Chapters Sanguine: The Origins Saga
It was the year 2133 in Equestrian time. Twilight and Cadence, as well as the other rulers of Equestria, have kept peace for many years. Despite the years and deaths of the family members of the Elements of Harmony, the group has managed to stay together and even had children. Yes, the world of Terra sounded truly at peace for the first time in 1000 years. However, That doesn't mean everything is completely peaceful Meanwhile, a mysterious race simply called the Equigenera. This race of alien ponies thrived on technology and colonial expansion since its people had been able to reach the stars. This drive for expansion caused the Equigenera to come across the land of Terra. Yet, they knew that the alicorns would be able to shred their forces and they needed something that could combat them. This job was left to a research station which was secretly gathering samples for their project. Project NEIGHOS was deemed the name of this project. This project was still slowly starting. For the group couldn't start without certain parts. So the project was left waiting for key ingredients and could not progress. Until, now… For today was the day that everyone at the facility had been yearning for since their lab started...Neighos was a go...
Professor Deoxy was sitting in his office when the intercom rang. He pressed a button and spoke. “What is it?” He asked. The voice crackled back through the intercom.
“Sir…they have arrived.” Replied the speaker. Deoxy paused for a minute. Then pushed the button.
“Please repeat last message.” Deoxy asked with piqued curiosity.
“The items have finally arrived sir.” The voice replied.
Deoxy stood from his chair. “If you are lying…you know what will happen.” He said before rushing his way to the main hangar. Deoxy stepped out of his office and into the bright corridor. He trotted to the ship bay and there landed a space ship. Two Equigenera stepped out with a large metal container.
“Deoxy sir!” The two said and saluted in unison.
“You got what I requested?” Deoxy spoke staring intently at the container. The two ponies opened the case. Inside were four containers of blood.
“Yes. At last! The samples of Equestria are here! Did you manage the last one?” He said impressed and excited. The ponies lifted a canister out of the middle. Inside was blood as well as hair and skin cells
“At last…finally. The project is under way!” He said in triumph. Deoxy grabbed the case with magic and took them inside. He came to a room with computer, vital analyzers, and a large chamber in the center connected by several wires. Deoxy stepped onto a ladder to get above the chamber. “First, the power of the earth.” Deoxy said and emptied a blood canister into the liquid. “Next the power of the skies.” He said and another canister was emptied. “Then, the blood of the magically gifted.” Another container was emptied as the blood poured inside.
“Now for the final parts!” Deoxy grinned and lifted the final container. The Doctor samples were added. Then, Deoxy slit the end of his hoof and let his blood drip into the chamber. Once this was done, a large metal top with more wires latched onto the chamber and sealed it shut.
Deoxy stepped down to see a small spec in the container. It was absorbing the other fluids inside the container. “Soon, my dear creation will be born! Then the Equigenera will have a soldier to topple Equestria!” He shouted in a victorious manner.
Another scientist stepped in. His coat showed an organelle. “Oh Ribose. Glad you are hear. You are to monitor this along with me and Nucleus. This is the most important job we've ever undertaken. Contact me whenever there are changes in size vitals or anything else significant.” Deoxy firmly stated and Ribose bowed.
“As you order sir.” Ribose said.
“Excellent! Now I must be off. I must take a visit to the observatory satellite room. I must make sure our scouts didn't cause too much of a panic.” Deoxy said walking out the door.
“Yes sir!” Ribose replied.
Deoxy trotted out of the room to the Scouting Room. There were many corridors in the lab. However, Deoxy had made sure to memorize all the paths and junctions in the facility. He came to a set of metal double doors and they opened in front of him. He stepped into a room filled with screens and a large computer console.
“Ah Professor Deoxy! What brings you to my humble department?” Professor Telescope said.
“I wanted to check our cameras on Equestria. To make sure that its occupants haven't become too suspicious.” Deoxy said.
“Alrighty. Here you are.” Telescope said as he fiddled with the controls to his monitors. The monitors showed the places where the samples were gathered. A unicorn, a rainbow Pegasus and an orange earth pony. They seemed to not have memory of what had happened and they were all asleep.
“Excellent work Telescope. The samples were gathered without a hitch. Before I go, any sightings of "Him" anywhere?” Professor Deoxy said.
Telescope shook his head. “The logs don't show anything recent, and they would have alarmed me if he was anywhere near this facility. I assure you.” Telescope said.
“Good, keep me up to date in anything out of the ordinary happens. Now I must be off. I have more important matter to attend to.” Deoxy said giving a bow to Telescope.
“Yes sir!” Telescope said and bowed back.
So Deoxy stepped away without another word. “Soon. My child will be born. Sanguine…will be my son and savior. My weapon to take out those blasted Equestrians. Project NEIGHOS is underway. The clock has started and it won't stop until my work is complete.” Deoxy grinned and started to laugh madly as he returned to his room to wait for the future.

Chapter 2: The Sample Grows
Chapter 2
The Sample Grows
The sample had been growing for many days and nights. At a slow process, the little embryo was forming. The sample was finally at the stage known as the NTB. This meant that under Equigenera law, they couldn't kill the sample or risk death.
"Sir I don't know how…but the sample. It...it has changed." Ribose stated out of breath and wheezing. The vagueness made Deoxy perplexed.
"Elaborate Doctor." Deoxy said. The fact Ribose was out of breath showed just how important this truly was. Ribose took a breath and calmed himself. After straightening his clothes and glasses, he spoke.
"Sir. The sample has increased its growth rate past the expected." Ribose said pulling a clipboard out to look at his notes.
"How fast?" Deoxy asked with slight joy in his voice. His creation was surpassing expectations already.
"According to our calculations…the sample is going to be fully grown 3.5 months." Ribose said handing over the notes to Deoxy. Deoxy scanned the papers, pulled off his glasses and set them down. His eyes were very serious.
"You're telling me Doctor Ribose…that the sample will be done 3.5 months. Faster than the typical eleven month incubation for normal Equines?" Deoxy Asked with a firm voice. A voice that he only used when he expected an absolute answer. Ribose nodded slowly to Deoxy. This made Deoxy beam and nearly leap out of his chair like an eager little colt on Hearths Warming.
"Fantastic! Take me there!" He said opening the door for the two to make their way to the subject. The two walked to a set of large doors and they swiped an access card. The doors parted and Deoxy stepped in to see a large fetus where the embryo was a month ago. Deoxy looked intently at the subject. He surveyed it for any problems and it was in perfect health.
"Amazing…it is already near day 225 in its growth cycle." Deoxy said looking at the instruments monitoring the subject.
"I tested some of the subject to check why this occurred. Apparently the sample from The Doctor is increasing its forming process. Along with the magic and other samples." Ribose said double checking everything.
"Fantastic! Now I can name it." Deoxy stated with joy. Since the specimen started growing, any progress on it made the old stallion more joyful than anything else in existence.
"What shall we call it sir?" Ribose asked looking at the specimen. Deoxy looked intently at the specimen. His creation was both his child and a weapon. A creation from his own blood. Finally, he stepped back.
"Sanguine. Sanguine Blade shall be his name. For his is a creation of blood for combat." Deoxy stated bluntly. Though in his heart, Sanguine was to be much more in time.
"Excellent choice sir." Ribose said when the door opened. In walked another scientist with a symbol of an animal cell on his coat. This was researcher Nucleus, the third most important person in the facility behind Ribose and the professor himself.
"P-Professor Deoxy! What brings you here?" He said shakily. Nucleus was never comfortable when Deoxy made surprise inspections like this. Deoxy looked at nucleus and simply pointed at the container with a hoof. This snapped Nucleus back into a more professional mood. He adjusted a pair of observation goggles on his head before speaking.
"*ahem*Why yes of course. I had forgotten Ribose went to tell you. I was double checking the analysis by Ribose and the lab confirmed his theory." Nucleus said. Deoxy put a hoof to the glass.
"Welcome to life. Sanguine Blade…" He whispered to the tank and its contents He stepped out and back to his office happy that his creation seemed to be delivering all he hoped it would. He filed his work and patched into his television. He split the screen to four cameras and all were looking at Equestria. One the cameras were a rainbow Pegasus, a purple alicorn with a young filly and an orange earth pony with a yellow mare. The voices could be heard through the cameras.
"Apple Bloom! Give me a hand with fixin' the barn!" Applejack called out. Apple Bloom was already a grown mare herself at the time.
"Sure sis!" She responded. She wore carpenter clothes and had let her mane stay long but ditched her bow to look more adult. The two were hammering away at a wall that was damaged. Once it was halfway patched, Apple bloom looked at her sister from the corner of her eyes. "So is the wound healing?" She asked hesitantly.
Apple Jack sighed "Yes it is much better but I still cannot remember how it happened." she said while hammering.
"Well I am glad it's okay." AB replied with hints of relief. Deoxy turned his head to the other screen. With an alicorn and a filly.
"Sweetie be careful!" The alicorn Twilight said watching the filly balancing on books to reach a shelf.
"I am mom!" The filly responded. The filly levitated the books near her onto the shelf. She loved her mother but sometimes Twilight's filly had to pick up for her.
"I am sorry for sounding like a nag darling, but I just want to keep you safe." She said. The filly just giggled
" I know mom. It is okay." She said smiling and jumped from her book stack down to her mother. The filly hugged her mother as Twilight winced in pain slightly. That made the child immediately back away from the hug. "Mommy? Is your wound hurting again?!" She asked nervously.
"Just a little bit. I need some rest can you finish up here?" Twilight asked. The filly just nodded her head quickly.
"Yes mommy!" she replied going back to the shelves. The mare walked away as the filly levitated books to the shelf. Deoxy turned to the next screen with the rainbow Pegasus.
"Man my body still hurts from that sting I got. I cannot believe that I still need to rest until then." Rainbow pouted from her bed. An orange Pegasus flew in with purple mane and tale.
"Rainbow Dash! Are you okay?" Scootaloo asked. Rainbow sighed loudly.
"I am still hurting and I can't fly for another day." Rainbow replied miffed. Scootaloo rolled her eyes and quietly giggled.
"Bummer. Well can I get you anything?" She asked.
"Some ice and a drink." Rainbow replied rolling over.
"Got it! I'll be back soon!" Scootaloo said. Then the pony flew off.
"Phew. Still no one knows about us. Those scouts were good at their assignment. I will let them stick around. Until I find them useless…" Deoxy said. " I best return to my work." he said.He turned off the screen and returned to his calculations and waited for the next report from his colleagues…

Chapter 3: The Arrival of a Son
Chapter 3
The Arrival of a Son
It had been many months since Deoxy last saw his child. He was getting excited, because today was the day the creation would be ready to be released.The speaker crackled to life in Deoxy's office.
"Sir…it is time." came the voice of Ribose. Deoxy rushed from his office to the growth lab. He looked and saw a beautiful male alicorn colt in the chamber. "We are ready to release him sir." He said. Deoxy walked close to the container.
"Open it." Deoxy firmly stated. Ribose pressed a button and the liquid drained from the tank. The colt was lying down inside the container as it opened. Deoxy picked him up. The colt was black with blood red highlights on his hooves and mane. His mark was a sword with blood red gems in its hilt. Deoxy raced pver and picked up the still asleep colt. "I did it…I did it! I am taking him to my chambers." He said.
"Yes sir!" Ribose saluted.
Deoxy walked back into his room at the back of his office. He set the child on his bed and gently shook him to wake him up. The little colt opened his eyes. His eyes resembled that of a changeling but they were blood red.
"Who are you?" The colt asked with slit red pupils looking at the professor.
"I am your father. Happy birthday Sanguine Blade." Deoxy said smiling happily at the colt.
"Daddy!" Sanguine said hugging the old stallion. The little colt looked out into the black void sprinkled with distant stars. "What is that?" He asked
"That is space. Your daddy is a really smart pony who studies space with others." Deoxy said letting the colt walk to the window and look out. The little colt eyes were looking everywhere into the space beyond that window.
"Space is beautiful. Is this home as pretty daddy?" Sanguine asked looking excited at his dad. Deoxy simply smiled.
"Oh yes it is.tomorrow you will be receiving training and will get to see more." Deoxy said. The colt cocked his head in confusion.
"Training?" The colt repeated.
"Of course, you want to be able to help your daddy don't you?" Deoxy said looking at the child. Sanguine eagerly nodded.
"Yes daddy! I want to be able to study space like you!" Sanguine replied.
"Well you must learn to use your power. You need to learn how to use your wings and magic. You have great potential to help us but that requires training." Deoxy said.
"If that's true…than I will train my best daddy. I want to help you!" Sanguine hugged his dad's foreleg. Deoxy rubbed the boy's head with the other foreleg and looked down at him.
"Good boy. Now I must get back to my work. You can learn more about space in those books on the shelf if you want."Deoxy said and pointed to a large bookshelf. Sanguine simply smiled and nodded. "Good now I must go. Stay out of trouble." Deoxy said opening the door.
"Yes father!" Sanguine called from the room.
Then the door shut behind Deoxy. Deoxy spent most of the day working on his files and papers. Writing some, destroying others and other things. The whole time he thought of his child and how the months of his creation had slowly chipped at Deoxy's once pure business mindset. It made him question the weapon part of his son and whether he should even train him for the Equisgenera Army like was planned,After finishing his work, he returned to his room and saw Sanguine on the ground reading a book. Deoxy smiled. "How goes the reading?" he called as he approached his son.
"It is interesting. This book on Equestria seems very fascinating. will we ever see it daddy?" Sanguine asked. This actually stuck a thought in his father. Deoxy knew that if he refused his orders he would be forced to flee and if he wanted to be a family with his son, Equestria was his best chance. "Daddy?" Sanguine asked. Deoxy shook his head out of his thoughts.
" It is far away son but one day, when you and I are ready, we will go there. You are my son and I want you happy." Doexy replied. Deoxy had made up his mind about what he wanted Sanguine to do. At first, he wanted his son to kill the people of Equestria but now he wanted to go and live there with his son. He had a large career but a family was the one thing he never had and here was his chance in the form of this colt.
"Really daddy?" his son asked with eagerness. Deoxy placed a leg on his son's shoulder.
"Yes son. One day, we will. Now let's go to bed." Deoxy said.
"Okay dad." Sanguine yawned out. Deoxy picked up the little colt in his arms and carried him to the large bed where his fell asleep with the colt in his arms. The next morning, Deoxy took Sanguine to a special room in the lab.
"Is this where I train daddy?" Sanguine asked.
"Yes it is." Deoxy said as he reachd for his card to open the door. "Are you ready Sanguine?"
"I'm ready." the colt replied excited. They heard the clip clop of hooves on the ground.
"Then let's begin. Shall we?" the new comer said. Sanguine turned and saw a pony in a tight lab coat. His mark was that of a brain neuron.
"Sanguine, this will be your teacher Neuron." Deoxy said shaking the stallion's hoof. Neuron looked down at the little colt and offered his hoof out.
"Welcome Sanguine Blade." Neuron greeted. The colt was hesitant but Deoxy looked at him with a smile which gave him confidence.
"Thank you Professor Neuron." Sanguine said.
"Let us begin shall we?" Neuron said. However, Deoxy pulled him aside and whispered something in his ear. The stallions shook hooves. Neuron was the only pony Deoxy trusted with his secret and agreed to not teach the boy milirtary tactics. With that, Deoxy started stepping out of the door.
"I will be back for you later son. Study hard okay?" Deoxy said.
"I will father!" Sanguine replied waving to his dad. Then Deoxy left the room.
"Okay let us begin with Equisgenera language. Ready to begin?" Neuron asked.
Sanguine: I am ready Professor!
Sanguine studied extremely hard. He did his best to memorize all the texts he had to read. In a way to impress his father by his knowledge. Around 5:00 in Equisgenera time, Deoxy came for his son. However, Neuron pulled him aside real quick.
"What is it?" Deoxy asked. Neuron looked at Sanguine then back to Deoxy.
"His mental speed must be huge…because Sanguine has learned half of his academia in only a few hours. That process usually takes years of time and energy yet he reads faster than anyone here and has highly superior memory to even me. At this rate, He will have finished college and any other private courses by the end of one revolution (1 year in Equisgenera time)." Neuron said. This left Deoxy perplexed.
"Are you sure?" Deoxy asked. Neuron nodded
"I tested him on all his coursework and he aced every question. All in record times." Neuron said showing the papers. This made the old stallion smile
"Fantastic. Thank you for reporting this to me." Deoxy said and then turned to his son and waved him toward the door. The two set off back to their room. Deoxy closed the door then gave his son a big hug.
"Are you proud of me daddy?" Sanguine asked. His father chuckled.
"Yes oh yes I am so proud of you! You are a better son than I ever thought I would have. You will be working with me soon son. Count on it!" The old stallion said. This made his son hug harder.
"Oh thank you daddy!" Sanguine said.
The two shared that hug for a long time before their stomachs growled.
"Alright let me get us some food." Deoxy said through a chuckle. He pressed a button on the wall and he selected some food from the screen display. Some food came out of the wall dispenser and he gave one to his son.
"Are these nourishment?" Sanguine asked.
"Yes. Just some simple nutrient bars. They will give you all the nourishment you will need." Deoxy replied eating his bar.
Sanguine opened the package over it and took a bite.
"It tastes very sweet and candy like." He replied
"They change flavor depending on your primary taste. For you, it must be for sweets but mine tastes like noodles and chicken." Deoxy stated.
"I see. Thank you for the meal dad." Sanguine said.
The two finished their meal and went to bed.
Meanwhile A group of scientists plotted,
" Are you sure we should do this?" A robed pony asked.
"Trust me. Deoxy is getting to…close to the subject. We can't have a soldier with weakness. Deoxy must be taken care of." Another pony replied.
"So how do we get to him?" A third asked
"Simple, we use his "son" as a lure. Once we get him we can erase the brat's memories of Deoxy or something. That fool will come to rescue his boy. His love for the subject has blinded him of the original goal for that thing. WE need to get him when he is alone then snatch the brat." The second pony said.
(Maniacal laughter)
Author's Note
Let me be clear. It has been several months between the second and third chapter. Between chapter one and two its about three weeks. So Deoxy has had time to actually develop love for his son despite him not being out of the container till now.

Chapter 4: Death of a Childhood
Chapter 4
The fall of Deoxy
It was a beautiful morning in Deoxy's room. Deoxy woke to see his son still dozing. He gently nudged Sanguine.
"(Yawn) Morning daddy." Sanguine said.
"Good morning Sanguine. I best take you to school." Deoxy said.
So the two trotted down the hallway to Professor Neuron's office. The door opened and Neuron was standing in the room waiting.
"Welcome back Sanguine!" Said Neuron.
"Thank you Professor Neuron." Sanguine replied
"Are you ready to begin?" Neuron said.
"Yes sir!" Sanguine saluted.
Deoxy smiled at his son and left for his office. Sanguine was ready to start.
"Let's begin with Equestrian History today." Neuron said opening his book.
"I am more than prepared Professor!" SAnguine said setting to work. Sanguine worked very hard. He remembered what he had already read about Equestria. Later that day, Sanguine was finished but Instead of his father a guard was standing there.
"I don't know…I would rather wait for my father here." Sanguine said. He hid behind Neuron's forelegs.
"I have to check this with your father Sanguine. You two stay here." Neuron said leaving to find Deoxy.
"Okay…if you say so." Sanguine said. So the Neuron left the room and walked down the hall. Halfway down the corridor, Sanguine felt something covering his mouth. The guard was pinning the boy to the ground and covered his mouth and nose with cloth doused in Chloroform. Sanguine fought and struggled. However, he eventually lost consciousness from the cloth. The last thing he saw was the soldier stabbing Neuron. He woke up blind folded in a room. He felt rope tied around his back to the chair and his horn was covered with a cap so he couldn't use magic. Even if he knew it. He hadn't been trained yet.
"Where am I? Professor Neuron what happened?" Sanguine asked. No one replied. He tried again. "Neuron? Are you okay?" He said again with fear in his tone. Then he heard hoof steps coming closer. "Professor? Is that you?" He asked with hope.
A modulated voice replied.
" Welcome Sanguine. Are you comfortable?" The voice asked.
" Who are you?" Sanguine trembled out.
"That is not important. I have a question for you. Do you know where you came from?" The voice asked.
Sanguine thought but couldn't remember how he got here.
"You were a creation. In this very facility." The voice said.
"That's not true. It can't be true!" Sanguine replied defensively.
"Is it really such a stretch? You have been here your entire life that you can remember. What is stopping you from believing?" The voice said closer to his face.
Sanguine said nothing. A microphone was put in front of him.
"That mic in front of you is linked to your dad's office speaker. If you want to call for help you can." The voice said.
Sanguine moved his hoof onto the button.
"Daddy? Daddy are you there?" He squeaked out.
"Son? Where are you?! You weren't at Neuron's office!" Deoxy replied with fear in his voice.
"I am being held against my will." Sanguine replied.
"What? Where? Who is doing this?" His father replied.
The figure grabbed the mic and pressed the button.
"He is in room 251. Come and get him if you think you can." The voice said.
"Who are you?" Deoxy demanded.
"Come to the room and find out for yourself." The voice replied. Then he broke the mic by throwing it on the ground.
"He'll be here and you will be sorry!" Sanguine said with determination.
"Oh I know he will come and I will win." The voice said. Time flew by. Then a loud bang erupted as the door hit the floor. Deoxy had kicked down the door. He saw his son.
"Sanguine! Are you okay?!" Deoxy said but there was no response from his son.
"Your son is fine." Said A voice from the shadows.
"Show yourself!" Deoxy yelled.
"If I must." The voice said. The figure stepped out to reveal Professor Ribose. "Hello Deoxy." Ribose replied.
"Ribose! How dare you steal my son you bastard!" Deoxy yelled with a voice of pure rage.
"He never was your son! He was made to be a weapon and you know it!" Ribose shouted back.
"Daddy? How did I get here? Am I really a test tube creation?" Came the voice of Sanguine from the tied up chair. Deoxy paused.
"Yes son. I created you at first for vengeance, but you changed my mind. I loved you with all my heart." Deoxy said with a smile at the end. The only sound was a slow clap by Ribose.
"So he finally gets to know the truth. Now for the fun." Ribose said.
"What are you babbling abou-" Doexy said as a sharp pain shot through Deoxy's body as a knife shot through his chest. "Agh…who did that?!" Deoxy said from the floor.
"Thank you Telescope." Ribose said.
"T…Telescope?!. I will not let you hurt my son!" Deoxy replied.
Ribose kicked him into the ground. The blade loosening its grip inside Deoxy's lung.
"He…was…never…your son!" Ribose puncutated each word with another kick. Then he hammered the knife deeper into Deoxy's spine with his foot.
"Agh! Sanguine?" Deoxy called with a fain voice.
"Yes father?" Sanguine asked with a quiet voice.
"I…love…you." Deoxy said with his dying breath as the last of his blood pooled on the ground.
"Finally, the bastard is dead!" Ribose said.
"Now what?" Telescope said.
"Eject his corpse into space. I am taking the boy to his "new chambers"" Ribose said. Ribose put the cloth to Sanguine's face as he passed out again. Sanguine woke up again in a cell. His eyes were no longer covered but his legs as well as his horn and wings were kept from moving.
"Dad…I can't believe he's gone." Sanguine said with tears in his eyes. Then Ribose stepped in.
"He is gone and now you will stay here. You will be the stepping stone to the true grand soldier we wanted out of you." Ribose stated coldly. He then stabbed a hole in Sanguine. Blood trickled into a container that Ribose was holding below the wound. He took the container and left Sanguine in his cell as he left to create his true super weapon. Sanguine sat there crying as anger started to build inside him. This was not to be the end of Sanguine…

Chapter 5
Vengeance
It had been many years since the death of Deoxy. Ribose and his colleagues were developing a new subject using Sanguine's blood. They had kept him locked up in his cell since he was a colt. He did what he could to work out as to be ready for his escape. Nucleus entered the dark room.
"Well well, how goes the little failure?" Researcher Nucleus said walking to the cell. Sanguine sat there with his head low and an angry expression on his lips. "Your replacement is developing much more slowly than you. However, unlike you, we will have full manipulation of this one." Nucleus said throwing a bowl of food paste through the bars in a mess.
"You know something?" Sanguine said in a quiet tone/
"What is it?" Nucleus sighed. He hated his trips down here and never liked being detained by the failure.
"Today is very important. It is my birthday." Sanguine said.
"Who cares?" Nucleus asked.
"I have given myself a very nice present. Would you like to see it?" Sanguine said. Nucleus rolled his eyes.
"If it will get you to shut up, then fine." He grumbled. Nucleus looked into the cell. Then wham! A powerful kick hit him straight in the head.Nucleus recovered seeing blood dripping from his head. "You little bastard! What do you think-" Nucleus stopped speaking as he saw Sanguine was standing outside the cage. The door of his cell was kicked out and lying on the ground.
"My present is good isn't it? I am giving myself the vengeance I have wanted for many years." Sanguine said as he ripped off his horn cover and stabbed it into the chest of Nucleus. Nucleus was gasping for air. "You get to be the first one to see my gift. However, I cannot let you spoil it for the others." He whispered into the ear of Nucleus. Sanguine pulled out the metal horn cap and stabbed it into him again and again.
Sanguine left towards the door and turned to the corpse of Nucleus. "Happy birthday to me." Sanguine sang. Then he walked into the hall. Kicking off his leg guards and ripped off the wing caps. Sanguine continued down the hall for a while till he saw two guards. They turned and charged at Sanguine. Sanguine took his old wing caps and charged. He stabbed the two caps into the guards. The two fell to the ground with caps in their chest cavities.
"Happy birthday to me." Sanguine sang once again. As he stomped on the corpses of the guards. Then he continued his way onto through the labs. He finally came across his first target. It was the office of Professor Telescope.
Telescope heard a bang coming from the door. "What is going on?" He shouted to the door. The doors ripped. Letting Sanguine in.
"Missed me Telescope?" Sanguine asked with a sadistic smile. Blood caked his coat from his other victims.
"S…Sanguine?" Telescope asked in fright.
"That's right. Now is the day you pay for your treachery to my father!" Sanguine said walking closer as Telescope backed away.
"I…I am sorry!" Telescope said. Sanguine bucked him into the wall. Blood trailing the wall down to where Telescope was left. Blood dripping from his mouth. " W…why? Why Sanguine?" he trembled out. This made Sanguine chuckle.
"Why he says." He punched Telescope then stared daggers."You helped kill my father! So you get to die!" Then Sanguine kicked Neuron's chest and lungs into paste with one mighty buck. "Now next on my list. Ribose and his bucking lab as well as my "replacement"." Sanguine said to himself smirking.
Sanguine continued wandering through the lab leaving a trail of dead along the way. After an hour of bloody destruction, he finally came across the lab where he was born. He banged down the door. Ribose recoiled in shock.
"You? How are you still alive?!" Ribose spoke in fearful anger.
"I am here to avenge my father! Professor Deoxy you backstabbing trash." Sanguine said.
"You…you pathetic failure! You should have died years ago. Now I can erase you! You pathetic mistake of a lab rat!" Ribose said reaching for a gun. Sanguine turned to the holding chamber. He walked closer to it. Inside was the small form of a creature being made. "Don't come near that!" Ribose yelled. Only for Sanguine to put a hoof to the container.
"This must be my replacement I have heard so much about. Well now I can take out the both of you in the same location." He said. Just then, Ribose stepped in front of the chamber and pushed Sanguine back, trying to shield his creation.
"No! I won't let you kill my child!" Ribose yelled.
"You have no choice Ribose. You killed my father so i shall eradicate your little creation...it's only fair justice." Sanguine used his font hoof to punch Ribose. He went through the glass chamber and landed on the other side of the room. Ribose was stabbed with glass and covered in other scratches. The replacement was on the ground behind him but Sanguine could not see this.
"This will be the best day for me. My father and I win!" Sanguine said then broke Ribose's lower hooves. Ribose shrieked in agony. "I am going to make sure you stay alive for as long as I want to you to suffer." The crazed pony said.Sanguine then broke his front hooves. Followed by another shriek from Ribose.
"Now you can die. You worm!" Sanguine yelled through psychotic laughter. He broke the ribs of Ribose then finally kicked in his skull. Ribose was a shell of broken bones as his blood pooled around his corpse. "Looks like broke all the toys in this place. Now where to go now?" He said scratching his chin.
Sanguine left the room after shattering everything. Fires were now erupting across the facility from his bloody rage. He found the pod room and ejected into space. The remains of the facility exploded into scrap metal.Sanguine plotted a course then collapsed from sheer exhaustion, hunger and thirst. However, a small spec flew through space. Little did Sanguine know, this spec would come back to haunt him… but that's another story

Epilogue
In the depths of space,the pod carrying Sanguine was rocketing through the stars. He flicked switches and buttons to make sure he was on course. "Come on. Hold together." He said. As he continued, he felt sleep clawing at him. "No! I can sleep later. Damn adrenaline loss." He said fighting sleep and pain. He saw a light and a voice came on.
"Landing incoming. Brace for impact." said a robotic voice. Sanguine fought to control the flight path. The fins tore off and the pod became a unguided missile with a pony in it. He closed his eyes and prayed for safety, as he fell felt a powerful thud. His head smashed into the window and was temporarily knocked out.
Meanwhile on Equestria...
It was a beautiful day on Equestria. The Doctor was walking along with Ditzy. They were on a break from a very recent adventure involving cyperponies, butter and an explosion ending in the death of those cyberponies. The two were having a good time when Ditzy came to a halt "Doctor?" She asked.
"What is it?" The Doctor replied. Ditzy pointed to a bluish glow in the sky. The Doctor took out some glasses and squinted to the sky. "That must be a shooting star. What about it" He said.
"It's coming this way!" Ditzy said as she shoved him and herself to the floor.The burning ball flew over them and left a large explosive crater not too far away. The two got to their hooves seeing fire come from the crater.
"We best check that out." The doctor said walking towards the crater.
"R…right." Ditzy stuttered. The two trotted to a large crater and a pod inside it. The Doctor trotted down to the pod. He scanned it all over.
"Ditzy! Come down here it is safe!" He called from by the pod. Ditzy flew down into the crater. She walked up to the pod and it opened. Sparks and steam hissed out.
"Eek!" She squealed hiding away A pony stepped out and looked at the duo. His eyes were manic from tiredness but, he struggled to fight for eyesight and the ability to stand. His mind was fogged with drowsiness but he couldn't risk falling asleep in front of alien lifeforms he didn't even know the names or could see their faces.
"Is this Equestria? Did I escape those...bastards?" The pony said moving shakily away from the pod. After fighting it for a minute, he then fell to the ground. The Doctor went over and listened for a heart beat then sighed relieved. Ditzy held her hooves together in worry but the doctor flashed a weary smile.
"It's okay. He is just exhausted after all he fell from the sky and survived. I am going to check his thoughts." He said holding a hoof to the alien pony's head. The doctor put his hoof to Sanguine's and saw all the things Sanguine had. The death, the destruction and all the suffering Sanguine had gone through flashed through the Doctor's mind.
"This stallion… he has suffered o much in so little time. I am taking him with us." The Doctor said. The two carried Sanguine to the TARDIS. The Doctor fiddled with controls and the TARDIS took off. Ditzy stared at the unconscious alicorn stallion on the ground. Cuts,bruises and even a few bleeding holes were scattered over his entire body.They landed and the Doctor opened the door of his ship. He motioned for Ditzy to help him with the stallion. Doctor and Ditzy carried him outside and set him down.
"Doctor why did we bring him here?" She asked. She had never seen this place before and was confused. Oh so very confused indeed.
"This is 1,133 years before we found him Ditzy. This is the best place I think he can receive the help he needs and he won't encounter his own timeline. However, he deserves time before he sees what happened to him." The Doctor said and put his hoof on Sanguine's head and within a few seconds, all the memories of the facility, Deoxy and all his pain were locked away in his mind. "He will be able to unlock those memories. Though it will be slowly and give him time before he remembers all of that pain." he said.
"I still feel bad about leaving him here. It feels sad to leave a sad person all alone." Ditzy said. The stars shone down on the body and Ditzy left a feather on the body.
"Trust me Ditzy. I just feel like he will be important to this timeline. Anyway, we must be off." The Doctor replied. Ditzy gave the stallion a hug, and he smiled in his sleep. She shed a single tear and smiled too to the poor alien stallion.The two stepped back into the TARDIS and the device whirred to life. Disappearing into nothing with the sound of whirring as the TARDIS took off once again into the night..
"Doctor? Will we ever see him again?" Ditzy asked. The Doctor was silent for a moment. It wasn't often he became suddenly silent. AS he turned to face her he smiled and gave the mare a hug. The things he saw gave him slight emotional pain and he needed an anchor right now.
" I believe we will Ditzy. One day we will see him again." The Doctor said. Ditzy merely hugged him as the TARDIS flew along in space. They would meet him again. However, that is not now. In fact, it would take quite awhile but it is fate that will join the three together. In Equestria, even the foreign are bonded into fate like cogs in a wheel of a great machine. Fate is always tricky in special and intriguing ways for all on the planet Equus from birth till the day they died. Thatfate started with a Pegasus stallion who was wondering through those very woods the next morning and Sanguine's new life would begin.
