A 20 year-old teen by the name of Jack Wilson, a resident of Brooklyn, New York, builds a portal to this world called Equestria. His portal worked exactly as he hoped, but things started getting a little weird when he ends up in this town called Ponyville. He soon meets new friends, new enemies, as he tells everypony about his past life and why he ended up in their world.
