It's been a week since me and Scoots had the talk. Everything's been going great. I'm happy with our position and she's started smiling more. If I could change just one thing. One thing at all. It would be to change myself back to normal. I want to be back to what I used to be. I don't want the half toned skin. I want one or the other. It's weird looking like a human barcode. The wing is also a huge pain. It doesn't even work, so it's basically just making life more annoying. But I have Scoots to make me happier.

I wake up to a fuzzy head resting against my chest. I smile as I can hear and feel Scoots breath wash over my skin.

"It's time to wake up Scoots." I say as I gently nudge her.

She groans then rolls off of the bed, landing with a thump.

"You okay?" I ask as I look over at where she fell.

She's laid on the floor on her belly with her legs laid out like a starfish.

*Snigger*

Scoots looks up at me with a cross look on her face.

"Sorry, sorry." I say as I clear my throat.

She smiles and lets out a laugh of her own.

We laugh together for what felt like hours.

"What do you want to do today?" I ask as I start getting dressed.

"Mmm-Mmm-MMM-MMMMMMM-MMMMMOVIE!" The voice of a young woman in her 20's shouts in frustration.

I immediately drop my shirt to the ground.

"S-Scoots? Did you just.... Talk?" I ask as sit down on the corner of the bed.

She nods her head. "Mmmm-MMM-MMMMMOVIE!" She shouts happily.

"You said a word! A WORD I CAN UNDERSTAND! Hahahahaha! This is AMAZING! Scoots! THIS IS FANTASTIC!" I shout as I start to laugh in happiness.

"IIIIII-IIIIII LLLL-LLLL-LLLLLLOVE YOOOOOUUU SSSS-SSSSSCOOOOTS!" She says as she dances happily.

"I can't believe that you're learning this! THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE! Hahahaha!" I laugh happily.

"Ttt-Ttttt-TTTTTITTTTTANNNNNNNICCCCC!" She sounds out the words.

"THIS IS AMAZING!" I say as I start to jump around the room in happiness.

"Ddd-Ddd-DDDDDINNER!" She says as she dances in place.

"Scoots. You have no idea how happy this makes me!" I say as tears of happiness streak down my cheeks.

"IIII-IIII-III Lllllove y-y-y-yyyyyyou Ssssssscootsssss!" She says as she wraps her forelegs around me in a hug.

"Nearly Scoots, nearly!" I say as I hug her back. "*I point at her* Scoots. *Then point at myself* Nathan. Now you try." I say with a heart filled to the brim with hope.

Scoots points towards herself "Sssscootsss. *She then points at me* Naaaafennn!" She squeaks happily as she happily hops in place.

"YES! This is amazing Scoots! You're amazing!" I say as I plant a kiss onto her lips.

After a few seconds I pull away and fist pump.

"Sssscoootsss LLLL-LLLL-LLLLLLLLLLLL-LLLLoves Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnaffffffennn!" She says as a blush creeps across her cheeks.

"Scoots we've got to celebrate this! This is amazing!" I say as I pull her into another hug.

"Did somebody say celebrate?!" A pink pony says as she pops up in the hug between my and Scoots.

"AHHHHH THE FUCK! WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU!" I shout in terror.

"I'm Pinkie Pie! Celebrator extraordinaire. I also throw a great party! You know! For celebrations! Now.... What are we celebrating?" She asks as she looks at the deer. "Why are you hugging wildlife? Oh! Oh! Are you like Fluttershy?"

"FlutterShy? Who dat?" I ask as I stand back up and grab my shirt. "Also how did you get in?"

"Fluttershy is the kindest pony in Equestria! She also likes animals! Not as much as you do it seems." Pinkie Pie says as she gives me a strange look.

"What?" I ask as I a few beads of sweat build up on my forehead.

"Nothing! I just thought I saw a bird fly past your window behind you but it was just a pony." She says as she shrugs. "ANYWAY BACK TO PLANNING THE PARTY! WOOOOOO!"

"There's a pony out there?" I ask as I walk over to the window and look out. "I don't see anything.... Are you sure you weren't just imagining it?"

"it was just Fluttershy. Anyway back to the PARTY! What kind of cake? OOOOOOO! How about carrot cake! Or! Or! Banana Nana Rana Dana! OOOOORRRR! Wait.... What's that noise? It sounds like a stampede...." Pinkie Pie says as she rubs a hoof against her chin.

I look back out of the window to see a stampede of 20 deer charging towards my front door.

"WHAT THE HELL!"

A yellow pony with a pink mane opens my front door then ushers the deer in.

"OH FUCK NO!" I shout as I run out of the bedroom.

I sprint down the stairs, nearly tripping down the stairs. As I reach the bottom of the stairs the stampede of deer screech to a stop in front of me. Behind the deer the yellow and pink pony hovers in the air.

"HEY PONY! WHY ARE THERE A FUCK TON OF DEER IN MY CASTLE!" I shout at the pony.

The pony squeaks then hides behind the deer.

"HEY! I'M TALKING TO YOU!" I shout.

"I'll ask her if you want?" Pinkie Pie asks.

"Yes please. I'm confused about the deer." I answer as I scratch my head.

Pinkie Pie then dives head first into the deer like an Olympic diver would.

A few minutes later she pops out of the collection of deer.

"She was gonna ask you if you could look after the deer? They have no place to graze right now and she saw how you where with the deer upstairs and was hoping you would be able to help." Pinkie Pie relays.

I look behind me and see Scoots looking at me with a smile. She nods her head and walks to my side and starts to rub her head against my waist.

"Fine. God damn it. I'll look after the damn deer." I groan as I pinch the bridge of my nose.

"Okay I'll go tell her." Pinkie Pie says happily as she dives back into the deer.

"Really Scoots? Why did you say yes?" I ask.

"Ssshhhhaaarrreee happpppppinnnnnesssss wiffffff dddddddeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrr" She says with a smile.

"I don't think these deer are like you though Scoots. I think they're like the deer I explained earlier." I reply with a sigh.

"Dddddeeeeeer.... NNNNN-NNN-NNNNnooo smarrrrr?" Scoots asks.

"I don't know yet. But I don't think so Scoots." I say as I stroke the back of her neck.

"Mmmm-MMMme ddooooooo baaaaaaaaad?" Scoots asks.

"No, it's okay. We'll just have to find a place for them to live." I answer.

"Sssssscoooootssss sorrrrrrrreee." She mumbles as she sits down.

"Hey hey! It's okay Scoots don't worry about it. We'll find somewhere for them." I say as I kiss the back of her head.
