Ch.3.5 Bill's Triangular Day Out

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

“Nope; just me. Come on, I’m starved, I want to meet these friends of yours,” said Uni.

As Uni left, Bill watched as his astral form swayed left and right; his arms crossed in frustration. That kid needs to listen to me more often... He stares up at the sky; giving it a strange look.

Something big is going to happen... Really big... ... ...I wonder what happens if I just float here? After floating for a few seconds, he watched as Uni left with the group of girls out of sight. ... ... ...Huh, nothing... Welp time to cause some mischief; hehheheheheheheheheh!

Bill begins to float away, to spread panic and mayhem wherever he goes; giggling mischievously in the process. Floating for a lengthy amount of time, Bill seems to realize that this whole town is enriched in a powerful sphere of energy, meaning he can leave Uni for long durations, as long he stays within the city’s limits. Sadly, the wandering dream demon has lazily looked everywhere for good entertainment… only to find… this!

THIS IS THE MOST BORING TOWN EVER! Even Gravity Falls had some fun once awhile, but this... Is torture!

Bill was floating completely still above a crowd of people; so far his made the simple prank here and there but wasn’t enough to entertain him. The minutes have gone by and was past lunch hour, meaning Uni was probably doing his next set of classes soon.

Better go back to the kid, don’t want to worry him.

Before Bill could float away, disappointed of today’s events… He saw the most peculiar and interesting trio of girls. While many of the townsfolk here come in different shapes and colors; literally, these three girls showed off a faint energy signature... The same signature they been trying to find.

Seems I may need to change plans... Bill’s voice changed tones, going darker and more sinister. This should be fun, mweheheheheh.

Meanwhile, the Sirens bought their needed groceries, and tacos. Making their way home, crossing the school again like they did before. Sonata was busily eating some ice cream, while Aria continued reading a novel they bought, holding two bags of groceries with one hand. Adagio carried a box full of spices and other ingredients, also around her neck was the red gem that keeps all three alive. Just when they were about to take a turn… they heard an eerie voice.

Ollo!

The voice echoed creepily, all three girls turning instantly out of instinct and practice. What they saw… was not what they expected. “Is that… a triangle?” said Aria, confused.

“Looks like those chips you ate last night… What were they called; Boratis… Garotees?” said Sonata, thinking of the bag of chips.

“Whatever it is, it’s messing with the wrong girls. SIRENS!” shouted Adagio. Instantly, Aria and Sonata stood behind her, placing both their hands together. The trio began to sing harmoniously a strange tune, both enchanting and mystique. However, the triangular demon kept staring with it’s one eye.

OHHHH a singing competition! MY TURN MY TURN!

Suddenly Bill’s eye turned into a trumpet and blasted the three girls sensitive ear drums asunder. The blast was so powerful that Sonata’s ears started bleeding and she was sent down to her knees, whimpering.

“SONATA! YOU SON OF A BITCH!” shouted Aria, running straight at Bill.

“WAIT ARIA!” But before Adagio could stop her, Aria jumped right at Bill, only to go through him like nothing was there. “His a spirit, we need to go now!”

Adagio lifted Sonata up and the three ran going into a nearby alleyway. Bill continued to stare at the dropped groceries, looking back up to where the three went. You forgot something! ...OH, A TACO!

As the sirens ran away toward the nearby alleyway, they continued to run until they reached a few blocks, ending up near an alley close to their apartment. Adagio gently placed Sonata, her back leaning against the wall, Aria kept walking left and right, spouting angry retorts to nobody in general. Adagio rested beside Sonata, moving her as close to her as possible, not bothered by the small droplets of blood on her sweater.

“THAT SON OF A STUPID MOTHER BLOODY! GRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!” screamed Aria. She then started to slam her fists against the nearby wall, causing small cracks to appear. Pieces of her skin and blood began to peel off her fists, but continued her angered onslaught.

“Aria… stop… please...” Aria stopped and turned to find Sonata talking, her ears still ringing form the loud blast of sound.

“Hey hey hey. Sonata you need to rest, once we return home I see if I can find the first-aid kit. Then… we may need to tell Sunset,” said Adagio.

“Why tell her? What will she do?” asked Aria, still angry.

“She and her friends were capable of handling us… She’s the only person who can stop, well whatever that thing was. Now come on, we need to head home. I’ll order us some food; it’s not safe going out now.”

As the trio left, Bill left from his hiding spot within the shadows. Seems my fun for today is over; time to head back to Uni.

Bill floated away, heading back to CHS… however. What in the... Some distance below Bill was a strange but familiar sight. Walking near the school but keeping a safe distance was a pitch black doberman, and instead of its usual brown was dirty yellow. The dog walked forward, only to stop and swivel his head around; it seems that the dog was looking for something… or someone.

Bill floated down and met face to face with said dog; the dog barked having seen Bill now. The hell are you doing here? I thought we told you to wait at Gravity Falls... well no matter, not my problem. What are you doing here anyway?

The doberman continued to bark in a series of low and high barks, while people walked by, seeing only a dog barking at nothing when he was speaking to Bill. You came here because you wanted to help Uni? The doberman shook his head up and down; Bill sighed, pulling out his eye and rubbing it as if it were a glass, putting it back inside his socket. Look... I know you and I hate each others guts, but we both care for the kid... for our own reasons... I’ll let you stay and not send you back to Gravity Falls; it’s Uni’s decision what to do with you.

The doberman barked happily, doing a cute jig swaying left and right and doing a little spin. Yeah yeah, don’t be so sure he’ll say yes. Come on; I spotted him going this way! Bill floated toward where he saw Uni was, and spotted him walking inside a car.

Now since he doesn’t know your here, and I doubt anyone knows he owns a dog, it’s best you follow behind... You can catch up with that car, right? The doberman gave a whine, staring at Bill, feeling insulted by the question. Right right... you’re no “ordinary” dog.

Bill went inside the car, unnoticed by the car’s driver and other passenger. “Where were you anyway? I haven’t seen you for the rest of the day since Sunset found me,” thought Uni. Bill heard his thought and responded.

...I was... busy you could say... Bill’s expression changed, his eye showing the slight bit of malice.

...Really busy...

As the car began to drive away, outside the doberman followed with such swiftness and speed, it looked completely unnatural. To the average eye, you could almost catch the small glimpse of a pair of pitch black wings, black scales, and yellow slitted eyes on the doberman… disappearing instantly.

Author's Note

Some silly shenanigans that Bill has been up and doing... OH! And a new character, won't reveal who he is, but it's another OC character idea by dragon whisper. The character itself is somewhat a crossover from a movie... to be specific, a "nightly" and "wrath-like" one.

This filler chapter takes place after chapter two and near the end of chapter three.
