Equestria Girls: Cyber Enhancement
The date was 21st July 2065. Cybernetics have became common through out the world but cyber-terrorism became common place too. The terrorism caused the production of robotics to slow down. One group called Section 10 fought against the terrorists. Section 10 was the most important group in society because for it's counter-terrorism force and social security. Section 10 had helped a lot of people. All of the terrorists was because of the corruption of major cities.
Hackers have black mailed several CEOs of various corporations and trying to expose the corporations for the truth. Several people have worked for the hackers for assassinating people. Some robots have been hacked by the hackers to kill random people or serve the hackers. Hackers can hack or planet viruses on people's cyber brain to make them hostile and become servants to the hacker. This has become a common problem through out Section 10 being the terrorists and criminals on Section 10's list. Nearly everyone has Cyber brains installed.
There was once a terrorist attack on an hotel in which where robots got hacked and was programmed to steal people's memories if they have cyber brains installed. The terrorists then barged into the hotel and fired at 30 people including security personnel and guests.
A woman named "Motoko Minamoto" or code named "The Major" was part of the battle with her being at Section 10 against the terrorists under a bridge in a city of Tokyo, Japan. The battle was devastating causing the lives of many brave Section 10 soldiers and some terrorists. This was Motoko's experience of the battle.
"We're surrounded! We have to hold this line!" Section 10 soldiers said
"Right!" Motoko said.
Motoko starts holding off the terrorists at the bridge.
"Motoko, kick those terrorist scums!" Ichiro said through radio.
"I'm working on it!" Motoko said.
Motoko eventually hold off the terrorists but something is approaching them. It was unseen because of the smoke surrounding the Section 10 soldiers.
CLANG! CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!
"What was that? Did you guys hear that?" A soldier asked.
"Yeah, but I don't know yet. Looks like a giant robot is coming at us." Motoko said.
The thing that is approaching the Section 10 soldiers is revealed to be a spider tank.
"Shoot that thing!" Motoko shouted.
The Section 10 soldiers start to fire at the spider tank but unfortunately the spider tank had fired at Motoko.
BOOM!
Motoko was hit by an shell from the spider tank causing parts of her flesh to rip off and some of her limbs to be torn off.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Motoko screamed.
"MOTOKO!!!" Batou shouted.
"What happened?" Ichiro said
"Motoko just got hit by a spider tank. Her flesh is torn off." Batou said.
"My god. I need someone to rescue her before she is killed. Hang on Motoko, you're not dying today." Ichiro said.
"Help......me!" Motoko said.
The soldiers later managed to beat the spider tank and drive back the terrorists. Section 10 then rescued the wounded Motoko and brings her to the Kazuhira Robotics headquarters to have her brain taken and transferred to a cyborg in order to save her.
Meanwhile at the Kazuhira Robotics Headquarters.
"First of all she is in a critical condition, so that turns out that she is need to be transferred to a cyborg." One of Kazuhira Robotics workers.
"Then how we can get her to survive." Batou asked.
"Then, we will give her super strength and make her fast." The Kazuhira Robotics worker said.
"That would be perfect! Begin the cyborg transferring now." Batou said.
"Okay there Mr. Batou. The transferring is commencing right now." The Kazuhira Robotics worker said.
The cyborg transferring starts with Motoko's brain being placed into a robot skeleton then placed onto scanning. When scanning is complete they are painted with a white substance that creates skin for them. The white substance then peeled off and flown away and reveals the cyborg to have a skin but with face plates being visible. They are later added black hair for Motoko, the face plates being not visible and clothing consisting of an Black jacket, White shirt underneath the jacket, Black pants and Black leather boots. She was also fitted with a thermoptic suit that allows her to be invisible. She was also implanted with a cybernetic augmentation to her brain. This results the completion of the transferring.
Motoko starts to fell super weird does not realise that she isn't a human anymore and that she is a cyborg as she steps out of her spot.
"I feel, different." Motoko said.
"Motoko, We have saved you." Ichiro said.
"Ichiro? How?" Motoko said.
"You don't know? You are a cyborg." Ichiro said.
"WHAT?! Am I a...Cyborg?" Motoko asked.
"Yep." Ichiro responded.
"Okay...What was your plan for me?" Motoko asked.
"Well. Come see me at the portal." Ichiro responded.
Motoko then goes to a room where a portal is located.
"Motoko, our plan is to send you to an another universe. Your mission is to investigate the problems here." Ichiro described.
"Right. Isn't it going to hurt?" Motoko asked.
"No! No! It wont!" Ichiro responded.
"Okay." Motoko said.
"Right. Set on the portal when you are ready." Ichiro said.
Motoko then goes towards the portal and looks to her friends.
"Goodbye." Motoko said.
Motoko then enters the portal to another universe. Which consists of a high school looking building and in front of the entrance there is a statue of a horse.
"I'm on it" Motoko said.

Canterlot High, 20th July 20XX
Mokoto then goes inside Canterlot High with her pistol ready. She opens the entrance door and then points her pistol at the students.
"Hands up!" Motoko shouted.
The students gasped and then puts their hands up. Later Celestia shows up to intervene Motoko.
"Stay back!" Motoko yelled.
"Woah! Woah! Woah! Stop!" Celestia said "We do not want anyone to be harmed."
"Who are you?" Motoko asked.
"I'm Celestia. What is your name and why are you here?" Celestia said.
Motoko then lowers her pistol.
"I'm Motoko Ninamoto and I have came here to investigate the problems here." Motoko said.
"Well right Motoko, I understand why you are here. We recently had a chaos involving with a student; Sunset Shimmer." Celestia said.
Celestia shows Sunset Shimmer to Motoko.
"Hi! I'm Sunset Shimmer." Sunset Shimmer greeted.
"Hello, Sunset Shimmer." Motoko said.
"Sunset Shimmer, this is Motoko. Can you tell her about the incident."
"Well, it's about where I stole a crown belonging to someone named Twilight Sparkle and I used the crown to transform into a demon. But I was defeated by her and her friends. I later became friends with them." Sunset Shimmer described.
"Interesting. You're originally bad?" Mokoto asked.
"Yes, I was bad originally." Sunset Shimmer responded.
"We also had a battle between two bands known as the Dazzlings and the Main 7. Sunset was part of the Main 7." Celestia said.
"Right. Can I browse in this school and what is this place?" Mokoto asked.
"Yes, you can browse around the school and you are at Canterlot High." Celestia responded.
"Okay Celestia, thanks for the information." Motoko said.
Students now continue their work and Motoko now has a her own room in Canterlot High. Meanwhile in lunch time Motoko sees several Geishas walking on a hallway to the cafeteria.
"Huh?" Motoko said.
Motoko suspicious of the geishas starts to go after the geishas. The geishas then enter the cafeteria and sits motionless. Motoko then leaves the cafeteria thinking that the geishas are harmless and protecting the students. Later the geishas start attacking students and the geishas starts stealing memories from Lyra Heartstings, Bon bon, Vinyl Scratch and more. Motoko then overheard the screams of the students.
"I knew it! I knew they are hostile!" Motoko said.
Later 6 men blows off a wall and proceed to fire at the students while some are taken hostage. Motoko then rushes to the cafeteria after hearing the gunshots Motoko takes her clothes off except her thermoptic suit and turns invisible. Some of the men then looks for any surviving individuals are later shot by Motoko and the rest get confused of where it come from. The men later shoots at the cafeteria doors and some of the geishas are destroyed as well. Motoko then jumps off the doors and reveals herself after she turns her invisibility off. Motoko then kills the men and the geishas start surrendering. Motoko then finds a geisha on a wall with Lyra held captive and she shoots at the geisha. The geisha falls off and lets Lyra go.
"Help me...please!" The geisha begged.
"Who sent you?" Motoko asked.
"I'm dying." the geisha said.
"Answear me!" Motoko said.
"COLLABORATE WITH KAZUHIRA ROBOTICS WILL BE DESTROYED." The geisha said in male voice.
The geisha's face plates open revealing that the geishas are robots and Motoko then shoots 4 times at the geisha. Celestia then comes to the cafeteria.
"What happened down here?!" Celestia asked furiously.
"Sorry there, there was an attack." Mokoto responded.
"An attack? Oh god!" Celestia said.
"Don't worry. I'll call Section 10." Motoko said.
"Section 10? What is Section 10?" Celestia asked.
"It's a group I work for." Motoko responded.
Celestia in shock ran off to her office and Motoko then calls Section 10 about the terrorist attack.
"Batou, there was an terrorist attack in this place called Canterlot High."
"Right, in which room?" Batou asked.
"In the cafeteria." Motoko responded.
"Coming in." Batou said.
A portal was opened outside of Canterlot High and a bunch of soldiers including Batou arrived in the school to clear up the mess caused by the attack. the soldiers then rushed to the cafeteria. Fluttershy was not in the cafeteria during the attack.
"W-Who are you?" Fluttershy muttered.
"Public Security." Batou said.
The soldiers arrived at the cafeteria and find some students alive or dead. Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity and Pinkie Pie are found to be alive by Section 10 soldiers. Section 10 then takes the destroyed geishas and the deceased men. Section 10 then confirms it to be a terrorist attack and Celestia then goes on damage control.
The next day Section 10 began investigating on how the attack was made. Batou finds that the insignia consisting of a diamond shape behind an infinity symbol the men have on their shirts are the insignia for a terror group called "The Blackhunters".
"The Blackhunters?" Motoko asked.
"They are the group responsible for this." Batou responded.
Batou then get a geisha and connects the memories from Motoko to the geisha's memories. Inside of the geisha's memories Motoko finds that the geisha was hacked by an unknown entity. Motoko was later attacked by a hordes of men meaning that the hacker is trying to counter-hack.
"Cut it off! Cut it off!" Batou said.
Batou quickly disconnects Motoko from the geisha to save her.
"What happened?" Batou asked.
"Someone had hacked the geisha and a horde of men is attacking me." Motoko responded.
An assembly was held by Section 10 officials about the attack.
"As of you know yesterday there was an attack. We claim it to be an act of terrorism. As a result we will be adding defences to help you protect against those terrorists. And Section 10 will make you safe. What happened was a group calling themselves "The Blackhunters" was responsible for the attack and the robots have been hacked by an unknown entity. You may leave to your class now." Batou proclaimed.
Students now go to their lessons as normal.
"Right, those "terrorists" they call it." Applejack said.
"They might be our new enemy." Rarity said.
"You think?" Twilight Sparkle asked.
"Yes." Applejack responded.
Somehow Motoko shows up in front of the Main 7 motionless and wearing a visor and a black robe.
"Hello?" Twilight said.
"Hello, I'm Motoko. What is your name?" Motoko asked.
"My name is Twilight Sparkle and these are Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Applejack." Twilight Sparkle responded.
"Good, are you one of the Main 7?" Motoko asked.
"Well ummm yeah." Twilight Said.
"I have met Sunset Shimmer before." Motoko said.
"Really?" Twilight asked.
"Yes." Motoko responded.
"Okay. Would you like to visit us in any time?" Twilight asked.
"Yes, I can." Motoko responded.
"Okay then." Twilight said.
The Main 7 then leaves and Motoko goes to her room.
