During the week Meadow and Sweet Song began to hang out with each other more and more. Of course Sweet Song still wore her cloak when outside and was terrified of everypony. But Meadow knew this was just her personality and, maybe, after a while she'd outgrow it. After all Timidthy did so why couldn't Sweet Song. And today was no different as the two we're sitting in an ice cream shop. Meadow had vanilla with chocolate oats while Sweet Song had sugar cookie.

"Ya know I could let you meet my friends they're really nice." Meadow said,

"I don't know. How many do you have?" Sweet Song asked. Meadow was about to tell her how many but decided not to.

"Nevermind. How about I let you meet my coltfriend Blood Bones?" She asked, Sweet Song looked as if she had told her Equestria was ending.

"Your dating the Prince of Execution and Darkness!" She exclaimed, Meadow blushed. She and Blood Bones we're aware that some ponies we're scared of him. Not only for the hostile take over of Timidthy and Ponyville. But also because of his cutiemark some ponies thought he could become a murderer.

"Yes but he's the brother of the Prince of Therapy." Meadow said hoping that her fear would die down after hearing that, fortunately she did.

"Yeah I often feel bad for him I heard that at his party in Ponyville when he was only born just a few day's ago. A mad mare tried to make him give his own life for Celestia's." Sweet Song said and Meadow raised an eyebrow she had heard Timidthy mention it before.

"Really?" She asked, and her friend nodded. Sweet Song took a bite of her ice cream while nodding but her blood ran as cold as her confection. As she saw a horrifyingly familiar black mare walk in. Meadow saw this and turned around and her eye's narrowed in hatred. As the mare was walking up to them with her own look of annoyance.

"I thought they kept animals like you two in the zoo." The black mare said and Sweet Song blushed and began to shake. Meadow sneered,

"And I thought they kept villains like you in tarturous." She replied. The mare looked over to Sweet Song,

"Are you really going to let a filly defend you? Your pathetic." She said. Meadow growled,

"At least I have the courage to unlike you who's so cowardly that she picks on someone who can't. You're a chicken." She replied and by then everypony had their eye's on them. The mare was growing infuriated as she rolled their eye's.

"Well Sweet Song here probably learned to dance from chickens. Their clumsy, idiotic, and they smell." The mare said, Meadow looked the mare dead in the eye's and said.

"Maybe the chickens learned from you." Everypony gasped and Sweet Song's mouth dropped, "I mean really I doubt you can dance." The mare stared at Meadow with hatred,

"Yes I can!" She said and Meadow scoffed.

"Sure you can. Then I'm sure you won't mind going against Sweet Song if you think she's so horrible." She said and both the mare and Sweet Song paled in fear.

"Fine!" The mare said,

"Good." Meadow said and the mare left in a huff but before she left she said.

"Don't get so comfy I'll make sure the both of you forever fear the name Teddy Snare."

The two we're now in Sweet Song's house and Sweet Song was pacing while Meadow watched from the floor.

"I have to dance against Snare!" She exclaimed,

"Sweet Song." Meadow said.

"I can't believe it! I'm gonna have to move!" She continued,

"Sweet Song!" Meadow shouted louder. But still she didn't seem to hear her,

"Maybe I could play it sick forever." Sweet Song rambled,

"SWEET SONG BALLAD!!" Meadow screamed at the top of her lungs. Sweet Song snapped out of it and looked at her,

"Why are you panicking you have a ballerina cutiemark for Celestia's sake!" Meadow said.

"Bu-But I have to dance in front of ponies!" Sweet Song retorted,

"Okay maybe I shouldn't have lost my temper and made the deal. But you can always tune out the audience." She replied. Sweet Song whimpered,

"Okay I'm sorry but you have a better chance. You can do this!" Meadow said. Sweet Song gave an unsure smile is anything she'd do it for Meadow.

"Okay. But you have to dance with me. I can't do it on my own." She said and Meadow nodded,

"How hard can it be?" She said and Sweet Song giggled.

"It's a bit tricky but I'm sure I could teach you the basics by tomorrow." She said as she levitated a few pieces of paper in a dance routine on the floor.

"Whenever there's a large section on the floor you jump and try to land as carefully as possible on the next one." Sweet Song said, Meadow smiled and started following the movements. But she either kept tripping, stumbling, or falling on her face. Eventually she got to her first jump and she jumped as high as she could go. She landed a bit off and her, left hoof twisted,

"Ow!" Meadow screeched before Sweet Song caught her and bandaged up her leg.

"You did.....well you did as good as most beginners do. You have to be gentle and quick. In some movements you just have to be gentle. How about we work on your twirling for now?" She said and Meadow nodded a bit of blush developing onto her face.

"I hate this." She muttered and Sweet Song rolled her eye's and laughed she knew Meadow would get the hang of it.....eventually. And she was right the two worked until sun rise. Meadow had been able to get most of the moves we're right. And thank Celestia for that because in a few hours they we're gonna have to go against a egotistical mare.

Who was no doubt furious and ready for revenge.
