A New Change

When Canterlot High returned from Camp Everfree they had a lot of stories to tell and they would run into some surprises. About 2 weeks after they returned, Sunset Shimmer had something to tell the girls.

“Uh girls?” She said uneasily

“Yeah?” Fluttershy responded worriedly; hearing the uneasiness in Sunset’s voice. Sunset paused; her heart was racing as she took a few deep breaths before she admitted

“I’m going to have a baby.” The room fell dead silent. No one could say a word; even Spike who had been smuggled into the school forgot about hiding and just stood there. Sunset turned deep red.

“A baby?” Applejack asked after recovering from shock. They now saw why she had been uneasy; This was a big deal!

“Yes a baby.” Sunset whispered. Fluttershy had to make that out, she was obviously embarrassed.

“Don’t worry we’ll help you out!” Rainbow Dash reassured, trying to smother the smile now forming on her face.

“We’re here for you darling!” Rarity comforted Sunset. Out of their trances the girls and Spike went over and comforted the new mom.
