Revenge of the Bad Apple

After a court trial Twilight was found not guilty due to self defence. Applejack was dangerous and had posed a huge threat to her, so Twilight got off without any consequences... with the court of law at least. Twilight was never the same after that day. She barely ever talked and stayed in her house for long periods of time. She also topped taking her classes from Celestia. Whenever any of her friends tried to talk to her she would either respond coldly, or not at all. Nopony ever heard her laugh again. Even Spike couldn't talk with her. However, sometimes at night he would hear her crying in her room.

One time, a few years later, it got so bad he had to check on her to make she was alright. When he opened the door he found her dead on the floor. Twilight had killed herself; she was just one more casualty of Applejack’s. I guess that's just what you get for being a bad apple.
