Shining Armor was driving his squad car with Rainbow Dash and Twilight both sitting in the back, Twilight was still deep in thought as she watched the night sky. Rainbow noticed this as she puts a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey....don't think too much about this ok?" Rainbow said trying to cheer her up. Twilight looked at her, still sad.

"I.....I just couldn't believe it......I actually had a crush on him, He was amazing but.....I guess I was wrong" She said turning back around.

"There's plenty of fish out in the sea.....you just.....can't pick the murder-y ones". Rainbow explained with a little chuckle. But that caused Twilight to go right back into her crying mode.

Shining decided to join in on the conversation. "Uh...hey Twilight, after I'm done at the station....maybe I can give you a new book I found at the library."

Twilight looked up with tears still in her eyes as she sat back. "O..Okay" she said sadly, She then looked at Rainbow. "Thanks for being here for me Rainbow" she told her as she wiped her tears.

"No problem at all Twi" Rainbow replied, as she wrapped Twilight in a loving hug.

At the police station Dual Blade and his mother were being interrogated by two cops, a stallion and a mare. The mare walked with a file of the incident and threw it on her desk to look like one of those badass cops who interview ponies in movies.

"What were you doing with a portable phone Mr. Blade?" the mare asked as she loomed over the desk. Dual Blade was confused.

"So wait I'm getting convicted of murder and attempted murder just for carrying a cell phone?" he asked. The stallion cop walked up.

"Not just any cell phone, Ms. Sparkle confirmed that the phone doesn't belong to you." He stated. Dual Blade looked out the office window and saw Twilight who wasn't even looking at him, He then turned back to the cops.

The mare cop tried to take this a little further "Where were you before you climbed into Ms. Sparkle's room window?" she asked.

"I was walking home from work, I had to work late at the video store because I had to fill in for somebody. I walked by Twilight's house and I heard screaming, thinking she was in trouble. I ran to the front door but It was locked, then tried the back door it was locked too. I looked up and saw an open window, which was Twi's room, I started to climb the tree near it, but I fell and hurt my head, I think I blacked out for a minute then tried again, I saw Twilight there and she hugged me crying, and then the phone you found dropped out of my pocket and I swear to God I have no idea where it came from, Twilight ran. Then......well you know the rest." Dual Blade explained.

"Ok now you sure that's the 100% truth?" asked the mare. Looking down at her notepad.

"Yes, I'm not lying" he answered.

The cops looked at each other for a few seconds, as Shining Armor opened the door. "Uh....Detective Sidney?" The mare looked over to him as he motioned to her to come to the hallway. She then stood up and walked out the door as the stallion stayed with the prime suspect.

Sidney closed the door and started talking. "Did the phone call history come in?" she asked. Shining shook his head.

"No, they said it won't be in for a couple of days" he answered, as he looked at Dual Blade through the window. "what should we do with him?"

Sidney looked down, thinking. "I think its safe if we keep him behind bars until they come in" She answered. "I also think it's best to keep him away from physical contact and phone calling from Twilight until we are 100% sure he's innocent. speaking of Twilight, how's she holding up?"

"Not too well....she's been crying half the way here, poor girl even said she had a crush on him and is now doubting it ever since this happened...."

"Maybe you should keep watch on her just to make sure she's safe, I was thinking of sending a different officer but I figured you're the best choice since you're her brother she might be more comfortable around you protecting her." Sidney explained.

"Yeah maybe your right, oh I almost forgot I identified the costume where the mask came from." said Shining as he started to dig into his bag. He then pulled out a Halloween packaged costume and gave it to Sidney.

She grabbed the costume package and started to examine it.

"The costume is super popular there's no way we can track who bought it and then used it for this." Shining explained.

Sidney looked up at him after examining the costume. "Well...looks like we have to wait for the next best thing. Why don't you take the rest of the night off, so you can take Twilight home and have her get some rest."

Shining nodded. "Yes ma'am."

Sidney turned around and headed back to the interrogation room while Shining Armor walked to Rainbow and Twilight. "Twily come on it's time to go"

Twilight looked at Shining and nodded, She along with Rainbow stood up and walked outside getting into Shining's car on the way to his house.

The next day, Twilight got out of bed and walked to the kitchen, Which she saw Rainbow already there eating cereal. She sat down next to her and started to make her own bowl. Shining had her and Rainbow both sleep in the guest room, but of coarse since he had no female clothing for her to sleep in she helped herself to wearing a t-shirt and shorts that were a little too big for her size. Rainbow didn't give a damn what she slept in, so she just slept in her undergarments.

As Twilight was eating she looked around then back at Rainbow. "Where's Shining?"

"Still sleeping, and Jesus can he snore! I heard him loud and clear all the way from the room how can you easily sleep through that Twilight?!" Rainbow exclaimed.

Twilight chuckled. "Please, I had to deal with that for 10 years, you tend to get use to it after a while." She said, as they both continued to eat.

When they were finished Rainbow put them both in the sink as the kitchen phone started to ring. "Could you get that?" she asked. "I have to use the bathroom."

Twilight nodded. "Alright." Twilight walked to the phone as Rainbow walked to the bathroom and shut the door.

Twilight took the phone off the stand and answered it. "Hello?" And on the other line.......was the killer.

"Hello Twilight." He said, Twilight gasped. "Ya got the wrong guy, bitch! and because you tried to snitch on me...., I'm gonna have fun slicing and dicing you over and over again, just like how I dealt with Rarity and that fucking slut you call a mother!" He taunted as he started to laugh.

Twilight froze in place, "no..." she said quietly. She then started saying "no" over and over again each one getting louder then the last as the killer continued to laugh.

"NO!" she screamed. After hearing that Rainbow quickly finished and raced out of the bathroom seeing Twilight on the phone.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

Twilight looked at her crying and hit the mute button on the phone. "It's the Killer!"

Rainbow then ran to Twilight and took the phone out of her hand, hitting the mute button again she put her ear on the phone and shouted.

"WRONG NUMBER, FUCKER!" She then slammed the phone on the stand and tried to comfort Twilight.

Shining then ran to the kitchen with his Glock 17 in hand. "What happened?!"

"The killer called and threatened Twilight, she's scared out of her mind." Rainbow said as Shining put the gun in his holster and ran to the girls.

"Twily are you ok?" he asked.

Twilight looked up shaking with tears down her face. "The killer....he......he's still...o-out there.... Dual Blade...It.....it wasn't him!"
