Equestria faces its darkest time. A devastating invasion by an advanced race of Humans has decimated the world. The humans came in search of a new place to call home. Upon invading Equestria, they disrupt a delicate balance and leave the world in total ruin. But in the aftermath, one lone human soldier remains. He is swept up in the wake of his people's apocalyptic incursion, caught in the midst of survivors trying to make their own ways to stay alive. Eventually he is forced with no other option but to live alongside the survivors, that have been to him his whole life, his mortal enemy.
