2: A new beginning for two new lovers

The two of them fell asleep in each other's hooves, ready to start a brand new relationship together.

The next day

Spitfire twitched in her sleep.

Rainbow yawned and woke up.

Spitfire was still asleep.

Rainbow noticed this and gave her a soft peck on the cheek, trying not to wake her.

Spitfire smiled in her sleep.

Rainbow tried to get out of her marefriend's grasp, being as careful as she could.

She was able to, she lost grip when she pecked her.

She put a blanket over her before she went into the kitchen to make breakfast for them.

Spitfire rolled over.

Rainbow chuckled as she started to make some pancakes.

Spitfire shifted around in her sleep until she was comfortable.

Once Rainbow finished making the pancakes for Spitfire, she placed them on a plate and put syrup on top of them with a knife and fork before walking over to Spitfire and nuzzling her sweetly. "I brought you some breakfast..." She whispered

"Breakfast?.." Spitfire repeated sleepily, nuzzling back.

"Yep. I made you some pancakes." Dash said

"Pancakes..." Spitfire was still asleep, her wings twitching.

"Pancakes." Dash licked her nose. "Better eat them before they go cold." She handed her the plate of pancakes.

"You didn't have to...but thanks." She smiled sweetly, giggling softly.

"I felt like I should, so I did."

Spitfire began to eat.

Rainbow left her to it and went to take a shower.

Spitfire muttered quietly.

After 15 minutes, Dash reappeared.

Spitfire was done by then, looking Dash's way.

Dash smiled. "Hey."

Spitfire blushed slightly. "Hey."

"What's with the blush~?" She giggled

Spitfire shook her head. "N-nothing...just a thought."

"Oh? What kinda thought?"

"A personal thought." Spitfire pouted, her wings twitching again.

Rainbow tilted her head. "Are you sure? Your wings are twitching a little..."

Spitfire's wings stopped moving. "I'm sure."

Rainbow Dash nodded. "If you say so."

Spitfire wrapped her wings around herself with a sigh.

"What's wrong?" Dash sat beside her

"Nothing."

"There is something wrong..." Dash held her hoof. "Talk to me..."

"Just a little thought~"

"Well, clearly it's affecting you..." She pouted and licked her cheek. "What is it...? You can tell me anything..."

"It's you~"

"Me~?" Dash asked

"Mhhmm~"

"Okay... Why is it me...?"

"You went for a shower...just a small thought."

"Oh? You wanna explain?" She winked

"Well..."

She sat there and listened to what she had to say.

"Hm...."

"So... You gonna tell me about the thought?"

"Well... I thought about you in the shower~"

Dash blushed. "R-Really? What kind of thoughts?"

"You in the shower really..."

"Tell me more~" Dash was intrigued

"Hm?"

"Tell me more about the thought." She repeated

"It was just you in the shower~" She giggled, pecking her nose.

Dash giggled. "So... What do you wanna do today?"

"Depends on what you wanna do~"

"Maybe just spend the day together as a couple and doing things that couples do." Dash suggested

Spitfire nodded. "Sure~"

Rainbow smiled. "Ready? What could we do to at least show we are close but without sharing a kiss in public? I'm not ready for that yet... At least not until my friends know about us..."

"We could....if ya want to."

Rainbow tilted her head. "We could...what...?"

"Like you said."

"Well, I guess you could show me once we leave. I've never been in a proper relationship before." Rainbow opened the door and walked outside

Spits followed after her. "Wait up~"

Dash stopped and waited for Spitfire to catch up.

Spitfire was at her side, humming softly.

Rainbow smiled. "So... How to we show our affection without kissing?" She asked

"We could always cuddle~"

"We could but where...? I wanna at least show passers-by that we're close."

"You could choose~"

"Maybe we can talk a walk about Ponyville before going to Sugarcube Corner for lunch?"

"Sure."

"Cool!" Rainbow wanted to show everyone that Spitfire was with her but she didn't know how to

"Dash?"

"Yeah?"

"You're sure?" Spitfire asked

"About what?"

"Going out to do this...."

"Of course I am."

Spitfire nodded. "Alright then, ready?"

"I'm ready!" Dash said happily

Spitfire chuckled nuzzling her gently. "Lead the way will ya~?"

Dash purred and wrapped a wing around Spitfire before walking off.

Spitfire continued to nuzzle her, walking at her side.

Dash smiled and pulled her close.

Spitfire giggled.

Rainbow nuzzled her as they kept walking around Ponyville.

Spitfire nuzzled back, humming softly.

Rainbow sat down and looked away. Something was bothering her.

Spitfire sat beside her, her head tilting. "Dashie?"

Dash looked at her marefriend. "Am I doing this wrong...? I feel like I am..."

Spitfire shook her head, giggling. "Nah." She leaned into Dash, pecking her nose.

Dash giggled and quirked up. "Anything you wanna do?"

"Well there are several things~"

"Like what?"

Spitfire giggled and leaned into her, pecking her lips.

Rainbow kissed back gently.

Spitfire purred into the kiss.

Rainbow smiled into the kiss.

Spitfire pulled away, giggling.

Rainbow giggled too.

Spitfire purred, nuzzling her gently.

Dash nuzzled back. "I love you..." She whispered

"I love ya more~"

"Prove it~" Dash smirked

"Oh~?"

"Yeah, prove it in any way you want~"

Spitfire giggled and leaned into Dash, kissing her passionately.

Dash blushed darkly and pulled away. "Maybe we should go somewhere more private~"

Spitfire pouted. "Why~?"

"Just in case~"

Spitfire nodded. "Alright~"

Rainbow flew them home.

Spitfire licked at Dash's ear playfully.

Dash giggled. "Just...be gentle and slow, okay...?"

Spitfire nodded. "Will do."

Dash licked her nose. "I know you will."

Spitfire chuckled.

Rainbow sat in Spitfire's lap, wondering what they were gonna do.

"Guessing you want me to continue~?"

"Can we cuddle first~?" She looked at Spitfire with pleading eyes, she wanted to be held

"Fine~" Spitfire nuzzled her before pulling her close, cuddling her.

Rainbow curled into her. "I have a question."

"Yes?"

"What made you wanna be with somepony like me...?"

"It'd take me a bit to tell you..." Spitfire paused. "Something about you..."

"Could you tell me? Please!" She begged

"You're adorable...and you don't even realise it~"

Rainbow looked at her, wide-eyed. "Me? Adorable?"

Spitfire giggled. "Mhhhm~"

"But... How? I'm anything but adorable!"

"One wouldn't notice....it's how you look at it."

"Tell me more..."

"I can trust you, now can't I~?"

"Of course you can!"

"That's another reason~ Plus you're beautiful."

Rainbow blushed darkly. "T-Thanks..."

Spitfire licked her cheek. "What~?"

"What you said...that means a lot to me," Rainbow admitted

"You're welcome...but what led you to me~?"

"It was me as a typical teenager that started it... I had been to so many Wonderbolt shows I guess I just started to develop feelings for ya but I didn't believe it at first. As years went by, the feeling grew more and more and I then knew that I had fallen for you." Dash explained

Spitfire nodded.

Rainbow laid her head in Spitfire's chest.

Spitfire licked at her ear playfully.

Rainbow shivered. "Stop teasing me~"

Spitfire purred. "Then what should I do~?"

"Anything!"

"Like~?"

"Whatever you want. I've never been in a serious relationship before now so I don't really know..."

"Alright~" She nuzzled her gently.

Dash purred and nuzzled back.

Spitfire giggled and kissed her neck.

Dash giggled.

Spitfire pouted slightly before lowering.

Dash's giggling stopped as she shivered.

Spitfire giggled, purring softly.

Dash pouted.

"What~?"

"I said no teasing!" Rainbow whined

"Fine~" Spitfire licked at her entrance teasingly.

Dash shuddered.

Spitfire purred, her tongue slowly entering slightly.

Dash moaned silently.

Spitfire licked at her walls before moving deeper.

Dash bucked her hips and moaned a little louder.

Spitfire purred, sucking her clit gently.

"S-Spitfire!" Dash moaned out

"Hm~?"

"Keep going! Show me more!" Dash moaned

Spitfire moved as deep as she could, licking around.

Dash shook in pleasure as she felt her walls tighten.

Spitfire mewled slightly and kept going.

Dash tensed as she came with a very loud moan.

Spitfire licked her up before pulling away with a pant.

Dash was panting heavily. Spitfire looked up at Dash, purring softly. "You okay~?"

Dash nodded weakly, trying to get her energy back.

Spitfire leaned up and pecked her nose before nuzzling her.

Dash giggled and nuzzled back.

Spitfire's ears perked.

Dash licked her cheek.

Spitfire giggled, shaking her head.

"Hm~?"

"Nothing~"

"You sure~?"

"I'm sure~"

Rainbow nodded, not wanting to push anymore.

Spitfire nuzzled her, purring softly.

Dash nuzzled back, purring loudly.

Spitfire giggled quietly.

"So... What now?" Dash asked

"Want anything else?"

"Is there anything to show me?"

"Nah...."

"You sure?" Dash wasn't completely convinced

"Competely~" Spitfire chuckled, licking at Dash's nose.

Dash giggled.

Spitfire giggled. "What~?"

"Nothin'" Dash responded

"Alright then."

"We going for some food?"

"Food, hm~?"

"Yeah! I'm in the mood for some hay burgers and hay fries."

"Alright then." Spitfire giggled softly

Rainbow flicked her tail at Spitfire as she walked flew off again.

Spitfire pouted and shook her head flying after Dash.

Dash slowed down for her.

Spitfire poked Dash's nose. "Don't slow down for me, babe~" She flew ahead of her with a chuckle.

Rainbow sped up and nuzzled Spitfire.

Spitfire purred, nuzzling her back.

A few minutes later, they arrived at Sugarcube Corner.

Spitfire let out a short sigh, giggling softly.

Dash entered the building and saw Pinkie Pie. "Hey, Pinkie!"

Spitfire raised her ears.

Rainbow looked at Spitfire. "Hm~?"

"Nothing, nothing."

"Okay..." She gave her a quick nuzzle before going up to the counter.

Pinkie smiled widely, her head slightly cocked to the side. "What ya here for Dash?"

"I'm here with Spitfire. Can we have some food?" She asked

"What would you two like?" Pinkie's ears slightly perked, looking to Spitfire, who stepped up beside Dash.

"Do you have any hay burgers and hay fries? I'll have them but I don't know what Spitfire will have."

Pinkie nodded and tilted her head to Spitfire. "I'm not as hungry, I'll just pick at Dash's."

Dash nodded and sat down at a table.

Spitfire walked over to Dash, sitting and crossing her hooves.

She tilted her head. "What's up?"

"Ah, it's nothing..just thinking about something."

Pinkie brought over the food, giggling. "Enjoy!" She bounced away. Spitfire just looked at Dash, chuckling.

"C'mon! Tell me!" She pouted

"Just yesterday~"

"What about it?"

"Just the fun we had~"

"Oh?"

"Mhhm~"

"Why is that hm~?"

"Just thinking~"

"Suuure~"

Spitfire pouted.

Rainbow started eating her hay fries.

Spitfire just watched, letting out a calm sigh.

"Want some?" She asked

"Meh..."

"You need to eat babe..."

"I will, I will..."

"Promise?" She started to eat her hay burger

"Promise." She reached over, taking a hay fry.

She smiled softly and took her hoof.

"What?.."

"I love you so much."

"Love ya too~"

Rainbow nuzzled her.

Spitfire nuzzled back, purring softly.

Dash gave her a quick lick on the cheek.

Spitfire giggled and licked Dash's cheek.

Dash giggled as she finished her hay burger.

Spitfire raised her brow slightly.

What is it~?" She asked

"Nothin'."

"You ready to go?" She asked as she left a few bits on the table for Pinkie

"Mhhmm.."

"Anywhere you wanna go before we head home~?"

"Not really."

She nodded as she opened the door and walked out.

Spitfire followed after her.

Dash kissed her as soon as they were outside.

Spitfire giggled into the kiss.

Dash smiled into the kiss.

Spitfire pulled away, pecking her nose gently.

Rainbow giggled.

"Wha?"

"Cute."

Spitfire giggled more, nuzzling her head sweetly.

Rainbow purred.

"It's just you~"

"What about me~?" Dash asked

"So cute~"

Rainbow blushed. "I'm not cute!" She protested

"Riiiight~"

"I'm not!" She pouted

"I see it~"

"How am I cute to you?" Dash tilted her head

"I find it here," Spitfire purred and pecked her head. "here," She pecked her neck. "and here~" She stopped, giggling.

"Where else...?"

"Hm~?"

"You stopped. Where else am I cute?"

"Well~"

"Tell me!"

Spitfire nuzzled her head.

"Do you have to show me?" Dash asked

"Nope, not at all~"

"Then...tell me!"

"It's just how you are~"

"Am I the one for you...?"

"The only one~"

"Aww~"

Spitfire chuckled.

Dash flicked her tail.

"Hm?"

"Nothin'" Dash replied

"You sure about that~?"

"Yep~!"

"Fine~"

She chuckled.

"What?"

"You wanna call it a night and get some sleep?" Dash asked

"Sure."

Rainbow nodded as she began to fly home.

Spits flew at her side, glancing at Rainbow every once in a while.

Rainbow slowed down as she looked at Spitfire. "What's up?"

"Nothin'"

Dash raised a brow. "You kept stealing glances at me as we were flying."

"So I can't admire you, hm~?"

She giggled. "I never said that! C'mon, I'm tired." She flew off again

She flew after her, huffing. "Okay!"

Rainbow got home and went inside.

Spitfire pouted and followed after her.

Rainbow got into bed and curled under the covers.

"Hmmph..." Spitfire got into bed too, wrapping herself around Dash.

Dash fell asleep in her lovers hooves.

Spitfire soon fell asleep after she felt Dash was asleep.
