I’m so sorry it’s taken so long to get this out,but it’s done and hopefully it’s not too badly done. If you have a critique you’re more than welcome to leave it in the comment just don’t be too mean about it. Also i've double check this chapter, but if i missed something please please point it out thank you.

Chapter 2

To change the world

After the wedding ceremony Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and the rest of the people in the chapel headed down to the reception hall when they were greeted by one of the priest who had help Applejack and Pinkie to set up the room.

“Wow guys you really did a great job setting up!” Said Rainbow as Pinkie bounced around the room.

“Nothing’s too good for our friends.” Said Applejack stopping Pinkie, and whispering something in her ear.

“You got it AJ!” Said Pinkie as she hugged Applejack and ran toward the stage that had been set up in the back of the room. “

Guess who’s going to D.J your guy’s party!” Laughed Pinkie as she pulled the curtain to reveal two women setting up turntables and a cello.

One was a finely dress upper class woman; her hair was tied back in a firm ponytail, and not a hair was out of place. The other was the complete opposite. She had Wavy two toned blue hair, and was wearing a plain white tee, and blue denim jeans with holes in the knee caps.

“No way!” Said the couple together.

“Is that Octavia Philharmonica?” Asked Fluttershy amazed that they had gotten her favorite cellist to play at her wedding.

“Forget the stuffed shirt, Flutters. I can’t believe it. DJ-Pon3!” Exclaimed Dash as the two of them walked towards the couple and extended their arms out for a handshake.

“Yep, but go ahead and call me by my real name, Vinyl Scratch at your service.” Said Vinyl as Dash grabbed her hand and started shaking it like crazy. Once Dash had stopped Octavia stepped towards Fluttershy and shook her hand.

“Please excuse my girlfriend’s atrocious attire, I tried to tell her that she needed formal attire, but you understand, she just not used to wearing such things.” Said Octavia bowing before stepping back next to Vinyl.

‘It’s cool Octavia, I imagine Vinyl doesn’t have any really fancy clothes; Celestia knows I didn’t before today.” Laughed Rainbow Dash.

“Well yes be that as it may I’m afraid we have to go now; we’re still setting up for the reception and all that. It was nice meeting you two.” Said Octavia bowing and dragging Vinyl back on stage.

After everything set up and the food was served Octavia’s band’s violinist began playing some music to set the mood. It was a simple piece, and yet quite beautiful. It was called eternal love, and was setting the mood quite nicely as at all the tables couples held hands as they ate, and enjoyed the music of one of the best violinist money could buy.

“I can see why you like Octavia’s band Fluttershy.” Said Rainbow Dash as she wrapped her arm around Fluttershy’s shoulder once the two of them were done eating. “It may not be my type of music, but she’s very good.”

“Well it’s just that it’s always calmed me down when I felt scared of nervous.” Replied Fluttershy blushing a little bit at Rainbow’s action. “By the way Pinkie, the food was wonderful.” Continued Fluttershy once she had stopped blushing and noticed that everyone at the table had finished.

“Thanks Fluttershy.” Said Pinkie smiling as she wrapped her arms around Applejack. "Me and AJ wanted to make sure that everything was perfect for today, so we made our very best recipes. It was a lot of hard work, but like I said only the best for a day like today.” Explained Pinkie as she pulled Applejack even closer to her.

Just then Vinyl’s voice came over the intercom and got the attention of the room.

“Okay everyone now that dinner is done we’d like everyone to join together on the dance floor for the first dance. As is tradition the bride and groom or in this case the two brides shall dance first, and as the songs go along other groups may join along. Now then let’s get this party started.” Announced Vinyl as she typed away at her computer to input the first song of the night, and it didn’t take long for Fluttershy to recognize the song that Vinyl had put on was her and Dash’s favorite song.

“Oh Dashie it’s.” Began Fluttershy before being cut off by a soft kiss from Rainbow.

“Shhh Flutters. I know let’s just dance.” Cooed Rainbow Dash as she held Fluttershy tight in her arms as she began to Dance

As the chorus began Dash began to sing along with the words to Fluttershy as the two of them danced crossed the floor under the spotlight that Vinyl had following their every move.

“Oh Dashie, I love you so much” Cried Fluttershy as Dash swept her off of her feet into a graceful spin, and back onto the dance floor.

“I love you too Flutters.” Said Rainbow dash as she trailed a finger under Fluttershy’s eyes to wipe away her tears.

“I wish that this would never end.” Whispered Rainbow as the last chorus began and the tempo of the song picked up, and the two of them knew the song was coming to an end.

As the song ended and the crowd burst into applause; Dash and Fluttershy stepped off the stage and into the embraces of their friends.

“That was just beautiful!” Gushed Rarity as she pulled everyone into a hug group hug.

“Yes, it was quite a sight.” Said Luna

Indeed, it was. You two truly do love each other; I could see it in your eyes as you danced. You two were fated to be together; I’ve never been surer about anything in my life.” Said Celestia as the group hug broke apart as the next song started.

“Whoa, I never expected this song at a wedding.” Squealed Rainbow Dash as a rather soft beat with a slightly faded voice singing

“Isn’t this song a little heavy for a wedding?” Asked Celestia.

“Who cares It’s Skillet!” Exclaimed Rainbow Dash grabbing Fluttershy’s arm and joining the group of people dancing

“Come on Flutters; dance, it’s a party!” Said Dash as she began to bang her head to the song, and sing along with the lyrics.

As the song progressed further and further; Fluttershy began to dance more and more wildly until it was at the point that she was dancing almost as wildly as Rainbow Dash.

“Now you’re getting it!” Exclaimed Rainbow Dash as she patted Fluttershy on the back and the two of them continued dancing and Rainbow continued to sing along with the words; every once in a while running her hand though Fluttershy’s hair.

As the song faded out Rainbow hugged a now panting Fluttershy and held her close.

“Never forget that alright; even when everything seems wrong and it seems like there’s no light in the world, I’ll always be there to lead you out of the darkness.

“I promise I won’t Dashie, and you I want you to promise me that as well. I may not be brave or know how to assert myself all that well, but I swear I’ll always be there for you no matter what.” Replied Fluttershy nuzzling into Rainbow’s neck.

As the night progressed further and further on Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy continued to dance within each other's arms only stopping when needed to get something to drink or use the restroom. The music continued on and on each song softer than the last until they had reached the last song of the night.

“I have a special gift for you Dashie, remember when we watched that anime together?” Asked Fluttershy slowly drawing her lips across Rainbow Dash’s

“ The one that was a remake of Romeo and Juliet; yeah I remember. I told you wanted to dance with you to that one day.” Recalled Rainbow Dash as Fluttershy pulled away. At this Fluttershy nodded her head to vinyl and seeing her cue Vinyl started the song and started up the screen that would translate Japanese words into English text so that everyone could understand the singer

In the depths of my tear-filled eyes,

Those words from our bygone days.

“Fluttershy I.” Began rainbow Dash

“No, don't speak. Just listen, and dance with me.” Whispered Fluttershy as she swept Rainbow Dash off of her feet holding her tighter than she ever had before

Beyond the misty horizons,

As the music ended and the two of them slowed to a stop Rainbow Dash swept away the tears that had gathered in her eyes. Slowly she turned to Fluttershy and did the same thing; the two of them shared a long hug and the crowd applauded.

“ There's one more part isn't their Fluttershy, will you say it with me?” Asked Rainbow Dash. Once the crowd quieted enough to hear her speak.

“Of course I will.” Replied Fluttershy taking Rainbow Dash’s hands in her own.

“Herein stands Rainbow Dash.” Recited Rainbow Dash.

“And herein stands Fluttershy.” Replied Fluttershy.

“On this night, we promise to share joy and sorrow for all the rest of our days, so do we swear;
for all our life and until death together shall we be henceforth to the end of eternity.” Sworn the two of them together as one before again sharing a kiss in front of all those who had gathered to see them wed.

After everything was done, and all decoration cleaned up it was time for the final part of the ceremony. It was time for the brides to make their leave and to head off on their honeymoon wherever that may be, and as Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy ran down the stairs of the chapel a happily married couple with everyone throwing rice at them Vinyl took the chance to play on last song. A song that truly did represent what they had done; they had helped to change the world for the better, and they had done so with love.
