Filled with doubt Toren walked down a single hall of Canterlot, thinking about his Starlight, the unborn foal that could die like her. Mixed with emotions ove thought remained to himself, would he be alone again in pain in immortality.

Luna walks over to him "Nephew?"

He looks to the left "Aunt Luna? What are you doing here shouldn't you be with my mother? Is something wrong?"

"I must speak with you on an important matter. It's about my daughter."

Shocked he took a moment before responding "Daughter?! Aunt Luna you have never mentioned you have...well I mean you know."

"No one knows I'm afraid, not even my own sister. She's right there the one with the Golden Armor in front of the new soldiers. There by the doors.", she says pointing at the soldiers.

The prince looks over Luna’s shoulder with his tall head and sees the mare all serious and the mare glare "Hmm she seems very friendly"

"Hush Nephew she'll hear you."

"Why? She knows me."

"Because she doesn't know who I am.. that I'm her mother."

"Really? But she's your daughter."

Luna rolls her eyes annoyed "I am aware. But if I were to speak of my past to her she'll never forgive me let alone want to be with me…"

"Well you'll never know til you try Auntie Woona", he comments winking at her.

Luna yells whispering "Don’t call me that you're just like your father!"

Softly Toren chuckles "Sorry I couldn't resist. But really though if I can forgive my mother for what she's done to me, then she can forgive you to."

"Well if you were to know of her father you'll think different"

Remembering about his past he looked at her concerned "It's not my dad is it?!"

"No! Never! Of course not! It's worse.."

"Hey!"

"Now Toren I'm not saying it like that! Look your father is a good creature but he's very immature and we'll a little too much to handle. No offense"

"None taken, so why can't you tell her? And who is her father? Is that what you wanted to discuss about-"

She covers his mouth with her hoof and they teleport to the balcony and she closes the door with her magic sealing it shut, he looks around confused "Um care to explain?"

"Sorry I panicked.."

"What's wrong? Talk to me"

Luna sighs looking away as she spoke "I was younger then you are now when I received my first love, at first he was kind, full of wonder, giving me all hope to the world, we were soulmates. But his heart blacked, using darkness as his ally to where he was no longer my Sombra, but a monster, and when I found out I was with child I tried to use her as his awakening to change his mind to be with me. I begged him to reconsider, for our daughter, but he was to far gone to be saved so with the help of you, and my sister we defeated him. Then months later I gave birth alone, no pony knew about my Rose, not even my sister, so I had one of my servants take her the day she was born to a family who lost their child, and I used my magic to find them in their dreams, changing her fate, and theirs, so they could be together, as a family"

"Oh...I'm so sorry"

"Don't be nephew", in tears she looked at him "She had a good life as a foal"

Softly he touched her shoulder, eyes sincere "Maybe my mother can help, who better than her. After all she went through almost the same thing you endured. She had to send you to the moon after you were corrupted by the nightmare. Then had to turn my father to solid stone after turning evil by being ridiculed by her subjects before she knew that I was conceived. She was also alone and had to give up her child. It's something you both have in common, besides being royalty.", he winks at her making her laugh and smiles.

"Thank you Nephew. And you're right it's time she knows the truth, all of it and nephew"

"Yes?"

"Starlight will be fine, with you by her side I'm sure that all will go well, and you'll receive your greatest reward when it arrives."

She walks away leaving Toren alone who flies away, she goes to a door with a sun marked upon it claiming it to be her sister's room. Quietly Luna could hear laughter and talking, she knocked the door, it opens to reveal Discord drinking chocolate milk with a white robe on with cookies and purple music notes.

"Ah! Discord! What in my sisters name are you doing in my sisters room?"

Smirking he wrapped his arm around her "Oh Woona still so naive as always. See with me back into your sister's life we have been", he chuckles evilly "Catching up, if you know what I mean"

"Oh believe me I can think of many horrid things. Now if you excuse me I must have a word with my sister. Alone."

"Fine I can take a hint when I'm not wanted", he poofs away

Carefully she walked inside curious "Um Tia? May I have a word with you it's important. Celestia?"

Celestia comes out from another door with her hair in a loose messy ponytail with no jewelry on, and was brushing her teeth as she walked humming to herself until she saw her little sister from the side "Oh hello Luna shouldn't you be sleeping?"

"Ha! Funny says the one who should doing her duties and looking after her son instead of acting like a teenmare!"

"Now just because I've found my special somepony doesn't mean that I don't care about my son and my duties! You're just jealous!"

"Jealousy? Of you? Please I would never fall in love with something like that!"

"That's not what you said when we were younger."

Luna blushes "I don't know what you're referring to but that is a lie! And even if I did I was a child and didn't know any better. But that is not why I am here. I'm here on behalf of Toren."

She took a moment to not panic "Toren? What about him? What happened? Is he alright?!"

"Nothing happened he is the reason why I'm here. He thinks that I should tell you about my past".

Celestia sighs "Luna we've talked about this before I have forgiven you and you have forgiven me. Nightmare Moon is gone and you're here now. There's nothing more to be said"

"It's not about Nightmare Moon it's about my daughter!"

"What?"

Luna turns around in tears as she looked down "It's true! I too had a child Tia and gave it up! Like you!", ashamed she collapsed against the ground sobbing to herself.

Celestia walks to Luna and lays by her side not knowing what to say until she felt prompted to speak "I, I didn't know.."

"Of course you didn't know! Because I feared if I were to tell you you'd not understand! Let alone tolerate if I told you the truth about my deed.. About her.. not even she knows about me. I'm a monster!", she says punishing herself.

Gently the mare lifts up her chin as she spoke softly "No sister you're not. Please don't be so hard on yourself..I understand I really do. Luna you can always come to me and know that I'll love you no matter what you do. You'll always be my sister, forever.", she hugs her little sister trying to give her the comfort she needed.

Luna sniffs as they kept hugging "Thank you I just wish I am able to tell her."

"And you will when you're ready. When the time is right."

As it falls to night Toren was in the library as he looks through some books seeing the results of the Larocks growing angry until he yells throwing them on the ground before going to a tall shelf knocking it down growling before looking down crying to himself knowing that his beloved Starlight will perish, just like those before her, stallions who died by the curse, and their children that sometimes were trapped inside their corpses unable to escape, having their final moment of life before they end up slowly dying by lack of oxygen given by their fathers.

Toren throws a book yelling "Why!? Why her why did she have to do this..it should have been me! It should have been me! She doesn't deserve this...I should have never come to this place..then it would have been me...It was mine to begin with! And now...", tears fell down his face "It was mine to endure...my child....my death....my fate that I had to face, alone.."

In silence he looks around seeing the damage as thoughts come to his head when they first met in the gala, when she found out about the baby. How they feel in love at the gala, their dates together in the castle when he was pregnant, laughing, smiling, and being together, then how she sacrificed to save his baby allowing them to be closer as a couple, cherishing the moments they had together, him playing with her, snuggling next to the fire reading stories, having hope.

Toren wipes his eyes "And now because of her I'll have to raise my baby alone...our fate that brought us together because she out of all ponies had to fall in love with me…", he chuckles in tears "All because I was blessed in a twisted way to carry that child that she grew to love...there hast to be way to save her...But how? What can I do? What do I have to do to save them?", he sighs as he looked at a black journal "It would be a miracle to get out of this whole mess that I created"

Out of nowhere the large long clock strikes twelve, he smirks wiping away his tears "Well enough sobbing Toren it’ll only cause more headache for your future wife when you give her your goodnight kiss."

Quickly he teleports in their room and carefully climbs up going beside her with their noses touching as he gently pulled her close to his chest to warm her up while using magic to pull the blanket over their bodies, Toren looks at her smiling as she slowly went back to sleep so he could lay his head against hers trying to not cry as he felt her ice cold body against his, feeling her breath that barely touched his fur, and the baby that moved against his stomach.

"I love you..", she whispers

"..I love you to Star..", he sighs guilty as he held her close kissing her head.

The next day arrived and everypony were getting ready to go through the map to the Crystal Empire with a spell has prepared for. Everyone was wearing bags on their backs minus Starlight who was great with foal, she was laying on one of the thrones exhausted. With magic Toren was looking through the spell on last time then looks at her saddened by her suffering. and wished to take it from her. In the distance his friends were saying their goodbyes to their families before leaving to the Crystal Empire.

Toren goes to Starlight and sits by her side as she laid on the Rarity's throne having her head on the side, he held her hoof "Hey you okay?"

"Yeah, never been better just you know carrying your demon baby that's trying to kill me."

Star…"

"Hey I was teasing", she gasps groaning quietly by the darkness that he could feel.

Gently Toren uses magic to help with the pain and so she wouldn't fall over, he lifts up her chin as he spoke calmly to her "Just hold on it's gonna be okay I promise Star"

"Toren, if I don't make it-"

"That won't happen! I'll be with you so don't talk like that. You both are going to be just fine, no matter what it takes, I'll give up my immortality if I have to-"

Starlight stops him with a kiss, she giggles softly "You're cute when you care."

He blushes as he tilts his head "Um thank you? I think you need some sleep you're talking funny again. Although not complaining it is rather adorable when you babble.", he says winking at her with a small growl flirting.

Starlight giggles before placing her hoof on his arm "Hey just promise me something."

Toren:Anything

"Be patient with me"

"Of course I'll do anything for you, you know that right?"

"You always do."

They kiss and he lays his head on hers to give her more comfort with his magic to help with the pain, and trying to keep both her, and their baby alive so they could all be together, they were running out of time, which made it more difficult.

Twilight looks at their friends while using magic to place some books into her bag, and the spell that was given to Celestia to change Starlight once the baby was born, nopony knew about it, not even Toren by using a spell to block her thoughts, she goes to them "Alright everypony ready"

Together they all agreed with random phrases, even Starlight rose her hoof weakly "I am ready for this to be over"

Softly they laughed as the twins went to her to sit beside her with small hugs as Toren goes next to Twilight in full power as a ruler and leader of Equestria. He looks at everyone with a strong gentle expression with concern and direction to his friends that were more like his second family and would anything for them, even give his very life to save them from death.

Toren spoke calmly with a strong tone to be their leader, and future king "Now remember to be prepared for anything suspicious. He can be anywhere. So keep your eyes out and stay alert, and always have somepony with you at all times."

"Alright let's get a move on.", she looks at him "You ready for this?"

"Let's do it."

The twins hug Starlight, Gumdrop tried not to cry "You be okay Aunt Starlight, it's going to be okay, we will see you again"

In tears the mare held them tightly as she spoke "I know Gumdrop, thank you girls..for everything", gently she kissed their heads grateful to have them as her adopted nieces.

Soarin goes to the throne "Come on girls, lets go", he says in tears while holding his forth month old son.

Gently they gave her one final hug before going to the stallion by jumping on his back carefully without hurting the mare, slowly she got up almost falling that Applejack caught her with her strong arms, holding her as Toren wrapped his wing under her belly to keep her from hurting herself more. Quietly they all go to the map in a full circle as their families watch from the side. Softly Applejack remained close to Starlight who was trying to remain standing, the stallion holds her up with his wing around her belly as his horn glows yellow with Twilight's horn glowing pink touching each other combining into a bright blue light that goes up then down to the map and they all together teleport to the Crystal Empire train station where Shining Armor and Cadence were waiting with soft smiles, until Shining Armor saw his friend with the dying mare worried.

Twilight runs to her family "Shining Armor! Cadence!", they hugged each other, before her and her sister in-law did their shake then hugged once again.

Cadence smiles "Oh Twilight I'm glad you're all here and safe."

Curious the purple looked around before moving her eyes back to her family "Wait where's Flurry?"

"She's with Sunburst assisting him with his spells.", she says calmly.

"Really? Already oh how exciting she's starting to do spells!"

"Yes she has changed a lot since you've been gone."

"Don't worry Cadence I'm sure she'll be just as adorable and little as always. After all she is only five years old."

"Um about that she's actually-", she tried to finish but was interrupted by her sister in-law's excitment.

Twilight points "Wait don't tell me she can do talk now!?"

Cadence sighs in defeat, Shining whispers near Twilight "So Twily.. Um how's Starlight doing?"

"She's...holding on"

Together the couple looked at Starlight and how exhausted she was, that she hardly was able to even lift her head as she stood by Toren trying to fight off her own body, he used his wing that was under her belly to hold the weak unicorn up, the stallion looked at them with shame knowing that they knew it was him months ago when he wrote to them weeks ago begging them to stay here until the foal was born.

Cadence felt helpless "She looks in so much pain. Is there anything we can do?"

Twilight sighs "I don't know Toren and I have tried everything. I don't know what else we can do for her."

"I want to try", she says determined to help the unicorn, gently she walked toward them before lifting Starlight's chin up "Hi Starlight how are you?"

Starlight smiles softly "Well to be honest I've been worse but I could be better...I just hope that once this is over that we'll be able to relax.."

Gently the stallion looked at Cadence "She's doing everything she can do even stand, I don't know how much longer she can take until-well um I mean", he chuckles nervously rubbing his head "Wow this was easier to explain in my head so much for being subtle about this..."

"I understand Toren. Maybe I can help it's not much but it might decrease the pain.", Cadence uses magic and it goes to her that slowly fades into her entire body "How does that feel?"

Starlight began to show some color into her cheek, slowly able to breath normally as the pain began to fade off slowly, she smiles "I feel so much better, and stronger to! Thank you so much."

"Star you look so much better. Well I mean you've always looked great. But you I mean well I what?"

Understanding his reaction she used magic to pull down his collar to kiss him" I know what you were trying to say."

Toren smiles as he kissed her forehead, then looked at Cadence differently not thinking clearly by lack of sleep "Thank you Cadence I'm prou-grateful for you help and I'm sure Starlight will be in good hooves if I fail to be there"

"What do you mean fail to be there? You will be there even if I have to use her magic to summon you!"

"Woah easy beautiful I'm only preparing for another option if Sombra were to come here or if I um…....faint". Toren says blushing embarrassed to admit the possibility of passing out during her labor.

Cadence laughs before covering her mouth blushing "Oh I'm sorry that just reminded me of when Shining Armor passed out when Flurry was born and h-how he managed to knock himself out for two hours"

The couple look at each other unsure on whether to respond then Shining goes in between them, his arm over Toren his shoulder in a brotherly way before the hybrid smirks "Well Shining I'm surprised that you couldn't make through my dau-cousins delivery. I'm disappointed"

"Shut up Toren", he says blushing while hitting his shoulder with his hoof.

'Cadence whispers to Starlight "Don't worry I'm sure Toren will do just fine"

"We should probably get moving to the castle before everypony gets suspicious."

Toren nods at him "You're right. Let's go."

Quickly Toren uses his magic and turns into a normal Unicorn, his snake tail turns into a black fluffy tail, his mane changes into a light blue shaggy look, it partly covering his left eye, his claws turn into hooves, his necklace disappears and his cutie mark is now a microphone with three stars next to it by the transposition spell that gave him a whole brand new outlook.

Confused the pregnant mare tilts her head "What are you doing?"

Toren leans his head down "Don't worry it's just a cover up so nopony will notice me. It's only temporary, I promise I'll change back once we are in the castle.", he says as he stood close to her.

"Okay"

Twilight walks with her brother "So how is Flurry Heart?"

"She's doing great and I should probably tell you seeing her will be a big surprise."

"Why? It's not like she's a full grown mare! Now that would be a surprise!"

"You'll have to see for yourself Twily"

Starlight walks beside her coltfriend almost excited "I can't wait to see Sunburst I wonder how much he's changed", she chuckles blushing "Maybe he has finally shaved off his beard, Oh and maybe he can help after all he is very powerful and is good with spells."

Toren mumbles to himself annoyed "Yeah…great…"

"Are you okay?"

"Huh? Oh I'm fine. Here.", he uses his magic and places a scarf around her neck with a small smile "Wouldn't want ya to catch a cold.", he says trying to act all heroic.

Starlight chuckles "You're so sweet"

Toren lifts his head trying to pretend to be his mother "Well got it from my mother's side."

She giggles "Well at least I know you're without a doubt attractive when you try to be like her. Although I'll admit it's adorable when you try to make me laugh even though you're really not that funny."

Smirking the stallion goes on the ground talking like he was five years old while flirting with her "You know what that hurt..and your rudeness has caused my heart to break into tiny pieces…", he sniffs wiping his eyes faking to cry

"Oh did I hurt your feelings? Do you need a kiss to feel better?"

Toren sniffs "Yes please.."

Gently she kisses his nose before they walked together. Soon after they walked Starlight stopped for a moment to catch her breath in pain by the darkness that was torturing the baby and herself. Quickly without hesitation Toren looks at her concerned as she breathes softly looking down, he sat down beside her watching her reactions to she if it was a contraction that he has read about with Fluttershy when he helped one of her animals give birth.

He lifts her head "Hey you okay what's wrong?", he waves in front of her face "Starlight?"

"Huh what?"

Toren feels her head "Starlight you're burning up! Are you sure you're okay? And it's okay to say that you're not. If something feels wrong that you're unsure of please tell me.", he holds her hoof " I'm here for you just tell me so I can help you.", he says wanting to make sure she was alright, and desired to make her feel better if something was truly wrong.

"I'm fine really just tired and the baby is being fussy as always probably mad at me about something.'"

"Are you sure? Like absolutely sure you're fine?"

Starlight sighs annoyed "Yes now relax besides it's not like I'm in labor now come on before we lose the others.", she gets up starting to walk then looks at him who was concerned "I'm fine Toren stop worrying so much"

"Sorry I can't help it that I care about you and our baby", he sighs looking down

Understanding she sits to face him lifting up his chin so their eyes could meet "I know, it's been a bumpy journey but everything will be okay as long as you're with me. Now come on your highness let's go inside unless you want to stay out here with the guards for the night?"

"Alright but first things first here, maybe this will help you feel better.", quickly he pulls her in for a kiss while placing his hoof on her belly to quickly kiss it before nuzzling against her teasing the mare softly with a few more gentle small pecks.

Starlight giggles "Toren…"

Toren laughs as she looked up at him "You're such a royal pain "

"Oh stop it you're making me blush and you're right I shouldn't be so worried and just go with the flow."

Starlight smiles touching his nose "Exactly", she looks down talking to the baby "Took daddy long enough to figure it out"

"Hey now don't you start", growling softly he kisses her cheek "Don't tell our child that or it'll think that I'm not cut out for the father approval list."

"Oh for the love of", she gets stopped by his kiss "Torn you're impossible and yet I fell in love with you, why?"

"Because I'm irresistible", he smirks growling

"More like unbelievable"

"Oh really?"

"Absolutely my Handsome charming Hybrid prince"

Romantically he moved her to the side dipping the mare placing his hoof against her stomach with a huge grin narrowing his eyes to her as she laid against his left arm "Well you're forgetting Miss Glimmer that you and I both get to have what we want and with time we shall see it for ourselves".

"And that will be enough"

"I couldn't agree more"

Quietly blushing the couple looked at one another before he leaned forward kissing her on lips not wanting her to leave him, she grabbed his cheeks not wanting to stop until she breaks in off with small coughs wheezing to herself that he sighs looking away knowing the next chapter in their story, the unknown where fate was their only ally, or greatest enemy. Slowly he uses magic to lift her on his back kissing her forehead, together they went to the castle to join the rest of the group to settle in for the day, and prepare themselves for what lied ahead, their future, hoping, and praying for a miracle.

Shining Armor walked with the group and opens the door "This is our biggest room we had it built recently ever since your mom told us that we were coming."

"Thank you for doing this. I just hope we aren’t intruding on such short notice."

"No not at all buddy besides this whole thing has kept us busy. Ever since the Crystal empire has been saved not very much happens here. It kinda gets boring. Well here we are. And this is where you all will be staying. I hope you'll be comfortable?"

Grateful for their friendship the hyrbid nods "It's perfect. Thank you."

"For you buddy anything. But I have to go Cadence and I will be in the throne room why don't you get settled in. Make yourselves at home."

Twilight smiles "Thank you Shining for everything"

Shining Armor nods "You're welcome see you all later."

Quietly Shining Armor looked at Toren wanting to say something but leaves while the rest of the group placed they're things on each bed settling in for the next few days, quickly the pink earth pony runs "I call the one near the window!!!"

Fluttershy looks around and finds one near the door "Um I'll have this one. Oh here Starlight let me help you."

Starlight smiles softly as Toren lays her down on the bed "Oh thank you Fluttershy but really you don't have to do that.", she says as the stallion went next to her wrapping his wing around the mares body.

Rarity lays on the bed next to the farm mare while using magic to put on a random hat "We know darling but we just don't want you to overdo yourself that's all.", she says as she grabbed a pair of glasses and begins to sew a small blanket.

Smirking Applejack looks at the couple "So? Have y'all both thought of any names yet?"

Instantly embarrassed the stallion blushes that he didn't even think of a name, he was so focused on Starlight that it slipped his mind completely "Ah no I haven't even thought of that."

Everyone laughs as Toren gets embarrassed by their response, gently Starlight touched his claw-hoof with her hoof smiling as she spoke "I've thought of a couple but they just don't really exactly fit"

Twilight looks over as she sat next to Pinkie "Well let's hear them."

Pinkie was excited while pointing at them "Yeah they can't be that bad! And trust me I've seen worse. Like I mean they could be a lot worse", she mumbles looking up "Then most names", then she smiles looking at the couple "So tell us please with a cupcake filled with sprinkles and a cookie on top!"

Starlight rolls her eyes smiling as she used magic to grab a small notebook she had "Oh okay fine. Well if it was a colt it would be Toren of course, but if it was a filly I was thinking it would be either CountessRose, EagleTale, OtisRiver, MuseScript, or maybe Kairos Shift I know they are all weird huh?"

Gently the stallions lifts her chin "No not at all they're perfect because you thought of them", smiling he kisses her.

Touched by his nice words, and romantic gesture they all looked at them, then at each other thinking the same thing and together they all comment in unison "Awwwwwww"

As the couple blushed looking away they all laughed together at them making it first for both Toren and Starlight as Flurry heart enters the room, she is much older now looks almost twenty, her mane was mostly on one side and curly she was wearing royal accessories and a tiara that was silver and blue as she spoke kindly "Um Aunt Twilight? I don't mean to intrude but my mother would like to speak with you and Toren."

Twilight nods "No of course not we will be right there..", her eyes widen in shock "FLURRY HEART!??"

"Y-yes?

"Is that you!?"

"Uh yes... Is there something wrong Aunt Twilight? You look like you've seen a windago...", she asks growing slightly worried.

Twilight was so shocked she could only make a small noise from her mouth, gently the stallion looked at the young Alicorn smiling "We will be on our way FlurryHeart thank you", once he spoke she leaves, Toren looks at Starlight "Duty calls."

She smiles "Don't have to much fun."

"I will try my hardest", he teleports from the bed to the ground giving her a loving kiss, then looked over "Come on Twilight"

Gently he walked to the purple mare who was still trying to comprehend her five year old niece's new appearance as she walks with Toren who was moving her with his magic "Okay...", she finally says still overwhelmed as he smirks softly.

Together the two Alicorns followed Flurry Heart down the hallway, leaving the others behind to talk and gossip while relax in each other's company as Starlight uses her magic to put her stuff next to her bed, Fluttershy helped her and grabbed her blanket to cover the pregnant mare's body before she laid beside her as Pinkie pie eats a cupcake. Quietly Rarity was sewing up the blanket that she was determined to finish before the baby was born to give to it as an early birthday present, Applejack snuggled while talking to her some of her friends who were facing on the opposite side of the beds.

Rainbow Dash shook her head in disbelief "Uh who was that?"

"I think it was..FlurryHeart", says Fluttershy almost timid to say it.

The white unicorn points "But she was so small last time we met and now she looks our age", she begins to remember back when Sunburst told them about it "Well when Sunburst said that she would mature at age five he wasn't kidding."

Rainbow Dash folds her arms still hovering "And she looks so different and just..wow", she says blushing lightly

Pinkie giggles whispers "Ah Rainbow? You're drooling"

"No I wasn't!", she yells in denial.

Everyone laughs together all but the blue pegasus who was annoyed by them, as they all were laughing Starlight was sitting next to Fluttershy also laughing until she yells instantly touching her stomach scared, and almost confused not really sure what to do, concerned Fluttershy looks at her "Starlight! Oh my goodness, are you alright?"

Not wanting to make them worry Starlight begins to sweat nervous until she smiles trying to fight off the pain "Huh? Yes I'm fine. The baby is just kicking that's all. Maybe a good walk will get it to calm down. I'll be right back."

Worried the farm mare looks at her "Are ya sure you're alright sugarcube?"

"Yeah I'm fine really I think a nice walk will do me some good.", with magic she teleports walking away trying to fight the tears while slowly breathing to herself to not scream by the unbearable pain.

Fluttershy looks at her friends really concerned "Do you think somepony should follow her?"

Rainbow Dash sighs softly "I will you guys stay here"

Quickly Applejack stops her with her hoof on her chest "Rainbow remember?"

"Look I'll be nice. I promise I'll be back with her soon", she then flies out of the room talking to herself "I just hope it's not what I think it is."

Starlight teleports to another hallway exhausted as she kept walking on her own trying to fight the pain looking around the castle worried about the baby, her health and bumps into Sunburst almost falling backwards. Quickly used his magic catches her and lifts her above the ground barely in a small yellow force-field as he walks around the sphere with her trying to hide her belly by sitting down putting her front hooves it by grabbing her tail to cover her very round, swollen belly.

Sunburst smirks as he stopped to look at her "Well Well Well if it isn't Starlight Glimmer. Been a while hasn't it?"

"Yes it looks that way.", she says blushing biting her lip nervous.

Gently he smiles trying to make her smile "So what brings you to the Crystal Empire? Oh you must be on the mission with Twilight to. Wouldn't be surprised your magic could really help out with the mystery mare that has been cursed, I mean with your help we could save her instantly after she gives birth to foal that King Sombra wants to use as a weapon"

After hearing his comment made her guiltly, but she couldn't lie even if she wanted to knowing that she was not able to hide her pregnancy like she used to, she sighs "I'm afraid it's me who is the mission Sunburst you see..this is why."

Slowly she moved her tail away pointing at her belly that was all bruised, Sunburst sees it unable to speak and slowing puts her down shocked by her new body, feeling betrayed by this new information, especially since it was his best friend, he never knew she was pregnant and who she was with. Almost angry he looked away from her, she never told him a thing, not even Cadence explained it to him thinking it was somepony else carrying the baby, he was wrong, and very upset.

Looking down he spoke with tears in his eyes "So it's true.. I was afraid it was you.. I thought it was somepony else carrying it…but I was wrong, and now just by looking at you...you barely even have a chance..", he says feeling helpless, and hurt.

Starlight slowly walked forward "Wait you knew about this? From who? Who told you?"

Slowly he turned his body to the side as he spoke to her trying to not show that was hurting "Princess Cadence told me months in advance about it and asked me to prepare the spell to make sure that everything was ready, the delivery room and other things. I knew about the curse and a pony carrying it but I… I never thought it was going to be you….."

Sunburst had tears in his eyes knowing what was going to happen to her and she looks at him trying to get into his head to talk to him, slowly she placed her on his hoof "Sunburst I'm sorry I know this isn't easy for you to see me like this."

Unable to hold it in he looked at her yelling in tears "Well of course it's isn't! You're my only friend Starlight! And I", he stops, then gets close to her with a straight face almost frightening her "Who did this to you?... Tell me who?!"

She moved her head to the side closing her eyes "It was Toren, he was the one cursed in the first place but I chose to carry it for him instead"

"You're doing this for an Alicorn?! The prince?! Why?!"

Angry she looked at him pointing in tears "Because I love him okay! I love him! I thought it was the right thing to do!"

"The right thing!?", he walks around her pointing at the results "None of this is right! That thing isn't right it's killing you! Look at you?! You can barely stand! You can’t eat! You've hardly slept! You're basically killing yourself and all for him who doesn't even know you! I know you Starlight and now I'll never see you again.. and it's all his fault. And now…now you'll die"

"Sunburst.. please..."

Sunburst turns away and looks at Starlight one last time "I'm sorry Starlight.. but I can't watch you die knowing that I'll never be able to see you again..", he runs away in tears knowing the consequences of her decision.

Starlight reaches out yelling "Sunburst! Sunburst! Don't go!!! SUNBURST! STOP!", her voice echoes in his head as he continues to run as she falls to the ground crying from her body and now from a broken heart, and now her very soul.

Without realizing Sombra's shadow grabs her leg, then wrapped around her body that covered her mouth that made her unable to scream as she gets sucked down a black hole disappearing.

Worried Toren telports in hallways looking around "Star where did you go?", he looked out the window

"Toren!"

"Shining! Any sign of her?"

Tired the older stallion pants standing by him "No nopony, or my guards have seen her"

"Where could she have gone?", worries "You don't think he took her or she is alone giving birth from walking! I should never-"

"Dude relax! Listen to me she's smart I'm sure if something happened a crystal pony would have helped her"

"You're right, I just have a bad feeling"

Understanding he smiles "I know the journey to fatherhood is very scary'

"Shut up Shining!", he nudged him

"Hey easy I'm playing, come on let's go ask around the homes and see if your baby is in one"

"Oh good grief"

Together the two walked and went outside and saw Sunburst standing out "Sunburst have you seen Starlight?"

"What you lost her?! How could you let this happen!? If it was me she'd be safe!"

Annoyed Toren growled "Toren don't, Sunburst I know you are worried but you've seen her at all we need to know"

"Yeah I did by the library entrance"

"Thanks, come on dude"

"I'll come to I may know a spell to locate her"

"Good idea, let's go guys"

Quickly Toren teleports them all in the hallway, he sniffs around "She was here, but her scent stops right here"

Curious Sunburst looks around, her glowing "I can feel magic here, but it's not hers"

Toren connected his magic to his "It's Sombra she's in danger come on!"

Without hesitation the three run out then were greeted with black clouds that swirled around the sky making the ponies panic, Toren looked up and saw two eyes glowing red as blood.

"What's happening? The clouds shouldn't be this way?", Sunburst adds

"It's Sombra, he knew we'd be here you cover for me I'll hold him off!"

"Toren are you crazy you'll be killed!"

"Maybe I am, but I have to it's my fault"

"Toren wait! Here this will protect you", with magic he gave him silver armor "Cadence gave me a scroll to make it, no harm will happen if you wear it"

"I don't know what to say, thank you"

"Go get out of here, find her!"

"We got your back dude!", Shining armor used magic to summon his armor with a sword as Toren ran off

Struggling Starlight tried to break the chains with magic "Come on! Ah!", she clutched her belly grunting, leaning forward then went to the ground hurting "Oh no no not now baby no please"

Struggling she screamed curled up into a ball in tears as Toren ran down an underground cave searching then stopped in adead end "Oh great!"

Quietly he looked around then heard a small noise coming from the on the left and leaned against it and could hear somepony breathing hard then grunted, almost curious he used magic to try to see but could only capture a blurry mare on the ground breathing.

"Hello!"

Weakly Starlight moved her head "Toren", relieved she smiled "Toren!"

"Star! It is you! Where are you!?"

"By a wall I think!"

"Okay stay there, I'm going to blast it!"

Worried she obeyed "Okay"

Quickly he backed up then used magic to form a circle then ran and blasted it and tumbled into the cave laughing "Well that's one way to enter"

"Yeah no kidding", she answered panting trying to not sound in pain

Smiling he teleports hugging her "I'm so glad you both are safe", kisses her

"Me to"

"Okay let's get you out of here", with magic he unlocks the chains "Okay got it let's go"

Gently he nosed her up "Aw Toren stop!"

"What's wrong?"

"Oh it's the baby!", she grunts almost falling but he helped her lay down

"Oh no oh Star", he nuzzled her "Ssh I'll help you don't fight it..it'll be okay"

Worried she looked at him "I'm scared"

"Don't be I'm here now, just breathe and sleep and we'll do this together", he takes off his helmet and wrapped his wing over her "Everything will be fine"

"What if..what if I die?"

"You won't, I'll give up my wings to save you if must", he laid his next to hers "So I'd live with you until my dying breath"

"...I love you"

"And I you", he kissed her cheek then held her hoof as she tried to sleep

In the outside world Sombra battled Celestia and Discord who blast him power flying in the sky together "Missed me cloudface!"

"Shut up!"

"Discord just blast him!"

Smiling he teleports by her and held the mare like a hero and blasted the shadow away that turned into a shadow pony on ground fighting a pegasus guard.

"Well that's one way to do it", she replied blushing

In tears Starlight was laying on the ground including her head staring at her newborn filly "Oh Toren she's so tiny, and perfect", the baby snuggled close to her arm sleeping

"Yes she is, and beautiful just like you", he sniffed "I knew you could do it"

"You were right, you never gave up on me even...when I did"

"Well now you can say it"

Confused she looked at him "Say what?"

"That I was right", he answered charmingly

Starlight rolled her eyes "Aren't you romantic"

Without warning the baby began to cry loudly squirming upset "Hey Chaos you're okay, daddy's here ssh", he nuzzled the baby gently with his muzzle before letting her suck one of his claws that rested partly over her tiny paw "What do you know I'm a natural"

"Show off"

"You know you love me"

"Always", tiredly she snuggled her face by the baby "But I love you the most honey', she whispered softly kissing her tiny cheek "We should go soon, before he comes back and finds her"

"Okay", he teleports her on his back and lifted his body up befor picking up the baby with his mouth and placed her by Starlight's shoulder "Alright let's go"

"Okay"

Slowly he walked out then peaked out the hole before steppinng out then heard Sombra's shadow moving in the wall getting close to them, making the hybrid growl.

"Toren teleport to the castle now"

"Alright", he teleports to the castle empty room that had Cadence and Flurry inside beside Twilight

"Toren! Starlight you're okay!", Pinkie jumped by them hugging "Yay!"

Startled the baby cried "Pinkie not so loud you frightened her", Toren replied

"Sorry, aw she's so cute hi I'm your Auntie Pinkiepie", she says smiling

"Toren place Starlight here", Cadence says softly

Obeying he walked over and gently moved the mare by the ground bed and nuzzled her "Toren please don't go out there you'll be killed!", begging she touched his cheek "Please Toren"

"It's the only way to save our daughter", he nuzzled her forehead "Keep her close, I'll be back"

Cadence stood by him "We'll protect her, you have my word that they'll be safe in my protection"

"Thank you"

Quickly he teleports back in the cave waiting, Sombra enters through the wall and sees it was only Toren and gets very furious "Where are they!?"

"Gone! It's over! It's time you and I end this for good! You will not hurt my family! Not as long as I'm breathing!"

Growling the Alicorn attacks hitting Sombra across the face, quickly he shoved Toren to the wall with his magic and holds him up by his neck "You fool! I should of took your magic the day when I faced you at war long ago. I would have made this world free from love that is made by lies and betrayal! Just like your pathetic family who took everything from me! And now I'm going to take away the one thing they hold dear by destroying you!"

Trying to breathe he spoke "Don't you see? You can't win not even darkness can cover the world because even the smallest amount of hope and love can create a light strong enough to overcome all darkness! Because no one deserves be alone...And you shouldn't be either. Please. End this madness. Stop this Sombra. Let me help you.", he says extending his hoof out to him wanting to give the stallion peace.

"No! I. Will. Not. Bow to you. Or anyone!", he flies up becoming a shadow with only eyes in the dark mist and then starts to use more of his magic to create more clouds making the world darker than before.

Toren looked down "I'm sorry Sombra but you leave me no choice..", quickly he flies up out of the hole and teleports flying in the air to face Sombra to end him once and for all by shooting magic at one another as the rest watched in horror helplessly afraid.

"Hold on Toren!", Celestia yells as she flew in full speed

Quickly both Celestia and Discord flew desperate to save their son until Sombra blasted the Alicorn straight to the ground coughing, the draconequs yells "Toren!"

Concerned the couple flew down to their son who struggled to open his eyes that could only see two blurs coming toward him so he tried to use magic at them thinking it was Sombra trying to attack him again. Exhausted the stallion closed his eyes unable to fight any longer by the darkness of the Larocks still partly remained inside of him that was starting to slowly overwhelm him again by his emotions.

Rapidly the draconequus grabbed his sons face gently smacking the stallions cheek trying to get him to wake up while snapping his tail to his ears to gain his attention "Toren wake up now is not the time for a nap son, how many claws am I holding up if you can count"

Smiling the hybrid chuckles with his eyes closed that the old draconequs sighs revealed "Oh great he's laughing", realizing that his son was okay he looked at him grabbing his shoulders "Wait you're laughing? Toren you're alive!? Are you trying to give me a heart attack!!??"

"Discord don't yell at him", she says as the mare brought his head to her chest.

Toren weakly he smiled looking up "It's okay mother he's just worried as always because he just loves me very much"

Unsure how to respond Discord shakes his head "Toren you're the most difficult stallion I've ever met"

"And I'm also you're favorite son and now soon to be grandpa", he says pointing at his father smirking.

Celestia chuckles softly "He's your son alright"

"Yeah and I'm proud of him"

Touched the stallion looked at him smiling "Awwww thanks dad"

"Sure thing kiddo and wow you look awful, like you got ran over by a manticore and timberwolf awful"

"Oh gee thanks…"

"Anytime, now let's finish this unless you want to have Starlight to be a single mother.", he says helping him sit up.

Toren looks at them then smirks getting up "Let's do it old man"

Discord rubs his the stallions head "That's my boy!", he then growls smiling up at the clouds "Now let's show King Shadow-loser that he's messed with the wrong family!"

Together they rose up flying up to the sky using magic striking at Sombra with Celestia behind him and they use their powers to fight, the draconequs points "Hey King CloudFace why so down do you miss your mommy?"

"Shut up you idiot!", angry he strikes missing Discord.

Discord looks back then forward "Wait?, You call that a shot!? Boo!", he says poofing into a fan throwing tomatos at him

With magic he makes the tomatos come back to him laughing "You fool you really think that your magic will stop me?"

Celestia flies next to Discord who wiped the tomatos off as she yells glaring "No but mine can, this is for hurting my son, and for almost killing my grandchild!", with magic she hits him in the face

Discord smiles blushing "Nice shot honey!"

"Why thank you!", she says smirking in victory almost about to kiss him, until Sombra blasts magic between them.

Sombra yells growling "ENOUGH! This ends now!"

"You're right it does!", quickly Toren went in-front of his parents glaring while creating a golden ball in his claw-hoof and throws it at Sombra that begins to make small holes that shined in areas of his shadow body "It's over Sombra and no longer will you harm anypony else with your darkness! I Toren son of Celestia and Discord, the prince of peace and future King of Equestria banish you to live a life with no magic and no memory as a mortal pony until your final breath!"

"Noo! Nooooooo!", together they incinerated him into nothing but clouds that faded away, and the Crystal heart stops glowing fading to its normal self one again, everyone is cheering as Discord and Celestia hug their son as they flew down landing on the ground proud of him.

Applejack runs to Toren "Ya did it Toren I knew ya could!", she says gently hitting his arm.

"Toren your eyes they're blue!! Look!!", Rarity uses her magic to make a mirror to show him his new appearance.

"But how? What does it mean? Why did they change?"

Celestia smiles wrapping her wing around his back "Maybe it's because you've changed."

"And we couldn't be more proud."

"Thanks dad thank you both for everything. I couldn't ask for better parents than you. You guys mean more to me then Equestria."

Discord sniffs "Okay that did it! That got me! Come here you!"

"Oh no dad dont-", Discord hugs his son tightly as Celestia blushes trying not to laugh at her very emotional husband

'I'm so proud of you! And soon you're going to be a daddy!', he begins to kiss his face teasing him as he holds Toren in a tight fatherly hug suffocating him.

"Dad stop it you're hurting me and I can't breathe-Ugh"

In the corner of his eye Discord looks at his marefriend smirking getting an idea "Oh Tia I can't forget about you, come here and join us!"

"Oh no I don't think-", both males use their magic to poof her right in the middle and she gets squished turning blue groaning softly annoyed "You're both lucky I'm nice! Otherwise you'd both be turned to stone!"

Toren and Discord look at each other then at her smiling "Stone? Yeah right!" , together the two males start laughing at poor Celestia who was red and overwhelmed by their strength.

After the hug was finished Toren looks at them puzzled on how they managed to get here so quickly "Wait a minute, wait a minute hold on wait. How did you two even know we were in danger and that Sombra would be here?"

"Let's just say we have our ways son, it involves two things! Magic and Fun."

Celestia rolled her eyes "Oh Discord"

"You know you love me?"

"Do I know that yes, yes I do", with magic she pulls his necklace kissing him with a small blush.

Toren rolls his eyes with a smile by his parents in love as Pinkie runs outside in full speed really excited "Toren!!!! TOORREEEEN!!!"

Concerned the stallion looked back "Pinkie what's going on?"

"The baby is here! It's here! Come on!! Hurry!!", quickly she darts away.

"Well looks somepony has a visitor", Applejack winks at Toren who had a worried look on his face and was unmovable as Rarity and Applejack go to see the baby trying to catch up to the optimistic excited pink mare.

"Well what are we waiting for let's go see that baby!!!", the unicorn runs inside.

Wanting to see it as well the orange farm mare runs after her "Wait for me I wanna see to!!"

"Not if I get there first!!"

Pinkie yells from the balcony "Come on!!! Hurry!"

Smirking the captain pulls the blue pegasus's tail "Race you to the door?"

"You're on!", without warning she and the other mare fly to the balcony rapdily.

In silence Toren he was just standing there like a scared little filly as Discord and Celestia smile looking at each other then at their nervous son, softly she wraps her wing around him ,showing her son comfort and motherly support "Are you alright?"

He doesn't look at her speaking calmly "Of course I am it's just..well", he sighs then looked at her "I feel bad for Sombra he could of had a chance to live a normal life again but instead he gave it all up by letting his anger towards the world ruin himself to complete destruction."

Understanding his concern she nods "I know honey. But it was his choice, not even you could change his mind. You did the right thing."

"Your mother is right. Not all hearts can be changed kiddo.", smiling he rubbed his son's mane to mess it up even more "Now go on they'll all waiting for you."

Gently Celestia nuzzles her son to encourage him to go, following his cue Toren steps forward and takes a deep breath while walking forward into the castle as Discord and Celestia stay behind proudly observing their son, she smiles softly "You did well Discord"

"And you did to. He's a great kid. You're a good mother Tia."

"You really believe that?", she says looking t him unsure.

He glanced over to her then lifts her chin and looks at her with sincerity and kisses her "Oh I don't believe, I know."

Quietly they kissed again blushing until they stopped smiling as she leaned her head against his chest as they watched him go inside disappearing, slowly Toren walks down the hall of the Crystal empire and was heading towards the door only to hear his friends talking and making noises, curious he listens before entering.

Starlight looks up with her eyes as she held the baby in her arms with a blanket covering half of the mare's body, laying halfway on the bed "Rarity is this really necessary?"

Almost insulted the white unicorn continues to fix her mane "Yes it most certainly is! Besides I'm almost done and I just want to experiment so I can gain an idea for your big, royal wedding day"

"Rarity he hasn't even asked her yet and you're already planning it?", asks Applejack curious and slightly nervous.

Smiling the mare makes a noise out of her nose nodding "Oh ppft of course! Although I'm surprised he hasn't asked her yet after what she did for him! Especially when she could have well you know..well almost left us..", she says almost crying.

"I get it Rarity I understand and thank you for caring, all of you. I'm grateful that I have you as my friends, and I'm sorry I caused you all to worry about me and the baby by having to watch without being able to help."

Twilight smiles as she walked to the bed on the other side touching her student's shoulder "Starlight there is no need to feel sorry, for what you've done is something that we will all remember, for you showed us what friendship can bring, and what it can do to those around you. Not only did you save Equestria, you saved Toren from darkness with kindness that grew into a friendship by sacrificing yourself to not only save him, but his family and now your daughter. And I am proud of you Starlight, and you're going to a good mother."

In tears Starlight looks at her daughter then at her teacher smiling "Thanks Twilight", crying the two mares hugged.

Rarity sniffs in tears as makeup ran down partly across her face "Oh will all of you stop it you're making me cry and I'm trying to finish my masterpiece!", she says wiping her eyes clean with one hoof.

Applejack sighs "Oh Rarity", together they all laughed smiling as she finished her mane "There all done what do you think?"

Excited the white unicorn placed the mirror in front of Starlight's face who with surprise admired her work, with a small smile blushing lightly realizing that she looked beautiful. Softly she touched it glancing at the detail how each strand was placed into a loose bun that was connected with her bangs that laid halfway across the left side forehead with small portions of hair that hung against the mares neck gracefully.

Starlight smiles "Wow I look so different and I actually really like it. And you know what I might use from now on once I figure out how.."

"Of course and it shall be called “The Dazzling Glimmer”"

Toren smiles as he leans his shoulder near the door to be funny "I second that!"

Pinkie yells "Toren you're here!", looks at her watch "It's about time you showed up it's been over five minutes! What took you so long?!"

Starlight smiles softly whispering "Sssh!! Pinkie you need to speak quietly. You'll wake up the baby who is trying to sleep."

Pinkie covers mouth whispering "Oh sorry my bad...sorry sorry"

"Come on y'all let's give them some privacy.", says the orange farm mare softly as she walked forward

Twilight nods agreeing "Aj is right. Come on everypony let's go."

"Come on Pinkie"

"Aw but dashie!"

Fluttershy smiles "Don't worry Pinkie we will see the baby again."

"Wait. Before you all go I’d like to thank each and every one of you for your help, and for becoming not just friends but becoming my second family, I'm honored and grateful. Thank you all so much... for everything. If it weren't for your help, support and willing kindness Starlight or my daughter wouldn't be here today…", Toren tears up grateful as he continued
"There is no way to express how much you all mean to me, and how truly blessed I am to have you all. I can honestly say without a doubt that I'm deeply touched to have friends like you in my life, Starlights, and now hers."

Cadence smiles "You're welcome Toren."

Rarity comments "It was our pleasure"

Fluttershy smiles "What are friends for"

"Ya would do the same for any of us", replies the farm mare softly putting down her hat then back on her head.

Twilight walked forward smiling as she stood next to her friends to face the stallion "And as the Princess of Friendship even the most hardest times can be lifted by friendship, and love. We are all grateful to be your friend."

Unable to hold back his tears he sniffs looking at her "Thank you"

"No thank you Toren, for giving us something that we'll all treasure", she hugged him then looked back smiling softly "Come on girls let's give them a moment alone."

As they began to leave Toren stops the purple mare with his arm whispering "Where's Sunset?"

"Wait she's here?"

"You didn't see her?"

She shakes her head "No but I'll keep a lookout though but in the meantime you have a certain somepony to get to know"

With a small smile she leaves, Toren stands still as the door closes behind him, slowly the stallion walks, using his eyes as a guide to Starlight who was laying on the side looking down at the baby as it grabs her hoof sucking on it. Softly Toren sees the baby with a small smile tearing up knowing that they were okay, he sits down on the floor gently stroking Starlight's mane blushing lightly as they looked at one another quietly with sincerity, gratitude, and love he held in his heart for her.

Softly he spoke "Hi"

"Hi", she responds back gently smiling at him tired.

Filled with mixed emotions Toren wipes his eyes and chokes up clearing his throat trying to hold back the powerful emotions as he sees her holding the small baby in her arms covered by a blanket "I'm so proud of you", he sniffs as tears fell down his face looking down "There are no words left to describe how I'm feeling, it's like my whole body wants to explode."

Softly she placed her hoof on his claw-hoof that was next to the baby "I know what you're trying to say. You don't need to say anything.. your company is all I need your highness."

Toren chuckles in tears looking at her "You know I'm kinda glad because when it comes to my feelings words disappear. Especially now knowing that it's all finally over, all that worry and sleepless nights imagining the worse is no longer there anymore."

"I know Toren..I know"

Gently he looked down as tears feel down his eyes relieved as he places his claw-hoof near the his daughter's tiny claw-hooves, and slowly she opens its eyes and looks at him, he smiles crying as his newborn filly "Hi sweetheart, it's good to see you again. And I am so so happy you're here, and that you're okay, and I'm so glad that you are finally here with us…"

The baby had a light purple colored coat like her mother's with the same tail like her father but it was the same color as her fur with a little purple fur tail with a blue and black stripes, her mane was on the side with a little bit on the outer side like Starlight's that was mostly dark purple but has hints of blue, red and black highlights into it. Gently he moved the blanket to see her full appearance, surprised he saw that her front legs had two claw-hooves in the front, but one front leg was completely white to her shoulder, she had hooves as her back legs, her eyes were a dark red like Toren’s old eyes before his coronation day, that changed and now turned dark blue after the battle against Sombra moments ago to save the world.

Exhausted she smiles as she spoke softly "And we are so lucky to have you."

Starlight smiles at him as he kisses her softly on the forehead, in tears he looks at his daughter proudly with gratitude "She's perfect Star in every way and she's so beautiful, just like you."

"And you to, look she even has your eyes and little claws, even your tail see? If anything she looks more like you Toren."

"She does doesn't she. Huh, who would of guessed."

"Well she was yours first"

Toren blushes while nodding as he began to remember those moments he had with her "Y-yes how can I forget you laughed every time I tried to talk to her when I was alone. Or at least when I thought I was until I caught you spying on me"

Starlight smiles giggling "Hey I only laughed because it was cute when you did it. It showed me that you cared about her and wanted to get to know her. Remember the gala when I found out?"

"Yes you played that terrible game called 20 answers until you got close enough to move my wing", he says narrowing his eyes smirking toward her.

Softly she smacked her lips flirting "Well I was curious why you used your wings to hide yourself and I wanted to see if I was right after reading some old dusty books about old spells to prove my theory was correct. Smiling she giggles rubbing her nose against his "Well that and also it was like I was connected to her even before the spell was cast when we switched places. It was fate.", realizing his eyes up close she gasps pointing "Toren your eyes?! What happened why are they blue?"

"Oh right that", he chuckles "Let's just say they changed because I've changed."

Toren leans his head forward "By doing what was right."

"But that doesn't make any", Toren stops her with a kiss smiling

Slowly her broke off the kiss as he held her cheek "And what's fun without making any sense? Have you've seen my family?"

Toren kisses her again before looking deep into her eyes smiling "I love you to...", softly he looked down "Both of you", he smiles as his daughter began to suck one of his claws making noises from her nose still learning how to breathe.

Showing gratitude they gave each other a passionate kiss as the baby slept in the mare's arms, before they both looked down at the baby with proudly, powered tears of joy as they laid their heads close together enjoying the moment as they got to know their little bundle of chaos. Without knowing Celestia and Discord watched in silence by the door proud of their son who was now a father, and they couldn't be more proud knowing that he was happy, loved, and finally had peace.
