A shadow's tale

Eclipse panted in pain, body shuddering as she tried to control her magic from lashing out in both fear and rage.

She was the next ruler of shadows! and yet she was allowing herself to be treated like dirt!

The shadow pony wasn't even aware she was crying until two forms curled around her, cold hooves stroking her white hair.

-milady.. please do not cry.. it will be okay- the older shadow calmly spoke in a hushed tone, worried for his lady's well being.

he hadn't seen her cry since the death of ocean.

_my brother is correct, the plan is still in motion, the others have almost located your sister, and once she finds out what this...thing.. has done. he will wish he never messed with you_ the younger spoke to her, trying to calm her down,

which was slowly but surely working.

"thank you... I can always. count on you..two" she replied tiredly, dark and dull red eyes dropping,

the shadows merely smiled,

_- just rest milady, you'll be fine-_ they hummed,causing her to fall into  a restful slumber.

hopefully, tomorrow would be a better day.

well.. one can only hope.
