I bent down and started to stretch my wings, just how I always did when I was about to take flight. I heard the announcer getting the ponies excited. Next thing I knew we were walking out, about to start the show.

Man did I miss this.

"And Scorch!" When I heard my name I shot into the sky, A trail of yellow and red behind me. Thunder sounded as the crowd 'Oh' and 'Ah'd. My eyes caught a glimpse of our friends sitting on a cloud near the front. Sparky's eyes were lit up in awe as SpitFire and Soaring flew around the crowd. I smiled and folded my wings close, so did Rainbow and Flame Dash. We began to free fall and right before we fell out of sight we propelled into the sky again. Once we were almost right in front of the sun we dove again, picking up speed as a rainbow aura surrounded rainbow and a yellow and red aura surrounded my doppleganger and I, we hit our marks, shooting forward and pulling up before we ran into the crowd as we performed our sonic booms.

The show continued, almost at the end before a chill made me shivered. I looked down at our friends and I felt the chill again. Before I knew it I was flying at Sparky and spreading my wings in front of her, a green blast hit me on my chest, sending me falling through the whole in the clouds. I could see Rainbow flying for me as I cracked my eyes open, dazed I opened my wings to stop myself from falling anymore

"Scorch! Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm good." I shook my head before looking at Everfree.

The show ended not long after the event, I had managed to convince SpitFire that it was a stray blast of magic from a few fillies playing around.

I walked out of the WonderBolts locker room, a little later than the rest of my team. I continued to walk until I came across my counterpart.

"Ah! Rainbow headed back to the castle with everyone, I stayed back." She said, but added "You ready?"

"Yeah... But first I need to find Trixie. You go ahead, I'll catch up." She nodded and flew off the cloud. I remebered Trixie saying that her and Starlight were heading into town for a few things, so off to ponyville I went.

I climbed out of the hot air ballon with the help of AppleJack. Everyone was still talking about how amazing the show had been, Scorch had convinced them that the blast that struck her was nothing to worry about, but the Princess and I knew better...

"Sparkle? You alright, sugercube?" Aj questioned, I snapped out of my daze. "Uh, Yeah! Sorry." I rubbed the back of my head, Rarity was looking in my direction. "Are you sure darling?"

"Yeah! Of course!" I lied, sticking my tounge out and smiling a bit. That seemed to fool them as I walked in the castle behind Rainbow.

Scorch...

"Anyone have any idea were Scorch is?" My ears perked up as I heard Pinkie Pie mention my marefriends name.

"She went to go find her other amigos." Flame Dash said behind us, as she walked in. "Yeah, something about finding Trixie before coming back." She finished as she sat in her chair. "Now, who's up for a game of Truth or Dare?" She questioned, I glupped.

Oh Boy...

I nodded to Trixie and Starlight who made their way to the side of the castle. I mouthed a silent 'Thank you' as I walked in the castle, looking for Sparky. That was until I heard a bunch of cheering and whooping coming from a room. I trotted towards the map room and cracked the door open, a smirk filling my face as I saw Flame Dash hesitantly,but surely kissing Twilight.

"Get her tiger!" Rainbow whooped, both Flame and Twilight pulled apart, their cheeks cherry red. "It's about apple pickin' time! Nice dare Pinkie." Aj snickered, I chuckled as I walked in, silently I tapped Sparky on her shoulder. She was laughing at the two also, her eyes brightened seeing me and I smiled sheepishly before turning around and beckoning her to follow me as I flicked my tail. I walked outside, Sparky not far behind me. I sat on the ground, the moon already starting to show itself in the sky. She sat by my side as I looked at her, she still seemed a little down from the fight before.

"Sparky-"

"I'm sorry!" She squeaked out, It caught me by suprised as she continued. "We've only been dating a little over a month and I'm sorry that I yelled at you for not telling me about your dreams. It's really none of my business and I understand if your not comforta-" It was my turn to cut her off as I placed my lips on hers. Silencing her, I pulled away and her cheeks were tinted pink.

"Sparky, You were absolutely right for telling me off like that.." I sighed, "We're in a relationship, and that means that we share things with each other. I don't care if it's only been a little over a month, I love you Sparky. You've been my best friend for how long now? We've been through how many obstacles at CHS, Camp Everfree, Heck, even the Daring Do movie set!" I took a breath, looking at the mare I loved infront of me. "You've accepted me for who I am." I motioned to the world around us. "A pony from a freaking alternate universe!" She giggled a bit at that, I smiled before my ears folded back. "Sparky... I should've realized this earlier, I shouldn't have hid this from you, but I didn't want you to worry about me. I love you and I never want you to think I don't trust you, because I do."

"Twi... I'm sorry. I love you." I called her nickname from CHS to show her just how much I cared, tears were in her eyes but she smiled, nuzzling my cheek she whispered. "I love you too, Scorch."It was her turn to place her lips on mine, mybears twitched as I kissed her back and a 'BANG' sounded through the air. We separated and heard the laughter of our friends from inside the castle doors. Sparky looked up and gasped when she saw purple and pink fireworks filling the sky. They spelled out 'For my one and only'. I knew how cheesy it sounded but hey, for Sparky I would be cheesy mare in an instant. Fireworks continued to explode in different colors, our friends finally deciding to come outside and see what the noise was about.

"It's Fireworks! Yipee!!!" Pinkie yelled, running towards a small bump in the ground and sitting on it, as she stared at the fireworks with sparkles in her eyes. Rarity and Apple Jack walked passed us, followed by Rainbow and Fluttershy as they all at to the side of Sparky and I. I craned my neck to turn around, seeing Sparky and I's counterpart's sitting by the castle doors, side by side as Twilight slowly leaned her head on my dopplegangers shoulder. I smiled and turned my head back to my marefriend as our friends watched the show with us. I felt her intertwine her tail with my and I sighed happily. spreading my wing to wrap it around her shoulder, pulling her closer to me.
