After a long battle with the soul of cinder the ashen one Devar Rendoth calls on the Fire keeper to end the age of fire, with the fire keeper he traveled back to the Firelink Shrine and with Andre's help he repairs several carts from the undead settlement. With his allies Blacksmith Andre, Greirat of the Undead Settlement, Siegward of Catarina, Cornyx of the Great Swamp, Orbeck of Vinheim, Karla, and the Fire Keeper they leave the world they knew.

With his friends he travels through the darkness together, with hopes of a brighter future they travel away into the darkness bonding and eventually finding a world of light were there dark curse may end and they can live on in peace.
