Castle conference room 12:05

"At last the 6 hath arrived" Luna said, relieved that she didn't have to wait any longer. " we were beginning to think thee were not going to be here, May we please begin now?"

" Yes Luna, we can start now" Celestia replied, she then proceeded to gently shut the conference room doors with her magic.

"As you may know we have summoned you all here to discuss possible solutions to the current issue of the Elements of Harmony being inaccessible to us at the current time, and possible solutions to this problem," Celestia began in a very serious tone. " Twilight, what have you come up with thus far"

Twilight cleared her throat and looked at her notes, " The first idea I have on the issue is, to somehow transmit the Elements' magic to where it is needed, although I'm unsure how effective it would be, does any pony have anything to add to that, or any concerns?"

Celestia was the first to speak,"In theory it could work but I'm worried about this methods reliability and maximum range, as well as the possible size of the transmission and reciver units, they may end up too heavy to use effectively,"she commented.

" I believe she is right darling, it would be ever so dreadful to lug around a heavy machine to use the Elements' power," Rarity added, "and with the risk of it not working, I simply could not trust it"

"Does any pony else have objections?" Twilight asked," no? Okay then, that was the only plan I came up with last night that seemed practical, sooo does any pony have some other ideas to consider before I go into the non practical plans?"

" I could totally be a good defense, I'm awesome at kicking some serious ass when I need to!" Rainbow said with her usual gloating tone,

" I do not believe it wise to put thou in that kind of situation" Luna objected, " thy previous encounters , as well as thy own mortality hath provided plentiful evidence of thy shortcomings."

Pinkie then interrupted, "why dontcha just let twilight use her super-duper-amazing alicorn magic?"

Fluttershy then started to speak, the whole room went dead silent so they could hear the timid pegasus, "I wouldn't want twilight to hurt herself, you know how she can get overstressed," she then noticed everyone looking at her, " oh, did I say something wrong?" she shivered.

"No you haven't Fluttershy, but you do bring up a valid point, Twilight wouldn't be the best option if worse comes to worse", Celestia agreed.

"Ah'd have ta agree with the princess and flutters, y'all know how ya get under pressure, 'wouldn't want y'all to get hurt if ya can help it." Applejack stated.

" Well what in the hay are we supposed to do now !?, Oh let's make another princess for fucks sake! I don't care at this point, we've gotten nowhere," rainbow almost yelled, wait why's everyone staring at me?"

" I think you just solved it, I can make another alicorn! The possibilities are limitless! Ooh! And those means I can try magic assisted genetic engineering!" Twilight suddenly blurted.

" huh, it certainly has it's merits, with the right training and some patience, it could work, not to mention that it would give the public something to look to for protection, don't you agree Sister?"Celestia added.

Luna then replied "We agree, dear sister, this plan could be our solution, doth anypony object?"

Everypony in the room started collectively denying any objection.

Celestia then added,"Well Twilight, looks like you've got some work ahead of you, you will get complete control of the project and any resources you need to complete the project,"

"I'll get right on it princess!"Twilight happily replied, looking like she'd piss herself out of the excitement from the promise of new science.
