This story takes place after the defeat of discord from season 2 so just remember that's why the crusaders still don't have their cutie marks so don't go complaining in the comments that they don't have their cutie marks or why Twilight Sparkle is not an alicorn. Also note that anything after the defeat of Discord (is season 2) is only cannon to my story.

Story: After finding a rainbow colored warp pipe out in the middle of the woods Mario and Luigi decide to go through it only to find themselves in Equestria and little do they know that someone has arrived before them…
