When the Zombie Apocalypse begins Spike and Trixie end up teleported outside of Equestria and must now make their way to the Crystal Empire. Starlight and Twilight go on a series of adventures saving survivors and searching for Spike and Trixie

When Trixie and Spike escaped the horde of undead they have to find a way to fend for themselves and they had to find a way fast, follow their adventure and see if they make it to last safe place in Equestria, The Crystal Empire.
Meanwhile Starlight and Twilight go on a series of adventures around Equestria, Bringing Survivors to the Crystal Empire and Searching for Spike and Trixie.
