Splatoon

Life had been hard for James.  You see this takes place in splatoon universe.  After his parents gave him a pod and sent him into the ocean just before the flood came in and destroyed almost everything and everyone on the planet.  Not long after that squids and octopi became the dominant species.  A few years later James emerged from his cryo tube in the pod to see everything he looted and knew gone.  He slowly made his way to inkopolis (he didn't know what it was even called).  And started living in the allies to avoid the inklings from seeing him.  He did not know how they would react to a human showing up.

Today was a normal day in his life.  He had been in inkopolis for a couple weeks now.  His clothes were raggedy and torn.  He was always looting trough the trash looking for something good to eat or at least something somewhat edible.  He was also very bloody as he was cut by many things.  He was looking through the trash one day not knowing how he was going to survive as he was losing lots of blood when he suddenly heard a crash and looked to his right.  Standing right next to him was a inkling girl looking about the same age as him.  He tried to run but he just fainted and fell down.  The last thing he remeberd before blacking out was the girl picking him up and running as fast as she could.
