WHAM! As Minty crashed into Ponyville, she couldn't believe how different it was. But the one thing that was kind of freaking her out was that a pony was staring at her.

"Eek!" Minty hid behind Trixie, who had popped out by now.

"Minty, this is Toola Roola, the friend I told you about. She is from the past as well, but not YOUR past, she's from a little bit into the future from your time." Trixie said, trying to shove Minty into the open.

"It's nice to meet you, Minty!" Toola Roola said, making Minty smile. This pony is nice, she thought.

"Does she know about the Here Comes Hearth's Warming Candy Cane?" Minty was still a little worried.

"The what?"

"Huh? What's at the top of YOUR Hearth's Warming tree?"

"Twinkle Wish!" Toola Roola smiled. "She's a star that grants wishes for all of Ponyville!"

"Really?" Minty couldn't believe it.

"Yeah!" Toola Roola smiled huge this time. "Maybe you and Trixie could come the next time. It's really fun. We have a HUGE party afterwards! The last time, Scootaloo lost it."

"Scootaloo did what?" A voice interrupted their conversation. "Scootaloo is over there. She couldn't lose anything!" The pony pointed to the Cutie Mark Crusaders, who were with a pony that was digging a hole in the ground.

"I'm Pinkie Pie. And when I heard you say HUGE PARTY, you got me interested! And since you-" she pointed to Minty- "are new in Ponyville, I have to throw YOU a party! What's your name?" Minty was overwhelmed.

"I'm Minty..." Minty was embarrassed, for there was a Pinkie Pie in her Ponyville who saw her break the Here Comes Hearth's Warming Candy Cane. Then there was a faint buzz. Out came a small pink Earth Pony, who was sheepishly smiling.

"Minty, I'm so sorry I didn't get down there in time, really I am..." Then she noticed Pinkie Pie. "Oh geez..."
