FIM Year #1

After a warm shower and getting all cozy, Twilight went back to her bed to relax. As it was the first day, homework was very minimal, so she had some time on her hands.

There are knocks at the door

"Someones at the door. Can you get it?" Twilight said to Spike. "I'm barely dressed."

"You always make do everything." Spike sighed from the other side of the house as he opened the door as Twilight got dressed in her room.

"What is it?" Twilight said after she finished getting dressed.

"Celeste is at the door." Spike yelled out.

"Celeste is here!" Twilight said in a surprised manner.

Twilight's older sister Celeste was a tall slender woman, with light cerulean hair with streaks of turquoise. Along with a long yellow hat, tank top, black shorts and white boots. She was carrying a giant box in her hand and her pet bird Philomena.

"Hello there Twilight."

"Hello Celeste." Twilight said as she hugged her sister.

"Twilight, we need to talk. It's something very important."

"Important?" Spike interrupted.

"This is for Twilight only." Celeste said. "I'm sorry Spike."

"Big sisters and their secrets." Spike muttered to himself as he walked to his room.

Twilight and Celeste walked to Twilight's room and shut the door. "So what is this you want to show me?" Twilight asked Celeste as Twilight sat on her bed.

Without really saying anything, Celeste slipped off her boots and sat on the edge of Twilight's bed, grabbing the big box and opening it.

Inside the package, there were six distinct sparkling wands each with their own jewel on it. One with a single six-pointed star with five smaller stars, one with three lozenge diamonds, one with three red apples, one with three pink butterflies, one with three balloons, and one with a rainbow lightning bolt.

"What is this?" Twilight yelled out confused. "You want to play fairy princess with me? We haven't done that since we were little."

"No, this is not a game Twilight." Celeste said in a strangely serious manner.

"Where did you even get this from?"

"I'm an explorer Twilight, I found these."

"Yeah.. But why are these important? Like, what are the purpose of these?"

"Well, it is kind of difficult to explain. But first off, I need to tell you that there are many alternate dimensions."

"Alternate dimensions?" Twilight replied.

"Yes. One of those dimensions is known as Equestria, which was home to many magical ponies and other animals."

"You mean, like the My Little Pony toys that we used to play with?"

"Well, it is kinda similar." Celeste laughed.

"H-how exactly do you know all this?" Twilight asked.

"When I acquired the wands, I was encountered by a spirit."

"A what?!" Twilight yelled out, surprised.

"The spirit was of a princess named Celestia."

"I don't remember studying about a princess named Celestia." Twilight replied.

"Of course, she was an Alicorn from Equestria." Celeste replied with a straight face.

"Long ago, there used to be civilizations known as the Bronies and the Pegasisters. They worshiped the princesses of Equestria and they were the ones who designed the wands as well as building the temple that I explored."

"Well, why are you showing this to me?" Twilight replied confused.

"This has to do with you Twilight. Celestia mentioned you."

"W-what me?"

"You see Twilight, you have within you the spirit of one of the elements of harmony."

"Huh?"

"There are six elements, honesty, kindness, laughter, generosity, loyalty, and magic. You are the element of magic. That's where the wand comes in."

"What about the other five?"

"They go to your school. I know that for sure." Celeste said crossing her arms.

"How do you know?"

"You were all destined to meet, Celestia said so."

"Like a prophecy?" Twilight questioned.

"Probably, I'm not sure exactly." Celeste laughed. "The bearers of the elements of harmony were all reborn into this world, you are one of them."

"You're kidding?!"

"Your mission is to find them, the other six. Celestia said that the world might be in danger. Once you find them, you must tell them everything and give them the wands."

"T-this is a lot to take in.."

"Now, I have to go. Some other time I'll meet with all of you, but now I have to go."

"But wait!" Twilight said as Celeste slid into her boots and gracefully walked out of the room, opening the door. Twilight went to go and check on Spike, but he was fast asleep in his room.

"I won't tell Spike about this, for now." Twilight said to herself as she went back to her bed.

Putting all the wands next to her bed, Twilight lied down in bed thinking about her older sister just nonchalantly said to her. Of course Twilight believed what Celeste said. Celeste did not have a history of pulling pranks like this, she is an explorer after all. All she knew is that she had to find the other five members of the Elements of Harmony.

Twilight's Home:

September 1st 20XX

Celeste called Twilight on the computer, there were other things that Twilight wanted to know about.

"Celeste. How will possibly be able to find the other members?"

"The wands you have will flash when you find a member. But simply giving it to them won't be enough."

"Huh?"

"Twilight, I understand you are not very sociable but you have to make friends with them."

"What, why?"

"You can't just have your powers on your own. All of you need to be together."

"B-but!"

"Remember this Twilight, never reject someone who wants to be your friend."

"W-well.."

"Anyway, I should be leaving now. It is time for school for you and you need to get ready. Just don't forget what you need to do." Celeste said as the call ended.

"What are you guys talking about?" Spike said as he was eating breakfast on the table.

"You are always very nosy. It's nothing!"

"No need to get defensive. Geez!"
