My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Season X

The cold opening shows the first bit of the first episode, then some choice bits from the last one.

OPENING CREDITS ANIMATION

We open with everypony coming into Black Cherry's house. Black Cherry sees them all and smiles as he says:

“It's great to have you all here again. It's just not the same with only one of you.”

Everypony sits down and Rarity happens to be next to Applejack and she asks:

“By the way Applejack, what happened with the solo mission you had while we were away?”

Applejack looks to Rarity and smiles as she says:

“Well, Ah had to bring a present to an old mare on a mountain. Ah also had to deal with Discord decahdin' to show up and put himself in the game.”

Everypony gasps at this. Applejack says:

“It wasn't that bad, Ah'll give all the details later.”

Black Cherry pulls out a book from somewhere and gives it to Twilight Sparkle. As he does, he says:

“Thanks for letting me borrow this from the Friendship Castle Library, Twilight. It gave me ideas on what new creatures to add in future sessions.”

Twilight smiles and takes the book while saying:

“Glad I could help.”

Pinkie Pie smiles as she asks:

“So, Black Cherry, what do you have for us today?”

Black Cherry looks to Pinkie Pie and says:

“A marathon session. It's something I've been thinking of doing for awhile and it should be interesting to see how it turns out.”

Spike asks:

“How is that going to work?”

Black Cherry says:

“You'll see when you get in there. All I will say is that I hope you don't have anything else to do for the next hour and a half.”

Everypony has a thinking look on their face. Rainbow Dash looks at Black Cherry and says:

“I've got nothing else planned for the day.”

Fluttershy says:

“Me neither.”

Black Cherry then asks:

“Is that true for all of you?”

Everypony nods their head. Black Cherry has a big smile on his face as he says:

“Great! Close your eyes and we'll get started right away.”

Everypony closes their eyes. Black Cherry puts on his wizard hat and closes his eyes. Green flames come out of his eyes as black stuff fills the screen. We now see everypony is in a fairly large room and everypony opens their eyes. Rarity asks:

“Black Cherry, where are we?”

Black Cherry's voice says:

“You all now stand in front of the three mayors of the town you have been staying in for the past couple of sessions.”

Spike looks ahead and asks:

“Why are there three mayors?”

He then has a surprised look on his face. He taps on Rarity's body and they all look forward. They all now have surprised looks on their faces. What we now see is what's known as a chimera. It has one head and the upper part of a tiger, another head and the lower part of a goat and the head and neck of a snake for a tail. It is currently lying down with the tiger legs seemingly gone and the goat legs in a sitting position. Black cherry's voice says:

“Everypony, meet the conjoined triplet mayors of Chimeraville: Gaia, Julia and Caesara Germanica.”

Applejack says:

“Ah was hoping Ah would never have to see that creature again.”

The tiger head says:

“Us mayors have heard of your many exploits.”

The goat head says:

“And it has come to our attention that you tend to get things done.”

The snake head says:

“And you completed both missionssss quite sssspectacularly.”

Twilight asks them:

“What do you want from us?”

The tiger head says:

“Quite simple, really. You need to get me a piece of fresh sirloin meat.”

The goat head says:

“And me a fairly large amount of goat cheese.”

The snake head says:

“While I would like an insssstrument that sssomepony can play musssssic on.”

Pinkie Pie has her head tilted slightly and asks:

“We heard there were three mayors, but which one is which?”

All three heads smile. The tiger head says:

“Of course, how silly of us. I am Gaia Germanica.”

The goat head says:

“I am Julia Germanica.”

The snake head says:

“I am Caesssara Germanica.”

Spike says:

“Well, that clears that up.”

Rainbow Dash asks:

“Suppose we get these things for you, what do we get in return?”

Gaia says:

“As a reward, you will get to ask for something from each of us.”

Julia says:

“Three favours for three things. A fair exchange we do believe.”

Caesara says:

“And when you bring it back, pleasssse be sure to tell ussss the sssstory of how you obtained it.”

Fluttershy says:

“I guess that means we should split up into three teams this time in order to get them all.”

Gaia says:

“We don't care how you get them, so long as you do.”

Julia says:

“To help you on your way, we shall provide directions on where each item can be found.”

Caesara asks:

“Which of you will take the directionssss to each of the itemssss?”

Twilight, Rarity and Applejack walk forward with determined smiles on their faces. Gaia says:

“Good. The ones who have stepped forward will receive directions to the items.”

Julia says:

“The ones who did not step forward will be asked to accompany them.”

Caesara says:

“Each of the directionssss will have our marksss of approval on them in casssse anypony doubtssss your causssse.”

Gaia, Julia and Caesara Germanica now all says:

“Whence you have them, begone!!!”

CUT TO COMMERCIAL!

We come back and see the large room again. Everypony is now walking back in and Black Cherry's voice says:

“Now, here's how this is going to work. Each team will show the item you picked up one at a time and recount the story of how you obtained it. Team Tiger will go first, then Team Snake and finally Team Goat.”

The Chimera sees everypony come in and Gaia asks:

“Do you come back with the items we requested?”

Twilight ruffles around in her backpack and pulls out what looks like a top quality piece of sirloin. Julia says:

“Excellent. That's one item we wanted.”

Caesara says:

“Now you musssst tell ussss how you got it.”

Twilight looks at Pinkie Pie with a smile, with Pinkie looking at her as well with a smile. They then both look at the chimera and Twilight says:

“Well, it went something like this.”

We transition to Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie walking towards what looks like a giant wooden mansion with really high doors. The doors appear to be split in half with the top part having a doorknob and the lower part having a doorknob at around Twilight and Pinkie Pie's height. We hear Pinkie Pie's voiceover say:

“We followed the directions very closely and we came upon this very tall and very wide looking building. It looked like a real mansion.”

They both stop in front of the door and Twilight pulls out a piece of paper. She looks down at it and says:

“Well, I guess this is the place.”

Pinkie Pie hops up and down and says:

“Woohoo! Let's go in! Let's go let's go let's go!”

Twilight puts the piece of paper away and uses her unicorn magic to open the doorknob next to her. The door opens inwards and they walk inside. They are now in what looks like a foyer and see that there is a desk at about their height. Behind the desk appears to be some stairs leading up somewhere with a railing on the side of it. Twilight looks all around the room and Pinkie Pie sees that there's a little bell on the desk. Pinkie Pie hits the bell and it makes a resonating ringing sound. When nopony shows up after a couple of seconds, Pinkie hits it five more times in quick succession. Suddenly, Shining Armour appears and walks up to behind the desk. He smiles and asks:

“Can I help you?”

Twilight has a surprised look on her face as she says:

“Shining Armour!”

Pinkie Pie puts a hoof on her shoulder. Twilight looks at her and Pinkie shakes her head. Shining Armour frowns and asks:

“I'm sorry?”

Twilight looks at Shining Armour and smiles as she says:

“My apologies. You just so happen to look like somepony I know.”

Shining Armour smiles and says:

“Don't worry about it. I get that a lot.”

He then asks:

“So what can I do for you?”

Pinkie Pie pulls the piece of paper out of Twilight's backpack and reads it as she says:

“We have reason to believe this establishment has fresh sirloin taken from a... An audumbla.”

Shining Armour has a surprised look on his face as he asks:

“Audumbla?”

Pinkie Pie looks up from the paper and says:

“Yeah, we're not really sure what that is either.”

Shining Armour says:

“Oh, we do have some. I was just a little surprised to hear that word said by a pony.”

Shining Armour smiles and says:

“You see, meat from an audumbla is mostly reserved for only the most wealthy of patrons. If only because there are so few of them around. Even then, the only ones who ask for audumbla meat are humans.”

Twilight says:

“Normally, we wouldn't ask for meat. However, we have been given orders to bring a sirloin steak from an audumbla back with us.”

Shining Armour asks:

“By who?”

Pinkie Pie says:

“By the three mayors of Chimeraville. Gaia, Julia and Caesara Germanica.”

Shining Armour has a shocked look on his face as he asks:

“Germanica?!?”

He then says:

“This sounds like a situation the owner should be involved in. Excuse me a moment.”

He turns around and walks to the foot of the stairs. He looks up and says:

“Mister Cattlefarmer! We have customers here asking for audumbla meat!”

From upstairs, we hear a voice say:

“Deal with it yourself! I'm having some alone time with the Misses!”

Shining Armour says:

“But Sir! They come on the orders of Gaia, Julia and Caesara Germanica!”

The voice from upstairs asks:

“Germanica?!?”

We then hear some moving and shuffling from upstairs. A tall door that has a higher and lower knob on it swings open. A male human with short dark brown hair and a clean shaven face wearing black jeans, an open black leather jacket and a black shirt that has a human skull emblazoned on it steps out onto the top of the stairs landing. He has a serious look on his face as he looks down at Shining Armour and says:

“You should have said so earlier! This is definitely a matter of great importance!”

He starts to walk down the stairs, with a hand on the railing and sees Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie in front of the desk. Shining Armour moves away from the front of the stairs as this human gets to the bottom. He smiles at them and says:

“Good day to you, my little ponies. I am William Cattlefarmer, the owner of this place.”

The human, who we now know is named William, walks up to behind the desk as he says:

“I haven't heard the name Germanica in some time. If they want audumbla meat, I will take care of everything myself.”

He turns to Shining Armour and says:

“You are excused.”

Shining Armour nods his head and walks off somewhere. Twilight says:

“I didn't know humans had last names.”

William, says:

“Of course we do. It's just that most of us know each other by our first names.”

He then has a serious look as he asks:

“Now, do you have proof that they sent you here?”

Pinkie Pie looks down at the piece of paper she has. She looks up at William and says:

“Well, this note does have some strange markings at the bottom.”

William reaches out to Pinkie Pie and says:

“Let me see that.”

Pinkie gives him the paper and he starts to read it. We now see William's point of view as he gets to the bottom of the paper. It clearly shows a paw print, a hoof print and two holes surrounded by ink. We see him looking at it again and looks up at Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie. He hands it back to Pinkie Pie and says:

“That's the Germanica signature alright. Audumbla sirloin is not easy to come by, so I had to be sure.”

Twilight asks:

“What is an audumbla anyway?”

William smiles and says:

“Well, it's basically a very large and very hairy cow. Wanting milk from one, is one thing. Wanting meat from one is something else entirely.”

Pinkie Pie puts the paper into Twilight's backpack and smiles as she asks:

“Where did you learn to speak pony?”

William says:

“A lot of humans can. The ones who don't live in areas where ponies don't visit much.”

We then see the head of Lyra Heartstrings, who is wearing a light brown baseball cap with the words GIV' ER written on the front poke out of the doorway from upstairs. She looks down at William and asks:

“Honey, why are you taking so long?”

William turns his head to look up at her and says:

“In the middle of important business, Dear. Go back to bed, I'll be up soon.”

Lyra has a smile on her face and nods. Her head then disappears and William turns back to Twilight and Pinkie Pie again. He smiles and asks:

“Now, where were we?”

They both have surprised looks on their faces and Twilight asks:

“A pony, and a human, together?”

William tilts his head and shrugs his shoulders as he says:

“It happens.”

Twilight and Pinkie Pie look at each other with unsure looks on their faces. They then look back at William and Pinkie Pie asks:

“So, can you get us a piece of audumbla sirloin or not?”

William says:

“It will take some doing, but I'll see it gets done.”

Twilight smiles and says:

“That's a relief.”

William then says:

“But first, if you would be so kind, I would like for you to do a little something for me.”

Pinkie Pie smiles and asks:

“What did you have in mind?

William rubs his hands together and has an evil look on his face as the camera zooms in.

CUT TO COMMERCIAL!

We come back and now see what looks like a sort of restaurant room. Inside are both ponies and humans sitting at tables and talking. A couple of tables have ponies and humans sitting together. One of the walls is instead what looks like a meter high stage with a closed red curtain on it. On the sides of the stage are stairs for going up and down. A man walks up one side of the stairs and stops in the middle of the curtains. He has a microphone in his hand and he speaks into it:

“Mares and gentlecolts. Ladies and gentlemen, I ask for your attention please.”

The talking and murmuring dies down and every pony and human looks over at the man on the stage. Once they're all looking at him, he says:

“I'm Maxwell Hert, your host for today. We have a special show for you and we hope you enjoy it.”

From behind the curtain, we see Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle, seemingly in position. With them are Gummy and an adult alligator, also seemingly in position. Twilight has a nervous look on her face as she looks to Pinkie and says:

“I sure hope we pull this off.”

A contraption appears in front of Pinkie Pie and she turns the gear on the side. She pushes down on the top and a d20 rolls out, finally landing on a twenty. She turns to Twilight and closes her eyes while she smiles and says:

“We'll be fine.”

On the outside of the curtain, Maxwell says:

“Introducing, for one day only, the spectacular Pinkie Pie, her assistant Twilight Sparkle and their two alligator friends!”

The audience gives applause at this as Maxwell walks off the stage. The curtain opens and the show starts. Over the next two minutes, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, Gummy and the adult alligator do some pretty amazing tricks and cool looking things, all accompanied by music. It ends with Pinkie and Twilight standing on their hind legs and striking a pose to signify that they're done. The ponies and humans are at first stunned, then smile and give a standing ovation. We zoom up to Twilight and Pinkie as Twilight looks at her and says:

“Well, it looks like they really enjoyed it.”

Pinkie Pie looks at her and says:

“And that sirloin is as good as ours.”

We fade from that to back in the room with the chimera and everypony there. Twilight says:

“And from that little adventure, we learned not only that a lot of humans speak pony, but some of them even have relationships with them as well.”

Pinkie Pie ruffles around in her back pack and pulls out what looks like a fairly large jar of milk. She smiles and says:

“According to Cattlefarmer, each order of audumbla sirloin comes with a complimentary litre of audumbla milk.”

Gaia says:

“Sounds delicious. I'll take the sirloin now and drink the milk later.”

Twilight throws the sirloin at Gaia and her paws appear and grab it out of the air. We now see her chowing down on it. Julia looks at the other four ponies and asks:

“Do any of you have the other items we asked for?”

Spike reaches into Rarity's backpack and pulls out what appears to be an accordion. Caesara says:

“Oh, what a wonderful looking insssstrument. You musssst tell ussss how you got it.”

Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Spike all look at each other while smiling. Rarity looks up and says:

“Well, you see...”
