On that same night Twilight was trying to finish the last part of her extra credit essay for tomorrow to give to Ms. Celestia. Even though Twilight loves work she decided to take a water break and walked downstairs to the kitchen.

When she got there she filled up a cup and was about to walk up the stairs, when her phone started to ring.

"Who would call this late at night?" asked Twilight.

She walked to the phone and took it off of the stand while putting the cup down on the coffee table.

"Hello?" asked Twilight.

Rainbow Dash was on the other line "Twilight? It's Dash!"

"Oh, hey Dash how's it going?"

"Nothing much but have you checked out the news?"

"No, why?"

"Turn it on quickly!"

"OK ok" Twilight grabbed the remote and turned on the news and a pink alicorn mare was already talking"

"-shocking story happened this very night when 17-year-old Rarity Belle, a senior student from Ponyville High School, was found brutally murdered right in her very home and business with multiple stab wounds and thrown straight through a glass window. The only witness who saw the victim was 13-year-old Sweetie Belle, who is actually the sister of the victim, claiming she heard a crash downstairs while going to use the restroom. The police were confused as there were a lack of clues on the scene, but were able to confirm that the murderer might have called the victim before she met her demise as they found a phone inside on the floor with the victim's fingerprints on it. They still don't have any suspects yet, so the police decided to question the students from the victim's school when their back in. More details on the matter will be shared tomorrow morning at 7. This has been EQN News at 10, I'm Cadence Cadenza and that's the news for tonight."

Twilight was shocked as she turned off the TV and put the phone back in her ear.

"Oh my god Rainbow, Rarity sits next to me in Homeroom and Language Arts" said Twilight.

"I know that's some scary shit isn't it?" asked Rainbow

"It is...look Rainbow let’s talk about this tomorrow at school"

"Yeah sure, See ya!"

"See ya"

Twilight then hung up the phone, grabbed her water, and walked back up the stairs to finish her essay.

The next morning, cop cars and news vans were around the High School and police barricades were on the streets.

Twilight was walking alone when RD came up from behind her.

"Yo, what's up?" Asked Rainbow Dash.

Twilight laughed a little "The sky."

Rainbow sucked her teeth playfully and smiled "Why are you like that you know what I mean?"

"I don't know I just like doing that to you"

Twilight and Rainbow Dash then walked to the building where they met Dual Blade at the door.

"Hey guys" said DB holding his fist out

"Hey Dual" said Twilight fist-bumping him.

"Hey, Double Sword how's it going man?" Asked Dash fist-bumping him also.

"Eh, nothing much. Hey have you watched the news last night?"

"Yeah...poor Rarity she was so nice" said Twilight.

"You think the killer would strike again?" asked RD.

"I'm not sure, maybe it was just revenge or something and won't harm anyone else."

"I think he's gonna strike again guys" said Dual Blade.

Twilight looked confused "Why do you think that Blade?"

"Well, after all the movies I've seen all I can say is that.... Nobody puts on a mask and commits a murder like that just once......the real question is......Who's Next?"

the 3 friends went silent for a few seconds until they were suddenly awoken by the bell.

"Shit, guys we only got 5 minutes until class starts." said Dual Blade "I'll see ya at lunch!"

Dual Blade then ran inside to get to class, leaving Twilight alone with Rainbow Dash.

"Do you think Dual is right? What if the killer is gonna strike again? asked Twilight.

"I'm not sure but I think he is right....unless he watched a lot of scary movies that he lost his reality button. I pick the second option" said RD.

"Rainbow don't be like that....besides... I like him"

"Yeah Yeah come on lover girl or we'll be late for class"

Twilight then followed Rainbow into the school to begin their day.

In the middle of class Twilight was called to the Principal's Office for her questioning. Everyone at the school was getting questioned from stallions to mares and from students to teachers.

At the office, there stood 2 cops and of coarse one was familiar to her. One of the cops was Twilight's BBBFF Shining Armor

Hey, Shining! exclaimed Twilight.

"Sorry Twily, right now it's Officer Armor"

Her Principal and Personal teacher Celestia walked over to her and put her hand on Twilight's shoulder.

"My faithful student, the police are gonna ask you a few questions, would that be alright?" asked Celestia.

"Yes, Ms. Celestia" answered Twilight.

At lunch Twilight met with Rainbow Dash, Dual Blade, and Fluttershy at the school fountain, eating.

"Hey guys" said Twilight walking over.

"Oh hey Twi, you ok?" asked Dual Blade.

"Yeah, just looking to relax" She said while sitting in between Rainbow and Blade.

"So who do you guys think the killer will go after next? asked Rainbow Dash.

"I'm not sure." said Blade. "But maybe someone at our school is gonna die next."

"No shit, Sherlock that's kinda obvious."

"Oh really?, the only reason for you to say that, is if your the killer."

Rainbow scoffed, "You really think I did it? I never kill anyone"

Dual Blade stood up and loomed over her "Really huh?, I can see it in your own eyes their covered in guilt."

Rainbow Dash then stood up, grabbed Dual Blade by his white shirt and pinned him against a tree near the fountain.

"Oh my" said Fluttershy quietly

"How do we know you're not the killer? Huh?....HUH?! MAYBE YOUR FUCKED UP MOVIE BRAIN LOST IT'S FUCKIN' REALITY BUTTON, YOU EVER THOUGHT OF THAT HUH?!

"GET OFF OF ME!" Screamed Dual Blade struggling in Rainbow's grasp but she easily over powered him.

Twilight ran up to the two of them and tried to pull them away from each other. "Rainbow stop it, let go of him!"

With a 3 way struggle Rainbow finally let go of her 'best friend' from her tiger grip. "Dash, you know better then to attack friends."

"Yeah, you tell her Twi!" said Blade only to have her look at him now.

"And as for you Blade, How dare you accuse a best friend of ours as a murderer, now both of you apologize"

Twilight was very serious about friendship and if she sees two or more friends fighting she wants them to make up immediately.

Dual Blade and Rainbow Dash both sighed and apologized to each other.

"I'm sorry for accusing you as a murderer" said Blade.

"I'm sorry for pinning you to a tree" Rainbow said.

"Now.....hug." Twilight said sternly

Rainbow and Dual then shared a hug for about 5 seconds.

"We cool?" asked Dual.

"....Yeah, we cool" said Dash pulling Blade into another hug which he gladly accepts.

Twilight sighed happily 'I love when friends are back together' she thought.

Just then the loud school bell rang, alerting everyone outside.

"C'mon guys let's get back to class" Twilight said as they all headed back inside the school building to begin their next class.
