Hi, my name is Scarlet Flare, and I'm going to tell you my story. I’m not like other ponies. In fact, I don’t even look like one. I was born with red cat-like eyes, my fur is black with red stripes, my hair is colored like fire, and I have dragon wings. It's mostly because my mom messed up a spell while she was pregnant with me. I don't know much about my parents, they died when I was 3. Luckily I found a way to survive. After they died I accepted it right away. I don’t know why though, maybe that spell made me stronger and braver.

I traveled far, and eventually found a beautiful garden. After walking through it, I found another pony. He was young, about 4 years old. He saw me and saw how weak I was. We immediately became friends. For years we grew up together. I would stay in the garden and he would bring me food. His parents never knew about me until that day…
