A night out and Speedy "Racer" Silverstreak's history lesson

It was about a hour or so after Speedy awoke from his nightmare and Twilight going to bed that he decided to get some air. He quietly left the hotel room and walked towards the glamorous city of Las Pegasus. He decided that finding something to do would calm his problems. While walking past some of the bars and casinos he spotted a decent looking bar to enter.

Upon entering he saw that it had a decent western style with a stage and tables scattered among the center area. Speedy walked over to the bar and sat down on a barstool. A blue unicorn mare wearing black underwear, leggings, and bunny ears walked towards him holding a liquor bottle in her magic.

“Welcome to the Playstallion Bar. What would you like sir?” the mare said to Speedy with a calm tone in her voice. Speedy gave a little smile and pointed to the bottle in her magic aura. “if you say so sir. Hope you enjoy your time here.”

Speedy took the bottle as the mare gave him a glass. Just as he poured his drink the bar door open and Twilight walked in looking around. She then saw him and sat down next to him. “Speedy? I heard you leave the room and followed you here. I can tell something is bothering you and it involves your past. Please tell me what's wrong and what happened to make you like this.”

He looked at Twilight and saw the concern and worry in her eyes. He sighed and drank his glass in one swig “might as well. At least somepony should know what happened.”

“A little after the Elements of Harmony were destroyed, I was visiting Canterlot and stopped at the local music hall. I sat and watched a gorgeous grey earth mare named Octavia Melody play her cello and soon found an interest in her. After the concert I planned to go backstage and try to speak with her until I heard a commotion from the alley next to the building.”

“I walked in and saw that a stallion pinned her to the ground and had a knife to her throat. I suddenly was overcome with fury and charged right into him. Everything was a blur during then but I remember dropping him into the dumpster in the alley. I helped Octavia up and offered her a ride home, which she accepted.”

“Soon after that we started to spend time with each other and eventually started dating each other. I think about thirteen years ago we were married and about a year after we had our daughter, which I named Crescendo after my deceased mother. We lived great in my home for a decent amount of years and enjoyed the love we had for each other.”

“But…...four years ago…..Crescendo ran out into the junkyard and Octavia went to look for her. I was finishing up some work when I heard both of them screaming. I ran as fast as I possibly could towards the source and found their dead and dismembered bodies. As I held their bodies I saw Sweet Treat’s truck driving out of the main gate. I knew then and there that she killed my family and vowed to get vengeance for their deaths.”

“After their funeral I built the Camaro out of one of my race cars and started to compete in the tournament to get revenge and kill Sweet Treat. I plan to kill her and use my wish from Celestio to bring back the lives of my wife and daughter. I miss them so much and if there was some way in Tartarus that I can get them back, I am willing to take it at any cost.”

Once Speedy was done talking he saw that not only Twilight was watching with wide eyes but that everypony in the bar was watching, even the band stopped and listened with wide eyes. He then paid the mare and walked with Twilight back to the hotel staying silent the whole time. As they entered the room Speedy tapped Twilight and spoke to her.

“Thanks for listening to my story Twilight. Usually others would say get over it or that I'm crazy, but you actually care that it made me see that there is a chance for anything.” Twilight was about to say that he was welcome when suddenly he leaned forward and kissed her mouth. Twilight's eyes widen and her wings flew open as he deepened his kiss.

Soon he stopped kissing her and crawled into bed and prepared to go to sleep. Twilight was about to enter her bed but then looked over and crawled into Speedy's bed and cuddled with him until they fell asleep.

Celestio laid agitated in her bed with Cadence sleeping next to her. Within the hours of being pleasured by the sleeping mare she learned that Speedy and Twilight were not only able to evade Minion but also kill her.

Celestio sighed and gently shook Cadence awake. The pink alicorn mumbled a little then rose her head to face her so called master. “Cadence get up and get dressed. Your taking the Talon and flying to Las Pegasus for the next tournament round. I want you to spectate from above and keep an eye on those two ponies causing me trouble. I expect good results from you for doing this, maybe I'll even lower the debt you owe.”

Cadence got out of bed and sluggishly got into her flight suit and left the bedroom for her helicopter. As Celestio heard Cadence fly away she looked out the balcony window and saw the familiar figure again but looking back at her. The figures round lens glasses glowed purple as a flash of lightning caused it to vanish.

“I'll get you Brimstone” Celestio said “you won't win this time……..”

Author's Note

Well here's another chapter......and out before my mom's birthday as well. This will explain a little about Speedy's nightmare and a possible love story in future chapters.
