Chapters -As the odd pair danced along the ballroom floor, the remaining guest that were on the list began to show up now and head to the ballroom as others did before them-
Teen Babs Seed:"Are ya sure it was a wise idea to take me? What about you and sweetie belle ya never told me why every time I ask today, it's like your avoiding the question entirely and I ain't no ones side ok y for them to run to when things get bad between that one and his mare friend."
Teen Button Mash:"Its just..Its hard to explain Babs."
Teen Babs Seed:"Then tell me I got all time in the world to listen till the day I die ya hear me?..So why not wise up and spill it already."
-Annoyed by Babs persistence, Button Mash snapped at her to finally answer, her repeative question-
Teen Button Mash:"LOOK WE JUST HAD A FIGHT ALRIGHT BABS?! Are you happy now that you got your answer?..because I don't want to talk about it any further then I just told you, I can't even face her."
-Suddenly Babs would pause and place her hoof on his shoulder as her persistant expression softened-
Teen Babs Seed:"I hear ya loud and clear but why not talk to her and settle this whole mess with out arguing maybe she wants that too, it's not a one pony job ya know buttons take it from me, I know how it feels and I know what it's like to lose that pony you love out of an argument believe me I even regret it, my own colt friend, we left one another over an arguement, haven't talked to him, nor have I bothered to go see him since we left one another, but ya gotta at least try and make up for it even if she doesn't accept your apologize ya gotta take that risk sometimes."
Teen Button Mash:"Maybe..but I don't know Babs, all I know is I think mean and her just need time apart."
Teen Babs Seed:"Say what you want, whatever seems to make you feel better but it still won't resolve the issue."
Teen Applebloom:"BABS! Is that you? I didn't know you were coming to the party too cuz."
-Babs would turn around to whom called her-
Teen Babs Seed:"Well ya know I wanted it to be a surprise of me coming over to ponyville, and is that the colt friend you been talkin about?..Tender wrapper or somethin."
-With a light nervous chuckle, Applebloom looked over at tender taps and then back at her cousin Babs-
Teen Applebloom:"Yea..but its not Tender wrappper..His names Tender taps, Babs."
Teen Babs Seed:"Oh..well then a pleasure to meet ya Tender." -Babs would hold out her hoof to shake Tenders-
-Tender lightly shook Babs hoof-
Teen Tender Taps:"You too Babs."
Teen Applebloom:"Hey Babs have you seen sweetie belle?"
Teen Babs Seed:"Nope..but she might be in the ball room already speakin of where some pony is ,wheres Scoots?
Teen Applebloom:"Oh She'll be here shortly with Pip gotta say he's no Pipsqueak anymore."
Teen Babs Seed:"Then why not we go get some drinks from the ballroom since where waiting on scoots, ya know how she is now a days cuz."
Teen AppleBloom:"Sounds like a plan to me."
-Heading to the ballroom, Button Mash would stop an pin his ears back seeing sweetie belle not to far way in the ballroom but couldn't make out who she was dancing with-
Teen Button Mash:"It's her.."
Teen Babs Seed:"Hey what'd we just talk about Buttons, remember better take the risk then none at all."
Teen Button Mash:"I think I'll pass.."
-Quickly getting in his way again, Babs placed her front hooves against Buttons chest-
Teen Babs:"Ugh! Your So damn stubborn! What are you afraid of?! If you just keep avoiding her this entire problem will never be solved and both of ya will stay clueless! Can't ya just take my advice at least once! I'm trying to help but yer just trying to avoid it as if nothing matters we'll know this and ill say it again too, running from your problems won't solve nothin And hiding it is no way to help either believe me I learned that after I realized all the foolish and cruel things I had done as a filly when I came to visit and ended up bullying my own cousin and friends just cause I was a blank flank my self and pressured too act like that, but that's in the past for me, this shouldn't be in the past for you not yet, not till you can face up to it and confront this issue, now I won't say no more I doubt you'd care either way, but just think about taking my advice before flanking off on it. I'm gonna go get my self a drink gotta get my mind off your stupidity."
-With his face red of embarrassment, Buttons quickly reacted to the comment she threw at him-
Teen Button Mash:"Stupidity?! I was- whatever maybe taking her advice could work.."
-He mumbled off in his words rubbing the back of his neck as he looked to the left, looking down at the floor-
-In the ball room-
-Speaking with a nervous tone, Spike musterd up some courage to speak to Sweetie Belle while they danced-
Teen Spike:"Are you..um having a good time sweetie belle?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"mm?.. O-Oh y-yes I am, thank you for asking Spike."
Teen Spike:"Any time, your sister rarity sure seems happy."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Yea it looks like if, heh just from her dress she made for her self for the party looks like something a bride would wear..-After saying that, Sweetie Belle looked down as her expression changed seeming to look like she had an unsure expression upon her face- Doubt I'd ever be a bride, like my sister will be."
-Looking down at Sweetie Belle, Spike placed a claw gently on her cheek-
Teen Spike:"W-Why would you say that?..You'd make a beautiful bride..someday and I'm sure that stallion will be waiting at the altar happy to marry a beautiful mare like your self.."
-Sweetie Belle began to look up with a blush appearing on her face as she gently took his claw off her cheek, and held it-
Teen Sweetie belle:"Did you..really mean all that stuff Spike?.."
Teen Spike:"Y-Yea every single word though I guess your not the only one worried about ever getting married in a near future."
Teen sweetie belle:"I don't think you have to worry too much."
Teen Spike:"What do you mean by that?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Well.. look at you, and your personality, your sweet, kind, protective of your friends that's for sure and outgoing even through the tough times your there for all your friends no matter the situation."
Teen Spike:"That means a lot coming from you, I guess twilight just raised me to be good natured."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Heh, yea guess so."
-Changing his steps as they danced, he'd let out a happy sigh-
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Something on your mind?"
Teen Spike:"Huh?.. Oh no just in a good mood is all, do you um wanna take a break and sit down from dancing?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Sure, why not besides I'm getting a little tired from dancing."
-Letting out a chuckle, Spike would lead Sweetie Belle to one of the tables and pulled out a chair for her-
Teen Spike:"Here, by the way do you want anything to drink, I can get you one if you like."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"No it's fine Spike, why not you sit down too, you look just as exhausted from dancing as I am."
Teen Spike:"Alright if you insist."-Pulling up a chair for him self, he'd sit down at the table resting his arms against the table and placed his chin on his arms, seeming comfortable-
Teen Sweetie Belle:"You seeming a good mood."
Teen Spike:"I haven't reasons but I won't tell you."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"How come?"
Teen Spike:"Cause if I told you it wouldn't be my little secret now would it?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Doesn't mean I won't try and figure it out you know, dragon boy."
Teen Spike:"I'd love to see you even try and Persue that little goal of yours, cause it won't work."

-a slight smirk on his face would form as he answered back to Sweetie Belle with a playful tone-

*Getting cut off from his sentence, a mare would call him out by his nickname as she trotted over-
Rarity:"Ohh spikey Wikey! Is that you? I barely recognized you, cause of how much you've grown."
*Rarity placed both her front hooves on his cheeks squishing them a bit like twilight would-
Rarity:"To think it's been awhile since our friends last gathering, oh you've met fancy pants haven't you?"
*Fancy pants would be trotting on over to raritys side*
-With a slightly annoyed manner,Spike gritted his teeth holding back the anger he had against fancy pants-
Teen Spike:"Yea..I have.. you've mentioned him many times rarity.-As his words trailed off into small mumbles to him self, Spike added a very small rude comment under his breath, as he was mumbling quiet enough for no pony to hear- "You've mentioned him so many times it's practically drilled into my head."
Rarity:"What was that Spike?...Did you say something."
Teen Spike:"Oh nothing..nothing important that is."
-Noticing the tension building, Sweetie Belle quickly interfered-
Teen Sweetie Belle:"So..rarity what day is the wedding gonna be on for you and fancy pants, anyways."
Rarity:"Oh I'm so glad you asked! It's two weeks from now."
Teen Spike:"Two weeks?..I thought the wedding was next week."
Rarity:"Well we had to move it sadly to say, cause of being busy all next week."
Teen Spike:"Busy with what exactly?"
-Rarity, but her bottom lip looking down and replied to answer their question-
Rarity:"Cause of planning for the wedding and getting all the requirements and needed ponies to help plan this which were pretty late on it so we moved it to next week."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"I guess that makes since, kind of makes me wonder who'll be the next bride once you throw that bouquet of yours in the air for some pony to catch it."
-Raritys expression changed to a playful one as she landed her right hoof on Sweetie belles shoulder-
Rarity:"Maybe you'll be the next bride Sweetie Belle."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"W-What?! I-I don't know about all that, eheh."
Rarity:"Oh don't be so modest you'd look so beautiful as a bride, almost makes me cry knowing that your growing up so fast."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Not that fast, remember rarity, I'm only eighteen."
Rarity:"Well doesn't mean you shouldn't be prepared you do have graduation coming up very soon and then you'll be out on your own."
-Giving a small pout, Sweetie Belle would go silent-
Teen Spike:"Maybe..we should change the subject rarity."
Rarity:"Quite right, but what ponders me is Sweetie Belle how come you didn't come here with that fellow Button Mash?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Its complicated right now."
Rarity:"Things aren't going so hot with between you two huh?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Yea you could say that."
Rarity:"Spike can I borrow Sweetie Belle for a quick monent, I promise it won't take long."
Teen Spike:"Erm..okay?..."
-Pulling Sweetie Belle along with a light tug, rarity led her to the other end of the ball room-
Rarity:"Sweetie Belle, tell me exactly what happened you don't usually try this hard to hide how your feeling."
Teen Sweetie belle:"Its just that..well me and button Mash had an arguement not to long ago and.its been on my mind on what to do about it or get my mind off it."
Rarity:"Well you didn't seem like you were thinking of it when you were dancing with Spike."
-With a small jolt,Sweeties belles expression quickly changed and looked embarrassed by her sisters words-
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Y-You mean you saw us dancing?!"
Rarity:"Yep, of course I did, don't think your big sis isn't keeping an eye on you just because I make dresses all the time doesn't mean I'm not multi-tasking."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"What does that have to do with dresses have to do with keeping an eye on me."
Rarity:"erm forget the dress part, why not tell me what the fight was about."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Its a blurr from the beginning of it but it was a fight about wanting to spend more time together then it slowly grew into him thinking I was cheating, even know I never did such a thing."
Rarity:"Well..who needs him I just can't believe he jumped to that straight away, didn't he let you say your half?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"I tried but I just felt too mad to say it that I stormed off and left his house."
Rarity:"That explains why I haven't see you around him lately."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Mhm.."
Rarity:"Have you tried talking to him to sort it out?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"No..infact ive been trying to avoid him since our little arguement."
Rarity:"Well take it from your big sister, love isn't easy that's for sure and sometimes it's hard to understand, for example when I first went to the gala I kept telling my self I'd fall in love with prince blueblood, but the evening didn't turn out very well and resulted in me yelling at the prince."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Did he say anything after you did?"
Rarity:"Well no but a week later he tried sending me a letter having the nerve to apologize to me when he clearly was aware of what he was doing and that it was unacceptable to have such behavior at the gala of all things."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Did you ever write back?.."
Rarity:"Oh I did..I told him he can go kiss a skunk then try and weasel
his way into an apology cause I couldn't accept some one who was such a brute and not once acted like a gentlecolt."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Guess your right..love isn't always easy even at my age."
Rarity:"But listen you'll find that special somepony or some creature for that matter whichever you decide eventually, cause there's always some one out there for you and I mean every word that I'm saying to you sweetie belle, just give it time just as I told you when it came to you wanting your cutie mark, everything takes time and can never be rushed into,you'll understand what I mean in time I'm sure of it, now why not go run along back to your friend Spike, he looks like he might be lonely with out you.
-Rarity teased at the end to her sister giving a sly smile afterwards-
Teen Sweetie belle:"Rarity.."-Sweetie Belle chuckled before galloping off back to the other part of the ballroom to where Spike was- "Im back, sorry I took so long Spike didn't mean to keep you waiting."
Teen Spike:"Nah its cool so don't worry about it."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Then how about another dance? If your up for it."
Teen Spike:"Who said I wouldn't be up for another dance?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Just a little birdie told me that you were to tired for dancing."
Teen Spike:"Well then I'll just have to prove that little bird wrong, won't I?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:-Giving a small giggle and covering her mouth with her right hoof, she'd smile and took take his claw, and moving her right hoof away from her mouth-"Yep."
Teen Spike:-Bowing his head down, he'd place a free claw on his chest with a gentlemen like smile upon his face- Mi'lady would you like to dance with a dragon such as my self?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"It'd be an honor to dance with you."
Teen Button Mash:"Is that..Spike?..and Sweetie Belle?!"
Teen Babs Seed:"Their only dancing,don't go getting your tail in a knot, besides what's wrong with dancing?"
Teen Button Mash:"I just..don't like the looks of it is all, I'm gonna get a closer look."
Teen Babs Seed:"Don't!- ugh your such an idiot.."-Babs followed after buttons,keeping up with his pace as they soon sat at a table far enough from spikes and Sweetie belles view-
Teen Babs Seed:"First you don't want to talk to her or even speak about her, now your spying on her?! I oughtta wack ya off your seat right now."
Teen Button Mash:"Shhh!"
Teen Babs Seed:"Don't you shush me."
Teen Button Mash:"Just hush I'm trying to listen."
Teen Babs Seed:"Listen for what- wait a minute..just wait a minute..Buttons are you jealous?.."
Teen Button Mash:"Who said I was jealous?! I'm not jealous."-Buttons kept denying the truth of how he was feeling about his mare friend dancing with another-
Teen Babs Seed:"Your a terrible liar ya know."
Teen Button Mash:"Its just..she- I've never seen her look at me like she's looking at him before.."

-With a single hoof,Babs grabbed Buttons hoof,pulling him out of the chair and stood up leading him to center of the ballroom where everyone was either dancing or chatting away,enjoying their time together-
Teen Button Mash:"W-Whoa..what are you doing Babs?!"
Teen Babs Seed:"I ain't sitting around the entire party just watching others dance ya know, so why not we dance instead of you being a creep and giving Spike the stink eye over just dancing with Sweetie belle."
Teen Button Mash:"Sigh..I guess your right I'm worrying over nothing it's just a dance after all, but I'm not much of a dancer to let you know."
Teen Babs Seed:"Well then tonight you learn,first off don't step on my hooves and second don't be so tense and just go with the beat,do you think you can do that?"
Teen Button Mash:"Yea..it seems easy enough."
Teen Babs Seed:"Good then follow my lead."
-Babs helped Buttons up on to his hind legs and grabbed his hoof placing his hoof on her hip while placing her own hoof on his right shoulder-"Now don't be nervous, besides I don't bite."
Teen Button Mash:-With a nervous expression on his face growing stronger, he'd only nod while feeling flustered of Babs actions-"R-Right, I'll try not to be."-Taking her hoof, Buttons fell into the same pattern of His and Babs dance and began taking the lead-
Teen Babs Seed:"Not a dancer huh? I'd say that's a lie."
Teen Button Mash:-Avoiding her gaze, Buttons darted his eyes to the left while still feeling like he wanted to run from their dance as his heart was racing being near her- "W-Well m-my father before he *ahem* well passed, my mother often told me, he loved dancing all his life giving it his all ,maybe it passed on to me even know dancing usually is taught.."
Teen Babs Seed:"Well then maybe it is genetics twinkle toes."
Teen Button Mash:"Heheh maybe,or it could be your just a great at teaching me as you are with hair styling."
Teen Babs Seed:"I'm not sure if I should take that as a compliment or not, but besides that, at least you don't seem so focused on thinking about yours and Sweetie Belle's argument."
Teen Button Mash:"I guess you do have a point there I must admit but it isn't off my mind fully."
Teen Babs Seed:"Then don't think about it too much, it's not healthy."
Teen Button Mash:"I'll try too."-Buttons twirled Babs lightly, while often watching his footing , so he wouldn't step on Babs hooves-
Teen Babs Seed:-she'd lightly place a hoof on Button's cheek giving a kind smile as she looked into his eyes-
-Buttons would stare back at her,almost leaning in till he looked over seeing Spike leading Sweetie Belle out of the Ball room, as he stared at Spike and sweetie belle heading out, he'd accidentally drop Babs, breaking the position they were in-
Teen Babs Seed:"wha..ah! Err..What was that for Button Mash and what are you looking at- oh don't even think about it Buttons let them have their night with out you trying to spy on them for the rest of the night."
Teen Button Mash:"But I gotta know where their going I know Spikes my friend and I trust and all but..doesn't mean I trust him around Sweetie Belle."
Teen Babs Seed:"I think your overthinking all this, Spike wouldn't try anything on Sweetie Belle."
-Already walking off with out offering a hoof to help Babs up, Button Mash would be walking out of the ballroom stealth like, to follow Spike and sweetie belle-
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Where exactly are we going Spike?"
Teen Spike:"Some place special within the castle."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"But can't you tell me?"
Teen Spike:-placing a claw to his lip with a smile while looking to her as he led the way,he'd speak sounding a bit excited-"If I told you where it wouldn't be a surprise now would it?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"I suppose not."
Teen Spike:"Haha come on just a bit further I promise."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"You said that a few minutes ago are you sure you know where your going?"
Teen Spike:"Of course I am, besides I know this castle from the back of my claw had nothing better to do when I was a..how do I put this..pint size."

Teen Spike:-Swishing his tail with pride, he'd give a single nod- "Yep."

Teen Sweetie Belle:-Only letting out a small giggle,She'd walk on to the balcony and stand beside Spike-"So what exactly is so special tonight?"
Teen Spike:"Ever heard of shooting stars?"

Teen Spike:"Well tonight's the night besides they don't come too often."

Teen Spike:-he'd look down thinking through his thoughts before answering-"Yea..been doing it for awhile lost track of when I started coming to this balcony, just know I come here alone half the time I don't even tell Twilight."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Why do you come up here alone then."
Teen Spike:"Guess it gets my mind off things and helps me think..."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Well you know since you showed me your favorite spot of the castle I could come here often if you just tell me so your not alone."

-holding his tie and tugging on it with his teeth,Button Mash would be,behind the wall near the door,spying on the pair while Babs sat next to him-
Teen Babs Seed:"Your gonna get us caught if you keep spying on them! -Babs whispered angerly at Buttons-
Teen Button Mash:"But he's..their..she's scooting next to him!" -He whispered back sounding jealous-
Teen Babs Seed:"So what?! You and me are gonna have a talk right now!" -Babs grabbed Button Mash by the ear, and began dragging him down the stairs-
Teen Spike:"What was that?"-Spike had turned his head to the door-

Teen Spike:"Just I could of sworn I heard something or somepony."

Teen Sweetie Belle:"Now that you mention it..I haven't even thought about what I want to do with my life after graduation I'll probably just stay in ponyville maybe even become a choir teacher."
Teen Spike:"Well you do have a great voice I bet you'd make a great choir teacher Sweetie Belle, what with being a natural at singing and your voice sounding like an angel and- *Spikes face grew red as he kept on talking and practically showering Sweetie Belle in compliments*
Teen Sweetie Belle:"What was that?"
Teen Spike:"I mean your erm talent it's um so amazing..eheh."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"So then what about you what's your plans after graduation? Do you still plan on staying in ponyville or go off and head to where all those dragons you told me about are.."
Teen Spike:"I kind of have some idea about what I want to do after graduation or at least some where in my life , I do plan on staying in ponyville that's for sure, but for the rest of my life I don't know what else I plan to do then again I'll probably just end up still helping Twi, don't get me wrong She's like a mother or a big sister to me but still..I know one more thing at least,..Its that I don't want to be in a library all my life."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Guess I can relate on that part..but still sometimes things change as he grow older but it just makes me a bit sad when they do.."
Teen Spike:"Why's that?.."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Im scared..of growing up, I know it's part of life and one big step leading to another with out end but what if I get lost on that path? Will I have some pony to guide me ? Ohh all of this is frustrating!"-Sweetie Belle placed her hooves over her head, clenching in frustration-
-Without warning Spike gently placed his arm over Sweetie Belle and lightly pulled her to him-
Teen Spike:"Aren't we all? Some may not show it some do but life for all of us for what's to come or what we expect is unpredictable on how things turn out, but know this your my best friend Sweetie Belle and if you ever get lost on whatever path you choose I'll try and be there to guide you, I know it sounds sappy but it's true every word."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Thanks..Spike. Uh Spike could I ask you something?.."
Teen Spike:"Huh? Sure go ahead I'm all scales."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Well..how come your being so nice to me, saying all these loving and caring things and comforting me through this stressful time."
Teen Spike:"I'm guessing you didn't hear one of the parts I said,..what I said was your my best friend and that I'd do anything I can to help my friends but I do have another erm..reason why."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Why not tell me then dragon boy."-She smiled while looking up at him with her head against his chest-
Teen Spike:"I rather not other wise it wouldn't be my little secret."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"You said that though last time when you brought me up here."
Teen Spike:"Ah but I wanted to show you this part of the castle but the rest of my secrets are kept to me and to me only."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Doesn't mean I won't try to persue it."
Teen Spike:"Then I guess you'll just have to keep guessing.
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Oh look! It's starting!"
Teen Spike:"Starting?..Oh you mean the shooting stars right almost nearly forgot about it. Why not make a wish who knows might come true."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"But Isn't that for little fillies and colts?"
Teen Spike:"Who's to say it's just for fillies and colts even when your older you can still make a wish just for fun-

Teen Spike:"Eeh?! You already made a wish that fast?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Mhm and it's a special one that I've been wishing for."

Teen Spike:"Now that you mention it maybe a few hours scootaloo and pipsqueak are probably already down stairs why?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Cause I might just head off to bed."
Teen Spike:"Well I could show you a guest room for you to stay in for the night since it's late if you like."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Really? I wouldn't want to be a bother but I um d-do have one request.."
Teen Spike:"And what would that be?.."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Well.."
Chapter 1:Welcome to the party everypony
Dialogue:Spike:"I suppose you all want to know how this love story came to be or what even made it come to be with the most unexpected pony, well I'll tell you this it all started with a party, hmm no that doesn't sound right..Why not I just start from the whole beginning of how this story came to be."
Chapter 1:
Twilight:"Spike could you go get the banners for me?"
Teen Spike:"Sure twilight let me go find em first."
Twilight:"Alright but make sure to hurry the princesses will arrive at any minute for this party."
Teen Spike:"Twi..your doing that thing again you know besides you don't have to worry your flank off I know where they are I think.."
Twilight:"Maybe but.."
Teen Spike:"I'll just go get them.."
Twilight:"Thanks spike."
Teen spike:"The sooner the better."*Spike mumbled as he walked out into the hall heading for the closet they kept the decorations in,but stopped as a noise was heard coming from the closet*
Teen Spike:"What..in equestrian?..."
*A mares tail would be seen coming from the closet in plain view,moving stuff around as she pleased*
Teen Spike:"Sweetie belle?!"
*Sweetie belle would quickly bump her head against one of the boxes letting out a simple small groan as she placed a hoof on her head before looking over to whom called her name*
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Ugh..where could that thing be...wait..Spike?!"*Sweetie belle quickly turned her head to his direction from where she stood*
Teen Spike:"Yea it's me sweetie belle not buttons if that's who you were looking for."*Spike chuckled after his small comment to sweetie belle*
Teen Sweetie belle:"No you goof I'm not looking for buttons and besides I was looking for some balloon packages for the party."
Teen Spike:"I'm guessing Twi put you up to this too huh?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Yep, should of known she'd ask me this when I waltzed into the castle."
Teen Spike:"Well what ya gonna do that's Twi for you, but she's just nervous is all just wants to impress Celestia mostly."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"That's true I suppose,but what kind of party exactly is this one twilight never really mentioned it to me so I'm just going on what parties usually have..balloons."
Teen Spike:"She said it was one of those fancy ones apparently it's suppose to be bigger then the gala since it's hosted here in Twi's castle, but I'd rather just be in my room and probably read some of my old comic books or offer buttons to come over to play some video games."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Whys that?"
Teen Spike:"Ya gotta bring a date is why except the princesses of course they can choose to bring one if they want, and besides When I asked rarity she said she was going with..mr rich boy named fancy pants, I mean what does he got that I don't is it money? Sheesh makes me wonder I swear."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Well..I could always go with you, ya know."
Teen Spike:"What?...But why ask me that I thought you'd be going with Button mash."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Things haven't been going so well between me and him.."
Teen Spike:"Oh..well then perhaps I just might take that offer up, then of yours."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Do you really mean it or is this another one of your jokes."
Teen spike:"Yea I mean it and no it isn't one of my jokes."*Spike gave a teasing grin as he messed with Sweetie belles mane as if an older brother would*
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Well now that,that's out of the way why not you help me find the balloons."
Teen Spike:"Well actually I came here because Twi asked me to get the banners."
Teen sweetie belle:"Then why not we both helpnone another look for them."
Teen Spike:"Alright..."
+Later That evening At the party+
Twilight:"Spike..? why are you acting so nervous?..I've never seen you like this before since you tried framing owlowiscious."
Teen Spike:"I..I don't know, I guess I kinda..sorta said yes to taking Sweetie Belle to the party but she hasn't showed and when I came to her house she said she'd be here soon and that she was still getting ready."
Twilight:"Spike calm down..besides the party just started give her some time you know she's never let any pony down before and I'm sure she won't now."
Teen Spike:"BUT WHAT IF SHE DOESN'T COME!"
Twilight:"Spike deep breaths,watch me."
*Twilight quickly brought her left hoof to her chest taking a deep breath and moved her left hoof foreword releasing*
Twilight:"You try, besides it's something Cadance taught me to do to help me be well less stressed."
Teen Spike:"Alright..if you say so Twi- oh sweet gemstones...."
*Spike stared in awe seeing Sweetie Belle walk in with her sister whom was with Fancy pants*
Teen Spike:"She's..so beautiful...I've never seen anything more beautiful then gemstones them selves..."
*A sly smiled started to form on Twilights face as she nudged her Dragon Friend in the shoulder*
Twilight:"Careful Spike, don't get too excited after all it is just a party."
Teen Spike:"R-Right y-yea, sure."
Twilight:"Why not go greet them, they are your friends too Spike."
*Twilight had leaned over whispering to Spike all of this and used her wing to give Spike a light push*
Teen Spike:"W-Whoa!*Spike quickly started to tumble a bit down the stairs from the sudden push twilight had given him*Oof...brought you...some roses..*spike would then lay his face directly on the floor letting out one last groan from the fall*
*A small blush began to form across Sweetie belles face as she let out a soft chuckle before giving a gentle sincere smile and held out her hoof for Spike*
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Come on you goof.."
*Spike would slowly raise his head up to Sweetie Belle and stretched his claw out taking her hoof letting her help pull himself up*
Teen Spike:"Sorry about the fall and the roses being crushed.."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Its alright Spike it's the thought that counts.."*She pulled him up to his feet quickly*
*Soon enough pinkie and her sons and daughters aswell as cheese sandwich came bouncing in accidentally trampling over Spike to greet twilight with big smiles of joy on their faces*
Pinkie:"Twilight!!! Ohhh it's so so very good to see you ,you didn't forget me did you, of course you haven't I'm not easy to forget but please...tell me you didn't forget me!"*pinkie cried out hugging twilights leg now*
Twilight:"Pinkie..I didn't forget you besides how could I your my friend pinkie and we did see each other three days ago you know."
Pinkie:"But three days is like an eternity!!!!"
Cheese sandwich:"Alright pinkie I think twilight gets the point*cheese chuckled at his wife who was still hugging twilight practically to where twilight wouldn't be able to breath*
*Twilight gasped and wheezed as her friend was hugging her tightly not seeming to let go any time soon*
Twilight:"To...tight!"
*Pinkie quickly let go of twilight rubbing the back of her head*
Pinkie:"Sorry twilight, guess I got carried away."*Pinkie would quickly give twilight a goofy smile to cheer her up from the overly tight hug she gave twilight*
Peanut butter:"Mom your doing that thing again..pff."*Peanut butter chuckled
Jelly jam:"Heheh yep ,come on mommy lets go and get to pranking some ponies here."
Party Palooza:"It's not a party with out us pranking a few!*he proclaimed*
Strawberry Swirl:"Yea..m-maybe we can get Discord this year."*Strawberry the youngest claimed in her quiet manner*
Cheese sandwich:"The kids are right ya know pinkie and I did bring gummy for the act!
Twilight:"Oh dear none of you have changed a bit I see."*Twilight let out a sigh and laughed a bit*
Pinkie:"And we never will!"*Pinkie shouted with joy*
*The pie family would all be bouncing and leaping around into the ball room of twilights castle with their heads held high in the air*
*A small groan would be heard with Spike on the floor once again but once more Sweetie Belle still stood holding her hoof out again to help her friend up as her sister rarity and fancy pants walked to the ball room*
Teen sweetie belle:"Guess it isn't much of a lucky night huh?"
Teen Spike:"no...not for me it isn't but at least your still here and didn't walk off as the others did"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"How could I do that to my own date wouldn't be much of a mare if I did that you know."
Teen Spike:"Heh.."*A small blush appeared on spikes cheeks looking up as he careful got up dusting him self off and held his claw out this time to Sweetie belle*
Teen Spike:"Why not we head on in to the ballroom before rainbow and her family get here so I don't get tackled instead of trampled."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"Alright well we better hurry then, they are fast flyers after all."
Teen Spike:"Yea."
*Both Sweetie Belle and Spike walked together with Sweetie belles hoof holding spikes claw now turning to face him as she walked softly backwards to the ballroom leading Spike in as she looked at him with a smile*
Teen spike:"Is your friends coming too Sweetie Belle?.."
Teen sweetie belle:"Mhm that's what they keep telling me anyways, said they were bringing their dates too,Applebloom said she was bringing tender taps and Scootaloo was bringing pipsqueak.
Teen Spike:"And what about mr.no show?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"He..said he was coming but with babs...jerk"*sweet bell mumbled her last words pained that her coltfriend would do such a thing*
Teen Spike:"Why not you just forget about him just for one night it is a party after all Sweetie Belle."
*Spike had said as Sweetie Belle had still been leading him already in the ball room and bumped her rump against a table*
Teen Sweetie bell:"ooh..eheh sorry guess I wasn't paying attention.."
Teen Spike:"Its alright sweetie belle no harm done.
*Voices would be heard loud and proud from the entrance of the castle that had echoed into the ball room making Sweetie Belle, Spike and all the others whom had arrive turn their heads to who was shouting*
Rainbow Dash:"HELLO EQUESTRIA!"
*Rainbow dashes daughter misty fly would be laughing at her mothers entrance while in mid air with her triplet brothers giggling behind her*
Thunderlane:"Heh did ya have to make that entrance Dash? I thought you were the type who enjoyed a cloud sparking entrance, crash."
*Rainbow dash would turn as she flapped her wings now rapidly and spike with a prideful tone*
Rainbow Dash:"You think you could do better loose feathers? I probably got everypony' here attention unlike you and as a bonus I even got misty laughing with her brothers so if you have anything better let me know."
Thunderlane:"Well perhaps I can..I did bring some weather clouds from the wonderbolts training grounds on our way here dear.*Thudnerlane gave a grin to his wife, taunting her*
Rainbow Dash:"Oh really? Well I don't see any clouds with you-*before rainbow could finish her sentence
The triplets had slammed their front hooves against the thunder
Cloud their father said he brought with them ,making their mothers hair practically stand on end as she let out a slight shreek , from the sudden thunder*
Storm:"We got ya again Mommy!"
Cloudy Sky:"Yea! We sure got you mommy maybe even better then before!"
Night Tracer:"So did we get ya this time mama?"
*Rainbowdash would still be flapping her wings, when she quickly shook her head to snap out of it and fixed her hair with her hooves giving out a slight chuckle*
Rainbow dash:"Yea you guys got me for sure maybe I think better then the last time you did when you switched my glass of milk with yogurt.*Rainbow would fly towards her triplet sons and form a small little group as they flapped their wings softly now and whispered to her sons ,the mischievous plan that she had concocted*
Rainbow Dash:"Why not you three pull a prank on your dad to get back at him for bringing the clouds,you can even use the mini twisters on him this time."
*All three of rainbows sons gasped at this and all smiled widely at the plan their mother gave them*
Storm,Cloudy Sky, and Night Tracer:"Really mommy?! You mean it?!"
*The triplets nearly shouted giving the plan almost away to their father as they questioned their mother*
Rainbow Dash:"Yes..yes now..shhh! Can't let your dad know otherwise it's not much of a prank."
Storm,Cloudy Sky and Night Tracer:"Okay mommy."
*Rainbow Dash would mess with her sons hair as she laughed*
Rainbow Dash:"That's my good boys now go on and make sure to sneak up this time."
Storm:"Don't worry mommy we will!"
*The triplets flew off taking the cloud with them as they followed behind their father
Misty fly:"Do you think they'll get dad this time?.."*Misty asked as she raised an debris looking over at her mother*
*A blank expression would appear on her face as she replied back to her daughter*
Rainbow Dash:"Not a chance."
*Applejack and her husband along with their only daughter would walk in now*
Applejack:"Well look who beat me here..if it isn't Dash." *Applejack tipped her hat*
Rainbow Dash:"I have and I always will AJ."
Flim:"Hows it been miss Dash?"
Rainbow Dash:"D-Dont call me that Flim..you know I hate it when you do that!"
*A chuckle would be heard from Flim*
Flim:"Come on Dashie you know I love to tease."
Applejack:"Now don't start dear remember this is a party so lets not fight, and this ain't a pass from what you did yesterday Flim."
*Flim's ears raised forward as he pushed now both his wife an daughter with full strength into the ballroom walking behind*
Flim:"Lets not mention that...in front of dash.."
*Applejack looked over at her husband with a grin*
Applejack:"Why?..You embarrassed sugar cube?"
Film:"No..No not at all .."
*Flim spoke nervously towards his own wife*
Applejack:"Then come on Sugar cube, you too HoneyCrisp."
HoneyCrisp:"Okay ma.."
Twilight:"I think almost every ponys here except.."
*Twilight went down her list of friends of hers that had arrived*
Twilight:"Lets see..Applejack and her family is here..Rainbows aswell, rarity and fancy pants, Pinkie pies...
Huh fluttershy hasn't made it yet..wonder what could be keeping her..-With no doubt a loud poof of magic would be heard from behind twilight with fluttershy in Discords arms all dressed up for the party*
Twilight:"And make that almost everyone now besides Applebloom,And Scootaloo aswell as Luna, and Celestia and Cadance ,aswell as my brother since all the other guest are here."
Discord:"Hello Twilight, my old friend and nuisance how are you tonight."
Twilight:"What was that last part?..."
Discord:"Oh um nothing your hearing things twilight ,shall I bring your cane?"
Twilight:"Discord I'm not that old.."
Discord:"Not yet anyways."
Twilight:"What was that?"
Discord:"Like I said nothing, now I wont try wasting your time anymore then I have too, with my glorious stature I must take Fluttershy to the ball room.*Discord held his claw up high with a small pout expression as he walked off carrying Fluttershy now in both arms*
Teen Spike:"You think everyone will actually make it sweetie belle?"
Teen Sweetie Belle:"They just might, besides don't be so impatient Spike."
*Sweetie giggled*
Teen Spike:"Alright,..shall we dance then? Till they come."
Teen Sweetie Belle:"I'd love that.."
