Present Day

It's been two weeks since Starlight Glimmer and her friends saved Twilight and the others from and with Thorax as the new ruler of the Changelings peace has finally been made between the two races. And now we see our heroes having a nice relaxing day out.

"I still can't believe what you were able to accomplish Starlight." said Twilight

"Twilight please I may be have been to rescue you all, but I'm still your pupil and I still have much to learn." Starlight said

"Well I'm for one is glad that every one here is okay especially you Fluttershy." Discord said

"Thank you Discord, I'm glad that you care so much about us." said Fluttershy

"Well anything for a friend." he said

"So Spike how is Thorax doing." Starlight asked wondering about her changeling friend

"He doing great he already is able to teach the changeling about our culture." Spike said

"That cool, still I can't believe that were at peace with them after so many yerars of conflicts with them." Twilight said

The group then had discussions about all of their previous adventures

"Remember when we first meet, wow how different were we back then."

"Yea, back then all I cared about my studies now I have all of you as my friends." Twilight said smiling

"Ain't you forgetting somepony Twi?" Applejack asked

"Who?" Twilight asked her wondering what she meant

"I am talking about that orange Pegasus that you have a crush on." Applejack said teasingly

Twilight blushed and said "I don't know what your talking about."

"Mmm face it Twi you g=have a crush on the young guard." Applejack said

"I agree." Starlight said

"What you too Starlight?" Twilight asked her surprised

"Come on Twilight every time you see him when we visit the Crystal Empire you are completely distracted by him." Stalight said

"I'm not interested in him, even if he's extremely handsome." Twilight stopped and blushed realizeding what she just said

The group burst out in laughter, much to Twilight's embarrassment

Discord joined in laughing until his body shook noticing a disturbance in the area

"That not right." Discord said concerned

"What's not right?" asked Fluttershy

"I have sense a disturbance in the area." Discord said

"Where?" asked Twilight

"Deep in the Everfree forest." said Discord

"Can you take us there." asked Starlight

"Yes I too would like to see what this disturbance is." said Trixie

The rest nodded in agreement

"Well I suppose on trip wouldn't hurt." Discord said

He then snapped his claw and teleported everyone to the location of the disturbance, which was located deep in the heart of the Everfree forest

"Okay so where is it?" asked Rainbow

"Right there." Discord said pointing to a rock

"Pinkie, I think your up." said Applejack

"Yaay."said Pinkie as she used her mane to drill into the rock

"Found something." she said as she dust off of what's left of the rock revealing some sort of glowing gem

"How wonderful this gem will surely go great with my new fashion line." said Rarity as she approached the gem

"Stop, don't touch it." Discord warn stopping Rarity in her tracks

"Why, what's wrong Discord?" asked a concerned Fluttershy

"Because that my dear Fluttershy is no ordinary gem." Discord said

"Then what is it?" Trixie asked

"It is said that there are relics that predate the universe itself, ancient forces of infinite destruction." Discord said "What we found is one of those relics."

"What kind of relic is it." Twilight asked

"It's called an Infinity Stone." Discord said

"What does it do?" Starlight asked "Will we die if we touch it?"

"You should be fine if you touch it, but that not what you be worry about, it what it will do to your mind that you should be worry about." Discord said

"But how do you use it?' asked Spike

"The powers that this stone can grant is unimaginable, but that's also its double edge sword." Discord said

"What do you mean?" asked Trixie

"Well if you use it once you should be fine, but if you use it more then two times its were it gets dangerous." he said

"How dangerous?" asked a scared Fluttershy

"Each time the user uses it they become more and more corrupts by the power of the stone." he said

"It's like the same affect when I used the alicorn amulet." Trixie said

"Alicorn amulet?" Starlight asked

"It's a long story." Twilight and Trixie said at the same time

"But the problem is that I don't know which stone this one is." Discord said

"What do you mean, how many stones are there?" Rainbow asked

"There are six of them." he said

"Why?" asked Twilight

"You should ask Celestia, she and Luna knows more about them then I do." Discord said

"Ok, but how do we bring this with us without touching it?" Spike asked

"Like this." Discord said as he snaps his claws and a spherical orb like objects appears

"Here put the stone in here, it will keep both the stone and yourselves safes." he said

Twilight grabs the orb and opens it and uses her magic to lift the stone up and placed it inside the orb then as she closes it she said

"Alright, lets go see Celestia."
