Too Far?

It was a nice sunny afternoon as Mrs.Oinkers, Babe, Poppy, and Saphy we're all in Timidthy's room, it had been a day since their owners had left. Sure they we're still a bit down that they had to leave. But they knew they'd come back so they decided to count the days until they came back. So the pet's decided that just relaxing for the day would be best. Suddenly a piercing scream caused all the pet's to jump, they all got up and ran towards the noise. When the pet's stopped they saw Cream Cake who was holding his chest tightly. Crackers cackled,

"Gotcha!" Crackers put a wing around Cream Cake.

"You should've seen your face it was hilarious!" Crackers said, as Cream Cake smiled sheepishly.

"Ye-Yeah.....hilarious." Cream Cake said quietly. Mrs.Oinkers, Babe, and Saphy rolled their eye's while Poppy looked annoyed.

"Okay what did you do thisss time?" Saphy said, Crackers smiled.

"Nothing I just pretended to want to eat him and he shrieked." Crackers said. Poppy's face grew red as he felt like screaming at Crackers,

"Now Crackers remember don't go too far with your pranks." Babe said in a stern voice.

"Yesss, don't overdue it." Saphy said,

"Don't worry guy's I'm sure Cream Cake would have said something if he had enough, right Creamy?" Mrs.Oinkers said calmly. Cream Cake smiled nervously as he felt pink flush come over his face.

"Ri-Right, thought I have to admit that prank gave me a start." Cream Cake said,

"See? Just fine!" Crackers said and the other's went back to Timidthy's room. Everyone except Poppy finally she spoke,

"Crackers! How dare you scare Cream Cake like that!" Poppy screamed as she got in Crackers's face. Crackers rolled his eye's,

"Because it's a prank." Crackers said.

"No! Scaring Cream Cake like that is not funny! You could've given him a heart attack!" Poppy continued,

"The other's don't seem so worried. But I guess that's to be expected when you got a shrine to the guy." Crackers said as he started to get annoyed. Poppy blushed a deep red,

"I do not! Making Cream Cake wet himself isn't what I call a harmless prank!" Poppy said. And Cream Cake blushed crimson red, he thought he had hidden it well. Cream Cake then ran off, Crackers snorted.

"See? You embarrassed the poor guy so he left the room!" Crackers snapped back. Poppy growled,

"Na-Uh! If your so sure then I bet you that he'll lose his temper and tell you off!" Poppy said. Crackers squawked,

"Oh really!? Well I bet ya by the end of this week he wouldn't have lost his temper! And when I win you have to show everypony your shrine of him! Including all the poem's, letters, and song's!" Crackers screamed his tail feathers spreading in annoyance. Poppy face blushed even redder,

"Oh yeah! Well when Cream Cake does lose his temper! You have to french kiss Mrs.Oinkers in front of everypony for three minutes straight! AND you have to dye your feathers pink! Poppy retorted back, as Crackers body practically turned pink from embarrassment. Crackers shook it off,

"Deal!" Crackers said. And Poppy smiled,

"Then it's official it's a bet!" Poppy said as she shook feathers with Crackers. And the two separate ways,

"There's no way I'm gonna let Poppy tell me when a victim has had enough pranks." Crackers muttered as he flew back to Bumper's house.

"There's no way I'm gonna let Crackers keep abusing my Cream Puff! I mean Cream Cake!" Poppy said as her blush reddened. Meanwhile Crackers was already planning his next prank. 'Okay so I put itching powder in Cream Cake's dust and he'll ba scratching for a week! I'm sure he won't lose his temper, Poppy has the nerve to tell me how to prank our friend's ha! What does she know? She's never pulled a prank in her life! Heck she's never been pranked period, everypony knows she's too sensitive to take one.' Crackers thought as he flew into Bumper's house and grabbed a bottle of itching powder. He then flew back out and made his way to the orphanage. Crackers flew into Meadow's room with great ease and saw his cage. Crackers squawked happily and opened the top to the second floor of Cream Cake's cage. Opened the bottle of itching powder and powder it in. And Crackers then shut the lid suddenly he heard small paw steps nearing the door. Crackers then flew out of the room and carefully watched as Cream Cake walked in. Cream Cake sighed as he opened his cage door and jumped in, he then used his tail to shut the door. Cream Cake hummed a little song as he made his way up to the second floor. Once he did so he started flopping and rolling in the dust, itching powder concoction. Crackers was silently laughing. As Cream Cake finished his dust bath and moved down to the first floor. Cream Cake curled himself up in his silk blanket and dozed off. Crackers flew off knowing that soon the itching powder would take effect. And Crackers was right for no sooner did he fly off Cream Cake's back leg started scratching his side subconsciously as he slept. Meanwhile Poppy was in Timidthy's room as she paced around still irritated with Crackers.

"Stupid Crackers, hurting my Cream Puff." Poppy muttered as she went under Timidthy's bed and pulled out medium-sized chest. Poppy then open it and a picture of Cream Cake layed in the center as it was surrounded by heart's, some of them had poems or songs, or love letters on them. Poppy stared at the picture dreamly, 'If only he could be mine.' Poppy thought.
