A shadow's tale

young 10-year-old ocean was relaxing near a river. Humming a tune to herself. Waiting for the 11-year-old twins unaware of the figures behind her.

"hm. I wonder where they are. I...hope eclipse is...okay" she blushed. Over the course of their friendship, she had developed a crush on the shadow pony.

"hello...freak" two voices bellowed.

Gasping, the emerald eyed merpony turned. Cowering

"wwwwhat do you want" she stuttered. Fear shining in her eyes.

They grinned.

"to kill ya. Duh. We kill freaks like you"

The orange stallion smirked, a knife held in an aura of blue.

They got closer to her. Both held knives high.

"wait please let me go!!"  she begged.

But her pleas fell on death ears.

With two stabs to her sides, she fell into the river, Motionless.

While two teary dull red eyes watched in horror.
