After the castle was cleaned from the gala Toren was pacing back and forth worried about his mom wanting to help her but the doors in the throne room were sealed shut with her magic, not even her own sister could enter. Starlight was trying to stay awake to give support but was beginning to slowly fall asleep against on of the guards who was trying to do his job. Distracted by her small snores Luna looks over and see the mare fast asleep on the ground next to the guards hoof like a pillow.

Carefully the Princess stops the Alicorn with her hoof on his chest "Please nephew don't fret you're mother will be fine, but we have a slight delay and it appears your Starlight has fallen asleep and is disturbing one of our new guards", her eyes turned to the mare then back at her nephew "Why don't you take Miss Glimmer home to her bed where she can properly sleep, and once you've succeeded you may return."

Toren sighs in defeat "Yes Aunt Luna", gently he walks to her side to levitate her up with his magic to place the mare on his back that way she'll remain alseep.

Luna smiles softly "You know you're marefriend looks very beautiful when she sleeps"

"She's not my marefriend!", his tone caused the sleeping mare to move but not wake, he sighs in relief then whispers "Besides we're not even dating we danced that's all!"

"And kissed", she whispers back with a soft smile "Nephew if she didn't have feelings for you she would have not stayed here, so don't deny what you have otherwise you'll lose her"

He looks at Starlight calmly then back at his Aunt and sighs "But even if we were she deserves somepony better than I. My dream is telling me I'm going to die by something held inside me which she knows about...I just don't want her to have false hope that I'll survive this fatal experience"

Luna places her hoof under his chin "If you believe you're not fit for her heart so be it, but before you make that choice think over the possibities, and then you may choose your path. So for now take her home, and maybe, just maybe you'll change your mind, the night can lead to wonder and joy, if given the chance"

Toren nods and takes her words into consideration as he walks away with Starlight so he could take her back to Twilight's home. Concerned about his parents and his future he looks back to his Aunt who opens the door for him and pushes him out with her magic so she could close the door behind him. Surprisingly he went along with her plan by opening his wings and flies up to the sky with Starlight still on his back in a deep sleep as the wind blew against their fur. During his flight he thought about what his aunt said to him moments ago realizing what he was trying so hard to avoid knowing what the curse is doing to him and what it did to closest ally long ago when he was younger. Fearing that he to would perish and leave her alone with a broken heart, but either way her heart would be broken by leaving her now or after.

Torn by this situation he thinks of something else to distract his mind so he can focus on his flying, so instead he thought of the days when he was with his guard friends in wars to help save parts of Equestria from harm. Just as his thoughts were cleared a flashback came to him about the Crystal Empire when he fought against Sombra when he was first destroyed with his mom, his breathing grew rapid in a panic remembering the castle, Cadence, Sombra injuring him with dark magic, it all came together in seconds. Overwhelmed by the visions he stopped, and hovered in the air near the castle frightened by it all that tears fell down his face instantly leaving him panicking so much that it was hard to breathe. Not wanting to disturb anypony he teleports to Starlights room exhausted that he collapsed on the ground crying to himself trying to deny his fate and his painful memories that have returned back after years of ignoring them for this very reason, it was nothing but reminders of what he lost in his life that he could never be changed.

Starlight yawns and wakes up confused that she was home, as her eyes adjust to the darkness she saw that she was on Toren’s back and could feel him sobbing. Worried she teleports in front of him and laid on her stomach to get a closer at his face that was hidden by one of his claw-hooves that was placed on his muzzle that was soaked with his own tears. Unable to speak to her he turns his head from her to hide his red eyes ashamed, instantly she placed her hoof on his claw-hoof and wiped his eyes and looked at them gently trying to understand with great care to keep him calm in silence.

Toren stops her gently by grabbing her hoof and puts it down "Please Star don't pity me I'm not worth you're time you need to sleep", he sniffs to himself as he wipes his eyes clean "I'm fine it's nothing to worry about."

With a gentle approach she lifts his chin up to see his face "Toren I'm not trying to pity you. I wasn't even going to ask what was bothering you, I was only trying to help by comforting you. I may not know what you've gone through but I know that together things will get better, and that you'll be able to relax and enjoy what we have", her hoof stroked his mane "I'll go back to sleep if you promise me one thing".

Her question gained his attention "And what's that?", she looked deep into his eyes as she puts her hoof on his wing softly but enough for him to feel the heat of her touch, his eyes shifted to his wing then looks down understanding.

Slowly she moved his wing away from his side so she can properly sit down beside him "Promise me that you'll no longer try to hide from you're future, this will be something that will be hard for you because I can already see you hurting yourself by not accepting it.", she lifts his face with both of her hooves "So promise me that you'll accept what has happened and I'll do the rest by doing whatever I can to help you...both of you"

Those words pierced his heart that tears fell down his face instantly leaving him only to nod toward her as she hugged his neck and stroked his mane crying with him. At that moment all he could do was hold onto her crying and making small noises by his river of tears that soaked his face finally accepting himself and what was to come. Peace filled his heart as she held him close to her in their embrace until she unlocks her arms so they could look at each other one last time. Showing gratitude he kisses her softly almost knocking herself back across the ground.

Unsure what to think she kept kissing him feeling his warm breath that escaped his mouth as he continued to kiss even her more, causing her to lose balance instantly hitting the floor with her back. Wanting to remain by his side a little longer kisses him again while reaching for his neck but fails to realize that when he was kissing her she could feel his claws against her arms and pushes her body closer to ground. Surprised by his aggression she looks at him breathing heavily trying to get back to reality until he kisses her neck to taste by making small nibbles with every kiss he placed upon the mare's neck and shoulder. Exhausted by the night she began to slowly close her eyes as he kept kissing her lips down to her stomach so deep that she moans in delight feeling his fangs gripping against the fur on her flesh that sung across her every nerve that her knees lifted up, stretching the muscle in her thighs to separate barely. Desired to receive more she continued to listen to his signals to a point that he slowly kissed his way down to her thighs, then kisses her on the lips roughly but stops for a moment to catch his breath to ease the process.

Starlight puts her hoof on his cheek "Maybe you'll feel comfortable if we take this to the bed that way I can sleep properly and so you can relax your body"

"As you wish", he says as he lifts her up and puts her on the bed and kisses her once again "Now let's see what happens when you sleep with a hybrid prince, don't worry I'll be gentle"

She giggles as he kisses her head "Toren we can't not now you're hurting, and I'm really tired", her hoof goes to his mouth "As badly as I want to I'm exhausted, and I don't want you to feel pain"

Toren looks deep into her eyes "Either way I'll feel pain it's what it's made to do, and I know it's not its fault but I want this to work. Please let me do this?"

Her eyes lift up and sighs "Okay, just be careful okay?"

He kisses her gently and looks at her "I promise", after he spoke their lips touched leading them into more detailed kisses each had a meaning behind them but all gave the same result as they continued.

Every moment was painful and yet was peaceful knowing that their bond was growing, with every touch they sent a message to their hearts in silence as their bodies worked with each other, creating a rhythm of motion until finally they were ready to make that final step to truly be as one. Exhausted they positioned themselves with heavy breaths to keep themselves awake, preparing each other slowly as Starlight widens her legs apart so he could go towards her which was easier said than done in books. Slowly his body began to lean up toward her his head above hers until finally he reached her and instantly shoves himself forward with a kiss that soon followed to help her relax.

As they continued to kiss his body began to move back and forth and together they finally reached their hearts desire that they fought against by their insecurities of themselves until tonight when they finally accepted their love for each other with pain that felt good, peaceful, and above all will be remembered as they lived their lives together in harmony.

As the night did its deed the two were lost in their dreams in a deep sleep against each other snuggled in a warm blanket by their heat. Softly a small light entered his mind that lead him to another dream only this time not a forest but a realm that was filled with tiny balls of light. Curiously he began to walk around for any sign of life until a beacon of light came toward him that fades away to reveal his Aunt Luna smiling.

Toren tilts his head smiling "How did you know to come back to my dreams?", he watches as she shows him a small ball of light that held a tiny picture of him and Starlight sleeping together "You knew this would happen?"

Luna nods "When you never returned that was when I knew that you decided on who to be with", she rubs her chin and looks at him "But I never thought you two would mate, you choose that path all on your own when you finally accepted your feelings and yourself"

"Does my mother know?"

"No for that is not my secret to speak with her about. Although eventually you will have to admit it to her before your body shows the result as the curse begins to grow"

"Baby Aunt Luna", sharply he corrects her with a smile "I believe that is one way to explain don't you think?"

Her eyes soften as she goes to him "Yes nephew it is", she agrees as she hugs him tightly "I'm proud of you for being brave, we shall do what we can to assist you and do not fret of your mother she is fine."

"What about him?"

"He is...well....to place this nicely he has spoken a word since their fight"

"Fight? They fought!? Aunt Luna!"

"Toren she is not hurt physically not yet at least for I have been observing them through the keyhole."

He backs up "For now but what if he does I have to end this now!"

"No Toren don't you'll make it worse then hast to be!"

"If I don't then who will?!"

"Even if you returned back you'd not be able to enter the room not even my own magic can unlock it!"

His eyes turn over then back at her "Maybe you can't but I can I have to try and you can't stop me!", he wakes up instantly with his eyes glowing as he looked out the window "I know what I have to do"

Carefully he got out if the bed so he could walk to the window and with magic he opens the giant glass "Forgive me Starlight, let's just hope that I'll live to breathe another day", on that note he opened his wings and jumps out of the window, flapping his wings so he could hover next to the window and with magic he closed the glass back into its resting place.

Toren gave one final look at the sleeping mare "Sweet dreams Star", he sighs while looking down at his stomach "Alright chaos let's go visit the family, it's time to end this once and for all"

Meanwhile at Canterlot the castle grew silent as Luna paced back and forth thinking of the worst that her nephew would appear at any moment and sure enough a light of magic reveals Toren. Determined he began to walk to the doors to unlock the spell thy sealed them shut until Luna stopped him by going right infront of him with a cold hard look disappointed.

She sighs "You should not of come", her tone was scarcely low intimidating the stallion "You must leave before you make this worse, go now nephew"

He turns his head low to hers "No I cannot stand aside and let this happen", he glares at her showing her to back off nicely "Please Aunt Luna stand aside now"

She glares at him in silence as she walked away from the door so he could allow himself to use his magic to teleport inside. Close behind was Luna who stood still and look away for a moment as he successfully entered the room and quickly he hid behind a tall thick rod of colored stone that held part of the castle. Carefully he watched as Discord walked back and forth in rage while his mother stood still, every step was intense that the mare shook slightly in fear as the monster as last stopped to fold his arms tightly against his long chest, with eyes that narrowed towards a glass stained window of himself.

Angrily he snarled at her "I just can't believe you kept him from me, stole my memories all this time! And you never told me?!"

"Discord please try to understand I was only trying to protect him form.."

"From what!? From me!?"

Toren couldn't take it any longer and took action by stepping forward "No! From me"

Both of the them looked at him with different emotions one in fear and the other had a harsh, nasty expressed look entertained by his brave move. Not wanting to see her son get hurt by her past actions towards Discord she gets between them instantly as a shield.

She turns to him desperately "Toren...don't get involved please",

Hearing the fear from her voice weakened his heart but not his eyes were focused directly at his father who was doing the same thing, intimidation, and dominance. Instincts kicked in as the two males circled one another, each on all fours with Celestia right in the center watching them terrified of what was happening, her greatest fear came true and was not prepared.

With an evil chuckle he smiles "From you? Oh please what can you do to stop the Lord of Chaos?", his pupils glowed red in warning "Are you going to turn me into a flower?"

"No I'm going on do this", his horn glows and a streak of light strikes the beast against the wall.

Slowly he rose back up chuckling "Oh this is gonna be fun, come on show me whatcha got?", he smiled towards the stallion allowing him to make the first move.

Not holding back he growls at the draconequus, showing his fangs ready to fight to defend his mother "With pleasure", he says as he opened his wings to leap up into the air.

Toren let's out a mighty roar as he dives down to attack the beast with speed and bites his left shoulder tightly, sinking his teeth right into his flesh while using his body to pin down the creature hard into to ground. Impressed by the stallion he smiles before hitting him right in the side hard causing his eyes to tears up in pain and lost his grip instantly leaving an advantage for the old beast to take over and attack.

Before he got a chance to breathe Discord grabbed his neck and pushed him against the wall, leaving a large crack near his head that left blood streaming down his forehead near his eyebrow. Desperately he attempts to break free but his claw went tighter showing more remorse towards the draconequus-pony, with one last attempt his horn glows bright blinding the beast so he could escape by teleporting to the other side away from him.

Toren could feel his body beginning to shake as he took deep breaths sweating, he looks and could see his bruised belly that stung when he touched it. Concerned about the baby a tear fell down his face instantly leaving him to only look away from it to face Discord who was ready to continue on.

With magic he strikes him again knocking him down so he could finish the fight at last, Toren used all his strength he had left to lift his body back up to stand on the ground before he was knocked over again this time against the wall leaving him trying to breathe slow painful breaths that felt like knives stabbing his whole entire body that he remained close to the ground defeated.

With a small laugh he teleports infront of Toren "Sorry son but you've lost and you should have listened to your so called mother who left you alone, she never cared about you, me, or anypony but herself!", he softly growls while grabbing his sons neck to lift him up above his head "You're just like me an outcast that nopony cared about!"

Weakly he looks at him "You're wrong....the only one that was unloved....was yourself...", his eyes glow growling "I'm not done as long as I'm breathing!"

With his horn he gives out one final attack that explodes against themselves will a gust of smoke that faded away leaving the two creatures on the ground coughing. Determined to end this once and for all the draconequus gets up and extends his lion paw behind his head with a mighty roar, not wanting to see anymore the mare goes infront of her son to protect him from anymore harm.

She looks at Discord "Both you stop enough please!", her face turned toward her son by the slap, within seconds it turned red the held a small burn by the magic he used against her face.

Toren looks at her shocked as she turned her head to Discord who who all of the sudden showed fear as he looked as his claws, then back at her regretting by what he had done. Ashamed by his own attack that his insanity just vanished into thin air like he was under a spell and was brought back to reality as he went to her.

His voice trembled "Tia.. I'm so sorry I didn't mean to..", carefully he tried to touch her cheek but without warning was attacked by Toren who pinned him down by the neck choking him with eyes that glowed red in the center of his pupils.

In his breaths he spoke "Toren..son..please stop...it was...an...accident.."

"Accident!? Like when the times you tried to overrule Equestria and tried to kill me!? Was that an accident!?"

"I admit I was reckless..and went to far...but...we all..have...changed hearts..."

"You have no heart!!", his eyes narrowed with his fangs out letting out a growls in pure rage.

Giving him no choice he grabs Toren’s tail "I'm sorry son for doing this, forgive me",

The mare turns her head and sees Toren’s stomach with a gasp "Discord no! Stop!"

Quickly she used her magic to pull his ear to distract him she could could get Toren away by using an aura to slide the stallion against the smooth ground gently near the wall before he collapsed, hitting his chin hard against cold surface. Ashamed by what occurred the doors finally opened that revealed Luna who was greatly concerned by the sight of her nephew unable to move.

The blue mare glared at Discord "What have you done to him?!"

Discord looks at her cowardly "Well if isn't Woona her to save the day"

"Don't call me Woona I hate the name and you've known that for years!", her face turned red annoyed with mixed emotions.

Celestia sighs as she wraps her wing around Toren healing him "Sister please now is not the time to argue we had enough for one day", her aura began to work around her sons body gently to not hurt him more.

Luna went to her instantly to tend to the stallions wounds "Will he make it sister?"

"With your help yes..although it may take months for him to fully recover for his body is mostly damaged from the inside...where...Oh Luna this is my fault if only I...."

"No sister! This was not you're doing...but his!", she says while looking at Discord angered by what he has done to her nephew and his unborn "Are you satisfied?"

He sighs looking away "No..I'm not..infact the complete opposite..now he'll never be with me..You were right to to keep him from me Tia..what father hurts his only child let alone tries to kill him...", in tears he looks at his stained window "I deserved it to locked in stone for this...like I was years ago...I'm nothing but a monster.."

The mares looked at him surprised as they continued to heal Toren who was breathing heavily trying to fight the pain she he wouldn't scream but instead he made soft grunts while holding on his mother's hoof tightly. Instincts of motherhood took over as she kissed his head to comfort her son as he tried to gain back his strength. Focused on the healing spell Luna continued ignoring her sister who was touching her hoof to gain her attention so she could speak to her about something she discovered as well as discuss on what to do with Discord.

With caution she used part of her magic to pull her sisters ear lightly "Luna look at me please? Talk to me."

"No I'm trying to concentrate you shall do the same if you desire Toren to live!"

"And the baby?", she softly asked so Discord couldn't hear them as he remained against the wall with his head near his paw that leaned toward the window of himself.

Luna sighs as she remained looking at Toren while softly talking to her harshly "I'm not sure sister and by the sight of his tortured body...it has no chance...unless he managed to use a protection spell while fighting then it was not harmed except for him...although I would prefer it to be his father in this stage..."

"Luna don't think that way, otherwise you're no better then him but worse..I know you care for my son but he's his father regardless of what has happened."

"That maybe so sister..but between us both imagine the guilt he'll feel when he discovers the truth about the unborn..", she looks back at Toren "And imagine what he'd feel if it dies.."

The mares went silent as their thoughts tried to place a picture of the future, trying to stay remain calm as they finally finished healing Toren and watched, waiting for him to open his eyes or speak. Seconds passed into minutes until at last the stallion began to cough gasping for breaths as he opened his eyes that looked around adjusting them to the lights, before speaking a word he was hugged by his mother that was joined by his aunt grateful that he was alive with small tears, as Discord turned around to see his son, glad he was okay after their brutal fight.

In pain he tries to talk "Ooh....mom...Aunt Luna....let go", he chuckles trying to breathe "Please release me before I scream in agony", they looked at eachother realizing he was pain and frees him from the hug.

Luna softly smiles "Apologizes nephew we thought we lost you and..well..we"

He sighs as he rubbed his head "I know I know..I mean technology I was gone...so I wouldn't blame you..", realizing something else he looked at his stomach then back "Is it?"

Celestia stops him with her hoof "Shhhhhh we aren't sure son...and your father doesn't know yet..and he already feels bad enough the last thing he needs is to find out about it...he'll feel worse."

Luna rolls her eyes "Maybe he should know"

Gently the stallion smiles at her "As much as I love that idea but...", he looked at his mom who gave him a glare "My mother is right now isn't the best time to make that announcement.."

Celestia sighs shaking her head while Luna fixed his wing with magic not knowing that Discord was walking to them slowly with caution. Unable to stand up Toren growls at him to protect himself, unsure if he was safe until the old creature stops with gentle eyes that he has never seen before so he allows him to stay with a close eye.

Softly he spoke "Toren are you alright? Can you stand up? Let me help you it's the least I can do..", with magic he lifts Toren up and carefully placed him unto the floor.

Grateful by his help his mother goes to him "Thank you Discord", she sighs softly as she looked at her son then to Discord "I'm sorry this happened I never wanted this...I only wanted what I thought back then was right for you both when really it lead to hate, and pain"

Toren puts his claw-hoof on her shoulder "Mother please don't blame yourself for this..you weren't the one that got hurt..", he glares directly at his father "And you stay away me and stay away from mother! You cause not but trouble!"

"Toren do not speak to him like that he's your father!", she says disappointed.

He turned his head to her and growls "He's not my father he only created me..", he looks down then glares at Discord "And I don't want in my life..or the baby's"

His last three words caused both of the Princesses and Discord to stare at eachother shocked surprised that Toren revealed his secret knowing the consequence, but he did it anyway with no regret in his eyes but anger toward the very creature that attacked him and his unborn.

Unable to say a word they watched as Discord looked at Toren in disbelief "Baby? What baby?"

He watched as his son turned to the side glaring in silence as he opened his wings to reveal the bruised belly that was just starting to grow. In that very moment his face turned from confusion to a revelation knowing exactly who was responsible for this to happen. Gently he tucked his wings back against his sides with no sign of emotion as he saw his father pacing back and forth mumbling to himself.

He growls angry "Sombra..The Larocks! When I get my claws on him I'll make him pay!"

Not wanting his help he walks away "Don't bother it's not of your concern...and besides it's like you said before", he turned his head to his dad glaring "No one cared about me, why should you?", without another word he walked away from his family.

With great concern Celestia extends her hoof out to her son "Toren wait!"

Before she could even take a step forward Discord placed his lion paw on her shoulder "Let him to Tia...he needs time alone.."

Luna sighs "For once I agree to Discord he needs time to find peace", she looks at him "How do you know Sombra is involved in this? It could have been anypony he encountered with. What makes you believe he's responsible?"

Celestia looked down remembering the war "Because knowing him he would. Think about it. He was our old friend that got involved with dark magic remember? When I fought against Sombra years ago Toren was with me as captain, but he got hit by Sombra's magic and injured him badly. Once he was healed he was never the same and was never seen again until years later when he asked for help. After that he lived in moments and from time to time I'd see him but we never spoke"

Luna sighs remembering why "I know the reason no need to explain further sister. Alas he's here now with us. He'll need us more now then ever during this time"

Discord sighs looking down "If he lets us", knowing what had to be done he looks at them "I'm going to go talk to the boy, he couldn't have gone far. Besides there are things that I need to say to him after all he has gone through because of me. Wish me luck"

Gently he kissed Celestia on the cheek and then rubbed his claw over Luna's head ruining her mane as he walked alone to leave them amongeat themselves. Annoyed by his rude gesture the blue mare stokes her mane back into its rightful place with her royal hoof, as for her older sister she watched her beloved shut the doors with hope in her heart that they can both forgive and move forward with opened hearts.

Finding his way around the castle the concerned draconequus was using his magic to go through walls and hallways to find his son faster after searching the castle for nearly an hour walking in circles. About to call it quits he goes through another wall but sees two guard ponies sleeping on the job, so he tickles one with his tail then taps the other guard to wake them up. Once they woke up his tail disappeared with his head in a painting looking down at the ponies who were blushing in confusion.

One points towards the other guard "Dude why were touching me!?"

"I didn't touch you! You touched me first!"

"Oh right so I'm the one who poked you then who was tickling me?"

"Maybe it was a bug?"

"Oh come it's felt fur and you're the only pony here and if you didn't do it than that means it must be a ghost!"

"Ghost?!"

A light bulb popped from Discord's skull and snickers "Yess I am a ghost the ghost of your future! Ooooooooh!", he covers his mouth holding a laugh.

One of the guards rubs his hoof "The ghost of our future huh? Well what's our future Mr. ghost?"

Discord thinks to himself "Um..", he hits his head trying to think of a lie then he looks down and looks at them both "You'll be demoted! Muhahahahahaaaaa!"

The guards run away crying as they screamed in terror of losing their jobs leaving Discord laughing to himself "Oh poor guys I guess that was little mean..Oh well!", with his magic he backs up but was stuck in the picture and attempts to pull himself out of the wall multiple time but fails "Oh come on! The one time I do something useful for once that was actually not harmless I get this!? Somepony help!! Anyone? Hello? Oh pony feathers!!"

In silence the prince was walking down the hallway trying to get his range of motion back that way his body won't be so stiff in the morning. Listening in the distance he could hear someone talking on the other side of the wall, curious he follows the mumbling and turns his head over to another hallway but only to oddly find his father's butt infront of his muzzle. Intrigued by this situation still mad at his dad he then finds the perfect opportunity to get back at him by using his magic to grab his tail connected to his long body, and with no hesitation he used his magic to pull him to the other side and makes a small bow at the end between a long curtain with gentle tug to keep it from moving.

Impressed by his work he smiles as for his father he freaking out "Who's touching me?! Wait if you're the guards that I tricked I'm sorry! It was a joke a mean one....but still! It was funny right? Right? Look whatever you do don't tickle me on the chest I beg you!, he pauses and panics "Oh no I shouldn't have said that! Wait! Don't do it or you'll be sorry!" Please? Don't do it...", he says while trying to get himself out.

Trying to hold his laugh he sighs biting his lip and lowered his voice "The chest huh? Thanks for telling us! Oh and by the way you're really bad at jokes because it was so bad my friend locked himself in the closet! Something about ending his life or to see how long it would take to survive without dying!"

"Look I'm sorry aright! But please don't tickle me?"

"Sorry but I have to that way you can feel how we felt when we got hurt", he snickers then looks at his stomach then at his dad and talks normal again "What do you say chaos? You think we should punish Grandpa Discord?"

At the moment Discord panicked "No Toren no! As your father I demand you to not to!", he stops and looks to the wall scared "Toren? Hello? Come on son have a heart please don't do it! I beg you!"

Softly he chuckles "Sorry old man its been decided", he goes over smiling with his tail ready to tickle to him.

"No Toren! Please don't!", before he could finish his tail rubs against his chest softly enjoying the sound of his father's laugh.

Crying in laughter he begs "T-toren! P-please! Stop it!"

"I don't think I can this is way to much fun or as you would probably say chaotic?", he says smiling at him.

Hitting the wall laughing "Y-You're not funny! Haha y-you are g-gunna hhahaaa...pay!", he cries while trying to hold back his laughs.

Toren lifts and eyebrow and stops "Me pay? I think I got my fair of payment when you tried to kill me remember? Oh not only me but my foal who is on side on this, literally", tempted to continue he pauses and looks at his dad to respond who on the other side had his arms crossed "You better start talking or I'll keep going"

He waits but Discord glares at the wall so he softly rubs his tail against his chest "Toren stop!", with a sigh he agrees "Okay Toren you win and your little abomination as well..now if could can you help me ppll-"

"What?"

"I said you win!"

"No no no the last part, the part at the very end when you were asking me to help you?" He leans his shoulder against the wall "Oh but I can't seem to recall what is was, it was to quiet to hear. Can you say it again please?"

At this point all Discord wanted to do was strangle his son and mumbles "I said that if you could help me...pleeeeew"

"Plew? No that's not it. Last chance dad, unless you wanna stay there? And only I can free you because I don't think mom is part draconequus unless she lied and kept it secret. Now that would very interesting."

"Toren so help me I'm gunna make you regret your exsisitance when I get out of here!"

"Really? Oh bummer and I was gunna free you and make amends thinking that we could actually be father and son. But was I wrong and besides I think it wouldn't have worked out. Speaking from experience we hate eachother, we nearly killed one another. So yeah that would never happen. Oh well enjoy the view."

"Toren stop! Wait!", he sighs giving up and speaks "Can you p-pleeeeease help me out?!", he takes a deep breath relieved to end that sentence.

Toren stops and turns his eyes to his dad surprised and uses his magic to pull him out of the wall gently and places him unto the floor with a soft smile as he chuckles to himself.

Confused by their unique relationship Discord folds his arms then sighs "You're not going to tell your mother about what just happened right?"

"Um no?"

"Oh good well good to know I guess.", he rubs his neck "Look son I was trying to look for you so we could talk, but turns out you found me."

"Stuck in a wall after you pranked those guards go on"

"Anyways minster nosy colt!", he says as he sighs while looking down then back to his son "I'd like to apologize for what I did too you, it was wrong and very cruel...knowing now that I hurt more then just you it makes me feel worse that I...", he sighs fighting off his tears "That I almost...k-killed an innocent life and...my son....you have every right to hate me...hurt me...leave"

Before he could finish he felt Toren hugging him on his hind legs so he could reach his father's shoulders with tears falling down his face instantly smiling softly, caught off guard the draconequus cried as he held his son tightly in his grasp. The two held eachother while still talking among themselves to put their feelings aside to allow new memories to enter.

Sniffing he clears his throat "Toren how can you forgive me? I don't understand...y-you're just like your mother...so much like her...Good...kind...gentle....and so much more..", he sniffs as tears fell.

"Well at least I know I have my mother's maturity then my dad's insanity", he sniffs to himself.

With a chuckle he agrees "I agree with that and not wanting to ruin anything else why don't we go outside? This place now gives me the creeps now that my head was stuck in it"

"Deal and I know a place come on"

After a long walk they reached the balcony where the moon was in full view right in the center of the midnight sky, surrounded by endless stars that twinkled in the distance individually having a chance to be have a moment to shine. Tired by the journey they sat down together with claws against the rail that was connected to the balcony, quietly they looked up and watched the night as it spoke with wonder, and gave a calm vibe in their minds.

Toren looks at him before Discord looks to him to speak "I'm sorry about tonight and for hurting you", he sighs looking away "Some father I turned out to be.."

"No it was my fault I started the fight"

He placed his claw on his son's shoulder and looks at him with compassion "But I could of ended but instead I kept going son. And now you're hurting even more because of me"

"It's just bruises at least I can still walk", he chuckles as he moans in pain by his own laugh "See perfectly fine, just give it a few weeks"

They both laughed in unison until Toren stops and sighs as his father laughs a little longer before he realized that he was the only one laughing and looks at his son concerned and puts his claws on his shoulders to get a closer visual, making sure that nothing was serious was going on.

Gently he spoke with sincerity "Are you alright son? What's wrong?"

"Nothing sorry just my stomach it's just "hurting" like everything else"

"Oh right", he looks away "Does it hurt that much son?"

"Yes it does. I just told you remember?", he chuckles behind his dad who was silent and looks at him concerned about the baby. Toren paused and saw him as he leaned against the rail looking down guilty.

With caution he walks to him and sits down "Dad? What's wrong?"

"N-nothing just wanted to know that's all, I was curious.."

"You know you're really not a good liar, you know that right? So what's wrong? Tell me."

He inhales and let's out a long sigh to break off his feelings "I don't know..and to be honest..I'm not so sure about anything anymore...all my life I lived with fear around me...ashamed by their fear of me and wondered if I would ever be happy.... Toren when I saw you hurting back there I couldn't help but tremble..terrified of losing you when I just met you I had that same feeling inside...the fear of being alone...and that you would fear me...just like others did long ago..", he looks at him then at his belly "I just hope that one day your little abomination will look at me and not show fear the way you did..."

"Dad...is that what you think? You think I'm afraid of you because of our fight?"

"Yes!", he says with tears in his eyes as he looks away from him "I know that I shouldn't but I do..because when I look at myself I don't see a father, I see a monster, like you said in gala remember?"

Toren paused guilty then puts his claw-hoof on his stomach as he spoke "I know and that was wrong of me to judge you...but that wasn't until I got to know you, and seeing you with me right now I don't see a monster..infact...", he smiles in tears "I see my father who loves me..so much that..he would rather have himself hurt..then to have those he loved hurt..and one day him or her will see its grandfather the way I see him...a creature that has a heart..."

At that moment his chest ached hearing his son forgiving him that all he could do at this point was just look at him surprised to see tears stream down his son's cheeks as he gave a soft smile finally able to look at his father for the first time in peace with forgiveness. Without warning he held him close to his chest gently so he wouldn't hurt him more than he was already in respect as he placed his claws against his shoulders to look at him in gratitude.

Toren looks around then back at him "What?"

"Sorry it's just your eyes, just like your mother's, gentle, and yet filled with love that you can see the good in all forms, species, and the mighty Lord of Chaos", he says with a smirk causing his son to laugh.

He sighs with a small smile "If only mother saw us now.."

"Yeah I'm sure she'd properly be grateful and start crying knowing that we are finally getting along"

"Grateful yes but crying would be all you old timer", he admits with a small wink.

"Me? Old timer? Really? That's the best could come up with are you sure you're my son?", he pulls unto his ear "Hello Toren are you in there? Wait hold on let me ask somepony else I've seen to have lost my son"

Toren laughs as Discord looks around going in a complete circle before leaning towards his stomach with his ear close to it "Ah excuse me have you've seen my son? He appears to be missing the Toren I know would have never called his dad an old timer. Do you know where he could be?", he pretends to listen.

"Dad you're", Discord stops him with his tail giving him a small smirk as he gently knocks on his small belly bump like a door.

"I know you can hear me now tell where my son is please or I'll tickle him, and you wouldn't want that happen right?", he listens closely and hears a small quiet thud holding an evil smile "Thank you for your cooperation I found found him right...over.... here!", he says as he grabs Toren and starts tickling him.

"Dad no get away!", he laughs while trying to escape his clutches.

Not wanting his father to keep tickle him he runs away as Discord flies after the stallion. Breathing heavily the prince stopped to turn around with Discord nowhere in sight as the draconequus hid under the balcony "What? Where did he?"

"Surprise!", he says as he attacks Toren and tickles him with his claws causing the poor stallion to trip over his own tail, giving his father more room to tease.

"Don't stop it enough! I can't breathe!", his voice trembled by his laughs that escaped his massive huge grin causing tears of joy trying to gasp for breaths while being tortured in the process.

In the distance across the hallway Celestia was walking around to find them, her ears turned to the sound of Torens laughing that was overlapped by his father's teasing. Quickly she galloped to help her son crying for help not knowing what was going on, but before she had the chance to respond her legs stopped to back up against the wall to hide.

"Dad stop please you're killing me!", he laughs louder while screaming in agony trying to escape.

"I am? Oh good then I'm doing my job right!"

"Ah no! Knock it off before I send you back to the wall!"

Hearing them laughing caused her to laugh with them that broke into an awkward silence as she covered her mouth realizing that she caused them to stop. Before she could even walk they were whispering trying to come up with a plan to trick her so she wouldn't find out, in respect she plays along with their plan as she walked to the balcony with their backs facing her.

Pointing at the stars he shows his son to educate him "So that one right there is called the Woonsocket and that one is Sirrelevant December!"

"Wait what? That made no sense! Like she's gonna believe that?"

"Well what's your idea preggers?!"

"Well it's better than pointing at stars giving them fake names!"

As they continued to bicker she clears her throat to their attention that they turned toward her nervous "Tia hey! I was just showing our son the stars.", explains to her while nudging him "Isn't that right son?"

He glares playing along "Ah yeah and how each star was named after all of your bad jokes that no one got to hear", he says as he winks directly at his mother.

Determined to trick her they looked at her with confidence as she smiles towards them "Really? Because I could have sworn I heard you two laughing and saw you both smiling when I rushed over to help my son thinking the worst. Instead I found you two getting along."

Discovered they rubbed the back of their heads embarrassed to see her directly so they quickly looked away until Toren smirks "Well that didn't go as I hoped it would"

Discords sighs "Nope it did not"

Gently she walked towards them "Well I'm glad you both are finally together now it's my turn to apologize for what I have done to you both by keeping you apart..can you forgive me?"

Discord gets up and lifts her chin up while pointing at Toren "Tia. You were just trying to do what was best for our boy and myself. You were trying to be a good ruler by being a caring mother by giving him a chance"

Toren nods agreeing with his father "And we forgive you. But can you forgive us for demaging the castle?", he rubs his head "Because I don't think it will impress the public for my coronation tomorrow morning. Oh no..."

Remembering the coronation the mare turns red "I forgive you both although you do make a point. But I'm sure we can fix it with two Alicorns and a draconequus I'm sure we will be able to get things ready in the morning. In the meantime we should all go to bed so we can rest before the night comes to an end.", she says as she kissed Discord on the cheek then did the same to her son "Goodnight boys"

Quietly they watched her leave blushing with little grins on their faces that shortly ended as he looked at his father unsatisfied "Wait that's it? You're just going to let her go?!"

He chuckles "Oh don't you worry son I have a plan to win your mother back, as for you I think it's you go to bed you have a coronation tomorrow"

"Alright night....dad"

"Goodnight son", he looks at the sky and sees Luna "Goodnight Woona!"

Irritated she stops and yells "Don't call me that!"

As Toren began to walk away he could hear in the distance his father's laugh that he began shaking his head letting out a small chuckle until he left the hallway to a small room to rest for the night. Slowly his climbed the giant bed and laid on his side sore all over from head to his tail but didn't mind because he was happy, and finally home as he closed his eyes and soon falls into a deep sleep, in peace.

Wow what a chapter with so much drama and powerful emotion am I right? Man this chapter was so fun and entertaining to write!
Now I need a nap! XD
