The town of Oakfield was quite the peaceful town in northern West Virginia. It was a small town where everyone knew everyone, but one that brought many comforts.
Matthew was one of roughly three hundred people to live in such a blissfull town. He usually spent most of his time in the mountains viewing the beauty of nature or in his bedroom reading, playing video games or doing some other nerdy activity to waste his days away.
This all changed when the bombs fell.
The world had been at war for a while now with sister countries. One of them apparently decided it was high time to end it by dropping nukes on some of the more populated states, while their allies took care of the others. Matthew was on the mountain one day when he saw it coming. He saw the bomb touch down, only he never felt the pain as he blacked out only to wake up somewhere else. Where will this lead? who knows?

This story is set in an alternitive universe than the cannon MLP universe and the story line WILL change. If you do not like this type of story, please do not complain and simply go find a different read.

This means I am going to be editing the first few chapters to make a few things to make it easier for me to write the story as there wont be a ton of things I have to keep track of which will help me make more things for you to read and make it so that I don't have to have 5 pages of notes just to remember certain things. Basically, gonna change a little to make it so I can make more chapters. :)
