opposite of each other. Ozore then launched a swarm of dark blasts towards Flare, Flare tried to dodge and counter them, but he eventually got hit multiple times. Flare then launched a fire blast into the air, there was an explosion and then thousands of fire balls came crashing down towards Ozore. And just like Flare, Ozore tried his best to dodge and counter them, but to no avail.

The two of them both had some pretty bad injuries, but again for Ozore it was something he could easily heal. But Ozore noticed that Flare began to heal as well, and in short time, Flare was all healed up. Ozore made a frustrating growl and summoned a sword out of no where. Flare then used his magic and did the same, then the two clashed once more. To Ozore, this sword fight felt similar to when he fought Blazer, only this time, his opponent was actually having him keep his guard up. The two were sword fighting for about 10 minutes, each were gaining a better advantage then before. At first it seemed as though Ozore was going to give Flare the slip, until out of no where, Flare was overwhelming Ozore with powerful attacks. Then Flare gave one last slash and broke Ozore's sword, and in one swift strike, Flare impaled Ozore through the abdomen. Ozore coughed up some blood and looked into Flare's eyes, he saw the anger and the intent of murder in Flare's eyes, and for some reason, it put fear into Ozore. But Flare wasn't done, he turned the sword sideways(that was still in the stomach of Ozore), and in one powerful move, Flare sliced Ozore clean in half.
