Set after the events of Rainbow Rocks. A woman came to Canterlot High to investigate the activity on the school. Then chaos erupts at Canterlot High from a group calling themselves "The Blackhunters".

A sequel to Rainbow Rocks. A company called Kazuhira Robotics built a robotic human for the counter-terrorist group called "Section 10". Section 10 later sent the cyborg to Canterlot High via a inter dimensional portal to investigate the problems of Canterlot High. But then a terrorist group called "The Blackhunters" start to cause chaos to Canterlot High becoming one of the biggest problems of Canterlot High. Will The Main 7 and Section 10 beat The Blackhunters from destroying Canterlot High?
