"Another job well done, huh?" Scootaloo proclaimed proudly as the patient exited.
"I guess. We'll have to monitor Chainmail Lancer so that he doesn't relapse into alcoholism." Sweetie Belle chimed in skeptically.
She was always there to temper Scootaloo's enthusiasm, but she didn't mind. The Cutie Mark Crusaders needed both her own brashness and a pony with her feet on the ground to sometimes rein them in.
Over the years they had turned helping ponies into a real science. Their job had gotten a whole lot tougher, as progressively more broken souls had found their way to them, but they were able to do so much more than when they were fillies. As long as they could make ponies remember that purpose in their lives that manifested itself as a mark on ponies flanks, they could get them through anything.
Long gone was that tree hut they worked in before. Applebloom had overseen the building of a proper office for them. Sweetie Belle had even gotten them coats like doctors, which Scootaloo was still uncomfortable wearing.
"We'll do that tomorrow. See you."
"Bye, Scootaloo."
Scootaloo stepped outside. The sun was setting. She had worked though the day again, but she didn't mind. She undid her coat and threw it over her back. She was in a good mood. Then she spotted a familiar mane in the clouds. Her mood saddened. She knew what had happened.
She flew up to said cloud. She had never managed to become a strong flier, but her flying skills were serviceable.
"Hello, Rainbow Dash."
"Oh, hi, Scoots."
"What are you doing?"
"...just chilling."
"Why is there a bottle of whiskey next to you?"
"I'm... having a bit of a party!"
"On your own?"
Rainbow Dash didn't answer.
"Even if you had a convincing lie, I know you too well for you to lie to me. Your date didn't go well, did it?"
Rainbow Dash sighed deeply. All her friends had settled down and married long ago. She alone was left to fish in an ever shrinking dating pool, wondering what went wrong.
"You deserve better, Rainbow."
Rainbow Dash used to be the perfect hero to Scootaloo. Right now she looked like a washed up, lonely mess. Not career wise, mind you. She had made it to head of the wonderbolts and had driven them to even greater glory. Her friendships were stronger than ever as well. But every stallion or mare she had dated turned out to be a boring disappointment. She always asked the best from herself, it was only fair that she asked the best from her special somepony. Yet the world wasn't a fair place and all it gave Dash was failures.
Scootaloo looked at her former mentor. She still had time. She had taken great care herself. Figures, considering her occupation. Looking at her unwoke feelings Scootaloo had thought she had long overcome. She remembered readily confessing she liked other girls when she had started to turn into a mare. But she had never told a soul how many times she had looked at her Rainbow Dash poster while she played with herself. Or how guiltily and bitterly she had cried afterwards, because she didn't want to risk Rainbow to get into trouble for her dumb feelings. Because Scootaloo knew Rainbow Dash was way too good to consider what was her little sister in all but blood in any sexual way.
"Like who, Scoots?" Rainbow asked, hoping Scootaloo had someone in mind for her.
Perhaps she did. She wasn't the silly little filly she once was. She'd make her consider.
"Hand me that bottle."
Dash gave her a concerned look. Once Scootaloo might have been insulted once, but now her protectiveness flattered her.
"I'm not a foal anymore. If you're going to drink yourself stupid, the least you could do is share."
Scootaloo took a long swig from said bottle once it was handled to her. She'd need a bit of extra courage for what she was planning. She handed the bottle back.
"Like a sexy young mare that adores you and has had a secret crush on you for a long time. You know her very well."
"What's her name?" Rainbow Dash asked before taking her own swig.
"Scootaloo."
A mist of liquor filled the air as Rainbow Dash spat out the what she had drunk in shock at the very notion.

"Scootaloo, what are you thinking?" Dash scolded.
Scootaloo considered backing out for a moment. Saying that it was a bad joke. Pretend that the alcohol had somehow already gotten to her head. But she wouldn't be able to forgive herself afterwards.
"Touching every square inch of your body, Rainbow." she answered as seductively as she could.
"I could be your mom!" Rainbow kept scolding.
"No you couldn't. You're not that much older than me." Scootaloo retorted with a tone as if Rainbow Dash had just said a silly joke.
"I wasn't talking about age. I've known you since before you had your cutie mark. I've practically raised you!"
"Surely knowing somepony well makes them a better partner? How did that date go exactly?"
Dash sighed. Her anger was replaced with disappointment for a moment.
"He had tin foil in his mane and spent the whole evening talking about how he thought Celestia and Twilight were lizard ponies and that Tirek's attack was an inside job. Don't change the topic. I couldn't!"
"Why, am I not pretty? Don't you like me?" she said while striking the most seductive pose she could.
Scootaloo felt a bit bad for saying that. She was putting Rainbow on the spot. There was no right answer to those questions. Pretty didn't even begin to describe her. Her tomboyish personality might have stayed with her through the years, but her tomboyish looks were replaced with a body a model would be jealous of. And in a non-sexual way, they couldn't be closer.
"No... What would other ponies say?"
The fact that Dash was talking about what other ponies would say of them instead of her own moral qualms was a good sign.
"Wow, look at Rainbow Dash with her hot new girlfriend."
"Some. Most will call me a craddlerobber."
"Not on my watch they won't."
Dash smiled. Usually she was the one sticking up for other ponies, not the other way around.
"You promise me?"
"Yes."
Rainbow Dash sat silent for a moment. She was considering it. Scootaloo had at least gotten that far.
"All of Ponyville is sleeping." Scootaloo said while getting closer to her "Nobody would have to know. We could pretend it never happened if you wanted that tomorrow."
Scootaloo placed her hoof on Rainbow's thigh.
"When was the last time another pony touched you, Dash?"
"I..." she muttered in a defensive tone.
Her pride had always been easily wounded.
"It's okay. I understand. You have your standards. I just hope I'm up to them."
A look at the glistening wetness between Dash's legs proved that Scootaloo wasn't hoping in vain. Scootaloo was filled with pride. She know she had a nice body, but this "appreciation" from her childhood hero was the best compliment she could get.
She moved to hold Rainbow from behind.
"Let me make you feel good, Dash"
Rainbow Dash didn't answer. Her doubts were still lingering. They paralyzed her. Scootaloo knew she had to take all initiative.
She started rubbing Dash's slit with her hoof. It was as basic an act as you could get, but Rainbow was already moaning softly.
"Quiet. We don't want anyone to hear us."
Rainbow bit her lip. It felt weird for Scootaloo to be in charge of her, but it felt right.
She picked up the pace. She had spend many lonely nights looking at that poster of the pony she was now touching. Though hardly something she was proud of, Scootaloo had become an expert at playing with herself and what she was doing wasn't all that different.
Soon, Dash biting her lip wasn't enough anymore to silence her.
"Come on, Rainbow Dash, be quiet." Scootaloo reminded her.
"I... can't."
A simple solution presented itself to this problem when Scootaloo realized her other hoof was still free. She placed it on Rainbow Dash's mouth to muffle her. This seemed to only excite Rainbow further. She started struggling a bit, but very softly and playfully. Encouraged, Scootaloo started rubbing her as fast as she could.
Soon, the hoof on Dash's mouth enough. The cute struggles had become akin to spasms. She was coming. She was in ecstasy. Scootaloo kept touching her until both moaning and struggling had subsided and then a bit more for good measure.
Scootaloo then let go and Rainbow Dash and she turned around to look her. Dash was already coming down. Doubt was filling her again, this time accompanied with a helping of guilt. Scootaloo knew she had to give her something to look forward to. She laid on her back and spread her legs.
"See something you want, Rainbow?"
She knew she was wet and exited. Rainbow Dash hesitated for a moment but then went in to lick her. But Scootaloo's legs snapped together, stopping her midway.
"Hey!" she protested.
"Not yet Rainbow. You enjoyed being silenced, but I doubt I will as well. Let's get some privacy at your home. Race you there? Only you get to use only one wing to keep things fair."

Even with one wing Rainbow Dash left Scootaloo in the dust. It wasn't even a contest. Rainbow was the one that had invented one wing flying, she was the one to master it, and the one to make it standard training with the Wonderbolts. Other ponies looked ridiculous flying this way, but Rainbow retained a degree of majesty in flight, regardless of circumstances. Scootaloo did not expect anything less from her.
When Scootaloo finally arrived at the house, Dash was smugly waiting for her, making it plainly clear that she was waiting a while for her already. Winning had always made her happy. But Scootaloo knew this little ego trip would wear off. She wasn't going give her time to regret. She had a plan to make Rainbow Dash fully forget her guilt. Step one was to make her way to the "secret" closet.
She knew every nook and cranny of this place, but there was always one closet that remained off limits. There was also one topic that always remained undiscussed as well, the details of Rainbow's nocturnal activities, so to speak. Scootaloo was quick to put two and two together and until now had always respected that limit, despite, or perhaps because how she felt about Rainbow Dash. But not now. Scootaloo strutted confidently to her target.
"You know you're not allowed in there, Scootaloo." Rainbow Dash protested.
"Why? Because you keep all your fun sex toys in there?"
"I'm really an open book to you, huh?" she sighed.
Scootaloo nodded in agreement making it clear as day she thought that was a good thing.
"I don't feel like using toys on you. This was a mistake."
"I was planning on using them you, Rainbow. You really enjoyed me being in charge last time."
"Go home, Scootaloo." Dash sighed.
"Just for tonight. Then everything goes back to how it was before."
Neither Scootaloo nor Rainbow Dash knew if there was any truth to that statement. Still Dash obliged and unlocked the closet.
"Do you even know how to use any of this stuff?" Rainbow asked as Scootaloo looked inside.
"No, but learning sounds like a lot of fun." Scootaloo said confidently.
"Start with something simple then. I don't want the fireponies to have to cut me free."
Scootaloo picked four shackles meant to secure a pony to the bedposts.
"Mind showing how these work?"
Rainbow took one of them in her mouth and fastened her left hoof.
"Usually I'm not the one tied up."
"I could have guessed that. But this time is different."
Scootaloo followed Dash's example and tied the rest of her hooves. Then she put on the best villain voice she could muster.
"Muhahah! Finally I have captured Rainbow Dash, captain of the wonderbolts!"
Dash looked in stunned confusion. Scootaloo's performance would embarrass a school play.
"This is the part where you beg me to free you because other ponies are in danger and you have to go help them." Scootaloo whispered.
"Please... let me go... other ponies are in danger and I need to help them..." Rainbow Dash obliged, still filled with doubt.
"Never!"
"Now you say you'll do anything."
"I'll do anything." Dash said with a bit more conviction.
"Anything? Will you eat me out?" Scootaloo asked with the same villain voice.
"Yes."
"You slut." Scootaloo teased.
"Hey! It's to help other ponies!" Rainbow Dash protested, fully lost in her role.
Her wounded pride didn't stop her from greedily licking when Scootaloo sat on her. Scootaloo had had a few youthful flings, but nothing could prepare her for what Rainbow was doing between her legs. Years and years of looking for "the one" had clearly not left Rainbow fully emptyhooved. Scootaloo was glad they weren't on that secluded cloud anymore. No hoof could have stopped her from waking all of Ponyville, no, all of Equestria from there, she thought as she moaned to her hearts content.
"Faster, Rainbow!" she said, like a total madmare.
As Dash gave her everything she had, Scootaloo felt like she was about to pass out. She remembered little of what happened afterwards, but when she came to her senses, Rainbow Dash was smiling between her legs. How Dash's face had gotten soaked, Scootaloo couldn't recall, but she could guess.
"Well, villain, aren't you going to release me?"
"I don't feel like it. I want you to pleasure me again."
"Hey, that's not fair."
"I'm a villain, and you're tied up before me. Of course it's not fair." Scootaloo reminded her.
She then took a moment to think about what she wanted.
"I want a wingjob."
Only when she saw Rainbow Dash's stunned face did Scootaloo realize what she had blurted out.
Asking a wingjob from a wonderbolt. If Scootaloo was any other pony and Dash wasn't tied up, she would have shattered Scootaloo's teeth for even daring to suggest such a thing. The prouder a pegasus was of his or her wings, the more likely it was for him or her to not appreciate them being used as a sex aid. Scootaloo herself had worked so hard to get her own pair in working order. The thought of using them for another's sexual gratification mortified her. She could only imagine how insulting it was to ask that from Equestria's best flier. She had lost herself in her power trip. She had to apologize.
"Okay, Scootaloo. I guess I owe you one." Rainbow cut her off before Scootaloo could open her mouth.
"No, you're the best wonderbolt ever. I couldn't."
"I'm not the best wonderbolt ever. I'm... I'm a dirty craddlerobber..." Dash said almost sobbing before Scootaloo silenced her with her hoof again.
"I promised to not allow anyone to call you that. That includes yours..."
Scootaloo herself was interrupted by a tickling sensation between her legs. Rainbow was pleasuring Scootaloo with her wings. Oddly, this degrading act seemed to put Dash at peace. It was penance for her. At first, it wasn't that pleasurable. Scootaloo felt more like laughing than moaning, but as Scootaloo's juices soaked into Rainbow Dash's wing, the feeling got better and better. Every square inch of Scootaloo's slit was being touched by her wet feathers at once. Physically, she still preferred Dash's skilled tongue, but there was no denying that Scootaloo appreciated Rainbow degrading herself just for her pleasure.
As time passed, Rainbow Dash got better and better at what she was doing. All that wonderbolts training had taught her to control every muscle and tendon in her wings. Her work and this were hardly analogous, but she was learning fast. Still, Scootaloo felt almost frustrated by how little stimulation she got. Yes, every part of her had wet feathers rubbing against it, but her clit felt neglected, merely being teased by said feathers.
"Come on, Dash, you can do better than that."
Having gotten the movements down, Rainbow Dash picked up the pace. What her feathers lacked in inherent stimulation she compensated with her speed.
"Spit on my face, Scootaloo." she said as Scootaloo started moaning again.
Without even thinking, she obliged. Neither of them thought it odd that Rainbow Dash asked for such a thing. Before Scootaloo closed her eyes in pleasure, she could swear she saw the smile reappear on Rainbow's face. Scootaloo let the sensation overwhelm her once more. Soon, she felt herself squirt all over Rainbow Dash's wing. That left it looking like a sorry mess, but Rainbow didn't mind.
Scootaloo removed the shackles from Dash's hooves. She then took Dash under her own wings.
"You did awesome, Rainbow Dash."
And both fell asleep happily.

The alarm clock went off. Scootaloo was the first to hear it. She stopped it before it could wake Rainbow Dash. Scootaloo had a more tender way in mind to wake her up. Rainbow was still covered by Scootaloo's wing. Both of them were sweaty from last night, but Scootaloo didn't mind. The moment was beautiful.
"Good morning, Rainbow." Scootaloo said and then pecked her on the cheek.
Rainbow Dash's eyes opened and stared at the wall for a while.
"Scootaloo, do you remember what you promised me last night?"
"Of course! Nobody is going to call you names. You think I'd let anyone bully my special somepony?"
Dash sighed deeply.
"No, you said that everything would go back to the way it was before. That'd we'd pretend that this never happened. You're not my special somepony, Scootaloo."
Scootaloo couldn't deny that stung. But she was right. Scootaloo knew she had to keep her promises. She got out of bed.
"Thanks for a great night, Rainbow. I'll see you." she said, hiding her disappointment as well as she could.
She then just exited the house. She didn't even bother to clean up. Scootaloo had showered before at Rainbow Dash's house, but now it didn't feel right to stay any longer. She'd have to go to her own home in Ponyville first and freshen up, meaning she'd be late to work even if she skipped breakfast, but Sweetie Belle and Applebloom knew very well that she wasn't a slacker. They'd rightfully assume she had a good reason.
When she got in her own bathroom and the warm water flowed over her, she started to reconsidered what had happened. She should be grateful. One of her childhood fantasies had finally been fulfilled. Who was she to question if Rainbow Dash didn't want to be with her? But there was something else she regretted. She might lose Dash as a friend. Scootaloo had to fix that at least. She knew both her and Rainbow Dash wouldn't want to fully lose each other.
Only when Scootaloo got out of the showed did she realize she had left her white coat at Rainbow's. She made her way to her office. There were already voices coming from therapy room. Scootaloo entered. A gloating stallion was sitting on the patient's couch. A helmet was sitting next to him.
"They allowed me back into the guard!"
"Good job!" Applebloom said exited "Did you speak with Licorice?"
"She... she had gotten remarried after the divorce apparently. But she's allowing me to see the children! I'm not touching that damned fruit brandy ever again!"
"Okay, mister Lancer. Just to be sure, do you mind coming back in a month?"
"Anything for you, Cutie Mark Crusaders!"
Chainmail Lancer then put on his helmet and proudly stepped outside. This was a sharp contrast to the half-corpse that had walked in the when they started his treatment.
"Sorry I was late." Scootaloo apologized.
"That's not like you." Applebloom noticed.
Scootaloo had considered sharing her troubles with her fellow crusaders, but the idea of doing that felt like betraying Rainbow Dash.
"I had a rough night. Sweetie Belle do you have one of those white coats to spare?"
"Sure."
When Scootaloo got a coat, she fully put out the personal troubles out of mind and lost herself in her work. This time they had to help a milder case. Hard Hat, a roofer who had developed a fear of heights after he fell and broke a leg. They talked for hours. Only at noon did she realize how hungry she was. She decided to get something at Sugarcube Corner.
When she got there, she saw Rainbow Dash moping in front of a muffin. Pinkie Pie had tied a balloon to her chair in an attempt to cheer her up. Pinkie herself was acting weirdly, but that was par for the course from her. Still Scootaloo felt a bit uncomfortable because of her this time. She got a piece of cake sat down on Rainbow Dash's table.
"Hello, Rainbow."
"Scootaloo, what are you doing here?" she replied nervously.
"Can't I sit with my friend?"
Dash had no answer to that question. She just stared in silence at the half eaten muffin.
"I'm willing to pretend last night didn't happen, but that'll only work if you are able to do the same."
"I... I thought that pretending that would make me stop feeling like a cra..."
A cough and angry look from Scootaloo kept Rainbow from fully saying that word.
"...instead I feel like a traitor as well."
"You are neither, Rainbow, regardless of what you decide to do now."
An awkward silence broke out between them. Scootaloo distracted herself from it by eating her cake. Afterwards, Rainbow Dash offered her to finish her muffin.
"How about we go for a walk? Maybe it'll clear up your head, Rainbow."
Both of them started walking through Ponyville. The town looked picturesque and its inhabitants happy as always. Still, Rainbow Dash looked sad. When they walked through a quiet alleyway, Scootaloo covered her with her wing again.
"It's okay, nobody can see us here and friends do that to each other as well." Scootaloo assured her before she could could protest.
Rainbow Dash looked more at ease afterwards. Once they had walked though the alleyway, Scootaloo removed her wing. They kept walking until they got to the town square. There Pinkie Pie jumped out in front of them wearing a red hat.
"Nobody expects the Spanish inquisition!"

Everypony stared at Pinkie in confusion, since Equestria had been lucky enough to have never had such horrible things as inquisitions or Spaniards. This didn't deter her. She let out her best diabolical laughter.
"Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!"
She then started angrily yelling at Rainbow Dash.
"How could you, Rainbow Dash?"
"I... I don't know what you're talking about." Rainbow feigned ignorance
"I know what you did to Scootaloo!"
Of course she knew. Pinkie's abilities to know everything her friends were borderline supernatural. Rainbow Dash lowered her head. She was feeling down before this public outing and being exposed before the whole town was too much. It broke Scootaloo's heart to look at her.
"You have been accused of perversion on three counts. Perversion by thought, perversion by word, perversion by deed and perversion by action. Four counts! Do you confess?" Pinkie Pie continued her attack.
"I confess." Rainbow Dash answered, dejected.
"Well... erm.... Time for your punishment then!"
Pinkie Pie pulled out a soft pillow and started repeatedly poking Rainbow Dash with it while laughing diabolically again. Rainbow just stood there with her head down and took it. The other inhabitants had harsher punishments in mind.
"She should be kicked out of the wonderbolts" one of them whispered.
"We should kick her out of town." another chimed in.
"And to think this craddlerobber was my hero once!"
"Enough!" Scootaloo shouted.
She angrily started walking closer to Pinkie Pie.
"I came onto her. I seduced her. I took every step. Call me a pervert that's into older mares. Call me anything. But, Don't. You. Dare. To insult Rainbow Dash."
"Oooh. Why should I? I was only trying to protect you, silly. I didn't want you to get hurt."
"I'm not a filly anymore. I can take care of myself. I can make my own decisions."
"Okie-dokie-lokie!"
Pinkie Pie disappeared just as suddenly as she had appeared. Scootaloo felt like the wind was taken out of her sails a bit by how understanding Pinkie Pie proved once things got explained to her. But she still had a bit of work to do. She turned to the crowd that had gathered to watch the spectacle.
"This goes for all of you." she shouted at them as they started to disperse.
"That was awesome of you." Rainbow Dash remarked.
"It was alright. That's what friends are for."
"If... if the offer still stands, I wish to be more than friends."
Scootaloo kissed her deeply in response. Some disapproving eyes were still pointed at them, but neither of them cared.
"By the way, you left your coat at my house."
"I'll pick it up tonight."
