As Erebus wonders the Badlands he thinks to himself

How long has it's been since my banishment

He then notice something in the distance a black figure that appeared to have a weridly shape body and clear wings it's legs were sort had had a bunch of holes in them

Erebus decided to take his chance and walked up to the creature and said "Exucuse me."

The creature turned around and took a defensive stance against him. This action amused him.

"Who are you." the creature asked

"My name is Erebus, who are you."

"Names Thorn, general of the changelings." the creature said

"Changelings?" Erebus asked "I've never heard of your species before."

"What how could never heard of us we're responsible for the attack on Canterlot and abduction of the four princesses." Thorn said shocked

"I was away for a long time." Erebus said then suddenly stopped and asked him "Four princesses?"

"Yes the four princesses of Equestria."

Erebus then grabbed Thorn by the neck and said "Who are the four Princesses...TELL ME!"

"The Princess of the Sun, Princess of the Night, Princess of Love, and the Princess of Friendship."

"What was the last one." Erebus said confused

"Princess of Friendship

Erebus then let go of Thorns as he laughed out loud

"HAHAHAHA......Princess of Friendship you have got to be kidding me, that title is so pathetic."

"Yea, the queen thinks so too."

"Queen, what queen." Erebus asked him

"The changeling queen of course." Thorn said

"Then I guess I'll have to meet her myself." Erebus said to him "Lead the way

As Thorn lead him towards an old looking cave the entered a room that was decorated like the inside of a castle and in the middle was a figure that looked just like Thorn but was taller then him and a longer horn and wings and by the shape of it body he could tell that it was a female

"My queen I brought someone who may be able to help us." Thorn said to the queen

"I'll speak him myself." the queen said then added "Thorn leave us."

"As you wish my queen." Thorn said as he left the room

As he approaches her, she raised a hoof in the air singling him to stop. Erebus stop in his tracks and smiled as he bowed before her as he said

"So, your the one in charge I assume."

"My name is Chrysalis I'm the Queen of the changelings." he changeling said

"Excuse me your highness, but you said changelings, but so far I've only seen one of your soldiers so far, where are the rest of them." Erebus asked confused

"I was betrayed by one of my own who took over the throne from me and exiled me to the Badlands." Chrysalis said with angry

"You must have been a weak leader then." he told her

"Explain." she said almost annoyed at him

"Well to be a great leader you must be smart, wise, and also you must be feared, from the sound of it you have none of that." he said smirking at her

The changeling queen became very annoyed furious at his statement and asked him

"Just who the hell do you think you are?"

He smiled at this and said to her

"My name is Erebus, and my name means Death." he said

"I propose an alliance, if you bow before me I'll help you with your revenge on the ones who betrayed you."

"I bow to no one." she said to him

"Then I'll make you bow." he said threateningly

"You don't scare me." Chrysalis said as she prepared for battle

"You should be scared cause I will bathe the earth with your blood." Erebus said as he blasted a ray from his right claw

Chrysalis jumped out of the way as the blast destroyed her throne.

Chrysalis lands and brushes herself off.

Erebus continued to blast rays at her as she doge the attacks

“You’re going to have to do better than that!” she taunts with an ever so devious grin across her face while lighting up her magical appendage and launching a single bolt of green lighting traveling his way.

Using his magic he created a reflective shield that he holds to his claw and braces for the attack. The charge surges across their surface, though the magic reflects off of them as he guides it right back at the queen. Forcing her hoof as she tuck and rolls out of the way, recovering in time to see him as he drops the shield.

He then launched out a ray spell from his claw as the queen meets it in the middle with her own.

The red and green mix with one another in the center as sparks fly with them now landing about the ground, neither side winning or losing. Erebus may not be as powerful when it comes to magic, but with the queen also have to focus on her injury, for the most part it’s an even match . Breaking out of the stalemate, they exchange small blasts between one another back and forth with them going at it. Anything to injure the other at the time.

"There was a war in heaven. And I won. Your future belongs to me now." he said as he stopped firing at her

Chrysalis fires off another magical blast at her target, which he doges with ease

"So tell me, when you prepare to go to war, which do you send in first: the flag bearer, or the scouts?" he asked

She then lunges at him which Erebus countered by grabbing her in mid air and slams her against the wall of the cave

As he has her in his clutches he told her "I am a god, your just a bug."

He then threw her across the cave, she struggles to get up but failed. She then mange to lift her head up and locks eyes with him as he said

"You are defeated. Any unique information that dwells within you will be destroyed. Such is the ultimate fate of this world, but for you, the end comes now."

Fire emerges from his right hand and he blasted her with the temperatures of the sun leaving nothing left of her.

"The queen is dead! Long live the king! Now there is no one above me." he declared

His eyes shifted up and saw Thorn standing in the door way staring at him in total shock

"Will you dare face me as well." Erebus asked

Thorns said nothings as he bows to him

Erebus smiles at this and gestures him to rise

"So what now." Thorns asked him

"Now that the past is dead.It's time to look to the future which will be ours to rule." he said to his new ally

"As you wish my king." Thorns said to him

"Please don't call me king, that title bores me, call me master." he said smiling

Author's Note

Erebus has returns and this time he is not alone

So the nest chapter will talk a little bit longer then the others, but to make up for it at the end of the next chapter I'll put a sneak peak of what's to come
