Revenge of the Bad Apple
Chapter 6
Previous ChapterNext ChapterWhen Applejack had put both of the bodies in place she stood over them. “Now that I've taken care of these two, I should go get Twilight before she tells everyone. What a shame it would be if bad apples were allowed to live here!” Applejack muttered to herself.
I rushed her and slammed her head against the wall. She crumpled to the ground and I kicked her in the face. Her head flew back and slammed against the wall again. Her muzzle began to bleed. I hit her again, but this time in the chest. I could hear the crack of her breaking ribs.
Applejack groaned and looked up at me, there was a look of anger, pain and surprise on her face. She looked straight into my eyes. I could feel her reading my emotions, and I could read her's as well. She was shocked that I was hitting her. She must've thought that I would never have been capable of harming one of my closest friends.
I kicked her again, which broke our eye contact. She let out another loud groan, but this one was followed by a cough that cause blood to shoot out of her throat. She looked at the ground.
My anger was only growing. “Well? What do you have to say for yourself?! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!” I shrieked as I kicked her once more. She didn't answer.
I grabbed her head and forced it up so that she had to look into my eyes, and see my anger.
“Any last words, bitch?” I said angrily, “Any remorse, regret, ANYTHING?!” I screamed.
Applejack looked directly into my eyes and spit blood in my face. “Go to hell,” she growled.
“Fine, you want to be that way? YOU WANT TO BE THAT WAY?!” I shouted.
I reared back and put my horn down so that it was pointing directly at her. “Say goodbye to your pitiful life.” I said.
Then I charged at her. My horn pierced her neck with ease and came out the other side. She made a gurgling noise then went limp. Her eyes glazed over, she was dead. I pulled out my horn, fresh red blood began to pour down my face.
I looked at the newly dead Applejack in front of me. She lay limp against the wall, a small pool of blood slowly forming under her neck.
All of my anger left me and I no longer had a shield of protection protecting me from my deeds. There was long silence as I just stared at her body.
After a while, I crouched next to Applejack and began to cry. My tears mixed with the red blood below me as they fell off my face. “Why Applejack, why? Why did it need to be this way? WHY?!” I screamed with anguish. I grabbed her body and held it in my legs. Blood covered my purple coat. I squeezed her as hard as I could. “Why...?” I repeated.
Then a terrible thought entered my mind. I just killed a pony. No, not just a pony, my friend! How could I?! I’m the same as her! I'm no better! I'M NO BETTER! I shouted in my mind. “NO! I'M NOT AS BAD AS HER! I NEVER COULD BE AS BAD AS HER. I DON'T KILL PONIES FOR SPORT!” I screamed, for anypony that might have been listening in to hear.
My anger returned and I threw her body on the ground. It hit the floor with a thud. I looked into her dead face with disgust. My horn began to glow and her body exploded in flames. “So this is how it ends? I thought that you were tougher than that Applejack,” I sneered, “Pathetic.” I kicked her body once more then turned away. I’m done here, I thought.
