A down his luck actor finally gets over being jerked around. He sets off on his own, leaving the big cities in search of someplace to settle down, reach his dream. He always wanted a stage, always wanted to take his audience by storm. As such, his dream to own his own stage takes precedence in his mind.

And he could think of no better place than the countryesque town of Ponyville. Why? So much had happened there already, why not? Ponies would willingly go there.

Of course, style is important and where else in Ponyville would you go?
